Pizza was good finally...ordered a delivery. It didn't turn up. Phoned the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He really couldn't care less. Went down to collect the pizza. Finally got the food we ordered 2 hrs later than expected. Pizza was good. Just the managers attitude was BAD. Refused to refund a delivery charge that we paid. Kinda got the impression that we should be grateful we were getting any food. Just weird really. Like customer service from a 70s sitcom

Had a lovely experience at Pizza Hut in Merthyr. We haven’t been to Pizza Hut for years but we were over the moon with the deals on offer really reasonably priced. The staff were fab and couldn’t do enough for you, the salad bar was full and clean and the food delicious! So glad they still do the ice cream factory as I remembered we will definitely be back 😊

Amazing food, a bit pricey on the drinks.

Went for our main meal at lunch time with our 2kids.. Even though we are not upto date with QR-code style ordering, the waitress went above and beyond to help and serve us. Great humour & friendly to all of us, cannot praise her enough.(THANKYOU.) Food was hot and good. Went for Feast For Four.. No complaints, Just a big thankyou, enjoyed our visit.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Over priced to the extreme and poor staff service. The foot itself is probably a 2 star. Just go elsewhere. Pizza Hut is genuinely Not worth it anymore. Wouldn’t be surprised if the whole company is closed down in a couple of years. It was also dead today and for a Saturday when everything else was full hense why we went there, says it all!!!

Staff are helpful and friendly Food is good Clean tables and amenities Does not take cash Which is not a problem But I know some people like to pay with cash They scan and order at the table and staff will also take orders

I stopped for dinner on the way back from Brecon. It was a nice pizza with a tasty salad bar. I'd recommend it.

I liked how staff greeted you as you came in, I like the unlimited buffet and order on the app at the table it’s much easier, the unlimited buffet is only untill 3pm I believe, the pizzas where cooked fresh and a nice variety, the salad bar was full and also fresh, they also did hot pasta which I never seen before, the kids loved the ice cream. Overall really pleased and can’t wait to go back!

Our food was not very good and their was no privacy. And there was a constant feeling of being watched. A constant queue of people directly behind our poor seating area lining up to use the drinks machine.

Pizza don't tastes same anymore.very disappointed.

Had a great time here. Staff were very polite and actively working, cleaning sides, tables and servicing customers. Building was was well kept and food was good.

Excellent place to eat. All the staff are friendly and offer great customer service and made to feel very welcome. The food is delicious and they have a great menu with plenty of choice as well as a salad bar.

Ordered via Uber Eats and my order was incorrect to start. The first pizza we ordered had the incorrect base and the second was the wrong size, split into 2 with the wrong toppings. The desserts were a pile of mush in the delivery box (the delivery method could be improved on) and the Halloumi fries were burned, hard and chewy. Talked to the manager on the phone and she seemed very unapologetic and told me she couldn’t do anything and to talk to Uber eats. She also told me she could make me a new order however I would have to drive to get it, despite not being able to drive as I am disabled. I’ve had great experiences in store but this delivery was horrendous and it’s put me off ordering from them again.

The ordering app was the only thing that met expectations. The staff were okay—polite and not rude, but certainly not attentive. At no point did anyone check if everything was okay. The drinks machine was out of at least two syrups that I noticed: Tango Apple and Orange. Pressing the pour button resulted in nothing but carbonated water. The pizza disappeared quickly, and it took a while for the kitchen to bring out fresh ones, despite the restaurant being at about half capacity. The ice cream machine's condiments were non-existent. All that being said, the food was tasty, and the place was clean. It was an okay visit. We'll probably be back, but we're not in a hurry.

Fantastic time at this hut. The staff were all super helpful and friendly, plus the manager was definitely leading his team. Great job keeping fresh food out and salad bar topped up. Definitely recommend.

Eating in the restaurant here, the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had a great chat with them and they attended, like getting our glasses for water or a box to take food out. The food was hot and fresh, couldn’t recommend this place more!

Light lunch - flatbread and refillable salad. Not much can go wrong with that. Pleasant and friendly staff.

I ordered a chicken supreme pizza, but basic items such as chicken, peppers etc were missing. It was a plain pizza with pineapples and olives on it. These were ordered as extra toppings. Photo available

Easy parking and staff were friendly and very attentive. The food was really good, I had to bring some home as I couldn't finish it all.

Food it's self was lovely, Service seemed hectic despite it not being a full house. Possible short staffed. Waited 45 mins for a desert that wasn't arriving until we pulled a manager aside. He arrived 10 minutes later with our desserts and what seemed like a heart-felt apology and an extra scoop of ice cream

Place was OK, service was great by a short young girl with glasses, the taller lady didn't seem as helpful. Food and all was fine. What I wasn't happy about was the no choice of how to pay, CASHLESS business, in this day in age? I wasn't happy about that, seemed unfair... my mother and many of her friends go over to the shopping centre by bus, they don't use contactless, so this would mean they wouldn't be welcome here. Taller lady said it had been that way for 4years, shows how often I've gone there. I will say, the food and service was all OK, and that's the main reason for going I guess. Did cost £60 Mind, 2 adult buffet and salad, 2 full kids buffet with ice cream and drinks, plus 2 coffees. All in all, OK, didn't like the cashless issue though.

