The wraps are that bad after delivered twice. There stuck to the wall. !! We laughed don’t get me wrong but. Look at the state of that.

Orderd a pizza to the hotel I was staying at for the delivery woman (I wouldn't call her a lady) to turned up without a mask on stating that I was taking the piss because I was not in the reception area waiting for her. The pizza was 10 minutes early so maybe if she followed the correct procedure by calling me once she arrived I I could of been there to meet her! Maybe you should also teach your staff to wear masks to protect YOUR paying customers from the covis virus.

I spent £26.50 . I specifically asked for my pizza to be warm on delivery. Pizza came cold and the smell was revolting. The meat had white spots on it on the meat fest pizza. we ate half a slice of pizza and it gave us a stomach ache. Also my daughters chicken nuggets were grey inside. I have kept the food in the fridge for trading standards to test, plus I’m demanding a refund. I’m tired of rated pizza companies being able to sell this type of food.

Food was decent altho the wrong sauce was put on kebab.. asked for bbq and mayo.. got hot chilli.. kinda spoiled my food as i dont enjoy spice.. other than that it was decent food and delivered fast.

Food was lovely but was given a special mixed nan kebab instead of a special mixed rocket nan 😣 When I phoned they did offer to bring the missing fries or take the money off my next order so because it was late I decided to take the money off next order option 👍,

First time ordering here. Food was a little late but it arrived piping hot. The free choice pizza was delicious and was loaded with the toppings I wanted. The 2 pieces of chicken and fries I ordered were cooked to perfection. Delivery driver was lovely as well.

The food was luke warm, very greasy and the Pizza looked like it had been thrown all around the car.

Stated that the pizza would arrive by 3.40am but it’s 4.40am and it still hasn’t arrived I’m very disappointed as I have had to wait up for this as I paid via debit card and there is no way of a refund, I understand it’s New Year’s Eve/day but they should provide a service and if they were busy they should of stated this when ordering, I won’t be ordering from here again as everyone has gone to bed now and it still hasn’t arrived I’ve rang the place multiple time to be told it’s on its way and still I have no order. I will say your food is bang on but with this hiccup it needs to rectified.

Placed order at 8.40pm, 2 phone calls later and 10.17pm our ordered arrived. The pizza was cold and stuck to the box, cardboard stuck to the bottom of your pizza is not nice. Just lost our custom.

Go here when i want take out pizza, always have the family size with Kebab meat, tikka meat and tandoori chicken, its to die for!!

Went in to order food got home they got it wrong!! Called them up the said they would send another out within 15 minutes!! Guess what it’s been 45 n still no sign of them I’ve used them for years no more

Ordered on Just Eat - I should not have Ordered at 7:40 pm got a delivery time of 8.50 (an hour and 10 min for a pizza on a Wednesday night?) By 9:05 the food had still not arrived. Rang Pizza Pan direct to find they had not even started my order. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund - they refused. Rang Just eat - 15 minute hold, they rang Pizza Pan and confirmed my refund. Overall an hour and 40 minutes no food Pizza Pan employee did not give a damn... going to bed hungry... or rather Hangry... Don't even try to get food delivered they're a waste of time.

Went in ordered a chicken kebab burger and chips which was lovely but more to the point I let my brand new phone in there and they delivered it to my home at no charge even though I insisted. Faith back in humanity. Nice one pizza pan. Going beyond the call of duty

Sheesh kebab was very dry and tasteless also my pizza was a mess it was everywhere when opened the box so looks like not taken care of when delivering it.

The restaurant put a extra 10 minutes onto the order so I waited till 10 minutes after the time they stated and nothing so I called them and my order hasn't even left the shop did not really get a good enough apology and said that the food will be another 15 minutes which then made it over 30 minutes after the orginal delivery stated when the food arrives they forgot a can of pop which the driver refunded me for the Can but getting the food out it was not hot it had started to go cold I have to heat it up myself nor food service at all

food was cold and naan was hard and broken in many places and also was cold. I was waiting in the shop to collect for over 5 mins before anyone acknowledges that I'm there.

