Pizza Rapido in Birmingham

Food tasty as always. This time delivery was late. Ordered online just before 5pm as always. Delivered after numerous number of phone calls at 7pm.

Very nice delivery driver it was still warm at least … pizza was very nice bit spicey for me but my partner said he loved it

We had the wrong pizza delivered called the shop and they had it sorted out in no time. Good customer service and good pizza. Was given a complementary bottle of drink👍🏽Thank you for rectifying the mistake. Will order again. 💫

Food was ok, but very late, ordered at 1720 food came at 1945, did try to call but phone line was busy or off.

Its was superb and amazing lovely and warm just how i liked it above al it was just perfect

The pizza was all on one side as if he had it in a carrier bag the toppings were crushed, the driver was on his phone to someone as he approached the house. No engagement had to shout to get a reaction of him. I have taken pictures

ordered 2 large fries only ended up with one...driver gave money back, but couldn't enjoy the feast with friends around, as not enough fries to share

was due at 19.15 then 19.25 then 19.45 rang and told 20 mins turned up at 20.15. spoke to restaurant they have made a note and will do a deal to compensate on next order apparently so will update review then.

Pizza Rapido is a well established business within Bordesley Green, providing delicious pizza's. Our order was a Meal Deal with two Large (12 Slices) Pizza (Meat Feast / Tandoori Chicken) along with chicken dippers and two portions of fries. Really tasty and the pizza remained together (no cheese sliding off). So far a go to for pizza's with a good history. Mind the missing slices in the picture, as myself and friends were far too hungry.

Unfortunately the standards have dropped many years ago they use cheap cheese suppose to be a pull on the cheese etc no taste at all stop use cheap cheap burger cheese

Amazing pizzas as always. Always fresh and full of flavor. Delivery estimate was aprox 80 mins, however received in aprox 30 mins. Thanks

Too expensive you could get only 3 toping for medium pizza at 11.60£

Been a customer for over 30 years, never let me down, sometimes the taste can be different but this can be down to who is making the pizza's but generally the taste and quality are consistent. It's not easy to maintain that level of quality when your shop is always busy but hats off to Pizza Rapido they do well to keep standard during busy time, and all those complaining about waiting 2 hours what do you expect if they are busy? They do tell you if delivery is going to be longer than expected, you have the option of collecting yourself which I do when they are extremely busy and I have never had to wait more than 20mins for a collection order

The food is good but you need to get a better telephone service with a queue system so people do not have to call a hundred times just to get through. If people cant get through to you then they can't order

Kids loved the pizzas and fries like always... This place deffo does the best pizzas my son won't eat from any other place around here!!!

This is a constant issue with this pizza place, they need to stop taking so many orders if they can make it to customers. Very very dissatisfied

Very bad delivery. I actually ordered a pizza and received it after 2 hours and half! My address is 2 mins drive away from them..

The vegetarian meduim pizza was made very nice and the other rapido special meduim pizza all slices were burnt. And the taste was over cooked and burnt.

The pizzas are sometimes good and sometimes have no taste to it. Over 10 years ago they used to have very tasting pizzas. The fries are good from here.

Made me wait 2 hours for a pizza and then sent me vegetarian pizza with hardly any toppings on it which was burnt and not for for human consumption. It had to be binned. If your pizza comes out burnt . Do not send it out. Bin it and make another !!

The food is good but the service is rubbish. They shut off just eat on a Friday, Saturday and taking all orders by phone. The phone lines engages for dozens of attempts. Can never get through to them.

I placed the order and the delivery time was changed to much later. I called the restaurant they told me 15 mins and it will be there it has now been 7 mins it shows as delivered I have no food here

I have been told I'm getting 6:50 and then I phoned in takeaway and they said it's on the ways but it came 7:20.my kids go bed 7:30 because they got school 2marw .

Pizza was over cooked. Cheese was burnt. I always order from sparkhill branch. They never over cook. Was not satisfied with the Broadsley green branchs tandoori delight pizza. Was deliverd on time though

I paid for 4 dips Thousand Island and instead there sent me out 1 Thousand Island and 4 chillies. Always gets my order wrong. Also the fries where soggy and wernt cooked properly. Bined them straight away.

You can't beat this pizza especially on a Sunday night. Always top quality & tasty.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered my food at 5:22pm and was given estimated delivery time of 6:40pm. I called the takeaway at 6:40pm and was told the food was in the oven and would be with me by 7pm. I still hadn’t received my food, so I called them again and they said the driver had left and would be here within 5 mins. I have young children who were hungry and tired and ready for bed. I’m very disappointed with this service. My food arrived at 7:18pm, a whole 2 hours since I ordered and 38 mins after the estimated time. I am very disappointed and demand a refund as this is ridiculous. Poor poor service. Will not be ordering again!

Deffo make the best pizzas around wish you would also sell donner meat also do half and half pizzas

ordered food at 5.40pm and was first told food will arrive at 7.00pm then at 7.37pm. had to ring restaurant twice. food arrived 8.15pm!! very poor delivery times. over 2 hours wait.

Amazing service...our delivery driver GWALLAH was an abdolute diamond! Booted it down BG road with his twin turbo tinted yaris, heard pops and bangs and all. Pizza was good, had a strand of gwallahs hair but all good still. 10/10

As being my local pizza shop. I’d expected good service. I understand Saturdays can be a busy day. But it took two hours to deliver and it was only when I called that they delivered it. The food was cold and overall I was not happy with the service.

Rubbish delivery & overpriced pizza. Waited for 1 hr 40mins for pizza to arrive and they’re only a 7min drive away. Didn’t update the app for delivery status either.

I had guests who have left now as my order was 30 mins late and fries were soggy and disgusting.

Regular customer for over 25 years, food quality has been ruined by delivery driver pizza found bent and deformed, Driver was talking on the phone whilst delivering my pizza, I opened the pizza box infront of him and pizza was bent so he he fixed it with his own hands infront of me and said “ Too many bumps on the road” pizza box was soggy it shows pizza had been left in the bag for way to long pizza was warm and not hot how it normally is the 4 slices touched by the driver were binned straight away the 8 slices remaining tasted nice would have been better if it was hot, drivers can’t go Around touching customers food and shouldn’t go around making pit stops On the way it ends up ruining customers food so just a word of advice to all customers to check your pizza upon delivery
