Service was awful. Not many staff. had to order from phone. The whole restaurant experience doesn't exist anymore. Very upsetting to see.

It was missing most of the salad bar and service was slow

Both a review of the restaurant but also Pizza Hut in general. The restaurant appeared to be be messy and looked like it needed a clean. The salad bar was stripped of many of the options with most of the sauces being empty. As for the Hut itself the quality, quantity and value is awful; I can now see why they have closed so many stores. I won't be back any time soon.

Arrived at pizza hut, had booked a table for 5 online we were placed on a table for 4. We were told it was card only and that was fine. We sat down chose our food and waited for over 15 min nobody came to take our order. We then tried to order vie the QR code but the internet was terrible and was very slow. We ended up just leaving without ordering.

Attentive and welcoming staff is key. I find my experience of eating food is enjoyable when there is kindness and a dedication to service.

I recently decided to dine in at the Pizza Hut location but was met with a frustrating experience. My family and I arrived well before closing time, eager to enjoy our meal in the restaurant. However, we were immediately informed by the staff that they were closing soon, despite there being a full hour left before the posted closing time. They insisted that we could only place a takeaway order. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had specifically planned to eat in. The staff's attitude was indifferent, and they seemed more focused on closing up early than accommodating paying customers. We reluctantly agreed to take our order to go. When we got our pizza home, the quality was subpar. The crust was undercooked and doughy, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. The pizza was barely warm, which made it all the more unappetizing. Additionally, the garlic bread we ordered was burnt on the edges and soggy in the middle. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths, both literally and figuratively. The lack of customer service, combined with the poorly prepared food, makes it unlikely that we will return to this Pizza Hut location. It's a shame that such a well-known chain can't deliver on basic expectations.

Best pizza I’ve had in so long from anywhere!!!!

pizza came finally after 45 mins laye and has been thrown a round like a rag doll really not happy at all mozerlla dips and fries cold will not be ordering ever again its disgracful

Only classing service this low as you have to order via an app on your table. The physical service provided by the staff was great and can’t be beaten but having to order via an app doesn’t work for me.

Pizza was lovely really hit the spot! Arrived on time.

We were seated and told it was pay by card only. Ordering was via a QR code on the table. We were surprised that the ordering system asked for a tip before you had ordered let alone had any form of table service. The food was quick to come out and it was hot. The server came back to clear out plates asked us about dessert. Three communications with a server no asking if everything was ok. Overall very disappointed in the overall personal service. The option to order via a server or mobile app might a step in the right direction. We felt the personal experience was long gone, might explain why they were so empty and there no atmosphere. Definitely won't be back any time soon.

Visited this resturant on Friday 19th April at 20:45 and stayed until closing, and some amazing customer services by 2 girls serving. Great atmosphere. Wish we had these kind of customer services and atmosphere at our london resturants too.

Rather expensive for a pizza but it was nice. It was about £30 for a pizza but that includes unlimited salad. Unfortunately the salad was a bit empty and not what I have come to expect from a pizza hut. Bottomless drinks for £4 is ok but an option for a single drink at £2.50 might be good too.

Food is always good here, and very clean salad area but quite disappointing they only take card and there is next to zero staff service due to QR code order system...so for that I have to take stars off for lack of good service. As others have said QR code ordering means you loose that personal touch of staff service which is normally an enjoyable aspect of eating out for those who enjoy interaction with people. They ask for a tip at payment before you even get your food or receive any service (via the QR code table order) which is a bit cheeky and different to other places which ask for it at the end based on service received... Downsides to card only. I can't tip your staff in cash 😕 There is also a 3 hour car park limit so of you pair here with a longer film you get a fine.

Ordering from the app on my iPhone worked really well for me. The Pizza was really well presented and the salad bowl compliments it really nicely. The music in the background provided a nice atmosphere.

You take deliveries but don’t answer the phone? Probably a good job I didn’t order anyway reading reviews but not answering the phones is very bad for business!

Took the kids Saturday afternoon for the all you can eat pizza buffet. Shown to the table by a very uninterested waitress. Ordered and paid via the app then had to wait 50 mins for any pizzas to be brought out to the buffet area. Not ideal with two young kids. Choice of three pizzas... won't be rushing back. Extortionate prices for what was on offer couple with very uninterested staff. Poor.

Very pleasant staff, but a very loud and open place. We had stuff crust pizza, but then the pizza was very thin. The toppings were thin too. Overall expensive and disappointing experience.

Although the food was delicious, the service lacked the personal touch. Staff hardly talk to you and didn't seem incentivised to go the extra mile or even provide basic levels of service, waited far too long for dessert. Paying by QR code is a terrible idea and takes away from the experience.

Went for the buffet, it was perfect, great service, lovely friendly staff and lovely food.

Our food was very good but hated the ordering so we won't be hurrying back. Took ages to order by QR code. ! Would have been much quicker for staff to take the orders. Only seemed to have 3 people on the floor. Pizza hut obviously saving money on waiting staff but making the customer experience very poor. Staff were nice though.

Great service in the takeaway area, didn't wait long for our order. The only downside was the price, Pizza Hut has gone very expensive, well worth checking for special offers, they make it affordable.

Best meal of my holiday I had the tuna it melted in the mouth it was amazing we also had ½ chicken and rack of ribs only thing that I would say needs improvement is they don't say on the menu what it comes with like the tuna had veg and potatoes with onion it didn't mention anything on the menu

The restaurant was clean and all staff polite and attentive. Food was good and hot. Plenty of choice available to choose from.

