What a gem! Hey food lovers,this is no joke... If you want to treat yourself and others look no further. Super tasty,full of freshness,well done and prepared with a smile! I won't be surprised if there will be a mile long queue over here soon...but it's worth that extra mile.

Ordered four pizzas for delivery. Paid £6.00 for extra toppings. Didn’t really have any of the toppings on ! It’s happened before asked for extra pineapple and there was only three pieces on on not enough any way that’s why we asked for extra. Never going to use them again. They’re penny pinching

Best pizzas in lichfield hands down!!

Not up to the usual Standards, My order took nearly 2 hours to come I didn’t receive the free drink I was promised for the late delivery and most importantly the pizzas were cold and the bases were dry. also they were cut up in a very irregular manner. Overall none of us were happy. Definitely NOT worth the money!

I’ve always liked PizzaCo and I was sad to see their standards had slipped somewhat. But now they’ve been taken over again and they seem to have turned things around. Their pizzas are superb - generously topped and lovely and fresh. Their calzone is *beautiful*. My son isn’t a fan of pizza so it’s great that they have other stuff to choose from too, including some nice pasta dishes. Delivery is dss as t and super friendly, food is hot and delicious. Prices are also very reasonable. We love it.

This place used to have the absolute best Pizza around. Everyone in Lichfield loved them. Changed hands a few years back and now it’s your run of the mill sub mediocre takeaway.

Awful, I asked for thick base and stuffed crust. Instead I got a thin pizza with the wrong toppings. Also cold. I'm definitely not going there again and I advise anyone else thinking of going there to do the same. I've always given them the benefit of the doubt on delivery because of how busy they can get. No excuse today. I pre ordered to collect. Wish I had gone to my usual.

Just avoid service and quality is shocking. Phone clearly left off the hook, no communication. Food an hour late, cold and order incomplete.

I requested order comes at 18:55 the order arrived at 18:00 meaning my order was a lot later than the rest of my family

Absolutely Terrible!! First the food was late. Was lukewarm on arrival and they gave us a meat pizza when we ordered a vegetarian pizza. One of our party could not eat anything! Do not bother, other pizza places in Lichfield are way better.

Ordered food around 6:30pm via Uber Eats, food arrived at 21:05, wrong order and cold pizza. Managed to get through on the phone at 20:00 and I was informed it would be 20 minutes and then again at 20:30 they said it would be 20 minutes. If 0 star was possible you’d get that however your delivery driver was nice. He explained you had a driver call in sick and apologised. Why carry on taking orders for delivery from the outskirts of Lichfield if you can’t facilitate them? The food was mediocre, customer service poor and communication none existent.

Pizza was decent, but we ordered what was described as a ‘Mediterranean salad with buffalo mozzarella and olives’ for £4.50, what we got was a wet salad which included only iceberg lettuce, tomato and cucumber. No mozzarella or olives, and nothing about it was Mediterranean, was a rip off for what we got!

Ordered lasagna and it was nothing like lasagna. It had meatballs no mince and not even lasagna sheets it had spaghetti you get out of a tin. Also ordered the Tennessee toffee and they sent banoffee pie. Also took an hour for it to be delivered.

Placed my delivery at about 7pm, which i scheduled for 9pm. My pizza came at about 10pm cold, chips saggy. Also lack of communication skills phoned the shop about 30 times no answer what so ever.

We ordered 2 pizzas and some chips and it came to near enough what we pay for dominoes. I collected the order and they did explain there was an issue with the pizzas so they had to remake one. When I got home I noticed they had given us 2 completely different pizzas to what we ordered with the base, toppings and sauces wrong. The chips were also not cooked. The food was disgusting. When I called up to ask for the correct order the male was very rude and told me to go back to store to sort the matter. I said I was not going back and that they should deliver the order. Over an hour later one pizza was delivered cold to my address. So we still had not got our complete order that we had paid for. Awful service and food.

It was absolutely amazing. I had a great pizza and it was really cheap compared to other pizza shop. Love this place i recommend to you guys

Well over an hour and half late The whole order was wrong. We ordered the meatball lasagna and it was the spaghetti one that was delivered, had a very weird taste to it.. couldn’t quite put my finger on it. The garlic bread was the wrong one, missing drinks, driver was meant to go back but it’s been 2 hrs so he’s not coming back. Honestly just don’t order it’s not worth it.

The base was soft and doughy- not crispy, it was warm but not hot maybe due to the extra time I had to wait for it. Rung the restaurant who said they had an issue locating the driver, so perhaps not there fault food was late.

