This place is ok unless you have a issue. They are slow at delivering and if there's an issue they ignore you or make lies up.

Great food, everything fresh, friendly people working there, easy parking, very varied menu for all tastes - fantastic value for money!!

Great Kebab tonight. I chose the Chicken Shish and Lamb Shish tonight with garlic mayo, chilli sauce, and crispy lettuce.. Absolutely perfect. Right amount of heat in the chilli sauce, juicy tasty chicken, and lamb both perfectly cooked and crispy lettuce.. Many thanks, I'll definitely be back.

0* awful service. Put an order in at 7.30pm told an hour max for delivery as busy, ok fine not a problem. 1hr 40mins passes, phone the store who says order is out for delivery. 25mins later still no food, another phone call to be told its out for delivery I questioned it had been 25mins since last calling and being told the same thing. Delivery driver was supposedly called and then I was told delivery in 10minutes. 20 minutes later still no delivery and store is not answering my calls. Do not recommend. Make a mistake that's fine, but atleast admit it instead of lying about the order and that is still on the way.

If you're a vegetarian or just a pizza lover in general, this place is a must-visit. The combination of delicious pizzas, friendly service, and the willingness to make it just the way you like it makes it a standout pizza shop in town. I can't recommend it enough! One of the things that really sets this pizza shop apart is their attention to detail. They remember me by name, and it makes me feel like a valued customer.

Great food with quick service. Great food and speedy service always, on the occasion we have gone into store to order we have always received great customer service. Have ordered multiple times and has always been tasty, hot and exactly what we ordered.

I visited Pizza Plus Horsham for the first time last week, having received a leaflet through the door. Our order was made online and upon arrival at the premises, a gentleman in front of me was being served at the counter, so I waited my turn. Another man then arrived, who appeared to be a regular and he was duly served and departed. All very frendly chat between him and the server. Still I stood there, waiting to be acknowledged whilst the server began replacing the till receipt. As he had some difficulty doing so, another server spent time helping him. At no time during the 10-15 minutes I waited did anyone speak to me or acknowledge my presence. It was only when the server was actually dishing our pizzas up that he asked to check my order receipt. There must have been 5 chefs/packers/servers behind the counter, yet not one of them acknowledged my presence. Was it because I was a woman? I would like to think not, but maybe it's a cultural thing. Whatever it was, they seriously need lessons in customer service. I, myself, have worked extensively on the frontline with the public and it's not always easy, but just a "hallo, sorry to keep you waiting" or a "please bear with us, I'll be with you in a moment" was all that was needed, rather than stoney stares and silence. The food was good, if a little bland, but I'm afraid that we won't be going back there again.

They delivered our orderwith one of the main dishes missing. Called and they were very lax in their response, asking if we wanted the meal! When we said yes they said it would be delivered asap. 20 mins later, second call, its in the car on it's way. The shop is around 1/4 mile from our home, still sitting here waiting. All the rest is going cold and the chip are soggy. We have now started eating what we have and still no sign. Phone call 4, it's still in a car on a tour of Horsham. Now we have a ruined evening, still waiting, family arguing. Another 15 mins passed and still waiting.

the absolute worst place to order food. Half of my order is missing, I call the restaurant number and they tell me no more orders and no refunds. I basically got my money stolen and the dude cannot speak a word of English as he repeated "no order no refund i need to sleep". Wow. Never consider this place unless you want half your orders missing, terrible customer service and just all around sh*t.

Collected a kebab and pizza after an awfull curry from Horsham Tandoori was thrown in the bin. Both items were hot tasty and will defiantly be back

got the best pizza ever here and the manager is a legend he’s so nice, definitely come to pizza plus it’s got the best food and for really good prices 😉

The kebab salad didnt taste fresh, the garlic bread was soo greasy i couldnt eat it and the chicken wings were sooo greasy we could pour oyt the grease from the container... Never eating there again

I am gutted to say that I am so disappointed in their customer service!!!! Food got delivered to the wrong address, and once we phoned up to complain about the long delivery wait, they said that our food was accepted by the other address and we would have to pay £10 to have the food redelivered!!!! Eventually they offered for us to collect with no extra charger. (Argued over the phone, and when Threatened to leave a bad review they said the could care less.) will not be returningggg!!!!!

