Food was freezing cold!pizza was over done so couldnt re heat due to it going too hard. Whole order in the bin over £40!! Refund wanted!!

A lovely restaurant with super kind staff, service was great and the food was deliciously amazing. The desserts are brilliant and highly recommended!! The brownies did not taste 2 days old FYI. The staff had quite a few tables so service was justifiably limited but overall 10/10 Would 100% recommend

Food was tasteless, service was too slow and half the food was out of stock even though we paid beforehand when ordered. The brownie tasted like 2days old. The prices were ridiculously expensive. Never again.

Paid £30+ for share pepperoni deluxe it was base and a few pepperoni is there supposed to be cheese on a pizza??? 🙄🙄

The only weird thing is Pizza Hut has no plant based milks or decaf coffee. They need to get up to date! UPDATE: The side salad hit a new low today. It's been getting gradually less good (I remember when it included olives and pasta!) But no tomatoes or beetroot, and no vegan dressings or salads I could find, is a new low. Lettuce, cucumber, jalapeno and sweetcorn. That's it for vegans, everything else is smothered in dairy mayo. And still no plant milks nor decaf coffee. This is the 21st century, what are they thinking?! Pizza Hut has declined so much over recent years, I seriously wonder if their business is in trouble.

food wad late and cold and the fajita pizza was inedible with the amount of chilli that was on it on the photos there was 1 or 2 pieces a piece and we must off had some pieces with 10 bits on it what a joke

Worst pizza i ever had. Paid for cheese stuffed crust and hardly any cheese in it. Delivered to wrong address and had to guide deliverer to me over phone and having given £1 tip on line i paid another £5 as its new year and got not a thank you.

Arrived looking to eat due to EV charger availability nearby, service was beyond atrocious. Was seated for almost 30 minutes before anyone even arrived to take my order, it wouldn't have mattered as much but I was sat by myself and it wasn't that busy.

Just get a dominoes instead. Pizza is bigger and fresher

Waited 1 hour for takeout. Not even busy, asked after 40 minutes and don't think they had actually even put the order in. Won't be coming back.

Took over an hour to get here when it was quoted for 30 mins - was stone cold by the time it arrived, had obviously just been sitting getting cold for half an hour. Won’t be ordering from here again

Worst pizza hut ive been to, the seats are filthy, the food is bottom quality, service was good however i have never had such bad pizza hut food before, i was only able to stomach a single slice of pizza. :’(

Went for the all you can eat pizza Got there at 1 pm Only 2 pizzas out and 2 garlic breads 1 with cheese but little to no cheese on it Had to wait along time for fresh pizza to come out.. The pizza that was there at 1pm was still there at 3pm and so was the garlic breads

Do they know how to make a pizza or what's going on the pizza Ive ordered is not cooked at all like you can taste the dough i want to share the photos but i cant its horrible this is second time happening first time i didn't say nothing coz mistakes

Forgot the sour cream drizzle on the pizza, food was also just about warm unfortunately. Flavours were lovely but it’s always frustrating when an order isn’t 100% correct. It would also be great to have the option to edit toppings on set pizzas

Pizza was fabulous as was all of our food, service was slow, we waited 40 minutes for our food, which with 2 hungry children was a long wait, the staff were polite though.

I go often to pizza hut llandudno .pizzas are always delicious.the staff here are really lovely and freindly nothings too much trouble.really helpful

Have ordered from here twice via JustEat. First time the pizza was undercooked and arrived cold, managed to get a partial refund. Second order tonight was sent with items missing. Called Pizza hut directly who offered no explanation or apology. Told me to request a refund from Just Eat. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the food. Had to drive there to collect missing item meaning food already delivered was cold at home. Absolute disaster and Pizza Hut staff completely unbothered.

Buffet was extremely low on foods. Plenty of salad but not much selection of pizzas at all. After we had eaten more customers arrived and we noticed that the buffet was replenished with a full selection of pizzas etc.When I queried the reason for the lack of choice when we were wanting to eat, we were told because there wasn’t many people in the restaurant they weren’t allowed to put much out on the buffet! I have only been to Pizza Hut once before, a long time ago I can assure you that if this is how the service has deteriorated, I shan’t be hurrying back for a further visit. Also there was no hot drinks available at all due to broken machine!

Pulled into the carpark. Grabbed a menu for takeaway. £19.45 for ONE individual Goats cheese pizza. Drove straight back out of the car park again.

Both a review of the restaurant but also Pizza Hut in general. The restaurant appeared to be be messy and looked like it needed a clean. The salad bar was stripped of many of the options with most of the sauces being empty. As for the Hut itself the quality, quantity and value is awful; I can now see why they have closed so many stores. I won't be back any time soon.

Arrived at pizza hut, had booked a table for 5 online we were placed on a table for 4. We were told it was card only and that was fine. We sat down chose our food and waited for over 15 min nobody came to take our order. We then tried to order vie the QR code but the internet was terrible and was very slow. We ended up just leaving without ordering.

