Pizza Time in County Durham

2 nights running I used this place. the first night they missed off the free garlic bread which I wrote in the box. The next night they got most the order wrong. 3 of the 4 meals were totally wrong. Mainly my sons chicken wrap which became chicken and Donner! (He does not like Donner!!). the free pizza we were told could have an extra topping on because of last night's mistake. Well guess what it was missing!! My wife ordered chips and gravy and was told there was no gravy so changed it for a small chicken wrap! Well, that did not turn up, but a tray of chip did!!! When my wife complained he had a bad attitude??? I spent nearly £45!! But their loss! Too many fast-food places to pick from to use these again!

Pizzas were soggy and quite tasteless This is our second poor takeaway from here despite recommendations from family Other options in the town may be worth a try

Arrived late pizza arrived was stone cold and chips had been in the box that long they are just soggy and wet.

The last two times I have ordered from here the kebab meat has been dry as anything so I could not eat it. It’s obvious it has been reheated it didn’t even look very nice won’t be getting kebab again

delivered late, pitta's not grilled, i know weather has been bad, but ungrilled pittas, regular thing now

ordered cheesy chips potion was ridiculously small compared to how much they normally put in. literally was 13 chips 😂😂 wasted the money. easier paying for a large. get moneys worth

Absolute joke.. waited the hour rang up was told it was out for delivery, waited another 20 minutes to be told it hadn't even left the shop so cancelled the order and got in touch with just eat for a refund as paid by card. For it to arrive 2 and a half hours late and cold! And they'd still forgotten to send the pizza that was on my order so had to wait again for that... I understand shops get busy but this was a pure joke and wasn't told it was going to be late

I gave this service one more try after my last delivery took 1hour half and turned up soggy and cold!! so to no surprise yet again I’m still awaiting my order which was placed over an hour and half ago. The staff don’t know customer service and I certainly won’t be ordering from this take away again .

Food was good and quick but time given was wrong so I was in the middle of bathing the kids when it arrived. Love being able to just order online tho will use the service again.

Wise man say forgiveness is devine but never pay fullprice for late pizza

Just got my delivery there after waiting 2 hours for it, paid 15 pound and my garlic bread wasn't there, not only this but the portions were ridiculous. And most of it was cold. If that wasn't bad enough a week before I went in the shop after a drink and handed over a twenty pound note for a wrap only receiving bits of change. Ten pound short Wouldn't recommended this shop to apes

Not normally one to leave reviews but last nights takeaway was the worst i've ever had. Order was incomplete and the 2 wraps were stone cold and practically liquid because they had been sweating in a carrier for so long. Literally binned everything.

absloutle joke tonight,understandable that it would take longer because of the weather but for us to ring the takeaway 3 times and be lied to twice that our food had been sent for us to ring the third time and tell us it hasn’t even left the shop ordered at 6:30 got food at 8:50, CAN NOT FAULT THE DELIVERY THO!! he came and was so apologetic explaining to us that everyone in crook should have been giving 3 hours waiting time because of bad weather, 5 star for him most genuine one in the place!

The food is always lovely, but the delivery is disgraceful. it is a Tuesday night and I have been waiting for 1h 30minutes since order and its yet to arrive.

all good except the chicken tikka pizza sauce was too much like having a curry on a pizza. A little too sauce filled for my liking.

The bolognese chips were infact chilli with skimpy chips that were cold and stale. The chicken kebab was full of grease n minging, awful food.

Food was awful. 30 mins late. Luke warm. Pizza was completely tasteless and base tasted like soggy cardboard. All in all no flavour at all. Had to cover it in garlic sauce just to eat two slices then binned the rest. Total waste of money and starving!!! Will never order from there again.

Ordered chicken for two it came cold and poor quality and quantity hardlies any chicken in the order also ordered two chocolate fudge cakes and the cream on them had went bad called the shop to ask for a refund and got told no poor customer service and terrible food would never order from that shop again horrendous offered to send out two more cakes my deliver was due at 11 it is now 11:40 so would be waiting another hour for two cakes no thank keep the money DO NOT WAIST YOU TIME OR MONEY

Had to ring as order was late advised on its way. When it came it was just say warm with items missing; rang restaurant who advised would take it away and replace but no time given. Advised could not wait. When order opened up discovered salad had been included when not ordered, the chill and garlic dips smelt funny and were a funny colour, the 2 pizzas from a meal deal were the wrong pizzas. Overall a very very disappointing experience. Rang Just Eat for refund who contacted take away place - they denied order was late and that calls were made regarding missing items in order and the receipt was not from them but another take away in Brandon!

Food was late and wrong phoned the shop after about 2 minutes of the owner shouting down the phine saying just eat's fauld he said the replacement pizza will be sent strait out another 45 minutes go buy phoned the shop back and they haven't even made my pizza shocking service

After waiting 20 minutes later than the agreed delivery time (1hr total) I called pizza time to check on my order. The person on the other end (who either couldn't be bothered or was just very tired) assured me my food was on the way. When my food arrived (a further 10 minutes later) the delivery guy did apologise for the delay. The chips and chicken nuggets were soggy and tasted like they'd been re-heated. All the food was ridiculously greasy (I managed to actually squeeze some grease out of one of the chicken nuggets) The mushrooms were pretty bland, I would have expected some garlic or something on them. I also ordered a slice of chocolate cake which was nice.

The delivery driver found it hard to find my flat but they still brought my food back up again when I rang which was nice and the kebab I ordered was very tasty !

Really disappointed with this take away, we have ordered from here a few times and usually it can be a bit late but, the food will make up for it. Tonight was a joke though and it has left us to not ordering from here again. Our food was scheduled to be delivered here at 9.20pm which was changed from 9pm. I get a message at just after 9.20 to tell me it's on it's way only for 10pm to come with no food. I call up only to be told in a stroppy manner that he had tried to deliver our food twice and that we didn't answer and he could see tv on! Our living room faces the back garden so he would never have seen our tv on! I went on to explain he hadnt knocked at our door and we were still waiting, asking him why he didn't phone the number on the order. He said he did but I had no calls or missed calls at all on my phone! I then told him there were 2 places with the same road name in two close towns, it turns out he delivered to the wrong town, even though it clearly states which town we live in on the order address. Then he offers to bring the same food back that he tried delivering 45 minutes earlier only to offer making the food fresh when I declined. He eventually gets it here at 10.30pm (2 hours after ordering) My curry sauce and chips barely had any curry sauce on them and I would have had more satisfaction pushing the money down my nearest drain! Just eat called the manager asking for a refund, as this is not acceptable to which he replied we have already lost money cooking two lots of food in the first place (not our fault) but we can have a free pizza next time we order! We never order pizza we don't like it and even if we did we don't want a free pizza! Needless to say we won't be ordering again and I'm upset to think that we have to miss out on what usually is nice food.

Food came luke warm and it said that 1/4 of the pizza was Margherita when we asked for half but other than that okay! Came before its expected delivery time which is even better!

Food was delicious! Delivery was earlier than expected and price is very reasonable. Definitely ordering from here again.

Food came earlier than expected!!! A whole 45 minutes...the guy at the door was super friendly and helped me close the door as my hands were full. I ordered an £11 special and it was so worth it. Food was hot and our drinks were cold. Definitely will be ordering again!

We order the same every time and we didn't get what we ordered tonight. Mexican chicken folded pizza was just a crappy normal pizza more like margarita with a few peppers on. Such a shame as we have always enjoyed our take away from pizza time. Hope this is just a one off as it's a busy bank Holiday weekend.
