They never disappoint, we've been ordering from them for the last 6 years and they are always delivering promptly, even on weekends - and their pizza is delicious!

The pizza was incredible, I had the ultimate and my husband had the Peri Peri chicken.

Ordered 15 inch Pollo Pizza( Chicken Breast, Red Onions, Peppers/ Mushrooms) loads of filling, cooked fresh .Tasted AMAZING one of THE BEST pizzas I have ever had . Ease of ordering was brilliant and you can track order was delivered to my door within 30 mins . Highly recommend and WILL be using again

After almost an hour of waiting for our order we had a message saying that it is now cancelled! This is not acceptable and a phone-call would have been nice to explain rather than just automated text message!

Lovely pizza here and decent prices.

The food was brilliant! Especially the the Calabreze! The carbonara was decent and the staff are very kind and homely. The prices are cheap too! Sitting outside feels like you're sitting on a street outside a little ristorante in Italia. 10/10 would recommend!

You guys do impeccable Pizza! The crust is just perfect and the garlic dip is to die for! There’s a lot of great toppings you guys do but in my opinion Pepperoni with chillies is perfection 👌 The only reason this isn’t a 5 is on 2 occasions the delivery has been slow and poorly communicated Other than that when I’m visiting West London there’s no other restaurant I’d trust for a gourmet pizza night!

Came here and ordered a vegan piccolo special but there was a mix up and I ended up with a non vegan one. They were kind enough to replace it for me without charging extra, very nice people. Pizza was absolutely delicious with fresh dough and toppings. Definitely will be back again. Pizza in the photo is the vegan chilli and chicken I had previously. Great pizza place.

Maybe not the cheapest but the pizza is quite good. It's definitely not vile as someone described it. 4 stars because there is not eating in as the site says. I ll be back again for the pizza

Bland. Very disappointed. No taste to this at all. From the cheese to the tomato sauce. Tastes like a cheap £1 pizza from asda. The base was overcooked, I couldn't finish it. How do you get every pizza process wrong. From the cheese to the sauce and then to the dough and lastly how it's cooked as you can see from the pictures. The pizza had a funny smell too as something was off I picked through it but ended up throwing it out. Very bad.

Very nice pizza and comfortable sitting area

Ordered online and quite late on a Sunday so wasn’t expecting much, however the pizza was incredible. I’m vegan too and the menu looks mouth watering, I can’t wait to go inside and try everything!

Disappointing, food was fairly pricy so was expecting something better, ordered on Uber eats and the food on the pictures were completely different in appearance. Food was rubbish, not restaurant standard, it was bland and tasted like microwave food. Not worth it, certainly rancid for a pizza place, expected so much better. Won't order here again

Pizza Piccolo has been our family’s favourite place to eat and order our take aways for many years now. Amazing choice of vegan food as well which is a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff too. We are happy customers 🙂

We had a vegan chicken wrap and vegan Hawaiian pizza and they were both absolutely spot on. My partner doesn’t like most vegan substitutes but he loved his wrap! Pizza was a nice crispy base, and wrap had a kick to it. Will be ordering again!

Used to visit very regularly and staff were always polite and friendly. Went today ordered 2 scoops of ice cream x 2, the man proceeded to put 1 scoop per tub. Then suddenly demanded to know why we only had 1 scoop per tub when he realised it was just for 2 of us. we were very confused as we had never asked him to do this (the tubs are tiny so I assumed it was as they couldn’t fit two scoops). He continued to do be rude and aggressive, he took the ice cream back and put them into one tub- fine by us. we sat down and ate our ice cream when we went to leave the man became very aggressive and rude towards us and said we were banned, I am absolutely bewildered at his behaviour and so confused. I will never go there again the way we were treated was not only bizarre but also appalling

It has a such delicious pizza with the great hospitality.

Shame this used to be my favourite pizza place. Ordered this evening, quality seems to have decreased, all in all quite tasteless. Think I’ll give this a wide berth for a while. Shame.

