Had a great time here. Staff were very polite and actively working, cleaning sides, tables and servicing customers. Building was was well kept and food was good.

Excellent place to eat. All the staff are friendly and offer great customer service and made to feel very welcome. The food is delicious and they have a great menu with plenty of choice as well as a salad bar.

Ordered via Uber Eats and my order was incorrect to start. The first pizza we ordered had the incorrect base and the second was the wrong size, split into 2 with the wrong toppings. The desserts were a pile of mush in the delivery box (the delivery method could be improved on) and the Halloumi fries were burned, hard and chewy. Talked to the manager on the phone and she seemed very unapologetic and told me she couldn’t do anything and to talk to Uber eats. She also told me she could make me a new order however I would have to drive to get it, despite not being able to drive as I am disabled. I’ve had great experiences in store but this delivery was horrendous and it’s put me off ordering from them again.

The ordering app was the only thing that met expectations. The staff were okay—polite and not rude, but certainly not attentive. At no point did anyone check if everything was okay. The drinks machine was out of at least two syrups that I noticed: Tango Apple and Orange. Pressing the pour button resulted in nothing but carbonated water. The pizza disappeared quickly, and it took a while for the kitchen to bring out fresh ones, despite the restaurant being at about half capacity. The ice cream machine's condiments were non-existent. All that being said, the food was tasty, and the place was clean. It was an okay visit. We'll probably be back, but we're not in a hurry.

Fantastic time at this hut. The staff were all super helpful and friendly, plus the manager was definitely leading his team. Great job keeping fresh food out and salad bar topped up. Definitely recommend.

Eating in the restaurant here, the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had a great chat with them and they attended, like getting our glasses for water or a box to take food out. The food was hot and fresh, couldn’t recommend this place more!

Food it's self was lovely, Service seemed hectic despite it not being a full house. Possible short staffed. Waited 45 mins for a desert that wasn't arriving until we pulled a manager aside. He arrived 10 minutes later with our desserts and what seemed like a heart-felt apology and an extra scoop of ice cream

Place was OK, service was great by a short young girl with glasses, the taller lady didn't seem as helpful. Food and all was fine. What I wasn't happy about was the no choice of how to pay, CASHLESS business, in this day in age? I wasn't happy about that, seemed unfair... my mother and many of her friends go over to the shopping centre by bus, they don't use contactless, so this would mean they wouldn't be welcome here. Taller lady said it had been that way for 4years, shows how often I've gone there. I will say, the food and service was all OK, and that's the main reason for going I guess. Did cost £60 Mind, 2 adult buffet and salad, 2 full kids buffet with ice cream and drinks, plus 2 coffees. All in all, OK, didn't like the cashless issue though.

The meal deal are a great saver pizza 2 sides and 2 dessert great for us always our usual and great value for money Friendly staff great food for the price and would definitely go there again.

Friendly staff, great pizza and well kept salad bar. The ice cream factory was a bit icy (not as smooth as usual pizza hut ice cream) so a star was removed for that Overall we were happy with the service and food 🙂

Prior to a long weekends climbing in the Breacons my wife and I decided on some much love pizza to fuel us for the days ahead. We arrived and were promptly seated at a rather dirty table, crumbs over the seats food over the floor, we asked to move or for it to be cleaned, we proceeded to move to another table but these were still not in the cleanest shape. We ordered our food and chose the pizza buffet option, this is where it all started to go downhill non of the pizzas looked fresh and it didn’t seem like there were any new ones about to arrive, we chose our slices and sat down to eat returning to the buffet again for another cheeky bite but still no fresh pizza. We ate, paid and left with an unsatisfactory experience of Pizza Hut. That evening I contracted food poisoning and was up and down all night with sickness. Suffice to say, it was more than the likely the old stale pizzas we ate at lunchtime.

