I came to PizzaLuxe Arendale Restaurant at the early afternoon and I has been warmly welcome by staff. After short chat I have been direct to the area and I have been allow to choose my self table. I sat down and after short time staff came and deliver menu. I ordered first Americano (5/5) and food after (look the picture) (5/5). I spend in PizzaLuxe more than 30 minutes in good atmosphere on my phone (WiFi available) or observing people walking through. So why 4 star after that good experience? First I am big man and seat has been not wide enough ☹️ but second reason is that Google is not allow divide stars. All things together it should be 4.5 not 4.0 star. Blame Google. Good lock and many customers in the future 🥳

Food was fantastic and I cannot emphasise enough how friendly and amazing all of the staff were!

As I walk past I did think it was a bar not a restaurant it does give that feeling with a tv in the corner ! But the staff 10/10 they meet & greet you sit you down and you feel comfortable, the seating is fantastic and tables are spaced! The menu is easy to follow ! We had a pizza to share called the carne generous with the toppings , fantastic cheese , fantastic base holds its shape well ! A tad expensive ! The soft drinks over priced that needs to change its more expensive than the Ivy ! We are in the Arndale not on deansgate . But would I go again yes their product & service is amazing! Pizzaluxe is a great spot to eat if you are in Arndale. The restaurant’s interior is hip and modern, which gives it a fresh look. The atmosphere is cool and relaxed, which is perfect for a restaurant set in a busy shopping mall. Also, the staff are really nice (10/10) and are enthusiastic about their job. Now, let’s get on to the food. The menu has a wide choice, plenty of choices even for picky eaters. Also, the ingredients are top quality; the base is 96-hour slow-proven sourdough and the cheese is from an award-winning artisan, Carron Lodge (Lancashire). The pizza is delicious. I got the Carne pizza, which is a must-try! The pizza was generous was toppings and the cheese was perfectly stringy. Also, the base didn’t fall apart, which is always a good sign. The drinks are delicious too, I tried the Gingerella (ginger beer) and it was quite nice. However, this is just a personal opinion, I don’t think all soft drinks should be priced around £4, it’s a bit dear. Also, the pizzas are a bit too expensive. Overall, I personally recommend it and it’s a great place for pizza in Manchester.

Was in Manchester on business and being a Pizza fan I had to visit Pizza Luxe. This is a very slick operation. Cool atmosphere, decor and a sharp service. From order to table was super fast. The Pizzas are nice and crispy. Good flavour, great selection. The salad was huge and well topped. Not to busy but busy enough for a Tuesday afternoon. Would highly recommend 👌

My boyfriend and I decided to try Pizza Luxe after walking around Arndale debating what to eat. The waitress was lovely and got our meals to us within 10 minutes of waiting. The pizzas were *chefs kiss*! It’s a shame there isn't one more local to us otherwise it would become a regular place for us to dine out. While we were there, one of the staff was seating a young child and immediately brought over a balloon and colouring pencil, which immediately brought a smile on her face. It was adorable. Will definitely come back again 🩵

Pepperoni 🍕 is amazing. Burrata is fresh and nice. Service is very good. Love it!

First time at a Pizzalux restaurant and didn’t go there with high expectations. Had a quick lunch while in Manchester for business and my assumption couldn’t have been more wrong. Taste of Italy with American service, Kieran was exceptional! I would travel back here just to relive the experience I had. Well done!!!

The staff was abseloutely amazing and chatty. They all had smiles on their faces which is very welcoming. Was not overly keen on the garlic bread but the pizza was good. The portion size was just about right. This place also does student discount, so it is definaltely good for students or overall a quick pizza. Would definately reccomend.

Excellent and friendly customer service from all the staff including Jake, Chris, Liam, Dillon and Faye. Superb pizza and pint deal for £12.00 as well my usual delicious cake and coffee deal for £5 as my regular Monday treat after work. Funky music as well as well top immaculate place 👌😊

When I tell you this place is exactly what you need, I MEAN it. Me and my friend came here a bit low on cash and decided to share a single margherita pizza between us. We'd actually just been scammed by two people by the piccadilly bus stations earlier that day and figured we needed a drink and some pizza. Phenomenal quality of food, drinks and service. Not only that, since it was close to the end of the day, the chef must have made a second pizza by mistake. The person serving us, Faye, was really nice and offered it to us! She listened to the story above and wouldn't take a tip above a pound coin. Honestly, I'd go back just to be served by her again and tip properly. Nothing but love and the best for this place. I could rant about the delicious pizza we had all but the kindness in this place is what hooked me.

We’re from Holland and visiting manchester, before we went to the airport we would like to eat something small. We went to Pizza Luxe and it was very delicious. We were served by Parth, very good service. I recommend this place! :)

Called in for pizza at the last minute and got a table just before Sunday closing. No pressure to hurry up, great service, very welcoming and a wonderful pizza. Had chorizo, grape and honey pizza. Hot, juicy, tasty and amazing. Thanks Parth for a great visit

Outstanding and authentic Italian pizzas. The 8 cheese (Otto Formaggi) pizza was particularly divine. Super friendly and attentive service. The only place that has waiter table service in the Arndale. Makes a massive difference. Will definitely visit again.