Probably the best stone pizza I have ever had in UK, for those who know the authentic stone pizza this is the best . Crispy crunchy edges , perfect dough, all fresh ingredients… baked to perfection 👌🏻this a full 5 stars pizza.

Unfortunately not as good as I hoped it was. If you are looking for a proper italian pizza this is not definitely the place. Not sure whether they are even italians at all. The veggie in my pizza werent rosted at all... they were raw and just put in the pizza - especially the peppers!... and I paid £1.50 for an extra supplement that has never been added. I am sorry, I dont mean to offend you, and I hope you can take this advise from an italian in order to sell better pizzas.

Love the variety of vegan options at this place. Pizza was okay and good value for the price, I like that they didn't skimp on the vegan cheese (as some places do, just because it's more expensive). The peri peri fries deserve their own award. Super fast delivery via just eat too.

Slow delivery and pizza was not good.

We love their pizza! If you order delivery from their website it usually comes much faster than 45 minutes (that’s what their website says).

Delicious pizza. I order most Friday nights. Always on time, always correct. I did order the mozzarella garlic bread tonight though. Tasteless unfortunately with very little mozzarella. First complaint though! Add more garlic and mozzarella and all would be perfect!

Cash payment option is just for fun.. As they didn't sent out your order. Why did you have such method of payment at the checkout if you can't honour it. Disappointed Sunday

I've ordered from here a fair few times and they've never disappointed. I am vegan so only ever ordered the vegan options for myself. I've had the falafel wrap, garlic bread and the No Fish and chips (the tartare sauce you get with this is soooo good) and for desserts I've had the chocolate cake, waffles with various toppings and crepes. I ordered with deliveroo and sometimes the delivery is a little longer than expected but I ordered at peak times so I understand why. The delivery guy is kind so that's always nice :)

Not impressed. (Ordered via Ubereats) The food had some flavour and tasted decent, however that's about all I can say. They gave about 8 tiny tiny pieces of vegan wings, without any sauce! Which was definitely not worth what we paid for. Plus both my boyfriend and I felt nauseous after eating, and had the runs!

Great vegan food at very competitive rates. I've loved everything I've tried so far and will be back for more.

Sorry to see the negatives reviews. I've ordered quite a few times without a problem. Pizza base is still crispy when it's delivered and it's full of toppings - really lovely. Great quality and great value too!

The Italian guy put random stuff in my pizza that I never asked and hid it under topping and kept looking at me to see if I saw him avoid base is burnt aswell

Amazing range of vegan food! We only tried their vegan Quattro Stagioni pizza, but it was really delicious! I will definitely be ordering from them again to try everything in their vegan range - they really have a lot of choice. Ordered through Uber Eats, it came within 30mins and was still hot.

I’ve ordered from here before, and the food was quite nice. However, they gave me raw ‘No fish, fish and chips’ which is quite disgusting actually. The batter was raw on the inside, I called the restaurant and they refused to give a refund. They should really have better customer service, especially when it’s raw. They haven’t killed off the bacteria, if it’s over cooked that’s one thing. But RAW batter, which means nothing was cooked to a safe temperature.

Very disappointed by the service of this restaurant, made an order online and not only had to wait more than an hour and half, so I rang the restaurant to check on the delivery ad the guy on the phone said it was a 10min wait more. (Still didn’t show up) Then got call from the restaurant itself asking if the delivery came through and when I said no, they said instead it got delivered and when I insisted to say it wasn’t they got really rude and said it’s been delivered to a guy in the building and it’s not their problem. I say how come a restaurant give such an answer regarding an order, plus he said he’s not gonna give any refund. You lose my order/give it to another guy and blame me. It’s unacceptable. I used to order from this restaurant since two years back but lately it got really disappointing and tonight was just ridiculous. Don’t deserve even one star.

