Pizza Milano in Monmouthshire

Delicious food, I collected my order that I made online and it was handed over as soon as I arrived. Lovely and friendly employees, a small and cosy place with a great menu. Thank you very much and I hope to see you again!

Decent pizza, tasty, let down by poor delivery. "Food will be with you within 75 minutes" states the confirmation email : Well, it's not arrived after 100 minutes (hour and 40 for the hard of math). Will not be ordering again from here. You have let yourselves down as much as the customers !

Ordered for delivery on a Sunday evening, food took over an hour and a half to arrive. They forgot our drinks. Chips were hard and tasted as though the oil needed changing. No ketchup in the burger as requested. Found a whole clove of garlic within the garlic pizza bread. Sadly won’t be ordering from here again.

It’s a tiny pizza takeaway buried in the middle of Rogiet, hence low score for atmosphere. We shared a 14” pepperoni pizza as a Meal Deal between two of us. Bargain price. Piping hot. Very tasty. Good quality base and toppings. Ordered on their app as only had card on me. Ready in a jiffy and already scoffed the lot. Well done Pizza Milano.

Pizza Milano to the rescue!! The customer service, the delivery driver and the food were all fantastic. Our order arrived fast, hot and the pizza base was definitely fresh. If I'm ever passing through again I'll be sure to grab some tasty food!!

Specifically asked for sauce to be on the side as i got it for my friend as i am allergic. They put the sauce on the burger therefore i couldn't eat it and wasted it and my money. When i rang up about it they said it wasn't their fault and were practically blaming me. Very rude staff , only good thing was the quick delivery.

Crazily stale deserts- as in cake is rock hard. Mayo tasted a bit funky.

Placed an order at 8.15pm, rang at 9.20pm to check the driver wasn’t lost. I was told it would be another hour because they had got busy, but I could hear the conversation in the background that they had forgotten about the order. I said that 10.20pm would be too late as I had an early start at work the next day & was just told ‘what do you want me to do about it’ and that I would have to wait for a phone call the next day to refund the order. I would have appreciated them being honest with me over the phone that they had forgotten the order & to try to prioritise it. I don’t think they were trying to be rude or difficult, but it could just have been handled differently.

If we ever fancy a pizza. This is the place we use. Definitely recommend.

Ordered twice within the last few weeks. First time we ordered our cheesy chips came without cheese. When calling them they answered ‘what do you want me to do about that’..with a disgusting attitude. The second time our order hadn’t arrived for over an hour so we called and they couldn’t give a time when the order would arrive due to the driver not realising how far away the previous order was. Awful customer service and be prepared to wait 2 or more hours for cold food.

Normally excellent. Can be a little slow on delivery and not always hot when delivered. Good value for money though and have used them many times.

My husband always orders from here at least once a week always used to be nice. However this last year has been shocking. Food hasn't been the best sometimes cold and always some wrong or forgotten, also later then they say they would be. Ordered tonite again and was told would be an hour. Over an Hour later I rang was told it had just been cooked and they were waiting for their driver. 20 mins later still nothing knowing the fact my food had been waiting 20 mins I rang and cancelled. No offer of discount after all the years of loyalty of using them. Very disappointing won't be returning again. They have lost a loyal weekly customer.

Ohhhh nice food in here and a rapido service to boot. Burgers are sweet. Pizza's are great with the variety of toppings.

Correct order, arrived within the stated hour and very hot. Nice tasty food too and a really friendly delivery driver! What more could you ask for? Will use again, thanks! Edit: Used again and was told my order would be an hour to hour and a quarter. No problem it's a busy Friday night. However rang up after an hour and a half to enquire where it was to be told it was just about to be cooked. So already 15 mins late and not even cooked yet. Had I not have already paid over the phone I probably would have cancelled. Turned up an hour late. Pizza was however hot and tasty. Very mixed experience with these hence the drop in number of stars. Doubt I will use again on a busy evening if at all.

Ordered pizza told 1 hour .. called 1.5 hrs later told they hadn't started cooking yet .. not the first time this has happened .. have also been delivered food with missing items .. need to sort out customer service! Enjoy pizzas but can't deal with service any longer - lost customer!

Just pre- made pizza bases with rimmed toppings. Stick to the local national chain nearby. You get what you pay for. They try to charge you more on just eat, than their own direct orders.

Pizza was cooked and prepared perfectly, just the right amount of toppings and the base was perfect, not overcooked, not soggy and there wasn't an over the top drizzle of oil leaking from it. Tastes fresh and well prepared, unlike a certain large chain nearby. Prices are really good too, £11 gets you a drink, a stuffed crust pizza and a generous portion of fries. The menu is pretty large so you can always try something new rather than getting your usual. Catering from pizza to burgers to Calzones and wraps. This place has been on my doorstep for years and I finally gave it a go. Better than the popular chains.

Great pizzas and service. We found this place while visiting from Sussex, England, so totally new to the area. The location is very hidden away in a residential area and we were dubious at first, but unnecessarily so. The staff are great as is the food, and we got bonus chips and onion rings thrown in.

very disgusted on the way I was treated. I was contacted over an item of my food that they didn’t have, they were laughing down the phone and were acting very immature. The food then arrived for me to look into the bag and to see it was all at the bottom of the bag. Very annoyed with the service.

The food and service tonight was a big let-down considering the usual quick service and consistently great food we usually get. We submitted our order at 19:35 and had to wait until 21:20 for it to arrive, also considering it went to the wrong house first. The food itself was not hot (warm) when it arrived and the pizza was overcooked, again not the standard we have come to expect from Pizza Milano. Hopefully just a busy/off night from our favourite takeaway...

Very disappointed been ordering food from you for over three years. The last two orders have been cold and incorrect not satisfied with how you have dealt with this issue. No warning of a service charge which I have never been charged for before. No more.. VERY Disappointed with the food and the wrong orders.

Phoned up and got told my takeaway was delivered an hour ago when I haven't received anything! Not happy at all with tonight's service. They didn't even want to send me my food again, been waiting 2 hours and got nothing!

Restaurant added 15 minutes to original order time. Only half the food was hot and never received the dip I payed for. Wouldn’t order again.

ordering great delivery great food not so great it had a funny chemical smell to the food which may come from the cleaning materials in the oven or packaging but it was off putting the pizzas were ok but I have had much better elsewhere.

Coberturas son de un frasco/paquete. También pato de 2 por 1 si bien conocido a través de una app para llevar, diciendo que no es válido a menos que llamar directo? ? ? No jugar fair milanos! Hay pizzas muy superior que a sólo 5 minutos en magoría village. Grazia cafe para pizzas día y angelos chips en las noches. Ambos tienen horno de pizza, bases frescos, en el lugar y recién preparados. ingredientes Ahórrate el dolor del pago excesivo por menos de comida y viajes clasificado 5 minutos bajando la calle.

Chips were a little chewy and they added 30 mins to the delivery time when there was no need as it came a lot earlier. There food was ok though and may order from them again.
