food was lovely when it finally arrived. took around 90 mins for delivery though which was a massive shame. just eat suggested I ask for money back from restaurant due to lateness but this was declined by them. Don't expect it to arrive in a timely manner but the food is good xx

The good companies are the ones who sort things when they go wrong. Forgot the chips for my burger meal. Offered to send later but I was going out so they instead refunded whole burger meal. Excellent service & the food I did get was excellent too.

Just had food delivered for the first time and. I can say fantastic food. Hot. Fresh. Pizza and a full flavour burger and wedges which are best in town...!! Recommend and will order again.! Well done to the people who work there.

Took over 2 hours for our order to come phoned them twice. Burgers were nice when it finally came but the chips were cold and dried up

We ordered pizza. It revived hot but the delivery driver knocked on the wrong door and woke up our upstairs neighbour. The pizza was nice but the base was very very soft for a deep pan pizza, Nicely filled

Pizzas were tasty along with the chicken and garlic bread pizza. Have had before and will do so again!

If you want a pizza or wedges, this is the best place you can go their food is absolutely delicious

Staying at Broadland Sands and decided to order out. All I can say is what a great choice! (Just Eat). Ordered 4 x 14" pizzas (Maybe a little too much) between 6 and some chips. All I can say is the food was fantastic, delicious! The pizzas had no grease whatsoever! We have food left over, luckily the kids like cold pizza. Staying at the holiday park, it's quite large. The driver phoned and after some directions, delivered with care, straight to the door. Fantastic service. Even gave us some free dips and a bottle of Pepsi. Would definitely order from here again. If you are staying at the site and are looking for something tasty and different from the on site catering, give these a go! Can't really comment on the atmosphere on a delivery, but as the food and service was so good, it's a 5 from me.

Pizza point is the pinnacle of takeaway kebab pizza burgers etc! Outstanding quality and attention to cooking is superior I honestly say this is the BEST takeaway in Lowestoft

Somehow my order got lost but made a fresh order and got it right out to me. Added extra, dips, hotwings,etc. Mistakes happen but they more than made up for it. Great food. Recommended!!

Arrived late, left the shop 20 odd minutes before deliver and food was all cold. Ate it as was starving and my son had waited up for it. Won't order again

I wish the quality of food from Pizza point was consistent. Sometimes it is really good, other times, like last time it can be truly awful. Last order, the Pizza base was tough and greasy (no semolina used now?), The mozzarella cheese tasted fake and had a rubbery texture. The tomato sauce was bland. Carelessly cut, with hugely different sized slices. Toppings??? Very Sparse!!! Come.on guys...don't lose your hard won reputation and customers...bring back the quality and care!

forgot the chicken wings. Wedges were more like massive roast potatoes 😂 And the burger looked like it had been sat on. Never had a problem before, the pizzas tho were spot on. Has not put me off ordering again but will be cautious about what we order.

Ordered a 2piece chicken with 2xchicken strips & 2x hot wings and chips. Came to £8.90…. When it came it was just a piece and chips which is £5.75 NOT HAPPY

Ordered at 7.45 delivery time confirmed. Between 8.45 and 9.05 delivered at 9.40 even though the app said delivered at 9.04. Food was cold but able to re heat pizza which was really tasty so if delivered hot would of been amazing chips went straight in the bin as was cold and hard

Best takeaway burger I’ve had. The patties are thick and tasty. The chips are decent too. Have ordered from here a couple of times and the quality is much better than expected based on experience of other takeaways. Good value for money and both times delivered much earlier than estimated. Extremely satisfied :)

Food arrived late and everything was cold

Used this place for the first time .Placed order and 1hr 25 mins later it arrived...COLD .. Rang and was told sorry we are busy !!! . £38 order and they don't care ..Well won't be coming back ..Its about repeat business and you lost out ..

Second time in a row they have added cheese to my order when I am lactose intolerant so had to bin the burger. Shame as I use them all the time but will be eating elsewhere due to these occasions

Other than the pizza being squashed to one end of the box, it was fine. It must not have been sat level in the delivery car.

Massively undercooked pizza, to the point we couldn’t actually eat it. Shame because it looked like it could’ve been decent if it was cooked better. Fried chicken was bang average. Curly fries the only saving grace.
