Tried to order and delivered just got no and hung up.. disgusting behaviour

Top quality food had the chicken strips and a pizza, really tasty. Excellent service. Would definitely order again soon.

I visited this evening (15/09/23), the food, service and atmosphere was above satisfactory.

Ordered two mains ( Budweiser burgers) for £8 each,arriving with no onion rings no Budweiser sauce , no American mustard on both of them. Maybe need to get a chef that can read their own menu . Never buy from here again

We absolutely love the pizzas from here! They are 1 of the only pizza places round here that have a vegan cheese option unless you want to order from a chain which we don't! Being dairy intolerant and not vegan, I love that I can create my own vegan cheese pizza with meats on it, and it is honestly so delicious! Can't recommend enough.

Terrible TERRIBLE SERVICE and food. Ordered viathe pronto app. Ordered a chicken kebab at £7.50. we hat arrived was as 5 pieces of burnt chicken on a cold uncut pitta bread. When I rang to complain the owner was extremely rude and hung up on me.

Terrible service! I ordered at 6.40pm, rang them over 2 hours later only to be told that they were cancelling my order. They hadn't thought to tell me, and then 15 minutes afterwards i got a text from Just Eat saying the restaurant had just cancelled. The manager was supposed to ring me around 9pm, again still no call. Unfortunately you are unable to leave 0 Stars. 1 Star is too generous for the complete disregard for anything resembling service

Quick and friendly service with the best pizza and potato wedges in the village.

Ordered two 10inch one was OK the other we kept finding hairs on it which was a total put off 🤮not a great experience I'm afraid...shame cause there are no decent pizza places now! Disappointing to say the least.

Definitely DO NOT order from here!! They said that they were going to SPIT in my sisters food all because she rang up and said the burger hadn’t arrived with the rest of the takeaway and how long will it be! They were laughing at her down the phone and calling her “BRO” I will definitely NOT be going to this place absolutely disgusting vile people!!! Wonder how many people get meals that they’ve spat in

Food disgusting cold and missing orders when I rang and told them they laughed down the phone and said the other orders are on ita way as they laughed and said someone has spat in it

Won't be ordering here again, terrible pizza. Ordered specifically withought red onion and pizza loaded with the stuff. Stuffed crust, more like crust welded to the box and couldn't tell which pizza was which when it turned up. Not sure why so many people rated 5 star.

I don't know where the people that have left such great reviews have eaten pizza before, but our experience was AWFUL! Pizzas terrible- nothing like an Italian pizza at all, couldn't tell what toppings were on each of them, both tasted almost identical despite ordering very different pizzas (only difference was that one had a strong smokey taste, but we hadn't ordered anything smoked!), soft spongy bases, tepid temperature, took 2 hours to arrive having been advised a 40 to 50 minute wait (and had to call to chase our delivert) - ate a slice from each and the rest went in the bin.

Actually better than one would assume, food is nice, freshly made and kitchens are hygienic

Don't use them unless you're prepared to get your delivery completely not what you requested. Ordered a burger that stated that came with fried onions and asked for no bun. It arrived with bun and raw onions and no salad as also stated on the menu. I can't eat raw onions. When I rang to complain he said 'our bad'. How disgusting and how rude. Won't be giving them our business any more

A few years ago this was the best pizza delivery from anywhere hands down. Better than pizza hut, domino's...they didnt even come close. But now we wont order from there anymore, the pizzas are tasteless with slabs of cheese on, the crust is now thick and hard like cardboard where once they were thin and to die for. It was a true Italian perfection that took great pride in their work, so sad. Maybe they changed hands, new chef, who knows but we are gutted.

Maybe should have read some reviews before ordering... ordered mixed kebab with chips, and death by chocolate... very impressed with portion size unfortunately it wasnt good... the doner meat was ok, chips were swimming in grease, chicken wasnt chargrilled it was burnt as was the shish kebab... all I could taste was charcoal no spice... as for the dessert it was still frozen (no it wasnt because of the ice cream, it was still frozen) ice cream will be melted by the time the cake and profitteroles have defrosted... Indian spice guiseley is my normal go to for a mixed kebab and I will never stray again and any supermarket desserts would have been preferable to what I've just ordered

To say this place specialises in pizza is a joke! Some of the worst pizza ever! Had a very strange taste to it, very little topping for the money. The meat topping of a very low quality. Generous 2 star

Vegan pizza! I had banana and pineapple with jalapeno and mushroom. Was amazing... defo worth 5 stars. Helpful and friendly staff too.

Calzone pizza...called in on spec...the board said any pizza filling as a calzone £7.00 I had the meat feast. 10 minutes later, done. What a gorgeous, tasty, well made concoction of a pizza!! Loads of filling, stuffed with salami, pepperoni, spicy beef , ham& cheese, & with the tub of sauce poured over at home ( ok..I cheated & added garlic olive oil as well.....) Spectacular Pizza,!! 😋😋😋 Ten out of ten.... I'll definitely be back!

You can't put 0 stars and it's not even worth 0. We ordered a delivery at 7.15pm and after an hour I phoned to ask where it was and was told it was on it's way and it was a new driver. An hour & 40 minutes later the owner turned up with our order full of smiles. I felt the bag and it was flat cold and told him we did'nt want it. He said "Please take it and there's no charge" By this time I was fuming and told him we would'nt be ordering again, told him to go away in so many words and slammed the door. Our daughter ordered a pizza from here at the start of the evening and that took an hour and was cold If they can't keep up with running the place, why can't they tell the truth??? This is the worst service we have ever had from a take away... Never again!!! Very poor service!

Won’t let me put 0 stars or I would! Ordered food at 8.55, was told it would be 45 minutes. After an hour and a quarter I phoned for an update, was told it was on its way after 2 HOURS at 11pm I phoned for another update and was told a load of lies about how he came but nobody was in, then when I said that’s not true they said they tried I call but I must have phoned on a different number, another lie, then they said they won’t come now because the weather isn’t great (roads have smallest sprinkling of snow on) so it’s 11pm and I have no food and everywhere else is shut. They will never get my business

Great pizzas with loads of toppings and nice guys running it. They're nothing like traditional thin 'n' crispy wood oven Italian-style if that's what you're looking for, but nice pizzas with their own "style"

Fantastic place sat in there now, live in Silsden so call on way back home, reasonable price, guy behind the counter is no 1 for customer care.

Fantastic takeaway been going for years now beats Dominoes and Pizza Hut hands down. Also the owner is a lovely man.

Slow delivery, slower each time we ordered. We have been regular customers for 2 years and the delivery is taking 2 hours when it should be 45 mins. Seems the more orders you place with them, the less they care about getting your food to you on time. Never ordering from here again - plenty of other takeaways in the area which do the same food at the same price.
