Do not order! Got food poisoning from these on Sunday night. Avoid unless you like diarrhoea and vomiting for eight hours straight! Uber Eats won't refund due to not having a picture of the food(??). Disgusting.

Ordered online, when we went to collect the store had no record of our order and asked where we ordered from. We explained it was through FoodHub on the Google maps listing and the guy was rather rude about it iterating that they aren't on FoodHub. Well sorry buster but you are on it and you should probably remove the listing, no need to be rude about it.

I will never order food from here again. The dough was not cooked properly and tasted raw. It was the worst pizza I ever had. Awful food quality:(

The food is not fit for human consumption

Ordered a mixed kebab and pizza it wasn’t mixed no salad, was soggy, looked like dog food was horrible and cold will not be ordering from here ever again it used to be nice now it’s disgusting

Absolute joke. Paid on just eat for a pizza with 2 drinks. Didn't come for 2 hours, then called they said it'll be 10 minutes. 20 minutes went by rang 4 times no answer. What a joke

Ordered off just eat and they accepted my order, waited an hour and half for food. Called them but no answer several times. Turns out they are closed - yet they somehow accepted my order on just eat while being closed. How can that happen? Obviously hoping people don’t complain and go through the pain in the ar*e just eat refund process and make more money. Terrible customer service

Perhaps the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Was doughy, raw veg toppings and the most bland tasting thing I’ve ever eaten. You wouldn’t know that there was anything but dough, and bad dough at that! Complete waste of money, which was a real shame. A 79p Tesco pizza seems Michelin starred in comparison! P.s. would’ve given 0 stars if I could.

Avoid!!! 1 star is probably a lot for this place.. ordered “ hot shot” pizza from here.. was the worst pizza I ever had.. the dough was under baked and chewy even frozen pizza tasted better than this .. there was tomato topping and it was melted and tasted like tomato soup with a soggy base. Also it had no salt it was very bland in taste.. !!! 1 star only given for the delivery driver

I order regularly here, so many disappointing takeaways jn leeds which have new management and now are awful. They do great pizzas here. Reccomend the pizza, the time for delivery could be better and so can the chips

This is outrageous!! I am so disappointed, my food took at least 1 whole hour to come. When I called they took forever to place my order like atleast 5 minutes just to get my address right, I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra toppings and when it came it was cold AND THEN the pizza had NO PEPPERONI ON IT and just my extra toppings, the only thing I could taste was the dry bread of the pizza so so renk never again!! . Overall the service from this place is disgusting and I don’t recommend, my money was well wasted and I will never order from here again plus when i rang to complain they didn’t even answer

Cancelled in desperate need. This would have been my last meal. Phoebe was cold and it was raining. Disappointing

Ordered food for collection the chicken nugget and chips where over cooked or re fried was not even edible. my lil boy didn't even touch them what a waste of money and my margarita pizza was just about ok will never return to them again

Pizza arrived WITH A SIDE OF CHICKEN BONE. Choked to death almost. Manager wasn’t apologetic when we told them. In fact they said ‘we have a new member of staff in training, call back next time we will give a free pizza’ you almost choked us to death with a chicken bone. Some people aren’t as observant as me.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered tonight… ignored my phone calls all night and did not deliver my pizza. No refund either, this place should be shut down late at night as they can’t handle the customers order. Horrendous customer service and experience.

My food never arrived. I don’t think is safe to order online from pizza Milano.. they are irresponsible. I ordered my food at 2:30 am now is 4 am.. I paid 10,50£ (2£ for the driver) and called them but they never answered. I wanted to make sure if they are making my pizza because they keep delaying my order, but my food never came.. as I read other customer complaining about their food that never came. I think I will get my money back from just eat.

Ordered a large kebab and it was sooooo nice I had to phone them after to say thanks! I’ll admit it was a tad greasy but I simply dabbled it with a paper towel I’ll definitely be back for more!

Got 16" hot pepperoni pizza and chips. Tastiest pizza in ages, really huge, enough as good snack for 4 of us, and delivered fast with Uber Eats. Can't fault it.

We ordered 3 pizzas, only delivered 2. They were really rude on the phone, weren’t willing to refund or deliver the 3rd pizza. Maybe the delivery driver got hungry or something but terrible service and the food that we did get wasn’t great either!! Unbelievable! Lucky that we ordered from Just Eat rather than the restaurant directly so we could get a refund for the food they didn’t deliver and stole the money from us for!! Do not order from these thieves!!

AVOID! AVOID! If I could, would be 0. Terrible service. Order took over 2½ hours to arrive every time we rang up (33 TIMES!) asking for an update they said "around the corner" "10 minutes, won't be long". Absolutely shocking, really ruined the night as people were getting frustrated from not receiving food that had been paid for. Poor customer service, poor food quality and worst delivery service I've experienced.

