placed the order for 7.45pm. the order arrived at 9pm... only because I phoned asking where the order is and they then started to make it.

Fast delivery but missed item of food on the order and was given 3 cans of drink not 1.5 litre bottle

I’ve always stood by this place but sadly not tonight. After multiple orders, will not be ordering again. Food is ok for the price, but to request a delivery time of 7pm, then not to be updated….only to complain with it then being updated to 40 mins later, hungry family. Then when complaining on a £30+ order to be given £3 back is an insult. Also when trying to call, no answer. Shame but will not be using again or recommending at all.

the worse food I have ever eaten!

Called when it was an half our late i was told 5 minites. Called when it was an hour late. I was told the new just eat app they had been given didnt print it the order and it would be here in 20 minites. 35 minites later its still not here.

Shocker. Half an hour late. Notified Just Eat. Said 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later no sign. Notified Just Eat. Two options: call restaurant myself or ask for my money back. Restaurant not answering their phone for last half an hour. What is Just Eat doing to earn its fee?

Delivery was fine , but think the cook has had a bad day . As the chicken sticks were in edible all dried up and so hard you could broken your teeth . I have complained but no answer . Very disappointed as when you’re paying £7.99 for it , I think it should be edible . The dog even struggled .

unfortunately the chicken burgers were quite tough to eat as well as the chicken everything was okay it's a shame as normally this guys are pretty good but today unfortunately not the best

this is the most rudest most unprofessional restaurant I have had the misfortune to have used the food is below poor greasy pizza that is borderline congealed the chicken arrived with a sour cream and chive dip in the box that was not ordered and had exploded over the chicken and was split the management are rude and cannot take criticism I will happily never order from this restaurant again

It's been 2 hours and still not arrived. Called and just keep getting told 5 more minutes.

I am from high Wycombe but never experienced such a bodged company as this lots! My partner a billinghurst resident born and bred lol ordered here many times! Don't pay online they take payment claim haven't had the order your screwed no food no order and told Chase KUKD the company they use to book online orders! Happened twice most likely will have others. When you call with a Bank cancelation as your bank have advised they have no clue and deny all liability. Order somewhere else drive or cook but regardless of how their food is and prior to this hassle they was good, they are not worth using and are unless.

Chicken wrap was great chips where nice, burger wasn’t as good unfortunately but overall everything was nice

The driver was great but extending your delivery times to make somthing not late dosnt effect how cold the food was when it gets here. Whatever happend to 30xminotes or free lol. Now it's an hour atleast or go elsewhere.

Placed order only to then be called and told that the 12 chicken wings I had ordered were out of stock. Restaurant said they would send nuggets to the same value but they only sent me 12 chicken nuggets which cost a lot less than the wings i originally ordered so I've basically been ripped off. Won't be using them again.

was really disappointed with my food, it came flat cold and therefore the chips were uneatable and the pizza was poor as I had nothing to heat it with, had I have known it was so cold I would not have accepted it

Absolute joke - the restaurant is located 5 minutes from my house. I ordered 2 pizzas and some chicken for my children at 5:30. They finally arrive 90 minutes after I order it with NOTHING that I ordered. Totally the wrong order. How do you take so long and mess it up so badly. Very very poor. They finally delivered at 7:30 with some chips and drinks as an apology. Not good enough.

I’m not happy with this order it’s extremely cold very soggy with all the wrapping falling off and the wrong order. The food was cold and 40 minutes late I would like a full refund please

All the food was good except the cheesecake, which is usually really good, but this time it tasted different and was still mostly frozen

I have ordered from them before and it was excellent this time it was awful the piZza was cold and tough and had an odd taste did not it it all. the BBQ chicken wings were hot but also so spicy hot (which I did not order) I could not eat all of them as my mouth was burning 🥵

Food was 45 minutes late, called restaurant they didn’t seem to care, food arrived stone cold and when I asked the delivery driver why he was so late he just shrugged his shoulder and didn’t want to answer. Will never order from here again

The order was appalling, received a chicken wrap which should be vegetarian. Can of Diet Coke and dips missing. Stuffed crust pizza wasn’t crust. Tried to complain before but just eat didn’t respond. Would like a full refund of this order please!

Ordered a pizza through just eat. Arrived in time and polite friendly delivery lady. Food.. disgusting. Soggy pizza, overwhelmed with cheese to cover up the lack of toppings. The little pepperoni was cheap and poor quality. Just totally unacceptable. We ate a couple of slices and gave up as it was so bad and threw it in the bin. Contacted Just Eat as that was who we ordered through. Terrible customer service. Would not refund despite sending photos etc. so both Pizza Planet and Just Eat have lost our custom. Avoid!!! Do yourself a favour and buy a frozen supermarket pizza instead.

