Our order took an hour and half to get to us , food was ok but not great . Could have been hotter also . Good value for money , but this is the second time I have ordered and both time waited over an hour for our food.

Ordered a kebab and some chips at 9.30pm It arrived at 11.20pm! When i called twice to ask when it was arriving they were very rude. The food was disgusting!

Good takeaway. Order from them regularly. Good food and most of the staff are really nice. My only issue is you've changed the mozzarella sticks. I liked the old ones better!

England were playing in the Olympic stadium when I ordered this, so understandably, order got to me 10-15 minutes late but my god! Was the food worth it. I've being ordering pizzas in Newham from just eat for years now, but quite literally this is by far the best local pizza I've ever tasted. Great food and in fact I ordered from here 5 times since. Definite recommendation.

This was my first time ordering from here after seeing the good feedbacks. Oh my god! The most amazing service and food! The driver called me to inform me that he was in traffic and said sorry for being late. He had a big smile on his face and was very nice. The food was so delicious and the portions are huge! I ordered regular chicken doner, if this was regular size, I don't what large size is because this was enough for 2 people. My partner said the bacon cheeseburger was like HEAVEN! Everything about this place is amazing, I will definitely be ordering again and tip the driver next time! Thank you!

Placed order at 7:05 supposed to be delivered at 7:50 wasn't delivered until 8:30, got our order wrong and the food was cold. When I rung up the takeaway to complain the person who answered the phone gave me nothing but attitude.

Lovely pizza, wedges and onion rings. The delivery driver was 20 minutes early and really nice. Perfect.

Amazing, only thing wrong was I ordered a cookie (or what I thought was a cookie) for £1.80 turned out to be a pack of Maryland cookies. I would've preferred to pay £1.80 for 1 as I already had Maryland cookies just didn't fancy them. Other than that the food was Amazing.

Burger was amazing but the cheesy fires were very bad. Soggy chips, tasteless cheese and quite a small portion considering it was the "large" option.

Took 1 hour and 20 mins to arrive. However the delivery man was very polite and cheerful. Very big portions but I found the chips quite soggy and the kebab quite cold :(

Delivery time is appalling. Waited over an hour and a hour for 2 pizzas and we only live 5 mins away from the takeaway. Really gone down hill over the past few months. I phoned to ask when the food was going to delivered after an hour of waiting and was told it was on its way, however it still took another 30 mins to arrive. Food was nice however my pizza had the biggest crust I've ever seen!

Burger was horrible the delivery wasn't in the expected time! We ordered extra sauce in the burger and was just exactly the same.. And we ordered a can of coke didn't get that either! Was just a total waste of time and money! The prices were just to expensive for the food we ordered don't order from here.

Food over 45 minutes late and cold! Not impressed

I liked that they have jacked potato (that's not usual in deliveries) and a lot of choice of toppings, but the food was really bad, it was definitively not tasty, and the portion of topping was a joke. Way too much money for a small potato with five or six pieces of mushroom and same with the pickles.

Please make up the kebab. Put the meat in the pittas. Couldn't open the pittas

The pizza was just like I make it from frozen or even worse. The topping was poor and burned. Chicken wing not properly cooked but the bbq sauce was also burned on them. Delivery time was 1 hour 30 minutes, I'm understand Friday is busy, but it's too long. Sorry I wouldn't order from here again. So disappointment because the menu was nice and seems to be they have fantasy.

Ordered at 8pm, estimate said 8:55pm. Estimate them changed to 9:15pm. Eventually delivered at 9:25pm. Status changed to "delivered" before the food had arrived at my door, removing my ability to call the takeaway. Received free Pepsi for lateness, but would have preferred food on time or at least courtesy contact.

The quantity was really good. XL to share was more than enough for two, however the quality of the food was standard. They did get my order correct, including no onions in the salads so well done for that. Overall, I probably would order from there again.

This was some of the best pizza i have had in a while. It was delivered on time and hot. And the two complimentary sauces paired with the pizza perfectly. Will order again.

