Is anyone actually washing their hands in between odours it fairly loose now. Not very clean at all.

After a few drinks in Matlock town, called in to grab some dinner, ordered 2 kebabs.. price didn’t quite match the order and prices on the menu, never thought to question it, the other half did have a few specific requests. Got home to eat our dinner to find out the bag was full of food we hadn’t ordered! But had been charged for!!! As for the restaurant itself… If you saw the conditions of which your food was being stored and prepared in… you’d think twice about ordering from here!! Witnessed the “cook” drop a bag of fries all over the floor pick them up and put them in the fryer!! Will never eat from here again.

Ordered 2 different pizzas on the 2-1 deal, both were wrong when delivered. Rang up to try and iron it out, and I was met with the staff telling me it wasn’t possible and to call back later to get it sorted out. Call back later, and I’m told to wait another 20 minutes for the boss to come back, after which he’ll give me a call. I never got the call, or my money back. Go elsewhere.

The most delicious pizza I have ever eaten, the hot sauces are great, the drivers are very fast, my food arrived 15 minutes after I ordered it, I recommend it to everyone who comes to Matloca.

Best pizza I’ve ever had also chicken kebab with home made chilli sauce is just to good !!

Asked for thin base pizza and came deep pan also paid for extra cheese and very little cheese on both pizzas as buy one get one free but not really anything free as you pay extra 3 pounds more than there other establishments

Probably the worst pizza I’ve had from a take out ever. Instead of a 2 for 1 still expensive con, perhaps try to make just one that’s nice and to the order. Terrible quality ingredients thinly spread over a soggy mush base. Domino’s knocks them out of the park unfortunately.

Ordered food paid for extra pepperoni but didn't get it on the pizza . Poor service

Dreadful. Stale chips, tough meat and covered in sauce despite asking for it in a pot. Completely inedible went straight on the bin

This place does the best kebab I ever had (take away kebabs). Everything is very fresh and the guys who work there are quality people. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Ordered £20 worth of food from their website, and waited 45 minutes before checking the website again which said it would be another 30 minutes. 2 hours after placing the order I rang the store. They put the delivery driver on the phone, who claimed the food had been delivered, called me a liar and thief and slammed the phone down. I have 24-hour CCTV at my house to prove it wasn't delivered. No way of getting my money back. Hope this place gets shut down. Do not buy pizza from here, no guarantee you'll get anything.

I ordered a chicken strip wrap with lettuce and mayo, i received practically a lettuce wrap with mayo. I also ordered a special salad that consisted of half a box of onion, more lettuce and two pieces of tomato. I might as well have just ordered a salad, £20 was expensive for just one salad..

Ordered 2 steak special kebabs, they arrived as normal, started eating the food, found out steak was off! The smell and taste was horrible. Rang to complain and was told the steak was fresh today, never got to speak to the manager just heard him shouting its fresh and whenever the girls on the phone asked if I wanted a refund he shouted no refund its fresh! Ended up settling for pizza as a replacement.

Nice food but if you order take out, there's a minimum £28.40 order fee, irrespective of little how your order is !! No information given whilst ordering, in fact your order total shows a reduced amount. Nearly £30 for 2 small kebabs, delivered !? Wouldn't mind so much but, been a regular customer for over a year. Rang and spoke to the owner, zero interest ! Avoid.......

Had 2 pizzas from here on Saturday night, quite expensive at £7.90 for a 7 inch margherita, looks like we could have got one free if we ordered online and collected, really nice though. You live and learn 😂

Where do I start? I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Donna kebab but when I got them there was no cheese on the pizza. I asked for them to get me another one but they refused and told me to get out. Although I like the new sign xx

We tried to order online but the website doesn't seem to let you customise your meal the way we wanted, so I phoned the order through, unfortunately it is cash only for phone orders. I can't fault them for their delivery, very quick and the food was hot, but that's as good as it gets! The kebabs we had were small portions, they managed to get one order wrong with pitta instead of nan bread and I was a little surprised to find that a mixed kebab is just doner and chicken, not much of a mix there? The doner meat was very bland and most of it ended up in the bin. We won't be ordering again.

I ordered a pizza with no cheese and then the toppings as the person who I ordered for us allergic to cheese and we asked to get the pizza changed, they then told us that they couldn’t even though we had put in the instruction box to not put any cheese on the pizza and they still proceed too. My partner then rang them up and then still tried saying we didn’t do this or that and then started to give us cheek, started being sarcastic and then started swearing at us both over the phone! Absolutely distraught with the customer service, rude people and always stare at you’re legs when you walk in the shop. Needs new management. Learn how to do you’re orders right!!

first time ordering, very efficient with specific dietary needs, they deliver promptly and very vrry tasty. I will be ordering again. highly recommended.

I am really fussy about pizza. This was so tasty, especially for a vegetarian pizza. Delicious, actually sweet pineapple, fresh, so fresh onions and green peppers. They listened to the request for no mushrooms and there were none. A tasty base that was enjoyable, even the crust itself. Didn't skimp on the base sauce, nor the toppings and arrived super fast. So glad we have found them as Wirksworth is a little lacking in occasional treats. Thank you Pizza Point!