Pizza was ok. Ìt was 20mins late after waiting for over an hour for it. After a speaking to the restaurant, he told me the driver had just left and then changed his mind and said the driver was stuck in traffic. Very poor effort

Not only did they put an extra half n hour on I then had to ring them and wait another twenty minutes. The chicken meat was hard and the salad was wilted as if they had been wrapped up quite a while. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN.

Not happy I have used for years and tonight's was not good at all driver left 1 pizza in his car had to bring it back and when he did looked like it had been there for days

Delivered on time however food was rubbish, no taste in the chicken or fries what so ever. Pizza had no flavour and was cheaply made. Over priced food and avoid this place at all costs. Better off going to Pleck Kebab House which is much better.

Hi this was a repeat order. Last time it was pineapples instead of onions and bbq base. There was no pineapples and no bbq base.

I was estimated an hour. I think it was only 30-40 mins. I cant be sure but it wasnt the full hour wait. Food was nice too.

Food good, good value.. but honestly I was shocked at how friendly the female delivery driver was. Genuinely best service from a takeaway I've had. I would reorder from here if ever back this way in the hope I would receive her polite service. - I well done and keep it up deserved. Sorry I never had cash to tip you!

Won't order from here again. Food was late, fries were cold. And they would change my pizza even tho I stated just peporoni on pizza yet turned up with onions etc on. My kids wouldn't eat it so had to end up cooking in the end. Not the best customer service when i rang up either. Do not recommend this place.

We always order from pizza pan and tonight was the worse meal we've had from there they added half hour onto the time scale of delivery, when it got here the food was pretty much cold, the fries were really tough to eat, we couldn't eat it. And now to top it off both me and my partner don't feel well after eating some of it. We have got a contactable phone number at the moment to complain otherwise we would be I can't believe how bad this meal was, this has been the only bad one we've ever had. Disappointed!

I order often from here and the food is good. The service this evening however was absolutely appalling, after The restaurant added 10 mins to my delivery time that made it 9:55pm that my food should have arrived. I called at 10:10pm to be told it would be a further 10 - 15 minutes despite already being 15 minutes late. I waited again and called 20 minutes later at 10:30pm to be told it would be another 5 minutes. After 7 minutes the delivery driver finally turned up, I'm am absolutely appalled by the fact that instead of immediately bringing me my already 42 minutes late food, he stayed in the car around 1 and a half minutes finishing smoking his cigarette. Which I'm disgusted that he was even smoking so close to my food. I don't think I will be ordering for a while. This has really put me off.

The pizza was extremely disappointing, The tomato sauce tasted very strongly of aniseed, the cheese wouldn't stay on the pizza due to the amount of grease, I wrote in comments "NO ONIONS" and they still put onions on and the overall appearance of it was a huge sloppy mess. The bottle of Coke was the best part about the meal. The worst part about it all is when I they were contacted to let them know all this they claimed that there was nothing wrong and they were not willing to do anything about it.

everything was good nice & hot except i ordered 3 ketchup's & 1 that came with chicken dippers but when came was 1 ketchup short as they had closed not able to contact them to let them know but would use them again

Always use these because their food is amazing always beautiful delivery drivers are always polite and timing is good .. the fries are just like McDonald's and the burgurs are so good ! Would recommend to anyone :)

Chocolate cake came frozen. Diet Coke for a diabetic came as Coke and the sweet chilli sauce was just ketchup mixed with mint. Very dissapointed.

Pizzas have gone downhill bad, used to be so nice mine came yesterday late and the spicy chicken was charcoal black burnt when it shouldn't be, the pizza was also burnt and squished all in the box, used to order from you guys a lot won't be ordering no more it's a shame.

Food was OK, ordered mixed meat kebabs and fries. took an hour and half for delivery though. Had to reheat when arrived and ice cream was totally melted.
