Great customer service and amazing chips with the most delicious curry sauce- would recommend!

This place is fantastic , it’s my go to when I’m working in Chichester! Freshly cooked food, tasty , reasonably priced, delicious,& exceptionally clean. I could not fault this place at all ! I just wish it was in Portsmouth lol!

Has got to be the best tasting chips around & the cod was soft & yummy not small portions either. Very highly recommended, staff nice & friendly too.

Easy to order online - and they dealt with an order for 19 people perfectly! Tasty food, generous portions and friendly service. Highly recommended!

***CASH ONLY*** Really nice cod and chips. The large cod was a good size and perfectly cooked, the same as the portion of chips. Everything is cooked to order so you know your getting fresh food. The chippy keeps the cut up potato in a tall basket behind the counter on the floor, ON THE FLOOR??? it’s on a tray but this is still definitely unhygienic and in fact disgusting. Hopefully they can improve on this. Another con is fact that they only accept cash… There is a shop next door with a cash machine however there is a £1.50 charge. This not accepting card alone is enough to stop me using this place as my local take away, Perhaps they don’t want to pay an extortionate amount of tax so they don’t declare all the earning but this isn’t a reflection on prices, overall it was fairly expensive. The food was really good and I would recommend it, I would even come again but only if for some reason I had cash I needed to use up.

Great takeaway Fish & Chips. Food was cooked fresh to order and wad ready quickly. The option for small or large cod was nice - we chose the small and itwas plenty for us. Onion rings were tasty - recommend!

Fantastic fish and chips 10/10 well done guys... A few negatives: cash only (I mean, what?) and a bit stingy on the chips. Maybe potatoes are rare in Chichester. The large cod is the star item here and a must have... Worth a drive just outside the city centre...

Definitely worth a visit if you're staying at lakeside holiday park and looking for takeaway fish and chips. It's only 10 minutes away. The fish was delicious. So glad we found it.

Only used it few times but been good hot food. Few other people I know use it. As we go fishing up the road from chip shop and it's easy to get to and cooked fresh. Good on a cold winters evening after a cold days fishing

Cash only but they forget to tell you until you have queued up! Pay HMRC like the rest of us have to and then everyone who needs to can pay by card, instead of risking carrying cash in the rough area where you are located

Pretty good chippy, I would recommend and it’s good but nothing too special, nice staff and nice food. Bit too much salt on chips but I think every chip shop does that.

I feel this shop will do well and I wish them to be a massive success :) Had chicken mushroom pukka pie today and also odered before from this shop, all I can say place is spotlessly clean, really warm and welcoming owner, amazing food. Just make sure to come with cash as for time being they dont quite have card payments opption yet.

Clean and tidy establishment. The service was efficient. The fish was very good, the chips a little anaemic for me but they did taste decent. The curry sauce was very good and almost Chinese like.

Only let down by their cash policy, a couple of other people came in and ordered only to leave again when told cash only, food is great (anaemic looking chips, but tasty).

Absolutely hands down THE best chippie in West Sussex (probably further) the cod is beautiful and full of flavour- not like most others I’ve been to where it tastes of nothing. The batter is light and crisp and the chips are cooked to perfection! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had the pleasure of stopping by this place on the way to West Wittering and was very glad I made this decision! Tried cod bites for the first time and they were amazing, service was very fast and staff were incredibly friendly. Will definitely be visiting here again!

We finally travelled over from Southampton to try out New Kingsham and it did not disappoint!! The food was delicious, portions were so generous (had to take it home to the family) and the service was amazing 🙌 Very fast and friendly and the food was not greasy or super oily like most chips are! This chippy definitely lives up to the hype and it’s refreshing to have genuinely tasty fish and chips. Thank you to the friendly staff who directed us to the beach - it was the perfect way to enjoy our meals and will definitely be a new tradition! 😍

What a hidden gem we found after a trip to the nearby Roman Palace. It is the best fish we have had in a long time. A large portion of fresh and fluffy cod was coated with a crispy and light batter, served with a hit of vinegar and a pinch of salt. It is unbeatable. Definitely recommend a visit.

Have been to this fish and chip shop a few times now, and must say that it is exceptionally good. We have tried a lot of places in Chichester but this one definitely hits the spot. Looks nice and clean from the outside just as it is on the inside with food always piping hot, very well looked after with lots of parking outside. However, just one word of advice for you guys, i happened to see one of the lads wearing a coat while working, this is very unprofessional, and i thought id just let you know. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

Called in here on my way home as it was open on a Monday evening. I was so impressed. The two young men who were cooking and serving were lovely and so helpful. The fish and chips were excellent and the portion sizes were very generous. The shop was spotless. I really cannot fault the experience and will certainly use this shop again. Thank you very much!