American hot pizza. Was very wet and sloppy and not great. Hardly any pepperoni on it in fact half to one piece per slice. Really didn’t meet the menu description. Never again.

I am surprised by tonight's standard, the pizza was fresh and wasn't burnt! and the chicken was amazing!

Needed a quick bite after a long day travelling. Not many options at 10pm in the middle of the Sussex Downs but these guys were able to deliver and after a quick call only took 40 minutes. Pizza was hot and fresh and went down well.

Not sure what sat nav the driver was using, but couldn’t find the house. The chips and burger were cold and soggy.

I ordered the house special pizza but I felt it didn’t have as much flavour as expected. I’d recommend the pepperoni pizza! The mozzarella could do with more fresh ingredients to give it better Flavour. From previous ordered the Megga ball is great loving the burger pizza so I will stick to those in future.

The stuffed crust pizza could have done with more filling in the crust

I only ordered from here to get the spicy chicken wings. Only to find out when my food was delivered they had written on the box “sorry to spicy chicken wings left” it was replaced with chicken strips. The shop didn’t have the decency to call me about this, yet thought it would be appropriate to replace it with something I do not like. Horrible soggy food on arrival. Extremely disappointed. Will NOT be ordering again. And to be quite honest, I want my money back.

Good food, will order from them again. Delivery was a little late, but can appreciate it was a Friday evening and they delivered to Southwater from Billingshurst, whereby the delivery lady was very pleasant, apologetic and appreciative of my patience - so 10 out of 10 to her. The only slap wrist for Pizza Planet was no cheese in the burger, even though this was ordered and paid for as an extra - Maybe next time they’ll pop in two rounds of cheese lol!

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten, when I say eaten I actually mean had half a slice of and threw the rest in the bin. Save your money and get cook at home pizza for a fraction of the price from the Tesco opposite

Excellent delivery. The courier was very pleasant and lovely! But the food unfortunately was not. The burger was really sloppy and the wrap too. And not well presented. It went in the bin

I orderd this specificly for 11 PM so I would have hot foot when I got in from a long day. It was delivered at 10PM to my very confused housemate. By the time I got in everything was stone cold. The pizza reheated ok. But nothing else did so this order was largely just a waste of money for me.

Food was cold and soggy. Inedible. 1 hour late for delivery. Phoned up to ask where the order was and was told it was on its way and then he put the phone down on me. I didn’t even say my name or address. Really disappointed. I always order from here and for shifts for the ambulance service. I just wanted something hot to eat when I got home. Really horrible food.

Very fast delivery but a shame the chicken bucket we ordered was very dry. Pizza was amazing.

Didn't arrive. Staff claimed no order was placed despite confirmation on Just Eat and email. Staff hung up immediately after denial. Terrible service.

Either the food is incredibly late or it’s not even cooked and it’s cold. this is what i ordered the other night and it’s basically raw and the chips were stone cold. not to mention the hours wait for the food to even arrive. i was left hungry.

Another simple faux par, ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and it arrived with no chips, very disappointing as it makes the prompt delivery service seem irrelevant.

Eta arrival was 7pm.. turned up just after 6pm.. no one was ready.. therefore food got cold..

It was awful, food was delivered late, it was cold when I rung up no refund offered and no good customer service poor effort on all accounts

I have no complaints about the food quality from pizza planet, it’s tasty and the children love it. However I’ve never received a correct order. This time there were no chips with the veggie wrap meals sent, apparently as I ticked the ‘ normal’ not spicy box it didn’t come with chips even though I paid for meals. The wraps sent had spicy sauce in them anyway meaning they weren’t eaten. The chicken combo box should have 2 pieces of chicken and a 2 wings, neither of the 2 meals I ordered had the correct number of pieces in. It’s a real pity as mistakes with every order made means that I won’t be ordering from pizza planet any more.

Garlic pizza bread was burnt which made it very unenjoyable to eat, prompt delivery though and the rest of the order to restaurants usual standards

Rang 1.5 hours after order to see why it hadn’t turned up when already late… told they’d just left… when food arrived it was cold, chips tasted reheated (no-one ate them). Pizza was cold and squashed under weight of rest of order, didn’t have large drinks bottles advertised/ordered so sent cans, but not enough to give us same amount of drink! Poor experience and wasted food.

No choice online of what sauce salad you want on burgers. Which is not good if you have allergies also i asked for no cheese and was given cheese on the burger.

The hot wings were the best I’ve had, will definitely be getting them again. The pizza and garlic bread were also good.

Really disappointed. Pizza and garlic bread tasted reheated. The dough was really tough and cheese was hard. We previously have had good pizza from them but this time was awful, such a shame.