The meal deal are a great saver pizza 2 sides and 2 dessert great for us always our usual and great value for money Friendly staff great food for the price and would definitely go there again.

Friendly staff, great pizza and well kept salad bar. The ice cream factory was a bit icy (not as smooth as usual pizza hut ice cream) so a star was removed for that Overall we were happy with the service and food 🙂

Food arrived very late and cold due to the driver having to stop at kfc and wait 20 minutes for another delivery pick up

Prior to a long weekends climbing in the Breacons my wife and I decided on some much love pizza to fuel us for the days ahead. We arrived and were promptly seated at a rather dirty table, crumbs over the seats food over the floor, we asked to move or for it to be cleaned, we proceeded to move to another table but these were still not in the cleanest shape. We ordered our food and chose the pizza buffet option, this is where it all started to go downhill non of the pizzas looked fresh and it didn’t seem like there were any new ones about to arrive, we chose our slices and sat down to eat returning to the buffet again for another cheeky bite but still no fresh pizza. We ate, paid and left with an unsatisfactory experience of Pizza Hut. That evening I contracted food poisoning and was up and down all night with sickness. Suffice to say, it was more than the likely the old stale pizzas we ate at lunchtime.

Make sure you order the large for best class of pizza. Had a personal saver meal and smaller pizza not as good. Sauces need a rethink as not the best. My favourite pizza takeout though..❤️🥰🍕

If I could rate lower I would, how much would it cost me to get more pizza than grease? Me and my girlfriend went for food here tonight, ordered two pizzas and it was vile. Grease dripping off the pizzas, we went through 3 napkins trying to soak some grease off the pizzas, still wasn’t enough. I wanted to complain but my girlfriend has bad anxiety so she wouldn’t let me. Honestly vile.

Came here with my partner after our trip to Brecon and they still don't take cash!! Very frustrating. As for the food, everything except the mozzarella sticks was lovely. We did end up with a free pizza after they made an extra for a different table. Our waitress was very helpful too, polite and not pushy. Things I didn't like, there were a particular family who had no concept of volume which were clearly making people annoyed. This could have been handled a little better in my opinion (all for a good time but respect the room). Avoid using the online menu system where possible (overly complicated and could have food on the table by the time we finished ordering). This is based on ordering at this time. Future menu systems may have improved. I have been to this particular Pizza Hut on numerous occasions, and unfortunately, this wasn't the best of visits.

Delivery kept getting delayed, arrived an hour late and was stone cold and one of the pizzas was wrong. Not happy, especially after how much it cost. Applied for refund but doubt I’ll get one. 👍🏻

This Pizza Hut is always hit and miss! Sometimes it’s absolutely delicious and other times it’s just rank. I think it all depends on what chef is on. Service is shocking, tell you it’s ready when it’s not on the app and aren’t the pleasant of bunch.

Every single time I try to order online from this branch, it is closed. If you aren't open, update your advertised hours because I am fed up of creating an order, getting to the final stage of checkout only to be given an error message to say you are closed at 7 o'clock in the evening.

Staff were very friendly, the food was ok... The pizza was lovely, but the fries weren't cooked so we sent them back and the second batch weren't cooked either. We were refunded for the fries and the staff were nice about it.

Stopped here last night and waitress very friendly and helpful. Food is ordered online and was very easy to do. Food was cooked quickly and brought to us. All dishes were amazing. Salad bar stocked well which lots of choice. Restaurant clean and tidy

Cannot fault this restaurant in any way shape or form. Facilities, parking, food, staff, service and availability completely spot on and definitely up there with one of the better Pizza huts we have been too.

Not so great at making pizzas. The young crowd need to learn I think or they need to be supervised.

This used to be such a great place to go to eat. But a confusing online ordering system and less interaction from servers to explain the process left it all feeling a little disappointing. Food was to it's standard quality but the value for cost leaves more to be desired. Probably won't visit again as at £20 a head there are much better options.

First time going to pizza hut in a long time personally. I really like ordering with the table qr code as it's quick and easy. No fussing about with the bill at the end as well. Service was speedy. Food arrived soon after order was complete. The pizzas my mum and I had were excellent, as was the side of chicken we had. However the fries were awful and the salad from the bar was mostly a watery mush.

Was missing a full pizza, and the 2 drinks that come with the deal! The guy delivering wasn't very nice and told me he was only given 2 pizzas so it's tough then proceeded to sit outside my home for around 10 minutes, I was thankful my husband came home from work!

Came in for a take away, was told they'd be 2 minutes... never came back so I left...