Make sure you order the large for best class of pizza. Had a personal saver meal and smaller pizza not as good. Sauces need a rethink as not the best. My favourite pizza takeout though..❤️🥰🍕

If I could rate lower I would, how much would it cost me to get more pizza than grease? Me and my girlfriend went for food here tonight, ordered two pizzas and it was vile. Grease dripping off the pizzas, we went through 3 napkins trying to soak some grease off the pizzas, still wasn’t enough. I wanted to complain but my girlfriend has bad anxiety so she wouldn’t let me. Honestly vile.

Came here with my partner after our trip to Brecon and they still don't take cash!! Very frustrating. As for the food, everything except the mozzarella sticks was lovely. We did end up with a free pizza after they made an extra for a different table. Our waitress was very helpful too, polite and not pushy. Things I didn't like, there were a particular family who had no concept of volume which were clearly making people annoyed. This could have been handled a little better in my opinion (all for a good time but respect the room). Avoid using the online menu system where possible (overly complicated and could have food on the table by the time we finished ordering). This is based on ordering at this time. Future menu systems may have improved. I have been to this particular Pizza Hut on numerous occasions, and unfortunately, this wasn't the best of visits.

This Pizza Hut is always hit and miss! Sometimes it’s absolutely delicious and other times it’s just rank. I think it all depends on what chef is on. Service is shocking, tell you it’s ready when it’s not on the app and aren’t the pleasant of bunch.

Every single time I try to order online from this branch, it is closed. If you aren't open, update your advertised hours because I am fed up of creating an order, getting to the final stage of checkout only to be given an error message to say you are closed at 7 o'clock in the evening.

Staff were very friendly, the food was ok... The pizza was lovely, but the fries weren't cooked so we sent them back and the second batch weren't cooked either. We were refunded for the fries and the staff were nice about it.

Stopped here last night and waitress very friendly and helpful. Food is ordered online and was very easy to do. Food was cooked quickly and brought to us. All dishes were amazing. Salad bar stocked well which lots of choice. Restaurant clean and tidy

Cannot fault this restaurant in any way shape or form. Facilities, parking, food, staff, service and availability completely spot on and definitely up there with one of the better Pizza huts we have been too.

Not so great at making pizzas. The young crowd need to learn I think or they need to be supervised.

This used to be such a great place to go to eat. But a confusing online ordering system and less interaction from servers to explain the process left it all feeling a little disappointing. Food was to it's standard quality but the value for cost leaves more to be desired. Probably won't visit again as at £20 a head there are much better options.

First time going to pizza hut in a long time personally. I really like ordering with the table qr code as it's quick and easy. No fussing about with the bill at the end as well. Service was speedy. Food arrived soon after order was complete. The pizzas my mum and I had were excellent, as was the side of chicken we had. However the fries were awful and the salad from the bar was mostly a watery mush.

Came in for a take away, was told they'd be 2 minutes... never came back so I left...

Lovely clean and friendly restaurant! Staff are brilliant. Came at lunch time and the Pizza was perfect for me! Nothing better than having a buffet of pizza!! Will definitely be coming again if we are in the area.

One of the few pizza huts left! But definitely worth a special trip to visit. The pizzas are tasty and filling, but head office needs to reinstate all the salad bar options that there used to be. The waitress in this branch (Amy) is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make her customers experience a relaxing one. We will definitely come here again!

Typical Pizza Hut outlet. The menu is standard. It would be easy to see this as just another Pizza Hut. However, the difference is in the atmoshere created by the excellent staff. The service is first rate and deserves commendation. Well worth a visit. UPDATE: Visiting with grumpy kids, the member of staff went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and settled. Great staff to be commended.

We took a small school party to Pizza Hut to celebrate their good attendance. The staff were amazing - so accommodating. We had the unlimited buffet which was as it said on the tin - it did not disappoint. The children were really happy with their experience- especially the ice cream machine. Would definitely return.

