Had 2 pizzas delivered. My partner asked how mine was. 'Really Crap' I replied. How's yours? 'Really crap she replied. 'The can of coke is nice though !

Had 2 pizzas delivered to the wrong location and was not informed they were delivered. Had to call the takeaway twice for the driver to tell me he gave my order to a woman working behind a pub bar. No code was given from the woman to take my order so I don't know why the delivery driver gave it her. After finally collecting them myself nearly an hour later, they were stone cold. Worst takeaway I've had in a long time. When I contacted the takeaway they made no effort to rectify the situation as they really did not care.

Ordered from here multiple times and lovely food, I forgot to add a drink to my order so called to add one and pay over the phone, first time declined which was my fault, second time it came out my bank and he told me it hadn’t so I repeated it’s just came out £3.19 and he shouted down the phone and hung up on me appalling customer service. Very Nice pizzas at genuine price

We ordered a kabab and cheesy chips they forgot something in my order the chips were stuck to the box and the hole box came up with the chips so they were inedible the kabab was cold and not edible like it was reheated wont be going there again

Just found this place on just eat and was a little sceptical , however I couldn't recommend them more highly. The food is top quality piping hot and excellent value for money . The special kebab is amazing. If you order you wont regret it

This place needs to be shut down, tried their pizza for the first time it was absolutely disgusting, the pizza wasn't even cooked everything was raw from vegetables to the chicken, these guys having such a long experience still doesn't even know when a pizza is cooked or not, I was sick for days after eating 2 slice

The pizza always tastes great and the pricing is competitive. It takes a while usually to arrive ~ 1 hour on average and the delivery drivers are not the best, but yet to have a bad experience. And as I said, the pizza tastes good so.. 4 starts I guess.

I am a frequent customer and I always order from their website. It is always delivered very quickly, fresh and hot. Hot tandori pizza is amazing specially with hotdog stuff crust and omore stuffer is very tasty also. It is the best halal pizza in town.

Firstly the service is no good and have the wrong attitude. They get your order wrong all the time! Then argue with you when they know there in the wrong. Also half the sauces are out of date my 4 weeks!!! Only response is sorry I can’t see the date. Never order from this place. You will get food poisoning!!!

Ordered from Pizza Omore New Year's Eve 2021, Food was delicious, portion size was lovely and generous, priced very fair and the delivery driver was incredibly friendly, I will certainly be ordering from this restaurant again in the future.

Ordered chicken waffle off the menu, however when I opened my delivery I had just the chicken and no waffle. I rang up to let them know I was missing part of my order, but was responded back by an argumentative and stubborn manager who didn’t want to admit his fault. Will never order from here again, very rude manager who doesn’t know the first thing about customer service and respect towards customers.

Chicken Tikka kebab... vile! Inedible... the pitta bread was hard and stale. There is usually a good portion of salad, but this time it was none existent! So much seasoning/flavoring on the chicken you couldn't taste the chicken, far too overpowering, and chicken very dry... afraid it went in the bin. Won't be ordering again.

Terrible takeaway, food is mostly always cold they usually always forget something or get the simplest of orders wrong. For the sake of having to ring up and complain I’d just go elsewhere.

Ordered for 4 people via Just Eat- it came to about £10 a head. Arrived a little late, but decent temperature and that's the closest I get to a complaint. Pizza was tasty with a decent depth of topping with good flavour. I don't usually go for a stuffed crust, but I did this time and was rewarded with a nice herby-garlic cheese concoction that wasn't over the top. Against expectations, all the fried food (sides) were crispy, not greasy at all, tasty and generously proportioned. The kids seemed happy with their burgers which looked as good as you would get from any non-gourmet burger bar or decent cafe. I would use again, probably over most pizza places due to the range of food on offer and hope they routinely repeat the level of quality.

PIZZA DOUGH CAME RAW AND GOT NO COMPENSATION... Ordered three pizzas and a bunch of other food, the sides were nice however we released a couple bites into the pizzas the dough was mainly raw. Called them up a day later and was told I couldn't get a refund because I didn't call them straight away (it was 1 in the morning). Called back a couple times and was told I could get a free pizza however when I asked for it a few days later, as suggested, they refused and rather rudely described how I didn't call straight away so there nothing they could do... clearly great customer service and some issues in the kitchen. Go elsewhere if you want pizza that is COOKED.

