Pizza Pompeii in Swansea

Will never order again. Been a happy customer for 10 years. Quite often some of the order is missing, usually I don't moan, but today I rang to say it hadn't arrived, only to be called a lair. Horrendous customer service. Real shame.

Honestly the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. I could have cried when I finished it, never wanted it to end. Fresh and tasty food. The cookies are incredible! So much better than other popular pizza places. Staff are all lovely. Cannot recommend it enough

We had a lovely custom made pizza and my son enjoyed it so much he polished it off within 15 minutes?! (he's usually a very slow eater... 😁)

Grim. Would sooner be told sold out rather than the "bits" warmed up in the pizza oven!! Waited 15mims it, can't post the picture. £10 with 2 extra bread....

Grabbed a mixed done for the wife, pizza for the kids and a burger for myself, even Grabbed a cheeky Nutella pizza for dessert... was pretty busy so had a little wait. The time went quickly because the staff were having friendly conversations and "banter" with customers. By time we got home the kids had smashed the pizza and the wife had finished her kebab and they all said the food was beautiful, by time I ate my burger the Nutella pizza was gone! Apparently that was nice too 🙄🤪

Do not use these guys, waited 2hrs for a simple kebab...attitude stank when I rang them 3 times. Food arrived cold, totally unacceptable and not worth the money.

not been yet since i cant find the entrance, me and patricia have been stuck in the parking lot for over 3 weeks. however, steve is very nice on the phone, and the workers are great.

I ordered pizza Sunday night for my son and it never turned up, still charged me £12.00 tried to call you several times no answer and emailed 4 times still no reply or my refund. I’ll see you at 5pm tonight when you open for my full refund and explanation

Burgers are tasty, and the chicken tandoori pizza is cooked to perfection everytime.

The previous owners took pride and care in their food and service and would have been a 5 star before the new owners took over, they don't cook their food properly and have absolutely no idea what they are doing! Seriously gone downhill since the takeover, would avoid at all costs! Not to mention the old manager would never allow a bunch of hostile youths to hang around the front of shop intimidating their other customers and even their drivers The worst rub kebab shop and worst food in Gorseinon 👌🏼

Dreadful food tonight, what has happened to this place? The image provided says it all. How long has that meat been waiting to be served to some unfortunate soul? Even the Rats all over Swansea would turn their noses up at that! Disgraceful!

Never once had a bad meal from this place. These guys make the best pizza around! Whether you pick it up from shop or have it delivered, the food is always piping hot and super tasty! Never go anywhere else!

The best kebab , pizza's and everything lol. Love the chicken shish the medium is honestly huge. Everything is 100% fresh you can taste it.

This is the BEST place for a Kebab !! Ordered a mixed Donar last night for myself and my wife and everything was SPOT ON !! The Lamb and Chicken was moist, tasty and not salty !! The Salad was really crispy and FRESH !! Lovely Coleslaw TOO !! I would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you !!

I ordered a zinger burger meal, large meat feast and a tikka kebab. Its was nice, but I didnt get the zinger burger, its was a beef burger with a bit of chicken in it. Not at all wot the picture showed but was nice enough. Pizza good, kebab good. Lol

Always been a great take away. Best in Gorseinon as far as I’m concerned. Most negative reviews on here seem to be by people who are either A) Leaving out key bits of details about why their order/experience was a negative experience & B) People who like to whinge at the slightest bit of inconvenience, most lightly because they have been spoon fed most of their lives. 10/10

Got recommended by my mate to eat kababs here so I did and ever since I come here all the time food great I’m one of the teens they see me there most of the time and they are good with serving as well brilliant food nice and hot!

Ordered online last night, easy to do. Food arrived nice and early, food was beautiful and temperature was perfect. Order was spot on. Amazing service.

Food usually ok but constant errors with orders. People make errors understandably but when it's highlighted you'd expect a bit of effort to correct it. Organisation is terrible and yet again we return home to find the wrong order has been given yet they don't make much of an effort to correct it... Shame!

Ordered it a five to seven said it would take 20 minutes and it has been over and hour for a small order what a disgrace even though we live like 5 minutes away from the place

Lovely pizzas, chips and burgers and friendly staff!

We have ordered from here for years and have never had a problem until tonight where they were aggressive and rude on the phone to me after ringing with a problem with our order. Was shouted at and interrupted serveral times and told we were not welcome to order from there again. Safe to say they have lost our custom and once I tell family and friends about this ordeal they will lose even more custom. Very disappointed and disgusted with their behaviour and attitude over a simple problem that could of been fixed but obviously they would rather lose the custom, money and their reputation.

Local takeaway don't usually use it but popular with youngsters

Was in Swansea for a short trip, tried Pompeii with friends. Absolutely enjoyed the service and food here. Had the massive pizza twice from this place. One time eat in and once takeaway. Really friendly staff and quality pizzas. Would definitely order again. Best pizzas in town!

Didnt even get a chance to try as the declined my order and said I was too far away which was only 1.9 miles .. why do delivery if you don't even go over 2 miles!!! Called another takeaway which was the same distance, in fact it was .4 mile further and they accepted my order .. if you going to deliver expect to travel for than a mile 👎👎👎

Always been great for us. Tasty kebabs & great fresh salad. Loads of chicken in the large tikka kebab. My other half always enjoys her chicken shish also. Quick delivery and always friendly. Nice touch tonight giving a free drink & lollypop for the little one. Thank you

TERRIBLE FORGOT my dips then refused to give them to me after I PAYED and then i got a attitude on after they said you listen to me now never again they lost my custom