Regular customer as food is always very good and staff members extremely friendly and chatty. Would recommend to anyone, best pizza burger and kebab in Horsham

Myself and my family arrived at pizza express for our lunch after swimming that day we were seated in the window so we had a little more space. When Sammie came over she went out of her way to interact with my 4 year old daughter.making her laugh. When the mains came out she was letting us know that what my mother in law had ordered wS her favorite meal there. And she was right my pizza was amazing my wife and her mums pasta was amazing 👏 When it came to paying Sammie let us know it was only her 3rd week there I can say we were shocked at her statement as we all thought with the level of service and attention to detail ( eg no errors with our edited orders) We all thought she had been there years. Sammie is a credit to your restaurant and your company. Thank you for a lovely meal Lee Brown

Best pizza and kebab(well all good) in horsham! The pizza was cooked to perfection, along with charming and kind service, this is exactly what I look for in a food place and will definitely be visiting regularly! The kitchen was immaculate and the food healthy!

Cold soggy and unedible waited nearly two hours for delivery chips were hard and under cooked did ring to see where it was all we got was it’s out for delivery

So we have been using pizza plus for a very long time now, And I just wanted to say we have never had a bad meal from them. Today we had burgers and chips and some chicken wings,all cooked very well. Prompt courteous delivery.

We've ordered from this pizza place regularly over the last few months for pizza for the teenagers. Amazing service and the pizza themselves are better than Domino's. Hand made to order with generous toppings. They also do burgers, kebabs, chips. Nice to have an independent take away. Young serving staff very polite and courteous. Easy to phone in your order and collect too.

Love this place, we have been going every week since lockdown as it’s the only place we trust but have been visiting for a couple of years after being recommended from a friend!The food is always very good and very quick. Service is great, all the delivery guys are very friendly.The amount of times we have been our order has only been wrong once (they got mixed up with someone’s else’s) I called straight away and they had already realised this and were outside swapping it!Definitely recommend for kebab, burgers and pizzas (the chicken burger is amazing!)

I had been told bad things about this place by local people at work, so we kind of avoided it for quite a while.We decided to try one day as its one of very places where you can get burgers, pizza and kebabs from the same place on the same delivery, so we ordered thinking it would be a cheap but not very good take away place.How wrong we were....The pizzas are THE best in Horsham, seriously, we couldnt believe it, they are SO tasty, there is not a pizza place in town even half as good as this. Pizza express nah, dominos nah, pizza hut - not even close.The kebabs are also VERY good, the chips are GREAT (so many Horsham fish and chip shops could learn how to cook chips golden brown and crunchy like this place do EVERY time we order).Horsham take away stores are wildly inconsistent and generally poor, but this place nails it, never had a bad meal here, delivery drivers are sensible in the lockdown and the food is damn good, whats not to like!We went from a sceptical order one night to almost ordering once a week here, and they have been great every time.

Since it has opened, this has been our go-to choice for pizza. The quality of the pizzas is far better than the two other pizza places in town. The kebabs are of good quality and unusually not overly salty like many others. Salads taste fresh and not soggy. Staff are friendly.

Since it opened I have absolutely love the quality of food that comes from here! Best in Horsham and many of my friends now agree.

The Pizza's are far nicer than Domino's and have had a delivery in November and then two in December and every time have not been disappointment in the quality of the food delivered. I highly recommend this place.

Tonight was the first time I placed an order and all because there was a Link Post on Facebook, so thought I would try them out. Was impressed how hot the food was compared to their competitors which was a nice touch. As per usual the Delivery Driver took no notice of the special instruction that I put on the order and went all the way up to the top floor despite me putting Ground Floor on the order! The Garlic Bread with Cheese was very nice and enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Fudge Cake.My only complaint was that I felt the Pizza was a bit dry and should taste moist.Might order something else next time.........................

I was really pleased with the food, absolutely marvelous. The service was speedy and helpful. The pricing is very competitive and you definitely get more than what you pay for.

We would normally choose this takeaway but things have changed.2 weeks ago we ordered kebabs these were not great.Today we ordered burgers and the buns were soggy from the salard that had been put in.So unfortunately this will be our final order.Such a shame

The food there is AMAZING!!! Whenever I go I get the BEST service from the guys there! The young worker with an awful moustache is so funny he’s a hit with the kids and the Mrs too! Food’s always warm and I love how you can always rely on them to let you pay by cash!