Wonderful rice and peas and yam and banana. If you like south African cuisine this is THE place to come. Food served by people wearing traditional african costumes juggling fire and making food at the same time. Unbelievably good value for money given the reggae music on offer

"you know" if it was up to me I would write a book on milano's! Can you imagine how historic this place is, the greatest pizza place of all time, we are really fortunate to have them in the Leeds area! Very helpful friendly atmosphere at milano's no place will look after you any better than milano's, thank you for serving the community for over a period of 30 plus years we can't than you enough. I bought 2 family size chicken boxes but when I opened it there was fried hair inside the box and made me so disgust that I just threw away the rest. Terrible hygiene.

Pizza Milanos is quite possibly the greatest post-night out remedy I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. Those pesky gurns won’t disappear in time for a ruckus with the missus? Pizza Milanos will sort you out better than any than any herbal remedy or mystic healing. They say that King Arthur himself ventured out into the wild lands of the West Yorkshire in search of the holy coveted 11” deep pan meat feast. A banquet for the gods contained within the bright scarlet doors of the entrance to a pizza paradise #milanosarmy

THE BEST PIZZA IN THE UK!!!! If you want some top nosh, look no further than pizza Milano!! Where else can you get 3 11” pizzas for £15 and they still bang, oh my days the lads who work there are sound boyos as well. Honestly if you eat pizza at any other establishment you’re a wrongun, end of.

Gross food man, the pizzas are especially bad, super salty chewy dough that leaves a nasty after taste, one of the worse in Leeds for me!

Rubbish customer service, no English and rude staff. Charged £3.80 for large fries not £2.50. First order did not send all the food. Rude when you ring to check orders. Deliver driver said I check something said he ring up and let us know he left heard nothing from them.

Pretty good pizza and decent value for money when you get the 18" pizza!

Used to be the best place once in a while, always used to order and enjoy from here, but noticed the past 2 yrs they've been going a bit down but yesterday absolutely had me fuming.... Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 burgers... The pizzas smelt of rubbery cheese and tasted of it, I reckon it may have had cheddar or the processed cheese that they use for cheese burgers and the chicken fillet burgers were so small it was a joke. Ripped the menu and probably not going to eat from here again

I’ve literally been waiting an hour and a half for my pizza and it’s still not here.

The worst pizza in Leeds by a mile. The quality is so poor it's unbelievable they are a business. The toppings are so minimal and it's basically a frozen/microwave pizza. Ordered twice (benefit of the doubt) both times absolutely awful and 30 minutes late. Foolish to order from this place.

The food never showed up, I was charged for it, I got lied to and told it was on its way 2 hours after it was due, when they finally answered after 15 phone calls being unanswered. Then they were rude and hung up the phone, never picked up the phone again. I waited another hour after this and then gave up, the food never showed up and they lied to me and then about 3 hours later they changed the status to delivered which is a damn lie! Avoid at all costs, I will be expecting a full refund, disgraceful service.

Bad pizza - the cheese fell off!

Don't get me wrong - never have had any complaints about the food; really nice stuff. And, as such, we expected the highest quality of service when we ordered ONE pizza. However, we have learnt through an evening of great distress and hunger that DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. We ordered at 7.30pm. It's almost 10 now and it has not arrived. We phoned a few times and each time it had, apparently, just gone 'out for delivery' and should be with us in 10 minutes. Our house is 5 minutes maximum drive from them. One pizza does not go out for delivery several times in a night. And, unless they decided to go for a nice tour around Woodhouse, shouldn't be taking 10 minutes. We phoned them at one point and it rung out. We phoned on a different phone and they picked up almost immediately. Interesting. We asked for money off, which they refused, but they did offer a "free can of Pepsi". Not even coca-cola! No proper apology was given. Finally they offered us a free 11" margarita. Neither pizza ever arrived. However, our new order of a Dominos pizza has arrived promptly after just half an hour. It looks very tasty and shall be enjoyed immensely as we try to overcome our feelings of great disappointment from Milanos.

Hi there, it's you're number one fan here. I'd just like to say a great big thanks for keeping your shop open until 4am so all the hardcore party goers could pop in (despite your website saying you're open till 3). So anyway this was much appreciated, especially as I'd been craving the cheesy goodness that are your pizzas the whole way home. However, after eating neatly the whole pizza (and giving one slice to Joe) I found a chilli flake in one slice and I was not prepared for this. Hence the 4 stars and not 5. I hope you, and I can move on from this. But overall, keep up the good work. Kindest regards, Amy

terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered from this place 30/04/17 and we waited for the one hour agreed delivery time, only for it to not arrive. I subsequently called them up a second time to check up on the deliver(hour and 10 minutes in) and they say its going to be another 20 minutes. Bad customer service.

The cheese topping burnt my mouth. I strongly recommend allowing 5 minutes of cooling time before attempting to consume your order.
