Burn chips was hard so was burger I couldn’t eat it I’ve wasted money

Not long moved to selby so still trying to find good takeaways. Both pizza and tomato garlic bread were amazing! Took over an hour to arrive but i knew that when ordering and saw the estimated delivery time, was still worth it for a nice takeaway.

driver was very courteous. we had our granddaughter for the night And due to the time he knocked lightly.

The women on the phone didn't greet me , ask for my order or anything just complete silence till I said hello and I got a hello back no more.....I was then passed to another employee who sounded passive aggressive when he was asking where the order was too which really didn't help and did not appreciate it at all . For the women I would class this as either a new employee slip up or bad training felt really weird about the whole thing then was told my food would be 30 minutes longer to deliver ( as a estimate ) I put the order in at around half 6 and hasn't arrived yet and its 8:42 this is a appalling on all fronts never had this issue before but this has really annoyed me. To there credit they offered free onion rings but what point is it when my food is 2 hours late. Absolutely ridiculous.

Is absolutely joke to wait on food almost 2 hours. Food was really good but next time if I wants food on 7 pm I will order 5 pm. I don’t know if this food is make in London and and by train or ppl working in this place move to slowly.

Rank! Donner meat is slimey and mushy, pizza dough tastes and feels undercooked, chips are cooked in old fat and onion rings come burnt! Took almost 2 hours to arrive for 95% to get binned! Never again

Although food arrived a bit after the estimated time, we were assured our food was on the way. The food was excellent quality and customer service was brilliant!

Mixed feelings on this, ordered at 18.30 arrived 20.20 (20 mins late according to app) but the pizza and chips were hot and fresh…..2nd best in town after golden skewer

We as a family love ordering from pizza Roma ! We get food from here on a regular basis and we have never had a problem with food or the service ! Anything we have ever asked for we have got free even if we have ordered through just eat ! We will now be ordering from their actual website as I didn’t realise you could pay by card on there! That’s the only reason we ever used just eat! We will now be supporting there own website in future 😊

Arrived a little late. Was still hot. Good Kebab, pitta fresh and didnt fall apart. Decent thin base pizza, good cheese to tomato ratio. Peperoni slightly spicy.

I think I have a right to review my food before eating it... As the app has told me that my food has already been delivered, yet I don't see it in my hands, the delivery driver must have registered my food as delivered earlier so that it appears they are doing their job correctly... When I called the to say that the app had registered that my food as delivered but the food wasn't with me, the takeaway worker used the excuse that "maybe" the driver must have recorded it as delivered when he left with my order; the restaurant is 5mins away from my house and the drivers was apparently coming directly to me, the driver took 20 mins to deliver it (when there's no traffic) after it was recorded delivered. unfortunately this felt like the gentleman on the phone didn't know what had happened and was throwing a likely situation out of thin air to get rid of me and my enquiry. Now that I finally have my takeaway, The delivery ended up being 15-20 minuites late, and I was waiting 2 hours and 5mins AVG for my food. My food was ordered at 18:55 and I ended up getting it at 21:00-15 ish, the food was basic in regard to how long I had waited for it, and the gentleman on the phone didn't even look into my concern, maybe I'll go somewhere else next time, sorry Pizza Roma! Adiós amigos

Freezing cold pizza and chips, an hour and forty five minutes after ordering for asap delivery

pizzas are brilliant, however the chicken strips were thin and really over done, partner ended up throwing them in the bin which is a shame as it’s the main part of the meal.

I'm really disappointed as I usually like ordering here. The man who called me was rude, and also said I couldn't have any money back because I asked for cheese on my meal. I don't think this is acceptable as an excuse as I paid 18 pounds! The chips and chicken were not good quality when they arrived. I won't be ordering from here again due to the service I received and I am even questioning whether to keep using just eat, as this has happened to me in a few locations now. Very disappointing

Not ordered from Pizza Roma for a good while now, thought we would try them again. What can I say they were slightly late on delivery time however the rest was outstanding. One of the best takeaways I've had for a long time. - donnor burger.. just right, bun perfect - Royal kebab.. some of the best chicken meat ive probably ever had. -peperoni pizza.. general run of the mill pizza And the piece de ristance.... the garlic mayonnaise all I can say is wow. Fantastic and will return again

Lied to us when we rang up to ask where it was after they said it had been cooked and was waiting for delivery then said it hadn’t finished cooking. We ordered at 19:05. Food didn’t arrive until 21:10. Also claimed it was the fault of a driver not showing up but said we couldn’t come pick the food up because it hadn’t been cooked

Chips looked and tasted like they where yesterday reheated. All 4 of the burger buns looked stail. The driver forgot our bottle of coke and we've not had our free bottle of coke on 2 occasions when we've requested it.

Combo burger came with no cheese or anything on it, just 2 dry burnt burgers, that burnt the dog even turned his nose up at it

Chicken burger was poor, over cooked. Chips were alright, my 1/2 pound bacon cheese burger was okay. Standard greasy burger / chip combo for £7 a go. First time we’ve tried it, but Will try elsewhere next time.

1hr 20 mins no sign of the delivery , phone the shop to be told just going to start the order which is ridiculous and it will be another 30 mins. Try cancelling the order on just eat to be told I will be charged 50% for cancelling which is £15 for something not received.

Lovely pizza’s. Didn’t arrive for two hours but it’s Saturday night & I get takeaways get very busy. Nicest chips from a takeaway we’ve had, crispy.

The chicken kebab is the best but the salad that comes with it is poor. Over priced at £8.50 but the chicken is so nice.

Pizza came burnt at the edges and yet wasn't as warm as it could've been.

Said 10pm on the just eat app, called and they said 9.15 .....

Going through the process of ordering we specifically made a note on the app as instructed to get some free fries with the order that didn’t arrive. Pizza was nice if a bit expensive but took too long to arrive - 2hours from ordering.

Food was over 30 minutes late, and when it came it was burnt.

Once again using Just Eat so disappointed, placed order at 18.30, spoke to takeaway at 20.15 to be told could be another hour. No more Just Eat for us. Food quality rating based on previous delivery sometime ago.

After ringing multiple times and being told 'it's just coming out of the door' twice, we gave up hope.

Usually pizzas get delivered before the stated time. I had to ring up and ask where it was.

Always order from them, food is always piping hot and delicious.

45 minutes late, chicken in kebab was tikka flavoured which you would get in an Indian, hardly any salad, pizza was fine.

Ordered at 2030 on a Monday. Had to call up to chase delivery. Got delivery over an hour late. Had to wait over 2 hours since placing order. No apology on arrival just offered a can of coke that driver picks out of his tracksuit pocket. Nice. And then when look at pizza it's all come apart like it's been thrown around in the car. Absolute waste of time. Do not order from here. Garbage
