I want to review the store opened in Banbury of the same chain. We were so excited about the food but you guys really need to train your staff. Not only are they rude and lacking basic customer service skills, they serve your delicious vrg samosas and fish pakoras COLD. I mean, come on. Put it in the microwave at the very least 🤦🏻‍♀️ it's not that difficult! The last time we visited, literally the lady there before us also was the same - really angry about the staff's rude behaviour . You will lose a lot of customers unnecessarily unless this is fixed!

Absolutely superb, lamb Curry and chicken tikka with samosa, plus naan bread, beautiful....reheat approx 5 mins max in microwave, OMG, absolutely superb and VFM

All items cold and not fresh. The onion parokra was all ice from inside. Plus if you want them to warm they ask for 20℅ extra. Is this the kind of service you give to customers. Not recommended.

Had samosas from there couple of times and they were fine. Got some chicken curry yesterday and ended up with diarrhoea and chicken smells awful today.

I don’t even want to give one star to this shop my husband bought some sweets yesterday from this shop and it was so smelly and rock hard we went to the shop to return these but they said they can’t refund you can bought any other items but we said we want refund then the owner of the shop talk to my husband he talk very rudely very insensitive we left the item there and left the shop but they didn’t refund

i bought some sweets from here but that was worst decision of life bcz sweets were not eatable smelly rock hard when i returned nd ask for refund at first they said we can’t refund nd said take something else when i said only want refund they said come tomorrow nd take refund when i speak to owner he said come tomorrow nd when i m busy tomorrow he said u r not that busy Very RUDE and unprofessional

Food great. Saag chicken and lamb curry....both good portions and both plenty of meat. I travel 25 miles to get here and always worth it...just wish they still had their line pickle

I ordered Dal Makhani but they didn’t tell me it had meat. If someone orders Dal you should tell them if there’s meat because normally Dal is vegetarian. The food is tasty but I don’t really trust them after this.

Had some snacks delivered to our school. Mandeep was more than helpful and staff at school enjoyed the buffet. I only placed the order a day before I needed them and Mandeep did not disappoint. Everything delivered was still warm and came packaged well. Thank you.

Go here regularly, have always had very friendly service and the food is lovely! Love that they have such a great selection of veggie food, and the samosas are YUM!

Exceptionally poor customer service, on three separate occasions we've ordered freshly cooked samosas for family events in advance only for them to state they've gave them to other customers at the point of collection and giving us cold samosas - no choice but to red flag this as a warning to others of the terrible service of this business.

Good place for variety of Indian food. You get lots of variety. Both veg and non veg options are available. Lots of sweets also. Food is good in taste. Definitely recommended from my side.

*FOOD POISONING ALERT* Most of the food kept for more than 3-4 weeks, or maybe older. 2% of the entire stuff maybe fresh. Receptionist going through her own bad phase and passing on the same bad energy to polite customers. This kind of place should not be selling such quality food in uk. Will not be visiting the store ever again.

Worst shop - Ideally can't give even a star. Very bad service, it was not hygenic and they charge approx 30 to 40% over the newly updated price also and they don't provide bill or receipts.

Today I went to get some fries from the shop, firstly the reseptionist was not welcoming at all she was lost in her own world, not paying attention to what was asked to her however later when asked to get it hot she charged 20% extra for that which completely showed she was not interested in giving good service however when she came back with package it was boiling hot and the oil was dripping from the item. Kindly make your service worth visiting.

This is not a restaurant, it is one of the best take-aways around. Indian sweets, Indian food served cold for you to warm up at home. Good value and fantastic food.

My dad had chai here but I didn't ask him his opinion on how it tasted. It smells like a proper Indian mithai ki dukaan the moment we entered. I didn't have anything but all the items looked really good.

Dirty place (ordered before going in person first, to have a look - when picking up the food, realised what a dirty place is) still ate the food, had a bad stomach together with my husband. I do not recommand this place.

Good authentic Indian food! Great for take aways and they cater for events.

Not the greatest customer service! I ordered 2 veg samosas and they looked like they had better days. Tight with the fillings and had holes in the pastry! Abit hit and miss! Try to go during the day and not after 6pm as dishes are hardly filled up so you end up getting scraps and not fresh. Best warm anything up at home.

Me and the fam have been coming here for years, good selection, samosas are bangin, sweets are delicious, service is hit and miss depending on how busy it is, but overall superb!

I recently got samosas from this shop and had a bad experience because the samosas were overfried (or they fried old samosas again). I will not recommend samosas from this shop.

Worst Mix Veg Pakoda and Samosa I had in my life!! We invited some guests and thought of getting some snacks instead of preparing them at home. I ordered 1/2 KG pakoda, and the quantity was around eight pieces roughly. So I brought another 1/2 KG and 10 Samosas. I should have tasted before ordering to avoid embarrassment. Pakoda's are so hard and tasteless that you can't even finish half. Samosa: There is no masala, and the oil used was not good. Anyone would struggle to finish half of it.

Took some chicken samosas and it was so stale I had to throw it away. How can such stale samosas be sold to paying customer is something I won't understand.