This place is so good. The vegan peri peri wrap was amazing, and I didn't even realise it was vegan until after I ate it. Peri peri fries, and the falafel wrap are also super good

This used to be the best place locally for pizza, but it seems like the management has changed. Our last three times ordering have been problematic, delays, mistakes, wrong storage of pizza resulting in all toppings on one half and a squashed pizza. I am happy to give the benefit of the doubt, but after the third time of having a mess - this time having chased for the delivery after an hour, only to be told it was just about to be made - I have to put in a review to let others know it's not worth ordering from here anymore. There are better places locally that can deliver what you actually order, on time. Don't bother.

Ordered take away on deliveroo, they accepted the order but I never received it. I was told it was delivered but Nest doorbell confirmed no driver ever came to our home but they still took payment I received a refund after complaining to deliveroo but was told that pizza piccolo use their own drivers

Currently obsessed with this place on Just Eat. I love their tuna pizza plus they do slushy drinks for delivery. During this hot weather it's been amazing to have slushies delivered and they barely seem to have melted by the time they get to me. Also impressed with the free delivery and £10 minimum order :-)

Pizza arrived 30 minutes late, and was incredibly dry and tasteless.

This is the worst pizza I've ever ordered. Barely any sauce or cheese, covered in cheap wafer thin squares of ham (the best bit 🤨). Base was dry and burnt, and of course they forgot our garlic sauce. Admittedly we didn't check any of this while we were there and weren't prepared to go back to complain. Any review higher than 2 stars must be from before 2016 or fake. I would not recommend this pizza to anyone. I wish I'd spent half the money or better pizza from the co-op across the road. The picture actually makes it look much better than it was. No sauce, no cheese. The crusts were absolutely inedible and I will pretty much eat anything.

Horrible, pizza buen sabor pero nos llego la masa por un lado e ingredienes por otro. Pedimos una cheesecake y nos llega congelada, cuando llamamos para preguntar nos dice para poner 1 min en el microondas.:0, y que no habia nada que hacer. Muy grosero el que nos atiendo y para completar se soltaba eructos mientras hablaba conmigo. El colmo vamos!

Very disappointed. We have regularly ordered pizza previously but tonight the Stromboli Pizza was soggy inside, when cut liquid poured out, the dough was uncooked inside and burnt on the outside.

Our favourite place for pizza. Me and my family order from here at least once a month. The pizza base is perfectly cooked, not soggy like most and definitely not oily. They always use fresh invredients and always have a quick delivery service. If i could i would rate 10 out of 10

Food arrived late and was burnt. I won't be ordering again.

Ordered 2 pizzas with Pepsi, one margarita and one margarita with sweetcorn and chillies, instead received 2 pizzas one with sweetcorn the other with chillies, when I called back to say the order was wrong I was rudely told that I asked for it this way instead of apologising, they sent another correct pizza in the end, but the Pepsi bottle I was given was also flat, terrible service but quick and adequate pizza, and being a long time customer at this shop I don't think I'll return!!!!!!

My girlfriend and I came in for a fast meal near closing time. They took our order but confirmed we would have a short time to eat before closing if we ate there , which we were fine with. The calzone ordered was made in less than 10 minutes, well cooked, and tasted good. I would return.

We recently ordered 3 pizzas from Pizza Piccolo. Pizza arrived quickly and was hot. The toppings were just OK. Unfortunately the base was burned and made the pizza taste bitter and charcoal like. My children comment was: Domino's Pizza is better.

The pizza has enough salad to serve 4 dumped on top and the sides are burnt. Disappointing. The customer service was as poor quality as the food.

We ate here on our first night in London and it was the perfect spot for a quick fun dinner . The pizza was fresh and delicious along with the beer . Very reasonable on price .

I called this place today at around 8, the person on the other side of the phone said to me that minimum wait is 1 and a half hours if I want it delivered and 45 mins if I want to collect. I felt like he didn't want the business at all. It's my usual place to buy pizzabut the manner and the customer service is really going down fast. Maybe it's a Sunday service.

No tasty, no flavour and I can bet it's frozen and not fresh :(
