Visited Pizza Hut this afternoon for an all out Pizzatastic extravaganza! Pizza was Hut! Serving a huge variety of Hut flavorsome Pizza, great tasting, freshly prepared and cooked! Pizza Hut Hut Hut! All staff were as good as the Pizza!

The price is way too high for what you get. It's been my first time there, and I did not really know what they serve and how. It is a great idea to order online, but also the staff was friendly and open to help with anything. But it was very unclear about what you get. I made the mistake to pay for a salad. I was let know later that the salad comes with a pizza anyway. Then the coleslaw and the potato salad was very vinegary for my taste. The taste of the pizza was relative good, but it looked like it was bought frozen from the store. And the price for a 9 inch pizza is crazy, I paid 16£. Then the pans they are served in look dirty. I also paid for a bottomless drink, specifically chosen the lipton tea, and then I wasn't given a lipton tea, but a glass that could get Pepsi, tango and sprite, that also did not taste too good.

Amazing staff ! Tracey and Amy are making an amazing team and they are payingbatention to every detail. Thanks for that and I’ll be back again quite often thanks to the buffet offer.

Staff very friendly and attentive! Pizza dough exploded on cooking - we were brought the pizza with an apology and told a new pizza was in the oven, more than happy to eat the original one as we thought it looked fine - great customer service!

How do you explain a feeling that's so vague it almost laughable. When I was 8 years old I used to go to Pizza Hut with my family and we would take a family booth, my mother would always jump to the salad bar ( which my father thought was a mistake and reduced stomach space) we would beg our parents for money to spend on the arcade machine and play metal slug 2. When the pizza came the smell, taste and stretchy cheese was simply amazing. Now 29 years old I can't re experience that feeling, my family is 5000 miles away and metal slug is a relic. But the Hut remains, the cheese still stretches and my mouth still waters. NO one can out pizza the Hut.

We've been coming to this Pizza hut for many years and keep returning due to the staff and high quality food. The staff are so welcoming, attentive and make our visit enjoyable everytime we are there. We have never had an issue with our food, or our experience at this restaurant. The staff have become like friends to us and we always love to see them. 5* would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely love this place, Tracy is so welcoming, friendly and attentive. They was 10 of us out after work. Two people had never been before, they loved the Salad bar, getting there own ice-cream too. Pizzas where cooked how we asked some didn't like spice. Brilliant place for all the family. Children/Adult's get to make there own desserts too. 😁

Perfectly helpful staff regarding gluten and dairy free for kids meal. Food was tasty and hot from the buffet.

We come here regularly and it's amazing. Both kids are ASD and are always made to feel welcome. Tracey and the other staff are the nicest staff we have ever encountered in any restaurant and the pizzas and sides are always cooked to perfection. And the salad bars always full and fresh.

After an initial complaint regarding a dissatisfaction regarding a Saturday night takeaway complaint involving Uber eats I then contacted Pizza Hut with my concerns on this matter. The staff at Pizza Hut Martin road dealt with me very professional and the pizza was Excellent I have to say thank you Pizza Hut and I will definitely returning.

I absolutely love this Pizza Hutt. The staff here are fantastic. Katie, our server, was extremely helpful. The pizzas we had were delicious. Even though Cineworld is now closed, i will still come to this restaurant as i know i an guaranteed to receive good service and tasty food.

Great experience and service from Amy and Anya. Fresh pizzas served up whilst waiting, plenty to choose from too… Both came over and asked if I was ok, polite and friendly.. Personalised warm welcome with a smile, just an acknowledgment goes a long way, many businesses fail at being brilliant at the basics.. One of the best pizza huts I’ve been too! Been down in Middlesbrough and visited this branch 3 times due to the tasty food and great service. Izzy in particular has been amazing! Really sweet kind lady. Will definitely be returning.

Tracey has been our server numerous times when we have been to this branch. We’ve found her informative, helpful and very comforting. No task is ever too much for her. We asked if we could have the dips and nachos refilling, she did this quickly and without complaining. She also checked later on that we had our dips that we had asked to be refilled. I think the lady’s name was Izzy who gave us our pizza, she was very polite too. We always enjoy our visit when coming to Pizza Hut and always feel welcome, not rushed. The servers make our experience so nice, we especially visit this one and not the other local ones we have. The food was great, as usual!

Me and a few friends were served by Tracy tonight, she was really attentive and friendly. She seemed genuinely interested in everything we had to say and was very polite. We didn’t really see much of Izzy but everytime we did, she was smiling and seemed friendly.