20 pound for a cold pizza with about three tiny chared bits of bacon on it...totally acceptable!!!!!

Today, I went to a restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The staff were pleasant, and the food was amazing as always. I would definitely recommend it.

Got a takeout, but I have to say it was spot on. Pizzas were amazing.

Waited 10 minutes to even be seated with another couple. Nobody came, had to ask! Was seated and waited another 15 minutes and nobody came to take the order so we all walked out never to return.

Massively over priced pizza, only went there as we had a voucher, would not bother otherwise.

The food was wrong. Not what was ordered. Majority of it was freezing cold. I would like a full refund on this please as because of these issues the food has to go in the bin.

Hartlepool pizza hut- got buffet bundle and individual 1prsn deal. Both great value for money. Pizza hut is generally a little pricey but is 100% worth the money as you get so much in the deals and you are left completely stuffed. You also get to take home any leftovers so you don't have to waste money or food it's great. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations and explanations. Overall a great experience that left us stuffed and happy.

The only weird thing is Pizza Hut has no plant based milks or decaf coffee. They need to get up to date!

Food wasn’t very tasty very expensive £4 for kid’s unlimited drink rip off £5.99 for bottle of cider lunch out with 3 grandchildren £85 won’t go there again

I came in the other week, and although you order from an app and it’s card only the service was wonderful. I had Erin help me out and she was just so kind and fluent in welsh which was a nice change of pace. Give her a raise!

Great pizza and arrived within 30mins, what could be better!

Check out all the deals before ordering straight from the menu. We could have had so much more for our money but the server didn't explain it to us I guess so we would spend more.

Food was fine, but seems to be getting smaller in size therefore much less value for money. The welcome by staff needs attention, everyone just looked like they’d prefer to be somewhere else. Young staff need to be properly trained to You order at the table using a QR code! Once seated, our only interaction with staff was when the food was served. Really didn’t feel like anyone cared if we returned or not.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service from this branch. (Llandudno). From the beginning to the end no one had any sence of Customer service. Such a big brand to have young kids running this restaurant is beyond me. Sitting us as a family with kids late. Drinks and cutlery had ti be asked for. Food coming out Extremely late. Poor management. What do you expect for unexperienced kids. I understand it must of been busy but clearly you don't value the customers eating in. It seemed like all they was focused in was the takeaway orders. The priority must be your customers who dine in. After the rush died I waited and observed the few young staff, not one person come round to see if we was okay etc. I dont blame them, I blame Pizza hut for allowing this to happen and not investing in good managers with experience. Sad to see!!!

Mostly amazing but I got the buffet and some of the pizzas took 20mins+ to be made and put on the buffet table. Service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. All around great!

Booked a table here for a family birthday. When we arrived it wasn’t that busy, we waited about ten minutes to be greeted. Our table wasn’t ready, so had to wait a little longer. Service was really slow, from taking our order to bringing the food out. We received a complimentary bowl of fries as we had waited a while for the food. The meal was disappointing, hard chips and doughy pizza. We asked for one of the pizzas to go back and be cooked a little longer as the dough was still raw, I think they made a fresh pizza as it took ages to come out- it still had raw dough underneath. I’d given a staff member a birthday cake to come out after food, but after the food we just wanted to pay & leave so I asked for the cake back. Won’t be in a hurry to return, it’s gone downhill.

Food was average, but I didn’t receive my drink or ice cream. Driver was lovely 😊 he explained it was late due to the restaurant giving my order to some one else, so they had to re make it.

The choice was good The salad bar was clean and well topped up. All our food was hot and really tasty. The drinks were fun.

Extremely poor service from the start, exactly from the start when we walked through the door, the staff were extremely rude and they were very lazy. Avoid this location at all costs and as people of colour I can fully say that we were discriminated against. The owners of this pizza hut should also add more staff on shifts, there are 2 members of staff managing the whole resturant full of people at a busy location. The male who wears a blue lanyard is extremely rude, ignoring us, he obviously is at the wrong job if he doesn't know how to assist the customers and treat them with respect. We have also been here waiting for our food, the service was so slow they didn't even come collect our dirty plates or the pizza boards then came to give us the desserts with nowhere to put them. The server was so so rude and one table has still not received any of their desserts at all. The manager did proceed to give us some free icecream and 30% off however that's not equivalent to what we have experienced in this pizza hut store.

Had to ask staff refill the salad bar. Ordered the farmhouse pizza...ham and mushroom.... came with no mushroom. Waited ages for food and left before dessert.

Just popped in for a takeaway pizza as my mum and I are celiac with a dairy allergy but this see photography is what they provided us for almost £14 My mum has gone hungry because it wasn't big enough for 2 and I was vile and it was contaminated We should of asked for our money back many companies do better for cheaper

Staff are not very welcoming and very lazy! Don’t really want to deal with custom! Had to ask for my cups and my desserts and not once did a staff member come over to make sure food was ok! And the food was very unsatisfactory! The place is grubby and not up to standards! Staff really need to work on communication skills and actually putting a smile on their faces! Will NOT be back!!!

I had mentioned on entering that I was looking forward to pan pizza because we can't get them in the Netherlands. Then I made a mistake with the ordering system and selected the wrong base. The man who greeted us came over to point out my error and corrected it for me.

Clean restaurant and friendly service and hot food. The staff were so helpful and really contributed to a comfortable stay at the restaurant. Will definitely come back again .
