Pizza Pan in North East Lincolnshire

Poor review this time, as we wsited over 90 minutes for 1 kebab,1 pizza,chips and onion rings.When they did arrive the chips were pale and limp, pizza just warm and kebab the same. After ringing to check on order, was told hes just left.No apology or anything.Usually good food however this time very poor.Will be using elsewhere from now on

Used to love this takeaway but just lately it's gone down hill and orders have been wrong my daughter went back and they said she ordered an hour ago which is not true so rude to her only 13 we just wanted our food corrected won't be using again !!

Excellent pizzas, crispy crust and lovely toppings.Hot fries and onion rings,well cooked and delicious garlic bread too.Polite delivery guy,will use again via foodhub 👍

Just got a meal tonight and the service on the phone was absolutely amazing, I felt respected as I struggle to make phone calls. I usually get berated but the person on the phone tonight was lovely and understanding! I hope they continue to work there as they understand my condition and care for the customers. The food was beautiful! Looked good, smelled good, tasted GREAT!! Will order again!

Without a doubt the best pizza place in grimsby, the food is always amazing and the staff always friendly. Never a bad experience and been a loyal customer for a long time.

Pizza and chicken arrived cold. Chips over cooked. Not Impressed. Ended up throwing half of it away. Will not be placing another order here!

Staying in the Premier Inn Grimsby for 3 nights. Just order and eaten my food, a kebab wrap, onion rings and a rub of coleslaw. All arrived in time and the food was amazing, I’ll be ordering tomorrow for sure. The kebab wrap packed with meat and chilli, onion rings fried to perfection and coleslaw tasted lovely. Delicious as always, the chicken was beautifully crispy, the chips were fluffy, and the pizza was gorgeous.

It was a little late but it was definitely worth the wait, the food was truly delicious and I would absolutely order it again in a heartbeat.

Food was awful. Came like it had been left for a day. One of the pizzas was wrong. Hardly any chips in the portion. Rand the shop and they wasn’t bothered. Even admitted to it being left in store before being sent out with a driver. Don’t waste your money ordering.

2 hours later still waiting, rang them up they had no even seen the ticket order nice!

Sorry to have to say but this was awful. Pizza was over cooked and extras tasted cheap. My brother recommends, however on this occasion it was not up to standard.

It was burnt at the ends and not editable middle was OK thow It was half hour late Said it was on its way at 6.45

Kebab is most defo best in town the way the garlic sauce and chilli sauce complement each other is perfect... fast delivery very polite driver 100% cannot fault this place :)

Took 2 hours from ordering to delivery was like warm when arrived, recieved a text at 8:02 tonsay food was on way and it arrived at 8:35

The short coming was that the kebab was dry and was more like small shavings rather than decent cuttings; however this meal really shined when it came to the fries, the fries were crisp, and hot, and with some added salt and chip spice, were truly delicious.

food was 10 mins early but it was cold on the outside and Luke warm in the middle. wasn’t very nice if I’m honest. Donna meat was just thrown on top of the pizza

the food was warm not hot and my kebab was meant to be large but it did not look like it. it was also very greasy

This restaurant is the worst I have ever dealt with, the staff was very rude when I rang, wasn’t helpful at all, said they came to my house and knocked but they didn’t I’m sat right near the door there is no way I could have missed them,, there food is average when I have used them before but will never use them again, and don’t advise anyone to order from them

Wow! Ordered as under new management with new chefs. We were told an hour for delivery but it arrived after only 20 minutes. Which was brilliant. The food was outstanding. The combination kebab was huge and tasty. The pizza crisp and loaded with toppings. Everything was perfect. And service with a smile too. Awesome. Thank you.

After a long day of moving home a burnt pizza and a donner wrap instead of the lamb shish that was ordered was not what I wanted!

Paid £6 for the "meaty" lasagne and a further £6 for the spagetti, only to find they were microwaved meals from the cash and carry. When I called Pizza Pan they admitted they bought these from cash and carry and that they don't make them. It was clear to see by the size of the portion and the taste that these were cheap microwave meals. Not only that, they forgot my garlic sauce and the salad was dry. Luckily I spoke to a very helpful lady on just eat chat and was able to recieve a refund.

Food tasted alright, but i had to ring up because they forgot parts of order. And even after ringing the forgot the sauce i ordered :( was so hungry i didnt bother trying to get them to bring it

Seemingly when you order a 12"pizza for £7 then you pay £1 extra to make it a platter unknowing to me a £1extra for platter means you only get half of a 12" pizza plus chips and lettuce. So for paying £1 on top of my 12' pizza I got half pizza less and chips and lettuce extra when I already paid extra on top for extra chips. W T F. IDIOTS. NEVER GOING TO THIS PIZZA SHOP AGAIN. STAY AWAY FOLKS

Can’t rate food quality as never arrived. Phoned them after 2 hours and had not even left for delivery. Told them to cancel as was getting too late. Was only a small order and less than 2 miles distance, how hard can it be. waste of time.

Food nice most the time but order never seems to be right. Last 3 times I've ordered garlic bread with tomato and they've gave me one with cheese. Clearly having trouble in understanding what tomato actually means. Ordered through just eat everytime so no excuse to mess up. Won't be ordering from now on. Sick of getting wrong food

Disappointed that the delivery time was moved back an extra 30mins straight after I placed the order. The food ACTUALLY arrived a further 30mins after that! Cheap, rubbery chicken (assume frozen) and burnt lamb. Furthermore, when eligible for free food as part of an offer for spending over a set amount, this was not fulfilled. Even though it was mentioned in my comments when requesting the the order. Poor experience all-round.

ordered a bolognese pizza with bbq chicken, pizza was ok but wasnt actually bolognese. Also ordered Cheesy Chips which was over cooked and crunchy and a baby pinch of cheese on the top. Bloke in shop didn’t have a clue when went in to collect food either. Defiantly wasn’t worth the £11

Well difficult where to start. Ordered garlic bread and when delivered was told no pizza dough.....so we sent a bottle of Pepsi. Didn't want a drink or I'd have ordered one. The 'epic' burger with salad was far from epic and came without salad. We ordered potato skins and garlic dip ........no dip arrived. Dry potato skins!! The comments from the shop was we are sorry........when we order again we can have a free garlic bread.......difficult when we won't order again after this being the first order we had!! Terrible food and terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Well over an hour late. Kept saying they were on their way for an hour, had to keep phoning and asking.

Food was late, and not particularly warm when it did arrive. Called restaurant twice - 20 minutes apart only to be told it'll be there soon and no other help or information offered. Food arrived 30 minutes after first call. Not the first time it has happened would seriously consider using the restaurant again in the future.

The only that was wrong with the food was lithe chips where not cooked so I onto be ordering from here again and I would ask others to do the same

shocking!!!! 1 hour and 10 mins late.... by the time it got to us it was absalutly freezing!!! rang up to complain & got the phone put down on me.... had to warm it up in the microwave for the kids, will never use this place again....
