I’m so sorry as I was miles away when your delivery driver arrived, and I thought it was too early to be my order, so I turned him away. He was very charming and polite and I felt bad for turning him away the first time. Big apologies.

Ordered 2 chicken n chips and pizza. The chicken is the worst chicken iv ever tasted, literally had to chuck it in bin. Its deep fried greece and almost made me sick. ..... updated review. Absolutely fuming that these people actually sent me this disgusting sickly so called food. I think rats would turn there nose up at it. Its literally un-eatable. 20 quid down drain.

Always nice quality food when I have ordered and very quick delivery

The food was ok but the chicken kebab was a little undercooked so I couldn’t eat my meal apart from the chips.

My PizzaPizza order was a staggering 40 minutes late, with Just Eat offering zero updates despite my attempts to contact them through the app. To add insult to injury, the restaurant provided no apology and the driver argued with me over the phone, insisting he'd delivered despite my CCTV footage proving otherwise. This is absolutely unacceptable service from PizzaPizza, they clearly don't care about customer service. We received no recompense or offer to make it right.

Never get the order right every time it’s a phone order it’s wrong! Food was over cooked. In the shop the staff are always talking in there own language and it feel intimidating

Never been keen on here since it was taken over by new management. Paid £7 for donner meat and naan and felt it was below par. I can get same from Hamilia down the road it will taste better and cheaper. Feel prices are really high here for the quality of food given. Not much open on a Monday so would come here if desperate but no reason at all to come here over amy other shop I have reviewed

Ordered food in one booking. Got 2 deliveries. Pizza turned up 40 minutes late and was cold. Never had a problem before, but won't be using them again. Very very disappointed for what was a great local takeaway

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Where do I even begin… Bear in mind we used to order from here on the regular but tonight will be the very last. We had 2 lamb Shish kebabs and a garlic bread to share and all I can say is VILE. Literally 5 minutes into eating the food and both mine and my partners heads were down the toilet. The meat tasted old and was not the same quality that it used to be; it was extremely grizzly and dry. The dough was completely raw and the salad tasted fizzy. I’m not one to put a post on reviews, but when you try to phone up to resolve the issue, you get told to bring the food back (which we did) for my partner to be called a liar to his face and told to never come back. What an absolute joke!! I’ve not stopped being sick since getting home. Honestly used to be one of the BEST kebab places about, who I’ve recommended to so many, but not any more. Oh and the little guy needs to sort his attitude right out

Ordered 2 lamb shish in pitta chips and a special garlic bread. The lamb was dry and tasted like it had been left out for days the salad was fizzy the dough on the garlic bread was undercooked. Soon as I had a few bites of the lamb I had to go to the toilet as it instantly made me throw up. Called up was told to take the food back so I did to then be told that I was lying 😂 started getting aggressive with me in the shop. Then told I would not be given a refund. If you're thinking of ordering from this place do so at your own risk this used to be my go to takeaway but it won’t be anymore. 🤢🤢🤢

As a regular customer, we were disappointed tonight. Order arrived on time but sadly we appeared to get the standard chilli sauce not the very hot chilli sauce we ordered and a regular pizza burger not the Mexican pizza burger as there were no jalapeños on it. The chips were also soggy and luke-warm. Hopefully it was just a one off!

Came 20mins late and not worth the money £15 for a small tray of few chips and bit of kebab and a seperate portion of chips with cheese not worth the money

The delivery time stated between 7.10 and 7.30 it eventually arrived at 8.00 and was barely luke warm.

We used to order from here regularly but the standards have massively dropped. Food today was freezing, and the donner wrap, well couldn't even eat the wrap it was rock hard.

Food was cold, so did not taste good. We ordered two tubs of cheese sauce but was sent garlic mayo instead. Drink from kids meal was missing. We always order from here and it is usually really nice so very disappointing today when we have spent over £34 .

Very disappointing, we spent nearly £40 and the pizza was cold , the burger and chips looked and tasted like it had been warmed up in a microwave , not sure what’s gone wrong as the previous two times we ordered it was very good and I left good reviews.

First time in ages ordering from here after a bad experience. But this order was great, a vast change in quality. We will be ordering again.

All my food was the wrong order and when I rung they said its too late so I didn't get a refund and they wouldn't swap my order for the correct items

Amazing place, just keep going back. They missed the ham off my pizza this time and when I collected it he noticed and gave me that pizza and did me new one with ham. So had 2 pizzas. So gave 1 to my lovely neighbour. 😍 had their pasta dishes as well they are lovely and piping hot. Has veg choices as well. Their side salads are amazing they are full tubs just need more tomatoes but that's just me.

Had an anchoring for a cheese burger with cheese sauce and they didn't disappoint loaded with sauce and hot too 🤤😋

Disrespectful staff over the phone, called late to order some doner & chips, said my address and postcode (I used to order from them before) then another staff member came to the phone and asked me the same again. When I politely said I already passed my address he told me WE ARE CLOSED and put the phone down. I’ll be going there tomorrow after work to check how brave that clown is face to face 😉

I was a bit unsure if we should order as last time we did we had a poor experience however we decided to give you another chance and I am glad we did. The pizzas have improved , more toppings and the base was cooked properly. Chips and cheese great plenty of cheese sauce. We will definitely order again in future.

The food arrived later than the latest expected time by half an hour. Whilst waiting I called the restaurant and was told with no apology to wait 5 more minutes. The food still didn’t arrive for another 20 minutes after this. I called again before it arrived and the phone was ignored. When the food did arrive it was all cold. The pizza was incorrect to what we ordered (chicken and mushroom pizza, they sent tandoori chicken pizza) the chicken strips were all tough and over cooked and were cold. The chips were soggy and cold. The only half decent thing was the cheese sauce but we had nothing to eat it with. The delivery driver gave us an excuse they had only one driver but that shouldn’t be the customers issue. Used this place a few times and never had an issue but this has really put us off. Very disappointed.

Treated myself to 10" mexicana pizza tonight . Cost £8.40 . Waited 10 minutes. The pizza was tasty, fresh jalapeño, not a lot of pepperoni on it but spicy beef was good. Base is not deep pan or thin but tasty still.

Pizza had lots of toppings and was very nice. Chicken wrap was not stingy on the chicken and the chicken coating was very tasty

I had to ring to see where the food was and then the driver got lost. Although he did apologise, it meant the food was only slightly warm instead of hot. But despite this, the food was really nice. The nan bread was nice and thin. The chicken in the kebab and the burger were really tasty, and I will give them another try.

The food is consistently good from here. Always our go to for a takeaway. My favourites are the shish kebabs and the tub of hot chilli sauce which was perfect today. Thanks!

The food wasn’t that good paid like £5 just for 2 pcs chicken thought it would come with chips but dident and the pizza was too greasy to much cheeese on the pizzas that made it very greasy

Sadly the pizza was squashed into a block on the shop sent chips with cheese sauce not grated cheese everything else was fine

Love it first time we have been and its great a really clean place all ingredients covered up, 3 large TVs for you to watch while you wait for freshly cooked food 5 star all the way.

Only good thing about this was the delivery. The food arrived cold and had basically come round the corner. After reheating the food as we was hungry and needed to eat I have to say it was one of the most tastless and bland takeaways I have ever had. Felt like a chore to eat, first and last time I will ever order from this place again.

Had spaghetti bolognaise from here it was absolutely amazing and also bought pizza can’t fault their food it is very delicious