Very tasty warm food , fast delivery

BBQ wings tasted abit wierd but otherwise the pizzas were really good. It took about an hour 15 minutes to come, which was annoying as it was ramadhan and we just broke our fast. But maybe that's why it took so long.

Food quality was average, but mostly annoyed by the delivery time. I placed my order at 10pm and I was told on the website of would be 45-60 mins tops. Received the delivery at 11:30pm, a delivery guy who only texted me instead of phoning me like I told him to on my delivery instruction, and then had the cheek to act like it was my fault he didn't follow the clear delivery instructions.

They didn't get a single aspect of our meal right. We ordered two meals, both which were mixed up. They gave us the wrong drinks and too many chips (which normally wouldn't be a complaint, but on top of everything else...). I'm incredibly disappointed because it seems they just didn't take the care to read what we ordered.

My food arrived after two hours and after one hour of talking over the phone with the restorant I had no choice but to eat my cold pizza since I had paid through card. I couldn't order from some other place since my money was blocked here. I've given up on just eat, this is the their time such an incident has happened.

I've ordered from Pizzaza's twice now, and both times they have delivered late by at least 20 minutes on a 50 minute delivery estimate. Both times. The food the second time however wasn't that great.. not as the first time. Didn't have a lot of sauce.. If any on some slices. But I guess you get what you pay for.

This has to be the WORST pizza in East London, I don't know why it has such great ratings, they must be paying people to write their reviews. It was 40 mins late and the food was horrible, my first and last time with this place. I didn't even care that much about the lateness as I thought the food was going to be great due to majority of good reviews, plus I was fasting due to it being Ramadan. The crust on the pizza was a third of the slice, I asked for a deep pan and I got a thin crust and the toppings were evened out horribly and had no taste. Plus one pizza was slightly burnt, brilliant. I can honestly say that I felt like I was eating oily bread.The garlic and herb sauce was mediocre, the chilli sauce was just disgusting and the 7up bottle was warm. The only good thing were the chips and the onion rings, these lot should stick to American cuisine and leave the pizzas to the Italians or someone that has a clue about the cuisine. I've never left a review on Just Eat but have been a long term customer, and have never really had to leave a bad review because no place has been this bad, and these guys earnt this review and I hope I can prevent people from having a bad experience such as myself. Yuck!

Used to order a lot from Pizzazza's because the food quality was excellent. Ordered yesterday after I came back from my holidays and to my surprise, I found out my pizza was more dough than filling. Huge gap between the toppings and the borders. It was nice, though but they have increased the prices and they have decreased the amount of food! On the other hand side, delivery was really quick and take away service was good as usual.

Delivery took quite a while (nearly an hour and a half) but the pizza was stellar. Easily as good as one from Dominoes or Papa Johns but a fraction of the cost.

The Pizza is great - just 35 minutes late now on two occasions for time sensitive work events. Despite giving JustEat two hours warning, they still managed to deliver with 5 minutes left before we all had to get back to work and messed up order details; sent us Cola when we'd order Lemonade for Pimms 'O'Clock! Called the shop to ask why it was late and the manager seemed more annoyed that we had ordered so much pizza and it was our fault. We won't use them again but if you're just ordering for the home, the food is good...just don't complain if it's late!

Missing chips, also it says tou get bottle of soft drinks with orders over £15, didn't get that one either.

The Kebab is lovely and juicy. By the time is came it was still piping hot.

Best Lamb Doner Kebab I have had in years

I asked for extra sauce but didn't receive any, i did however get an extra portion of chips i didn't order. I asked for all salad but only received some lettuce, odd. Food was average.

STRONGLY DISSAPOINTED!!! I have ordered a garlic pizza day before I paid for an extra garlic sauce, DIDNT GET ANY, day after I have ordered another garlic pizza plus I have told them if I can get one garlic sauce instead of chilli sauce and also told them that day before i didnt get that extra sauce. GUESS WHAT HAPPENED. I get only TWO garlic sauces (ussualy you get one chilli and two garlics) so thats HOW they threat their customers, Thank you, you have lost one of your customers!