I’m disappointed with the service. I have been to this pizza-hut last sunday. The server/ the waiter is totally rude. Customers comes from their stressed life, tired after long journeys and want to have a nice food/ pizzas. But the server, not even explaining the menu, we came as a group and we have deal voucher so we have ordered 2 sharer pizzas, and kids buffets. And changed the order twice. Then the waiter stressing out. Literally the waiter is saying uff.. and they are just giving a strange look on us. not sure what to say! 1. We have ordered stuffed crust individual pizzas, they don’t have stuff inside.its just a shape of crust. 2. We ordered 2 kids buffets, they added as adult buffets in the bill. They said, they felt like they are adults. And they didn’t even say anything to us before adding to the bill. they just added in the bill (but yeah they changed after the discussion). So pizza-hut servers/ managers don’t trust the customers. the customers should check their bills before they pay. 3. The server and the manager didn’t say a thank you or a smile on the customers, after we said thank you also! I just want to say that, the Servers are the front face to serve the food to the customers, if they are rude/ stressed out on customers, the customer won’t come again! @pizzahut Please train your waiters/ servers to how to behave or how to talk to customers. Not just being rude/ stressing out on customers. Its a suggestion from a customer. Customers they pay and eat pizzas not just for free!! After this strange situation we decided to not to go to any Pizza-hut stores next time. Thanks

Definitely enjoyed going with my family for all you can eat buffet, but unfortunately, my daughter was having a bad day so she could not enjoy it properly, i just wish there was a option to add bottomless chips to the buffet option as the chips are very nice

Pizza Hut gas always been the same. Extremely overpriced and not the best pizza. However, the service here was brilliant. Had to stop to feed the kids and they were happy, staff were attentive and understanding (my son has D.S) and very helpfuy

Bloody terrible service opening time is 11am door opened at 11.30 after we knocked. Buffet had 3 pizzas come out then nothing for around another 30 minutes after we had to tell the employees that the hot plate was empty twice. The employees spent more time on their phones and talking to one another than serving. There were 11 customers 9 of which were not eating as the food was so slow to the hot plate. No cash, scan the app serve yourself pizza (if you can find any) serve yourself salad and drinks. I am at a loss as to what the staff are actually there for? I definitely begrudgingly played for the service I didn't receive.

Nice place for a familly meal. Buffet options give a chance for everybody to enjoy something. Fresh salad bar, fresh pizza open buffet, drinks and ice cream and all in very good price of 1 large take away pizza. Quality could be better but for an open buffet we shouldn't expect Michelin star:)

Nice clean space, friendly atmosphere. Now cashless, you order with your phones using the tables qr code. A waitress/waiter then brings your food and drinks when cooked. A bit impersonal to me but enjoyed our experience.

Absolutely shocking treatment booked for sons birthday nothing on booking about card only turned up with his friend for food for his birthday manger disgusting staff disgusting we didn't have a card on us was told we couldn't eat there so at 6 o'clock I. The evening we had to look elsewhere for his birthday treat thank god for frankie and Benny they saved the night never will I use this place again and will never recomed to any one staff are all unhelpful

Basically it's all left down to DIY,but when couldn't use the app the staff were very helpful and friendly, constantly putting out fresh pizzas but didn't really have the variety of pizzas when I went ,pasta was hot and salad fresh, and kept topped up

I found out from my sister this shopping area had a pizza hut🍕 and treated my parents to a meal here even though my mum hasn't had a gluten free pizza she has enjoyed. She LOVED it!!! 😍 💞 we all enjoyed our pizzas and the salad bar was fresh and clean. 👌 Our waitress Kinga was wonderful with us and especially looking after my mum with her allergies! I even tried my mums gluten free pizza and was pleasantly surprised. I would have one even though I don't have any allergies. Looking forward to trying the all you can eat buffet sometime!!! Nice decor there too!

Freezing cold as the air con on flat out all the customers including myself were sat in our coats.... All the staff dressed in jeans and hoodys couldn't tell the staff from the customers.
