Food was nearly 40 minutes late than the latest expected delivery time. on the site that food has been delivered when it hadn’t . Called them to let them know twice and all they said was that it is nearly there but it ages. When it arrived all cold

Delivery was fine. The pizza was slightly salty but otherwise ok.

the fries unfortunately was hard clearly not cooked properly , it was disappointing since i do regularly eat from you as another family member orders off you regularly. the burger lacked lettuce there was barely anything as well as being cold which again was disappointing however the pizza was cooked to perfection and upon arrival was still hot.

Delivery time was great today and the Mexican was exactly as how I wanted it to be.

It came at 21:00 when it was estimated between 20:20 or 20:40

I have been I’ll and throwing up since eating 2 slices of the Italian meat pizza. There was something on there that was off! I found two little bones also. Absolutely disgusting, I don’t know what happened because the food is usually nice from here but I definitely will not be ordering from here again!!

Considering I only just over the road, I had to wait an hour for my food. I ordered donor burger with onions and they forgot to put onions on the burger , chips looked like they had be cooked again, and pizza had no taste to it. Now I am a regular at this takeaway but I believe in honesty when leaving reviews. The donor was like small square strips instead of long strips.. didn’t really enjoy my meal and felt like I had wasted my money this time round.

Absolutely appalling me and my family had to wait an extra 15 minutes confused on where the food is.

I've seen some people with bad experiences from here but I personally enjoy their margherita pizza its the only thing I get, I'm not saying their meat pizzas are bad but I don't really enjoy them when the meat is underneath the cheese. The prices are cheap and the quality is great, I normally get the extra large 16" to share which is only like £9.99 I think

Ordered a large donner kebab,but a small came instead,very expensive for what came,the chicken tikka was tasteless full of fat and gristle,very disappointed with my order,will not be ordering again!

I ordered the American and Mexican pizzas I saw that the toppings included chilli’s which we normally enjoy but tonight it was just way too many chilli’s, it was painful my son was in agony we couldn’t eat either pizza. Usually enjoy pizza from pizza line but not this time. Inedible

Sf Chicken was dry and tasted awful food is usually superb from hear very disappointed

'Peri peri wings' were neither peri grilled nor wings, they were the rubbery microwaved niblets and piping hot. Nuggets were mushy and soggy, again, piping hot. Fudge cake was frozen. Pot of sauce in the wings meal was melted.

The food is cold and the very dirty shop and worst customer service

Not a bad place. Small and nice food. I only take pizzas though. Other stuff didn't hit my palate right. Quite cheap too.

Used to always use these but wont be in the future.. Increased the prices but decreased the quality.. Pizza was thin based with barely any base sauce.. and the man I spoke to has no manners.. trying to insult my intelligence..

Possibly the best skewer kebab shop in Wolverhampton. Loads of FRESH salad! Plentiful of meat! I couldn't believe how much meat there was, and the fries were bang on! Fresh and tasty. And they delivered early! Would definitely recommend, and I won't be going anywhere else.

Poor quality of food was very disappointed with it pizza was cold and tasted dodgy the chips was like rock and the garlic bread was cold the chicken was dodgy only good thing about it was the blood bottle of coke will not be eaten there again even if someone paid me a million-pound to

I’ve ordered from here for years. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered now that my order has not been up to standard. The chips are a weird texture ‘bitty’ and stale. I’m sure they aren’t keeping them in the freezer & also using chips that have been sat there for a while rather than making fresh ones. Decided to leave a review as I’ve given them 3 chances now. Won’t be ordering again.

Pizza line do great pizzas ,no skimping on toppings no rip off prices great meal deals aswel.open till late and they deliver.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I'm in the process of reporting them to trading standards and health inspector. I ordered 2 8" pizza and they was tiny. Wouldn't even full my 4 year old. Ham burnt on pizza and wedges overcooked and they put tikka chicken on a bbq pizza. Completely disgrace

we ordered our food on just eat, it came early and was piping hot, we always use pizza line for our pizza food and bbq wings and garlic mushrooms, always early and we will continue to order in future.

Non of the staff can understand basic English. They got my order totally wrong. (Telephone order) I called up and whoever answered was very rude. Was passed on to another guy and he couldn’t understand a word of English I was saying. Never ordering from this place again!!!!

Order came and pizza was cold. Since Alex and his brother has gone standards have dropped. New staff find it hard to understand what you are saying. I ordered a burger with only onions, came with all salad. Pizza was cold and no taste.

I always order from here but today barbecue pizza that you couldn’t even taste the barbecue ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza come. Don’t know if it’s changed hands but was not the best

The food had no flavour and my kebab chicken was too salty never buying from there again.

used this place for first time tonight after my usual was closed, pizzas were really nice, great value for money and exactly what i ordered. Staff were really friendly and nice when i collected and order was ready when they said it would be 👍👍👍

Not at all happy! Went in to order a pizza. Ordered pepperoni and mushroom got home and it was ham. Called to sort it, only to be told I'd apparently ordered two Hawaiins refused to do anything about it. Beyond angry as that's money wasted on a pizza that won't be eaten!!

Normally the service is very good, but the other day the server was very rude to my son. Didn't make up the pizza my son requested, he completely ingnored him.

Nice food but the service was shocking, don't normally get angry but the man serving was very rude because I changed my order by the sauce.

Hour an half wait pizza was nasty chicken didn't smell right waste off money for what is was. I won't be going there again.

Have tried their Peri peri chicken with chips (£4.50 for half a chicken). They only do take aways or deliveries. Nonetheless good food. They also say their meats are Halal, so that's a factor for me too