Ordered food 17:30 it's now 18:45 and still no food and a screaming child with no dinner not impressed have ordered for years will NEVER be ordering again .....

Been waiting for 1 hour 30 mins for margarita pizza and garlic bread and I only live round the corner not happy at all!!!!!! I was tould that I would have a refund as the pizza was cold but 4th day on and still mot got one, just watch out that they don't rob you aswell.......

Ordered 4 pizzas at 7.45 as I write this review I am still waiting for my order, one arrived at just before 9pm but not my order, phoned and was promised correct order would be here in 20 mins. Half hour later not here so ring and get told it will be another 20 mins. My son has now gone to collect.I have always used this company and am absolutely livid that he told me he is very sorry but his pizza maker is not in today.

Wouldn’t even give them a star, took over an hour to deliver, when pizzas got here (4 of them) the messed up on 3 of them, the only one they didn’t was a plain cheese pizza. The customer service was absolute s***. DO NOT ORDER FROM!

Used pizza omore for years to find a new voice on the end of the phone with attitude towards the free wings along with the promotion of 2 super pizza's for £15.99. And wings are free with orders over £15. Have enjoyed this for many times but the call back denying this I Can only assume under new people. Will definitely not be using their service again.

Food Arrived late and with missing items, explained to the driver that there were missing items and even had him check the receipt in his hand as he takes my money even after proving there were missing items, he insisted I call the restaurant, after calling the restaurant in order to receive the missing Items I had already paid for and agreeing to have them delivered, I wait for another 2 hours for the missing items to be delivered and have the driver ask me to pay again... when I had already paid. It took 4 hours from my original order for my order to get fulfilled...

On Thursday I ordered a delivery. 15 minutes after due to be delivered I got a notification saying it was out for delivery. After another 20 minutes I rang to chase where it was (35 late) and was told ‘you have cancelled your order’. After being very clear that I hadn’t, the restaurant refused to do anything at all. I rang just eat who confirmed nothing had been cancelled, so I rang the store and added them onto the same call with me. After arguing for a while with the just eat people the restaurant finally admitted their error. I said I would give them another go as mistakes can happen. On Saturday I ordered again. After being 45 minutes late I rang the restaurant and was told ‘he’s on the way it will be 10 minutes, we are busy and don’t have enough drivers working’. After another 25 minutes (1hr 10 late) I rang and said cancel it, it’s now 10pm and far too late for me to eat this. They said they would speak to the driver and call me back..... this didn’t happen and a further 10 minutes later food turned up which I reject at the door as it was cold. I rang the restaurant again asking why they didn’t cancel and got told he was busy so didn’t have a chance to call the driver. No apology, no attempt to make it better for me...... this restaurant really needs to work on their customer service!!!!!

Ordered my food nearly 3 hours ago. Can't get through to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I advise ANYONE not to go here ...i ordered my food at 4:45 , the expected time was 5:45 but ended up arriving at my house for 6:35... as we answer the door the driver for this place told me he has forgotten the two drinks that came with the meal he says he’s going to get them to us as soon as possible... anyways , opened up my boxes of curly fries and they were soggy and cold... then I see the two burgers which I had ordered , one quarter pounder for me and one half pounder for my boyfriend and I end up receiving two quarter pounders and really even the burgers were cold and looked as if they had been cooked on a radiator for 10 minutes , it’s 7:00 now and after ringing numerous times complaining about their idiotic mistakes and lack on knowledge when coming to the kitchen I have still received no re-fund which they had promised or those two drinks which were forgotten ... waste of money and time don’t bother going here unless you’re expecting disappointment..

Awful service took an hour to arrive, (30 mins after predicted) then didn’t come with burgers which we ordered burgers eventually came 2 1/2 hours after original order time, soft and rancid refused to give any refund after being promised one over the phone and would only give us some free ice cream if we made another order over £15 appalling service, to top this the food made two people sick! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered our pizza at 5:50pm, it didn't arrive until 8:20pm which is 2 and a half hours later!!! We rang after the first hour and they said it was on it's way. It was rubbery and cold by the time it arrived. No apology upon late delivery. No offer for a discount or complimentary voucher. Appaling service. We tried ringing the branch after the food arrived to see if we could get some fresh pizza re-delivered but we were unable to get through, even after trying to call multiple times.

Absolutely vile! Chicken wasn’t cooked correctly ended up getting food poisoning from there! This is twice this has happened now! Never will I be going there again!🤢🤢🤢