Dont order from here they are so rude when you put in a complaint about your order they dont want to handle your complaint i will never order from there again

Prices were very reasonable and the food was very good considering we drove for 30-minutes back to our campsite before we ate. the kebab was very nice that I had the only complaint from the other people in my family was wat that the chips are a little powdery

I’ve been ordering the special pizza point kebab for the past few years and every time it has been cooked to absolute perfection and all the components have been of the highest quality. When ordering it the standard 40 mins delivery time shows but it arrives on average after 20 mins hot and fresh ! Thank you Pizza Point for being my lockdown luxury at such a good price.

Asked for chilli sauce and garlic mayonnaise, then in comments asked them to only put a small amount of chilli sauce on and yahay they drowned is as per usual. Never ever bother to listen to their customers! Food ruined yet again.

Not good at all driver comes with no change..said shop dont have any and then my food was cold not nan bread with my kebab not good at all never will I oder agen..they sit not sent my nan bread up

Can YOU READ the names of each BLOCK of FLATS TO GET THE RIGHT BLOCK AND STOP MESSING UP CUSTOMERS ORDER AND ADDRESSES.

We have order from here and the Chicken strip wrap was cold called to tell them about it. I did ask for either a full refund for this item or if they could resend it but they point blanked refused. The wrap was full at the top with lettice with the chicke at bottom which a peice of the Chicken fell out and when I went to take a bite of of it it was cold. Will not be going back here again and will be contacting trade in standards first thing on Monday morning as this is unacceptable.

Spot o . Their Lamb kebab is amazing. Big chunks of lamb salad sauce choice of pitta or nan. Small 5.50 large 7.50. Well worth the money.

First time I tried it and the food was amazing... however I thought the customer service was horrendous..... sadly only 3 stars.... try being polite to customers guys.

Ordered from here a few times now, we’ve always liked the food. The pizza’s are very tasty (Even the next day cold!) and reasonably priced with the 2 for 1 deal. Delivery has always been on time, even on New Year’s Eve at 7pm they had 10 pizzas ready for a party for us delivered to our door. Don’t be put off with bad reviews.

We used to come to pizza point every Sunday night for a kebab. All of a sudden it’s gone very down hill... we ordered for delivery a-week a go and they’ve changed everything. Then tonight we thought we would try them again, collecting so we could see what they had done.. however we were later than we were meant to be and everything was already made. We paid £19 for 3 kebabs with salad and extra sauce. One of the kebabs had no sauce at all. One had no salad at all and the other was okay. So because we had collected it and brought it home to eat we opened it up very disappointed. So we rang them to complain, asking for the manager. Who apparently answered the phone.. he simply said ‘ okay thankyou’ to our complaint and put the phone down. Terrible attitude and plain rude!

And the award for 'Thee Worst Customer Service' goes to Pizza Point. Rude, impatient and insolent towards customers. Can't comment on the food as we didn't get that far. A very generous 1 star rating because 0 stars isn't an option. Pizza Point, sorry for bothering you by choosing your establishment, it was highly apparent you didn't want our custom, McDonalds does though. Save yourself the hassle folks and go somewhere else.

Awful, had the big fat sweaty bloke argued because his sign don't make sense. Then manager wanted hassle. And food was woeful.

Food is OK but the customer service is rubbish. They failed to deliver all the order despite it being paid for in full. We wont be using them again and I would advise others to avoid. They were not interested in delivering the rest of the order even though I called twice and they still didn't return. Paying for something then not delivering it.....Dishonest and insincere.

Wouldn't even give one star , manager on duty was so rude apparently I ordered my food from clay cross store for delivery to alfreton but when I rang Matlock up to question where my order was the lady read my order out and was exactly what I ordered and my card I payed with was registered to my address in Matlock for delivery to my address in Matlock . I ordered enough in past with no problem my food was delivered in end from clay cross stone cold and wouldn't give my money back so good went straight in Bin in front of delivery driver . Will tell everyone I know how shocking service is and not to order from them as I won't again

I got food poisoning twice off these Turkish idiots. I had stomach cramps every 2 minutes for 10 hours it so painful it felt like torture then half Way through the 10 about 5 hours in severe pain gripe cramp then I had to go to the toilet 🚽 quickly I'm sorry but I went back about a month later and because no where else was open I asked for the same as last time a large spicy Meat feast pizza thin crust please and thought that it would be OK this time. Sadly mistaken wad I because as a was walking beck up back Road to my apartment I tried a piece by the time I got to my door at the top my stomach droppped again but this time ihad to get to the toilet quick I'm sorry to scythes and I hope no-one finds this offensive but o on the toilet my poo was like water and it Was a really twisted feeling in my gut I thought theve done it again and I filled the toilet every five Minffordd about half an hour my but was really sore after all the wiping and had to buy wet wipes not be baby wipes ANDREX WET WIPES. What I will say is if your constipated and want to empty your guts get a spicy meat feast :-&

Decent food, pretty quick whenever we order but we now always order via the website and collect. That system works really well!

After having waited an hour and a fifty minutes and having phoned twice within this time asking if they had received our order in which they told us they had and it was on it's way, we then phoned again in which we were told they didn't have our order at all, in the end we never received our food. A complete waste of time.