Happy Diwali everyone!!! Today I stood in a queue outside for nearly 25mins because of Covid 19 we stood far apart & everyone was wearing masks. We placed our order. It was packed and ready to go within 20 minutes. Even though they were so busy they were happily greeting customers. The food was amazing. It was worth all that waiting around. Will definitely be going back. And recommend this place all.

I purchased food and asked for it to be microwaved, I was told they would charge £2.00 for each main to have it microwaved! APPALLING!!!!! A few minutes later an Asian lady asks for her samosa to be heated and it was done at no charge! I must have the wrong skin colour! NEVER AGAIN!

Bought some sweets .noticed they were on the top shelf ,uncovered and seller and buyers talked over the food .. Phew ....and the man packed my purchases in a sticky stale bag which was stained and smelly .all the cooked foods in the containers just looked bad .shopped today 4th Nov 2019. Afternoon.not going there again .

Cheap and cheerful. The samosas were stodgy and a bit greasy but they are 40p so I guess I can’t complain too much.

A very popular place in Leamington to buy good quality Indian sweets & curries to take out....or even eat in!? A bewildering selection available in chilled cabinets that can be bought in various portion sizes. Plenty of samosas, pakoras.....and especially naan breads that can be made to order. Have visited on several occasions and is a great place to buy a large selection of foods to reheat at home if you're entertaining friends at home....& can't be bothered to cook! Although the prices are good, its easy to spend a lot of money here.....but well worth it!! Recommended! 👍

Delicious food and great service. These guys will prepare a fresh batch of samosas for you to pick up still hot. I defy you to get home without sampling at least one! Their takeaway curries are really good too with lots of authentic spice and flavour.

Brilliant food that is always tasty. Sweets are a little expensive but very nice. The staff speak very little English however, and when I asked what she recommended form the sweets, she just stared at me blankly. Samosas were very nice! Overall I think it was quite good.

Not many Indian sweet shops in Leamington so these guys have got a monopoly. Much more variety in places like Coventry. I recently used Millenium to order vegetarian samosas and fish pakoras twice. First time round, the samosas were 5/5. However the fish pakoras were refried and consisted mainly of oily, food coloured batter. This is not how to make a fish pakora lads! I complained about this to the owner, telling him I'd spent £50 and wasn't happy. He just said he would look into it and took no action. I was expecting him to make me a fresh batch. Not too much to ask is it? My second order from Millenium was just vegetarian samosas. This time round the samosas had been refried!. Awful. This place is hit n miss with samosas and consistently bad with fish pakoras. Customer service is non existent. The other thing, they charge £5 delivery fee for delivering less than a mile away!

Very nice people serving a wide range of Indian sweets plus a good choice of vegetarian and non-veggy dishes at reasonable prices. They also have catering services. The sweets by the way, were excellent and the veggy samosas super.

I have been to 109 countries and I was asked the best food I've ever tasted... I replied The Millenium Sweet shop in Leamington Spa.

Never come across any indian food shop charging you for sauce when you purchased samosas. We have never paid for that in past when Jag use to run the shop. New management new rule. Never visit this shop again.

Definatley not coming again after being served a half a samosa? No filling and open? Should check before you sell your products. Total let down

Im very disappointed with millenium Sweethouse. We have ordered our favourite korma and tikka and pesh naarn. Korma was spicy - very odd as its meant to be sweet dish and tikka was over spiced. Pesh naarn had some sort of spice in and it was meant be be sweet. I have called the restaurant to find out if we got someone elses order. They have offered to cook another 2 meals. Took about 20 min. Delivery man came to the door and checked the bag. Most of the naarn was missing as we were hungry and he said he wont replace the naarn as its almost gone. I have tried our meal by dipping my finger in but both were exactly the same as before. Straight into bin with them. I only recommend this place if you want to have your evening ruined by incopetent place like millenium sweethouse. What a joke

Very Poor quality! Never buy any thing from this place. I don't understand why they sold me spoilt chicken curry. I paid £4.5 for a spoilt curry and ate it until some one told me it's spoilt already! How Insane! :( Please don't buy any curry or sweets from here. Very Unhygienic.

Great food, always a wide selection of veggie and non-veggie options. This is a weekly treat for us, and do much cheaper than a takeaway from a restaurant. You can keep the price down by getting a couple of mains and cooking the rice at home.

The sweets are very sugary, I am from India and likes Indian sweets very much. The taste of the sweets served by millennium sweet house is not very good.

This is my absolute favourite Leamington curry house. It's a little different, though. The primary focus of this place is veggie, and this is what you should order. They have meat curry, but the veggie curry's are the real deal and you can taste it. I'm a lifelong committed carnivore, and I always order the veggie curries: they're fantastic. It's deli style. Order your curry in a pot and take it away. There are tables in there too, but I've never personally used them, and I rarely see anybody sat at them at lunchtime. Don't worry, it still tastes 100% better than any of the local restaurants. Try the sweets. It's right there in the name. They look fantastic and they taste better. Also, it's cheap! Well the curry is cheap. The sweets are pretty expensive, tbh, but they're so nice.

Customer service is very poor, come across quite arrogant. I dnt think any vegetable curry is worth it a part from samosas and some sweets.

At work we always celebrate people's special occasions by ordering a big batch of Samosas from Millennium. Always tasty, always good service!