We ordered a family meal. A minor hiccup with the order which was swiftly sorted by the owner. The food is fantastic the service was exceptional. I reckon these guys will be in Horsham for many years. Lucky for us. Thanks

The Kebabs and Burgers are huge. What is described as a small Doner Kebab fills a dinner plate. Phew, what a blowout ! Havent tried a Pizza yet though.

Used several times lovely burgers freshly cooked with choices of salad kebabs good too Lamb not as tender as others I’ve had ( memet in Crawley excellent)

Both Chicken Shish Kebabs were cold, one of the pieces tasted so wrong that I had to spit it out & end the meal. Really sorry to be so scathing but the Kebab’s used to be good, this is the second bad meal. Advise against frequenting.

The chicken wrap is delicious and freshly made, the pizza base is not traditional but still quite nice too

Second time i ordered from this place and it was a very good decision. Delicious chicken wings and amazing home made coleslaw. My partner had a burger and it was the same, delicious. Will definitely order again.

Burgers were ok chips not good Pizza below average Lamb Shish was tough mainly salad far to expensive for what we got staff ok though

First of all they are clean and rated a 4 on the food hygiene system. They are truly the “best.” I went out with my family and orderd 2 large lamb donners and 2 large chicken Shish. And let me tell you it was great. The chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked. My son absolutely adored the lamb Donner. If you live in Horsham and want a nice kebab just call them up for a delivery.

Ordered food, was told it would take 30 mins, 45 mins later i called in and was told the driver was out with the food. The driver called me and asked for directions. Because i did not know the name of the roads the lake was on he started having a go at me over the phone !! Saying my directions were useless !! To top off he told me i should have come to the shop and collected it myself !! When i called back in to the shop to speak to the manager i spoke to the same who delivered the food, his name is harry apparantly. Only for him to tell me the same thing ! Anglers fishing at whitevein use the other takeaway shops this place is poor food was average but not worth the price !

first time ordering from this takeaway the wait was told twenty mins but came after 15 so good delivery time the price was not good for portion sizes and quality ordered three meals one for my son burger meal witch came with chips but they where cold and a very small portion the burger was not very tasty and the bun was very dry drink with meal was ok meal was a lamb wrap extra salad and extra sauce considering the price their was hardly any meat and lots of sauce and only what we call a small portion of salad in the wrap this also luke warm also

We've ordered a few pizza from PIZZA PLUS and we have had nothing wrong with anything we have ordered. It is good value and the service was great. Would definatly recommend to a friend.

On Wednesday 8th August we ordered food. 2 hours after eating my husband was having stomach complaints. He continued to have an extremely upset stomach, which was worrying as he is diabetic and the ‘bug’ we thought he had was making his blood sugar levels spike. He went to the doctors on the Monday and had to give a sample A doctor called him back in the week and issued antibiotics. We have just returned from holiday to a letter from Horsham District Council...informing my husband that he had food poisoning (the doctors had informed the council) The only difference in our meals was that he had chicken. I have never seen my sturdy builder of a husband quite so ill. So shall not be using this establishment again.

Ordered food for delivery, was told it would be 20 minutes... it’s now been over 1 hour!! Phoned to ask where my order was... to be told “we’re busy” and the phone put down!!! After reading previous reviews this seems to be the way this manager treats his customers.. I will not be using this establishment again!!

Awful place, we like supporting independent places as opposed to the chains, the pizza was horrid, garlic bread burnt and stiff, I would rather have Pizza Hut and that is saying something !

They got our order wrong and cold. Phoned them up to let them know that this was the case. All the man said was take the items off that you don't want and put them in the bin. Then you will have what you want. Awful customer service. We will never go back

Not been for awhile but still very tasty the Hawaiian Burger meal is a good deal and the Doner Meat and chips very good friendly staff opens at 12 midday but shut on Sundays

I ordered from here to then not have my food delivered. I called up to cancel my order and was told that they do not deliver to my area, even though a delivery guy did try to deliver and 'couldn't find my house because i didn't out a house number on', i do not have a house number so this is ridiculous. I spoke to management to have my money back and they said i would have to go and collect cash, as to which point i clearly would not drive to collect cash for a mess up on their behalf, i now have to stay in and wait until 'around 10pm' to have my money dropped off to me.