Our second time ordering from here and can honestly say we love the food from here! Also very friendly service! Food arrived early too which we were delighted with as we were hungry, and although one item was missing, the delivery man could not be any more helpful and friendly, he rushed back to the restaurant and got it for us. Very impressed, we will definitely be ordering again! :)

Lovely pizza as per usual, but wait time was a bit excessive. Got an estimate of 6.55-7.15 and finally turned up at 7.45. Problems with the oven apparently, so awkward circumstances, but the drinks I got were not what I ordered. C'mon fellas I know you can do better. Cheers.

Worst pizza place ever! Definitely avoid, waited for the food for 1hr 45mins, ordered a 16inch pizza which was crapped in 2 half's into 12inch boxes neither half's of the pizza was cut in to slices! Food had Definitely been left on the side as it was cold and hard. Absolutely disgusting it went straight in the bin. Honestly wouldn't have even give it my dog! 0 stars 🤮🤮🤮

We had a takeaway, so can’t comment on the restaurant service. Food was delivered when it said it was going to be, & was very hot too, which is always a worry, when ordering a delivery. Would definitely order from Pizzaco again

45 minutes late wasn’t a good start. When I called up to see where my order was I think it had been missed/forgotten about. I Ordered deep pan and got a thin/crispy base which I think are actually frozen pizza bases. Don’t waste your money….If you want real pizza go to Otto. Que the owner with a sarcastic reply……

Moved to Lichfield in Jan and all the pizzas we've ordered from other restaurants have been terrible but this was fantastic! We loved everything, the pizza was well cooked and delicious, the chicken was so crispy and juicy. Can't recommend enough, will definitely be ordering from here again. The food was slightly late so it wasn't super hot but we didn't mind because it was so tasty. The chips were really good too, not soggy or rock solid, just really good!

I wonder how much revenue you've lost through not accepting card payments. With the nearest cash point a 7 minute round trip if you're quick and Domino's next door, it's simply bad business. With 5/6 payments being card/contactless, you've really got to sort this out.

Amazing food. We have tried various different meals and they have all been amazing. Would recommend to anyone who has never tried. The wraps are delicious and the pizzas are the best. Better than your domino's on papa John's!

It’s very rare that I retry a place after a negative experience but I had heard there had been a change of ownership and decided to give it a go. We had two really tasty pizzas, some jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. We were both genuinely surprised at the 100% improvement and speedy delivery. Hopefully they continue to improve and maintain everything!!

The owner is a complete waste of space! we tried to complain about him putting mushrooms on our pizza when this was not on the menu, he told us it was our fault for using his out of date website and not a new menu from the store. We explained we cannot eat mushroom because of allergies and he told us to pick them off! Then began to shout and rant at my partner because we only paid £5 for each pizza, he said we expected to much for £5 when infact we just wanted the correct pizzas, less toppings even! We will deffonatly not be ordering from this company again i have never been so shocked at a managers anger/attitude ever! Also Please avoid this place if you like more then on piece of topping per slice of pizza as this is all you will get. 👎👎🤬🤬

If I could give no stars I would. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! The business should be shut down or the owner should go to a anger management class Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the owner, from been shouted at for asking why my pizzas have mushrooms on to been told to just take them off and Chuck them in the bin it’s no big deal! Even though I told him it’s due to an allergy!! Disgusting. He literally screamed at me told me how people are dying everyday and I’m moaning about a pizza, I told him I understand there cheap but I do not want mushrooms and it does not state it on the menu that it comes with mushrooms. He then told me I was in the wrong for looking and ordering off his website on google and that it’s not updated. Rang up to order a collection only to be told it’s buy one get one free and then £17 per pizza? Then when asked to explain how that works been told to order online and have the phone put down on us?! Terrible service. Food arrived covered in grease. Thanks for making this an easy decision!!!

Buying experience was fine. Pizza came a few minutes so early so that’s great. The delivery driver kept his social distance. The pizzas weren’t as nice as they usually are. Maybe they’ve changed the menu/owners? They were closed for a while a few weeks back. Also, I asked for sweetcorn on my pizza and it didn’t contain any so that’s a thumbs down.

DO NOT GO HERE: awful staff! If I could rate this place no stars I would, ordered my food at 8:30pm and the man on the phone told me ten mins until collection. We were running slightly late, which happens! And arrived at 8:45pm. The manager shouted at me baring in mind I am a 21 year old girl about lateness and it’s cash only (although we wasn’t told this on the phone) and he clearly wanted the cash for illegal reasons as we’ve always paid by card. I told the manager I would get the cash and return and apologised. Returned a few minutes later, he had locked up and gone home. And I was left without my food. My mum was waiting for me in the car and was so shocked how he spoke to me. Incredibly poor communication and incredibly poor manners. And an absolutely disgusting way to treat your customers, I felt threatened and upset as I don’t do confrontation especially with fully grown men. Will never be returning. Horrible staff.