A group of 13 called about 30 minutes ahead to book a table on a Friday evening around 7:30. The order was taken swiftly. We waited nearly one hour before the main and sides arrived. There is always access to the salad bar in the meantime. When asked why the food took so long we were told it was because it was a last minute booking. The take away service orders were flowing frequently out of the door however and others seemingly got served before our tables, the restaurant was not overly busy. No apology for the long wait. I can only assume this was because the one hour wait was normal, that or the staff were oblivious to us. I've not had a pizza hut pizza for some time, but I recall them being good. I found my individual stuffed crust meat feast to be lacking in both flavour and quality, the toppings were a little sparse. I got the impression that they were no longer hand made to order. The stuffed crust, was just not as indulgent as I recall. Overall, I wasn't impressed and it did not meet my expectations. Maybe it was just this location, but I was disappointed, the experience was only lifted by the company I was in.

Tremendous service and food as usual.

I come as a carer with myself and a client and another carer. My client loves to come as the staff help to make him feel very comfortable and give him time and talk to him, which he loves, Tracey is his favourite member of staff but he enjoys all the staffs company. From the carers and my client we'd like to say thank you to all staff for the great service

Be wary of the lack of pizza variety on the buffet. You’d expect more than just pan Margherita as the vegetarian option when you’ve paid £19.99 for the all-in adult buffet on the weekend. Plus don’t get me started on the sloppy ice cream factory, which just produced dairy sludge and not the usual ice cream like on previous visits. Kids loved their Mac and cheese meal deals, but also disappointed with the ice cream. Emailed customer support who just sent a generic email about giving the information to the branch manager to start an investigation, illogical that you’re asking the branch manager to investigate themselves, a bit like me given the responsibility to score my own performance reviews, obviously it’ll be fantastic with no issues. Next time I’ll be taking plenty of pictures of the lack of options and the sloppy “ice cream”

Always feel welcomed in this Hut, Julie and the team go out there way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. There customer service is outstanding, best pizza hut by far we have ever been too.

Home from home. Absolutely love this place, we must visit 5-6 times a month especially in the kids holidays. An affordable, tasty and filling treat for the whole family. The kids say " the ice-cream is really good and I like the pasta" The staff are all so friendly and professional and always greet you with a smile and always go the extra mile with my dietary requirements. Anga the manager and Tracey a member of the team are always so lovely and helpful they know us by name since we practically live here. All the staff are constantly on the go and the place is clean, tidy and comfortable. Definitely recomend.

My first visit to this store just tried ice cream .

It's a pizza hut, but more than a pizza hut. It's a place of comfort to enjoy the delicious and well prepared pizzas. A side attraction i like at pizza hut is the free nice varieties of salad you can have with your pizza, unlimited drinks, ice cream and unlimited salad. The place is just nice and comfy for family outings. 5*

Gosh when did pizza hut cost so much lovely service but not much choice

Never had a bad experience here, staff are always super friendly and helpful tables are always cleared quickly and surrounding areas always tidy. We opted for the buffet menu, good choice of pizza and pasta options, salad bar was well stocked. Whilst sat we were asked if there was any particular pizza that we would like to be popped onto the buffet selection which was a nice touch. Obviously ate too much, everything was unlimited drinks, salad bar, buffet, ice cream..... 🐷

They always make sure there are enough vegetarian options in the buffet when they see us !

The kids for £10, get salad bar, pizza, chips, desert, and drink, which is a good deal. The adult is a bit more on the pricy side at bare minimum £15 per pizza. The staff were lovely and helpful and the restaurant was clean. The kids love the icecream bar, and you can go back for seconds.

Not many in. Pizza was perfectly delicious and plenty of extras like salad and dips if wanted so help yourself. Clean. Toilets good. But I can't justify £26.99 for a pizza how ever good. This was large, good job we shared as 1 child two adults who don't eat much we could not eat all of it. But was packed in a box. We ate 2 pieces each then 4 left to take away. No complaints except the price will never go back no wonder it was nearly empty. How can a family with children afford that. It was extortion. Staff very nice I will have to say. No atmosphere. Only our own lol

The staff seemed happy and eager to help. They were patient and kind which are rare qualities in the service industry. The food was excellent as you would expect from Pizza Hut but the staff are what would make me want to return to this restaurant.

