Food was hot and my charges 6/9 years old loved it.

They never disappoint, we've been ordering from them for the last 6 years and they are always delivering promptly, even on weekends - and their pizza is delicious!

The pizza was incredible, I had the ultimate and my husband had the Peri Peri chicken.

Order incomplete and no one responded to our query as to where the missing items were.

Had two of the vegan pizzas and the vegan mozzarella bread, very tasty thank you

Ordered 15 inch Pollo Pizza( Chicken Breast, Red Onions, Peppers/ Mushrooms) loads of filling, cooked fresh .Tasted AMAZING one of THE BEST pizzas I have ever had . Ease of ordering was brilliant and you can track order was delivered to my door within 30 mins . Highly recommend and WILL be using again

After almost an hour of waiting for our order we had a message saying that it is now cancelled! This is not acceptable and a phone-call would have been nice to explain rather than just automated text message!

Unusual for this restaurant, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes for delivery on a Tuesday evening! Will think before ordering again.

It took 75min for my two pizzas to arrive on a Monday evening. I bought Cheese/tomato and calabresa. While they tasted alright at first, it quickly got stale. Spicy sausages were hot but otherwise flavorless. The restaurant did not add any dip with our food either. At the end cheese fell off my last three slices of pizza. Doable but will not be returning customer.

The food was brilliant! Especially the the Calabreze! The carbonara was decent and the staff are very kind and homely. The prices are cheap too! Sitting outside feels like you're sitting on a street outside a little ristorante in Italia. 10/10 would recommend!

You guys do impeccable Pizza! The crust is just perfect and the garlic dip is to die for! There’s a lot of great toppings you guys do but in my opinion Pepperoni with chillies is perfection 👌 The only reason this isn’t a 5 is on 2 occasions the delivery has been slow and poorly communicated Other than that when I’m visiting West London there’s no other restaurant I’d trust for a gourmet pizza night!

Great vegan options - will definitely order again

Very disappointing this time , the mozzarella cheese was NOT fresh and the tomato sauce not cooked properly, tasteless. I could no speak to anyone as it late . I wish someone can contact me Thank you

Came here and ordered a vegan piccolo special but there was a mix up and I ended up with a non vegan one. They were kind enough to replace it for me without charging extra, very nice people. Pizza was absolutely delicious with fresh dough and toppings. Definitely will be back again. Pizza in the photo is the vegan chilli and chicken I had previously. Great pizza place.

the pizza was burnt, cold, it fell to one side during the trip and it almost folded in half, I'm really dissatisfied and I used your restaurant once and the pizza was delicious. I'm in shock

pizza presesentation is good but ham and peperroni tastes expired and overloaded i preferred less meat but good quality

Maybe not the cheapest but the pizza is quite good. It's definitely not vile as someone described it. 4 stars because there is not eating in as the site says. I ll be back again for the pizza

Food was over twenty minutes late and cold. The quality of the ingredients is very low and cheap. I called the restaurant to enquiry about my food and to pint out that it was already 20 min late and all I was told was "sorry".

Bland. Very disappointed. No taste to this at all. From the cheese to the tomato sauce. Tastes like a cheap £1 pizza from asda. The base was overcooked, I couldn't finish it. How do you get every pizza process wrong. From the cheese to the sauce and then to the dough and lastly how it's cooked as you can see from the pictures. The pizza had a funny smell too as something was off I picked through it but ended up throwing it out. Very bad.

I have ordered family pizza and I received a very small pizza, completely unacceptable

Ordered just one pizza and chips and they messed it up. Received a different pizza completely covered in chilies which I can not eat. Didn’t expect they would be busy on a Sunday at 4,30pm to messed up just one pizza.

Pizza was great as always Tofish and chips has increased in price and was really tough on this occasion so I won't be ordering that again

Better than last time but I paid £1.99 extra for fresh chilli which I didn’t get. And barely any veg pepperoni. Would have been great if these had been in there. Nice food though

Im very, very, very, very disappointed with the rolled pizza the dough inside was under cooked and the contents was mush. Unfortunately i couldn't eat it because of the under cooked dough i will be making a complaint.

Delivery window 16h40-17h00. At 17-05 showed as delivered. Called the restaurant an was told it had just left the restaurant. Arrived at 17h20

Very nice pizza and comfortable sitting area

Ordered online and quite late on a Sunday so wasn’t expecting much, however the pizza was incredible. I’m vegan too and the menu looks mouth watering, I can’t wait to go inside and try everything!

The pizza was very good. 9/10. But the garlic bread was absolutely awful! Dry, hard, lukewarm. I called to tell them this and was told ‘that’s how we make them here’. No, you don’t. If they were all like that you’d go bust in a week.

Disappointing, food was fairly pricy so was expecting something better, ordered on Uber eats and the food on the pictures were completely different in appearance. Food was rubbish, not restaurant standard, it was bland and tasted like microwave food. Not worth it, certainly rancid for a pizza place, expected so much better. Won't order here again

We asked for delivery at 8:20 and it came around 9:25 and it took three phone calls to be told the truth about when it was coming. One person told us it was out for delivery at 8:50. It wasn't. Won't be ordering again.

Well I haven't even received my food yet, its an hour late and the person who answered my call in the restaurant was the least helpful person. He was rude Completely non apologetic And when I challenged him he became aggressive and rude

Paid for large item, but they give me regular. Requested refund. Simple pizza like farm house had barely any toppings, but loads of disgusting tomato base which tasted basically like plain tomato purée tube. Won’t be ordering again.

We had a vegan chicken wrap and vegan Hawaiian pizza and they were both absolutely spot on. My partner doesn’t like most vegan substitutes but he loved his wrap! Pizza was a nice crispy base, and wrap had a kick to it. Will be ordering again!

The food was expired, 3 pizza’s went to the bin and in all 3 pizza’s the cheese was sour. Things like this shouldn’t happen and the pizza was eaten by kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