Really delicious pizzas. I’ve lived in Lichfield and been using Pizzaco for a good few years now. Ignore the bad reviews on here, I saw these and decided I would write my own review. Clearly the hundreds of great orders they do put out don’t get a thank you. We’re all so great at complaining when something is wrong but never at giving praise when something is good! Myself included which is why I’m leaving this review here. Great pizzas, decent delivery service and for the prices they’re asking for you really can’t go wrong. I have seen in the shop last week the old owners are back and couldn’t wait to order (neither could the kids!) You can really tell with the quality flavours and freshness of the dough. So happy, I will be back to ordering weekly again I imagine! Apologies in advance to my waistline. Thank you Pizzaco!

All arrived on time however worst Pizza I ever had should have gone to Pizza by Goli had nice ones before from pizza o but this was was 1/10

Two weeks ago I noticed a offer for any large pizza for £5 and thought I’d give it a go as if the reviews are correct I’ve only lost £5. I have now been three times and each time the service and pizza have been good. It’s not the best pizza I’ve had but definitely worth more than the £5 I paid.

As others have said.....this used to be a great pizza takeaway but has really suffered since it changed hands. It sounds cheap but, when you consider the quality of the food it’s only “so-so”. Crave in Lichfield (more expensive admittedly), is far nicer.

Skimpy on the toppings and over cooked. We had two of the large pizzas but couldn’t eat the crust on either as very dry and a little crunchy

Placed a £30 order and after an hour of waiting it turned up wrong, half of the portions were missing and what did turn up looked revolting. The make up of the salad on the kebab was a single slice of mushy cucumber and a few lettuce shreds, missed off all the sauces. When we called up to tell them our issues we were offered a replacement of extra salad. While on the phone, a hair was discovered melted into the cheese in the cheesy chips so that issue was brought up, for them to turn round and call us liars. They were abusive on the phone, swearing at us and saying we were just doing this for free food. At this point all we wanted was a refund, we said we would leave the food for them to take back as it was inedible anyway. They then refused a refund saying ‘we can’t do that’ even though we paid cash. We were then forced to walk half hour down there (during lockdown) else we wouldn’t get our money back. We showed them all the food including the chip with the hair on it and they proceeded to say we were lying and just trying to get free food. Finally got a refund, which was short. As the manager of a small business in Lichfield I know how crucial customers are at a time like this, so if you’re lucky enough to still have people wanting to buy from you, you should appreciate it. The customer is always right. Word gets around fast in a small city, I will be telling all of my customers to steer clear. Disgusted is an understatement.

Small portions salad looks like it's been left out for days owner is rude when complaining about the food and blamed us for putting hair in the cheesy chips would never eat here ever!! Also swore at me down the phone and is now making me travel a mile back to the shop for a supposed refund

It was our first time ordering from here tonight we waited over one hour for delivery which wasn’t a problem as we assumed they’d be busy anyway but I can assure you it wasn’t worth the wait my chicken burger was like rubber the fries were full of grease my partners kebab was dry and tasted like dirty grease leaving a foul taste in our mouth I feel physically sick I had one bite of my burger and binned it. I wish I’d have listened to the reviews because I wasted nearly £16 on rubbish. The people who have left good reviews either don’t know what good food is are being paid to write them but I can assure you this place is diabolical never again will we be ordering from here. We should have known the food would be as lousy as their customer service judging by the way they’ve spoken to other on their reviews. This place needs shutting down.

Orderd 2 pizzas one correct order the other incorrect so I called them bk up bare in mind the incorect order nealy killed me as I'm elergic to mushrooms they turned round and said that I did order the pizza with mushrooms which is calling me a lyer so I stated I'd come down to the shop and sort it they then said what you going to do nothing. So rude abusive in friendly none understanding apsalutly appalling. So can congratulations you will be hearing from my solicitor and yes I am also keeping on slice of the pizza to be DNA tested. Well done you have just lost a long time regular customer. I will also be contacting the manager of the store and if that goes no where I will be contacting your head office and like said before my solicitor is being contacted. Well done

I'm only giving this 1 * because I can't put none. Decided to try this restaurant and wish I hadn't bothered. The food was terrible to say the least, my chicken wrap was stale and the chicken strips were overcooked, dry and chewy. My partner ordered the garlic mushrooms which were covered in burnt cheese and didn't taste of garlic at all. Furthermore, the chips/fries were dry and old and my partner ordered a cheesecake which came frozen! I decided to ring them and speak to the manager who argued with me about everything I said was wrong with the order. Will not be ordering from here again! Avoid at all costs or pay the extra and go to dominos instead.

Ordered from here for me and my partner and lew me away with the spicey wrap 🥵🥵 so so hot but all in all lovely food and speedy delivery 👌
