Food delivered late and item missing this is the third time this has happened. Ruins the whole meal

lovely food from here but on the last few occasions we have ordered they seem to have messed up serveral times on our order. don’t know if it’s because they are too busy or what. other than that lovely food

Late delivery but hot food. Tasty parmo, nice chips and garlic bread. Kebab meat was dry and brittle. Overall not bad!

Food is georgous ordered half a meat feast and half hot shot wasnt keen on the meat feast but that was just my opinion, nothing wrong with it, hot shot is lovely I will defo be keeping this takeaway as my regular

Portion sizes have changed since the take over, a lot smaller! Parmo is a lot better. Three times now there’s been something missing from my order or garlic added where not wanted.

We waited 15minutes extra than the actual delivery time , we also had to meet the driver which was another 10minutes , the chips were cold

Shop Added 20 mins to Delivery time didn't turn up, phoned the shop & told very busy will be 10 mins, still didn't turn up, 40 Mins later food eventually turned up 2 hours for delivery i don't think so sent it back

first time ever that I have had to mark the food down. Parmesan was perfect as was pizza. The downfall was the donner meat, dry, not tasty as usual. parts looked overcooked and was barely warm :(

Pizzas are amazing as always although tonight the chicken Parmo wasn't nice at all. The chicken was so dry was like chewing on cardboard.

Always a brilliant service and great food

Burger was burnt and the chips were like cardboard ... Bun was burnt on top and soggy on the bottom and the food turned up half an hour late and freezing cold! Couldn't even eat it, It was that awful! I use this takeaway all the time and it's usually lovely ... Very disappointed ✋

Fast delivery time but that's it. The whole thing was shocking. Rubbery kebab meat, soggy salad. Hardly any garlic on my Parmo burger. It was fatty and chewy with scraggly bits of salad on. Considering I use your pizza shop quite often. I'm really disappointed. We actually left what we bought it was that awful.

Driver bought wrong everything on order shop did phone see if I wanted redelivering I'd already started on food because I was starving pregnant and craving everything insight.

Tonight is the second time I've had a sandy coloured haired lad delivering my food. It states on just eat and on paper menue that delivery is free. But the two occasions he has delivered my food he has tried to charge me £1 for delivery and when I tell him that delivery is free he said okay but he needs the pound because I had orderd chill and garlic to be put on top of the pizza. to me he doesn't feel right as he changed his mind so quickly about what he needed a extra pound for, not happy about this as I am a popular customer to pizza Latzio. Please can this be looked into. Food was fantastic as always

Firstly, I would like to strictly say that the food quality was poor! My food had no taste and was not enjoyable. Further to this point, although the food quality was of a low standard, the timing of the delivery was outstanding. To my conclusion of this service, I would give you at star rating of 2 out of 10. Never the less expected better.

Don't appreciate opening my Coke and it taste like it's been watered down because you have bought Vietnamese Coke and it tastes awful not happy at all and won't be ordering from here again

Food is always amazing. Is the only takeaway that I actually enjoy everything they sell. They always deliver on the time given just wish could be bit quicker but the staff are so lovely and polite. favourite takeaway, won't be ordering from anywhere else :)

Delivery took an hour and a half my coke was missing and garlic sauce had split and was over every thing. Food was freezing cold and all I could taste on my pizza was pepper. Was totally disgusting. I am disappointed as been a customer of theirs for years. Time to change I think

We got a bolognese Parmesan from pizza lazio and can safely say we won't be going there again!!!! Not only did the bolognese taste bland there was a long blonde hair amongst it.... We are brunette !!! Bork.

Pizza was a little late but was worth the wait. Food was nice and hot and tasted fantastic. Light on cheese and tomato and full on toppings. I will definitely use again A+