Attentive and welcoming staff is key. I find my experience of eating food is enjoyable when there is kindness and a dedication to service.

I recently decided to dine in at the Pizza Hut location but was met with a frustrating experience. My family and I arrived well before closing time, eager to enjoy our meal in the restaurant. However, we were immediately informed by the staff that they were closing soon, despite there being a full hour left before the posted closing time. They insisted that we could only place a takeaway order. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had specifically planned to eat in. The staff's attitude was indifferent, and they seemed more focused on closing up early than accommodating paying customers. We reluctantly agreed to take our order to go. When we got our pizza home, the quality was subpar. The crust was undercooked and doughy, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. The pizza was barely warm, which made it all the more unappetizing. Additionally, the garlic bread we ordered was burnt on the edges and soggy in the middle. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths, both literally and figuratively. The lack of customer service, combined with the poorly prepared food, makes it unlikely that we will return to this Pizza Hut location. It's a shame that such a well-known chain can't deliver on basic expectations.

Only classing service this low as you have to order via an app on your table. The physical service provided by the staff was great and can’t be beaten but having to order via an app doesn’t work for me.

We were seated and told it was pay by card only. Ordering was via a QR code on the table. We were surprised that the ordering system asked for a tip before you had ordered let alone had any form of table service. The food was quick to come out and it was hot. The server came back to clear out plates asked us about dessert. Three communications with a server no asking if everything was ok. Overall very disappointed in the overall personal service. The option to order via a server or mobile app might a step in the right direction. We felt the personal experience was long gone, might explain why they were so empty and there no atmosphere. Definitely won't be back any time soon.

Visited this resturant on Friday 19th April at 20:45 and stayed until closing, and some amazing customer services by 2 girls serving. Great atmosphere. Wish we had these kind of customer services and atmosphere at our london resturants too.

Rather expensive for a pizza but it was nice. It was about £30 for a pizza but that includes unlimited salad. Unfortunately the salad was a bit empty and not what I have come to expect from a pizza hut. Bottomless drinks for £4 is ok but an option for a single drink at £2.50 might be good too.

Food is always good here, and very clean salad area but quite disappointing they only take card and there is next to zero staff service due to QR code order system...so for that I have to take stars off for lack of good service. As others have said QR code ordering means you loose that personal touch of staff service which is normally an enjoyable aspect of eating out for those who enjoy interaction with people. They ask for a tip at payment before you even get your food or receive any service (via the QR code table order) which is a bit cheeky and different to other places which ask for it at the end based on service received... Downsides to card only. I can't tip your staff in cash 😕 There is also a 3 hour car park limit so of you pair here with a longer film you get a fine.

Ordering from the app on my iPhone worked really well for me. The Pizza was really well presented and the salad bowl compliments it really nicely. The music in the background provided a nice atmosphere.

Took the kids Saturday afternoon for the all you can eat pizza buffet. Shown to the table by a very uninterested waitress. Ordered and paid via the app then had to wait 50 mins for any pizzas to be brought out to the buffet area. Not ideal with two young kids. Choice of three pizzas... won't be rushing back. Extortionate prices for what was on offer couple with very uninterested staff. Poor.

Very pleasant staff, but a very loud and open place. We had stuff crust pizza, but then the pizza was very thin. The toppings were thin too. Overall expensive and disappointing experience.

Although the food was delicious, the service lacked the personal touch. Staff hardly talk to you and didn't seem incentivised to go the extra mile or even provide basic levels of service, waited far too long for dessert. Paying by QR code is a terrible idea and takes away from the experience.

Went for the buffet, it was perfect, great service, lovely friendly staff and lovely food.

Our food was very good but hated the ordering so we won't be hurrying back. Took ages to order by QR code. ! Would have been much quicker for staff to take the orders. Only seemed to have 3 people on the floor. Pizza hut obviously saving money on waiting staff but making the customer experience very poor. Staff were nice though.

Great service in the takeaway area, didn't wait long for our order. The only downside was the price, Pizza Hut has gone very expensive, well worth checking for special offers, they make it affordable.

Best meal of my holiday I had the tuna it melted in the mouth it was amazing we also had ½ chicken and rack of ribs only thing that I would say needs improvement is they don't say on the menu what it comes with like the tuna had veg and potatoes with onion it didn't mention anything on the menu

The restaurant was clean and all staff polite and attentive. Food was good and hot. Plenty of choice available to choose from.

Today, I went to a restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The staff were pleasant, and the food was amazing as always. I would definitely recommend it.

Got a takeout, but I have to say it was spot on. Pizzas were amazing.

Waited 10 minutes to even be seated with another couple. Nobody came, had to ask! Was seated and waited another 15 minutes and nobody came to take the order so we all walked out never to return.

Massively over priced pizza, only went there as we had a voucher, would not bother otherwise.
