Pizza Time in Wakefield

I would give a good review for food however don’t understand how a place can clearly advertise on the menu it charges £1.60 for delivery under 2 miles then adds an extra 50p to delivery when you are under the 2 miles .When asked to speak to the Manager which was definitely not the Manager I spoke to I questioned as to why ? I was told it’s up to the Manager what he charges couldn’t speak to him as he was on holiday 🤔

Ordered last night, kebab meat turned up shocking, asked for a refund next day as shop closed by time order was received, got spoken to on phone like and idiot by cashiers and manager, jamal wasn't in apparently.

Ordered 1/2 pound burger and donner wrap Burger I orderd was ment have two burgers Donna, chicken and bacon.. Only one burger no Donna. The Donna wrap was orderd with salad and had none in

Absolutely amazing food tonight, burgers all round were great, compliments to the chef and staff.

Litters home with advertising despite notice on mailbox not to insert unsolicited post or marketing, i.e. junk mail.

Banging kebab. Good value on the kids donner meat and chips meal but wouldnt recommend the chicken nuggets as not good value for money.

Hit and miss all the time, i ordered the burger time burger says half pound burger with chicken and bacon well I got just 1 burger with chicken and bacon so wasn't half pound, my wife got donner pizza which are usually nice, was hardly any cheese and the donner meat on top was literally crunchy, we order from here all the time but lately its hit and miss so in future we are finding somewhere knew gave them enough chances. Terrible.

Food is so bland especially pizzas at moment my son only likes chips here I don't like anything. If we order big for kids neatly always forgets something when delivery

Changed my review from 3 stars to 1 star due to getting foot poisoning from last nights pepperoni pizza.

Called in for a takeaway tea the staff are helpful and the pizza was good

Two promotional text messages per day TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST. Text LEAVE to 8445 does not work, foods cr*p too. All round bad experience

AVOID NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered 1 pizza with extra pepperoni. Received 2 pizzas, one with perroni and 1 without. Called to complain and was told the order was read back to us, which it wasn't. I explained that we have ordered many times before, please check the history and we were accused of lieing. I asked for a manger and there was no one available. We were more persistent and was told the order would be corrected, which it wasn't. To add, their offer of correcting was to replace with the correct order and NOT to refund for over charinging. Finally we didn't order thin, we actually ordered deep, so to be a used of lieing is an insult. NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

UPDATE Jan '23: The quality of food is lovely, when they get your order right. But after a couple of very unpleasant and borderline racist deliveries from one particular delivery man, we will now be on the hunt for a new pizza takeaway.

Been to this place a few times, kinda tasty, but last time my friend got food poisoning and you call them once to order they won’t stop texting you. You text STOP and it charges you! I called in to the shop specifically for them to take my number off their list and nothing changed I get bombarded by texts from them day and night

One of the best kebabs and pizza I had in Yorkshire ♥ loads of meat and other ingredients. Highly recommended.

If I could have rated ZERO STARS i would have. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or any thing other than taking your money. Absolutely disgusting the way we have been treat today. Well you have lost a customer. I'm left with crying kids because you took away their food over £1 that on the phone it was agreed I could pay it on Thursday when I get paid. Well done & Thanks for letting me tell my kids they were having food 🤬

Not a bad burger, it was quite a lot better than I expected

very inconsistent in terms of good food, most the time ill get a thin pizza where if i pick up a slice all the cheese falls off while covered in grease so much you can swim in it, the kebab and chips the chips are solid although the kebab is either on the verge of raw or most of the time literally black and burnt but every time i order every one in 3 its good so order and hop you get that 1 in 3

Usually don't have an issue but was eating a slice of pizza to find the biggest chunk of gristle ever, , the chicken strip wrap was litterslly just chicken strips (stale ) In a wrap even tho we asked for salad we still got none and cheese chips cheese wasn't melted at all , other than that was OK, as I say never usually have an issue but this time was a let down

As a large family Pizza Time is ideal due to there great Meal deals! Which saves us loads of money and there's always food left over due to Pizza Time being generous with their portions. Thin & Crispy Pepperoni and BBQ Chicken are gorgeous would definitely recommend.

Good food after pub closing time.

This is happening to often with this place, pizza falls apart and when it comes toppings if there is any are all over the place. The toppings are minimal and when you picking a slice up what toppings are in just fall off as the base I soggy, very thin and under cooked. Saturday night use to be good better than in the week but the last couple of weeks are proving to be very disappointing.

Literally the best pizzas and Donner kebabs I've ever had in the UK. Prices are spot on. Delivered when they said. Top notch.

Pizzas are delicious and garlic bread is so yummy 😋. Offer NHS and public service discount too which is a bonus. 👌🏾

Been a nice takeaway but todays worst ever soggy chips an not alot of kebab meat on burgers 4. 11 2020 gave this another try garlic bread was dry as hell an no taste kebab meat was over cooked only thing nice was chips

Friendly service, great prices and a good range. The half pound chilli burger with chips was delicious and served in a timely manner for £4.60. Shame I live 180 miles away as it's great

The best takeaway pizza I have had since moving to the area. The garlic bread and chilli cheese bites were also fantastic! Will be coming back for sure.