First time we went the pizza was so dry. Second time we tried was much better - intact I could've ordered a second pizza I enjoyed it that much. They do good deals in the week as well. However the service is not good. I think the manager served us first, he was on a laptop. But he saw to us very quickly and took our orders and cleaned our table. The waiter that served us afterwards was very slow. He didn't do any check backs after giving us our food. The table next to us were waiting a very long time to be served - in fact we received and finished our meal in the time it took for them to get served. Staff weren't really "on it" if that makes sense.

Hey, guess what? I popped by this place to grab a pizza and you know what? The pizza was alright, nothing mind-blowing, but definitely edible. And the service? Well, it was fine, nothing to complain about. Although, I must admit, it could use a little more ambiance, you know, that extra touch to make it really cozy and inviting.

Must say came here today with my Mum who is Italian. And we really enjoyed ourselves. Really good staff and service. Thank you for everything.

It was an expensive meal, but generally an acceptable, if not a very basic meal. Catering for shoppers and lunchtime customers. Staff service was good.

Visited here a couple of times now and after the initial good first visit the two times since have been fairly awful. Poor/cold food, slow inattentive service and lack of cleanliness. There will be no fourth visit.

Went in for a coffee and a cake. Took ages to take our order. Took ages to make our drinks. When the lad started to make our coffees he picked up a cup which had a ring of what I saw to be remnants of coffee from a previous drink. I thought he would go get another cup he just wiped it with a cloth and proceeded to make our drinks. We left will not be returning ! Disgusting!

Had a lovely experience here. They were giving out pizza samples to people walking by so we tried it and it was delicious. We decided to stay for lunch. I made my own pizza which is an amazing add on to the usual menu as I could choose exactly what I wanted. It was utterly delicious, my boyfriend and friend also enjoyed theirs. We recommend a visit.

Awful. We only wanted drinks and the service was incredibly slow and the drinks were very nearly undrinkable, watery pop and cheap wine being sold for 10 pounds a glass. Would never risk the food.

Food was brilliant, took about 25 minutes to get basic set of drinks out to us a table of 6. Staff nice enough time from order to drink was shocking.

Waiting for 40 minutes for pizza, asked the waiter and was told there was a system issue and our order didn't go through. Didn't seem to notice us sitting there for so long. Our pizza arrived and we were told the waiter hadn't put the order through. We also got refillable drink however we weren't told until after 40 minutes that there was a refil station. Pizzas were nice and we were given a 20% discount but we won't be back.

Tried the chorizo pizza and it was bloody lovely. The mix of chorizo, roasted grapes and honey was amazing. Offered a cake as a replacement to ice cream as they hadn't received their delivery yet for my son's kids combo which was great. Pizza was enough to share between me and my husband without being too heavy. Definitely would visit again.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, heute waren wir im PizzaLuxe mit in einem Einkaufszentrum. Das Ambiente, die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum setzen aber auch einfach das Flair sowie das Angebot auf den digitalen Karten sprach und direkt an. Ein Tisch zu 6, kein Problem, und so begann unsere leckere Reise. Getränke wie Cola musste man einmal bezahlen und konnte man dann so oft zapfen wie man wollte. Die Pizzen kamen alle zusammen, so dass wir alle gemeinsam essen konnten. Sie waren groß, gut belegt und haben super gut gemundet. Alle wurden satt, und waren happy mit diesem Restaurant, absolute Empfehlung und immer wieder gerne. Vielen Dank fürs lesen Euer Gordon

If Pizza was healthy I would eat here everyday. I have been to the one at Manchester Arndale a few times now and every time has been great. It was a busy Saturday where my wife and I and my little one decided to have some food and drinks. The atmosphere was fantastic with brilliant music and the food and drinks made it even better. The team were attentive and great and I loved it! Will be back a lot!! Thanks

Short Summary : Why is this place not full easy 10/10 Being Italian I feel it is my duty to share with you all the perfect union of mozzarella and pizza crustyness that ever graced my plate. I shut my eyes and taste home if indeed you have ever tried pizza in Italy this for me in the UK is as good as it gets. Save on Plane tickets, Eurostar and just eat Pizza from here, oh and if you are beer lover couple it with Peroni Red.

Pizza was ok at best, service wasn’t great, but the garlic bread was one of the worst things I’ve tasted, it was 90% garlic dust, we took it home to try and fix it and make an actual garlic bread so we didn’t waste our money. Overall not good, so many better pizza places in Manchester, felt like a waste of time and money. Just go to Rudys or even Asda

Food was really good, chilli oil wasn't spicy enough for my liking but the pizza was prepared served very quickly. The resturant is inside Manchester Arndale which doesn't make it the quietest of places but I throughly enjoyed the meal.

Me & my friend went OMG never again staff rude two females who were working on that day had attitude…. Customers like trying new restaurants like myself but if there staff with attitude,rude then on a serious note quit your job smile doesn’t cost a thing! Definitely weren’t b going there again!

I had a great experience this weekend just gone at Pizza Luxe. The food was lovely and some really unique cocktails were available. The service and atmosphere was great and I will be back!