I love it 😊 no regrets on taking the choice to eat this pizza 🍕 was very well done in flavour on the delivery was as expect hot on the arrival 😉strongly advise any one to get it

We have ordered over the internet on previous occasions with no problems. This time I placed order after 45 minutes no delivery so called pizza plus, who said it would be leaving in 5 minutes. A further 30 minutes still no delivery. Have now been waiting an hour and 35 minutes still no pizza. Won't be using again.

I use this kebab shop a lot! The food is always freshly cooked and the salad is fresh. My kids love the pizza and won't order anywhere else.

I have collected pizza from here 2or3 times before hand and really wanted a kebab tonight, Pizzas are excellent but the kebabs or just awful!! Sorry I do not want to bad mouth a local business but it really was terrible.... absolutely no flavour to to meat. Just stick to cooking pizzas guys it is what you are good at.

First off, Pizza Plus is what it is - a fast food takeaway establishment - and certainly from my point of view, one of the best ones in the area.Am a regular visitor to the shop and personally have never had a problem with any orders (collections or deliveries), in my opinion if the shop was based more centrally in town they would make a killing.Fairly priced and decent food for a takeaway place!

Chicken was unremarkable and lamb was foul. Salad had died. Staff were disinterested. Should have gone to the chippy - won't waste my money here again!

First of all this is a cash only place. Yes, it's 2016, but here you have to load up with actual cash money before you go... BUT the kebabs are great and that's the main thing. Don't expect a cheery service experience - it's strictly business. So be prepared...

Chicken shish. Healthy, full of salad, brilliant chilli sauce so what more can you say? Recommended.

Pizza plus do the best kebabs in Horsham ( in my opinion)However I witnessed some very poor customer service towards another customer and should this continue, it could seriously affect business.I really hope the management invest in some customer service training as I would like pizza plus to stay.

These guys do great food but tonight they send a driver who's English is poor who asks me to stand on the corner of the street. 20 minutes I stood there and was asked to walk to Wagamama. Now the driver is unreachable by me or the staff. Shame because it was great

This place has the worst customer service I've ever had anywhere!Went here as it was closest and needed something to eat fast. When I bought my card out the manager said they don't accept them. It was lucky I had just enough cash on me that day - I normally never carry cash. When I said "I normally never carry cash. Most places now have a card machine" - his response wasn't at all what I was expecting. His response was (exact words): "it's not my problem. That's your problem" - with a rude stare. He may as well have added "I don't care". I was dumbfounded. Would have cancelled right there and then had it not been for my son withering in pain because he was so hungry. When I left he simply put the pizza in a bag and that was it - no "thank you" in the slightest. Walked into the back. This place will never survive for long with that attitude. Such rude people who clearly don't care about the people who they need to make the business stand. They don't even have the common decency to be polite for the sake of the business. Never go there - people like that don't deserve to be running a business. I've already told everyone I know of my experience and certainly won't be recommending any others to go there.

Pizza plus are by far the the best Pizzas around, they knock spots off of the more well known Pizza companies in the area. Our first experience was excellent, and the second time did not disappoint us.If you have not tried Pizza Plus in Lambs Farm Road, don't leave it too long before you do, you will not be disappointed.

My parents had been there previously for kebabs and burgers and said that they were good value. We decided to order pizzas from there for 4 adults- we ordered 2 large pizzas, chips and garlic bread which came to £21 which is cheaper than other places. The pizzas arrived in a timely manner but the taste of them was not great.Unfortunately, there was no enough sauce or toppings on the pizzas and the garlic bread did not taste like garlic. By the end of the meal, we had a whole pizza left- so we only ate 2 slices each before giving up whereas for Dominos we would easily have 4-5 each.

Best kebab i have ever had! Cooked to perfection and tasted great, i would recommend going here! there was a slight mix up as the order didn't go through but was promptly sorted and given a free side as an apology! staff are very friendly.

We have just had our 1st order from here. The food tasted much better than the foods from other local burger shops. It may not be the cheapest. But worth the extra No complaints. Thank you

I give it a go the new place opened but I must say that was big disappointment I had pizza that was soggy and taste more like brioche rader then pizza you need change your dough for my taste
