Delicious food Best staff I definitely want to recommend it. I go for fresh and tasty food every day

Petit italien sympa choisi au détour d’une ballade dans Londres. Nous avons opté pour des pâtes aux fruits de mer et une pizza. La cuisson et l’assaisonnement des pâtes étaient parfaits. Le choix des pizzas est limité ce qui en fait sûrement un gage de qualité. La pâte est fine et croustillante ! Un régal. En dessert nous avons pris la Pana cota aux fruits rouges, là encore choix limité au Tiramisu et à un sorbet citron. Le prix est contenu, ça vaut le détour.

Good food and fast delivery, however I got charged for a delivery service yet they were advertising free delivery on an advertisement with the order.

Always a good meal from this restaurant. Whether it be home takeaways or friday night takeaway meals at work the order is correct and with us in good time.

Order is always delivered a good 30 minutes before delivery time, inconvenient if in the bath. Good food though

Great pizza and garlic bread ordered a bottle of coke and delevery driver came with just pizza and garlic bread we asked about the coke and the driver said there's nothing he could do I did ask could he quickly pop back for it for a extra couple of quid but was getting funny.

The overall service was let down by the standard of food I received. The burger roll was soggy, caused by the grease within the burger and the chips were terrible.

In a word,terrible. When I order a bacon burger I expect a slice of bacon,instead I get small diced up bits of bacon. The kebab meat was gristly and the chicken was damp felt like it had been dumped in water then put in the box, and speaking of the kebab box, I have never emptied out so much greace and fat from a takeaway in my life. This is the third time in three years ive orded from pizza mama mia and each time the food I had gotten tasted terrible and left my stomach in pain,I wont be ordering from them again.

Good meal, pizza cooked to perfection and kids meals a decent size, only gripe would be that dinner was delivered quicker than estimated so we weren't quite prepared and nearly missed the delivery! Would order from them again tho.

I did collection order from Mama Mia they cooked me a nice meal once again I ordered the mama Mia special from the doner kebab menu with chips & soft drink it was perfect I could not fault the food. cooked to perfection the chips where cooked just how I like them & the Dr Pepper soft drink really went well with my meal. all I can say you won't be disappointed with your food from these guys.

What can I say about these guys from mama mia I have none them for years & I ordered food from them all the time the service is very good they are always polite to me very time I visit there shop. the food is high quality and rally tates nice. there pizza is a must trie as you won't be disappointed full on flavour I have tried some of there pizza's and I think they are the tastiest pizza in bury st Edmunds I ordered a lamb donner from them as usual it was delicious the lamb was cooked to perfection and the chilli sauce & garlic sauce was perfect the salad was fresh and tasty it complimented the donner meal the pitter bread is also tasty & the place is clean & tidy I would definitely would order from these guys again well worth it you name it they do it all on the menu any requests how you want your food cooked they will do it for you just stop by on your next take away order and place Order with mama Mia.

Food never arrived ordered at 10:54 waited an hour and a half to be told the delivery guy just left called a further 2 more times and told the same thing. Time now is 2:01 am and no food turned up shall not be ordering from these guys again

The delivery driver couldn't find my location although it is a well known location in Bury St Edmunds. This resulted in the food not being as warm as possible. The Pepperoni pizza was VERY salty. On the plus side though garlic bread was good and tasty if a little greasy. The staff both on the phone and the delivery driver were polite and apologetic.

Delivery was about 10 minutes late. Pretty good food, as always. Still our favourite kebab delivery restaurant after as long day.

Ordered a meal for my family at 18.57 was informed this would be delivered by 19.55 which is reasonable, however still had not received by 20.20. Telephoned the store to see how much longer it would be, they said it had left the store and would be 5 minutes. At 20.45 still had not received my order, telephoned again and the man on the phone did not have a clue and passed me over to another man, to which he stated my order would be 5 minutes, to which I replied I had been told this 25 minutes ago. The man then rudely said he was busy and ended the call. Such poor and unsatisfactory customer service. Will know never to order with them again.

Pizza was quite good. Base a bit sloppy, but kind of what you expect from this sort of place. Quite good toppings. Delivery was well within the time quoted.

Order from this takeaway quite a lot, and they're normally really good and have left good reviews before, but this one time it took nearly two hours to be delivered and the delivery time on the app kept changing! We had to go the cinema at half 8 and out kebabs arrived at about 8:15 so they had to be wolfed down and to be honest weren't that great. Rang the takeaway twice to find out where order was and no discount offered. Sorry. Poor.

I am a regular customer here, food is really nice and tasty however they frequently forget things, always give them one more chance. Last few times have been okay until I placed an order just now - No where on the website does it state the deal is not for people just outside the town. So I was telephoned and spoken too very rudely and told I would not be receiving part of my order, I told them to sort it out as it's false advertising and the idiot on the phone didn't even understand what I was talking about. Had enough now. They have now lost a long time regular customer.

Ice cream tasted off. Like it had been defrosted but then refrozen once discovered. Not impressed

My order was over an hour late, when I called to see where my order was, I was shouted at so I asked to speak to someone else..was shouted at again then said their customer service was appalling. Only have £5 refund and had to wait 2 hours for food to be delievered. Wasn't and am still not happy. Do not use pizza mama Mia! Unless you want to be shouted at on the phone and wait 2 hours For food.

The food we recieved was awful! The chicken was undercooked! The chips were stone cold and mushy!! And the pizza topping was on the top of the box and spilling out of the back of the box!!

The service 20 minutes early than the estimated time, this was really good.

When I take delivery everything is fine, my girlfriend answered the door and made the payment and £9 was due as change, although the delivery driver just walked away, it took me to call back wait an hour to receive my change of which I answered the door and there was no issues, which is a shame due to the standard of the food which they supply

Twice the change has been an issue this time, the driver said he had no change on him and was unable to give me my £8.50 change, this is twice now and also tried to argue I had paid with a different note to what I said I had, I shall not use these again!!!