Can't fault the venue or staff - however ordering via the QR code really can spoil the real life experience of going out to eat and takes precious time away from interacting with your table - some of us love no phone time & would rather speak with staff - one of the joys of eating out is the experience of it all being nudged to order via an app feels like I'm ordering a takeaway but sat somewhere else .. also mid way through the meal buying extra drinks or dessert can be a faff - STAFF here are 💯 venue is great and very clean - food was good 👍🏻

Nice place, delicious pizza and fantastic staff

I love the food and atmosphere of Pizza Hut m’bro and the customer service is excellent!! Just a little suggestion: the fries are a little underdone and this has happened on a number of occasions. Just slightly harder than they should be inside. Would be perfect score if the fries were cooked enough!

Went mid day was quiet not much atmosphere but nice i accidentally spilled a drink but the staff cleaned up and insisted on replacing my wife's pizza which got wet the food was delicious one of my favourite pizza huts.

Fantastic service from server Izzy and manager Amy. The food was great, however the customer service was absolutely amazing. Outstanding friendliness and order resolution, any issues are taken care of efficiently. Great food, Great staff, I have never had a bad experience here.

Perfect place to pop in with the family, for quick easy food. Only downside that will stop me from coming again. It's card only! Cash is legal tender and should be accepted everywhere!

The staff talk to you like they know you and that's great and they are so friendly. The food is always amazing. I wish there was stuff crust pizza on the unlimited buffet but other than that it's superb. The restaurant is always down and tidy with a great atmosphere. Toilets are always clean too. Great place all round. My kids love it too

Ordered takeaway, had the lovely Katie taking my order, she was very helpful and knowledgable about the meal deals. Food was lovely purchased the spicy veggie pizza, salad box and mozzarella sticks duo meal for two. Had a lot of boxes to carry to car, again Katie was very helpful and offerd to help carry some of my order to the car. Excellent customer service. A big thank you to Katie.

The best place for pizza customer service was very much appreciated. It was my first time , staff helped me very clearly on how to go with ordering and everything. On site parking is available.

Came here a couple of weeks ago with my elderly Mam and one staff member in particular called tracy made my mam feel so special and looked after us she couldn’t of done more for us !!!! . Mam was too full for desert and so we had it boxed to take home and when we got home she had written Queen on the box which my mam absolutely loved because she’s known locally as queeny even though she’s called Irene ! . What a wonderful example of human kindness tracy made my mum actually feel like the queen ! What a lovely kind hearted member of staff you have there who deserves recognition ! . Thank you Tracy you really are a star ! .

Fantastic...came for lunch buffet the pizza was hot and kept being topped up. The salad bar was well stocked and clean. The ice cream station was clean and again well stocked. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Can't fault it at all 👌

First time visiting a pizza hut in years and I was pleasantly surprised. The waitress couldn't help enough, she patiently explained everything to me and even helped with the ordering on my phone. Clean, quick service, great bottomless salad choices. Only one minor niggle, although I enjoyed the food the final bill was £21 for my individual pizza meal deal, which I thought was a bit steep.

What worked well: Online ordering using the QR code, kids activity things to keep the toddler busy, staff attentiveness, time from ordering to eating was super quick.

Go here if you want very bland expensive pizza - I’ve had better freezer pizzas!

Just called in to grab a pizza ,while waiting for my dad who was in at james cook ,I love pizza hut ,but what was exceptional was the service I received from the two lady's there told me all the options available,made me feel very welcome and made it a more enjoyable experience.

We went as a couple this time but our grandson likes to join us occasionally we like to come when it's less busy and use the buffet service and fill our faces the staff are very pleasant and friendly too ,you can ask the waitress if you want something extra like an ice-cream or you can order by a phone app and snapping a code on your table so they know what you want and your table number we will be back soon

Just love Pizza Hut pizza! Ordered on the app, food brought to the table, couldn't be simpler.

The service was spot on, our server didn't push or rush us to make decisions, she didn't bug us throughout by asking "is everything ok / how are things?" etc. Drinks, food & desserts were all correct fresh & hot where necessary. The atmosphere was really nice, it wasn't to busy or loud.

Buffet is perfect for a family of 4, kids can get as much as they want, plenty of pizza options, pasta, salad and ice cream.

Still the best pizza after all the years of competition it just seems to get better each time. Service is quick and easy with ordering from the table option. I have to say they are the most friendly staff in the world lol can’t do enough for you and always happy to help. 10 stars if I could

Visited a branch today with wife and grandson he had never been to one before and never shut up about it all night as he loves pizza and ice-cream
