The food was packed with flavor, and the ingredients were clearly fresh. The ambiance was stylish yet comfortable, and the service was prompt and friendly. A fantastic restaurant that deserves all the praise it gets!

The driver completely lied about pickup time, the food was freezing cold and when we confronted the driver he pulled a face and walked away

Food and service good but very angry that I received a £60 pound parking charge for parking there even though asked the waitress about parking😡

Never a bad pizza from here. And if you're an emergency services worker, 20% off with blue light as well! Often come here when visiting family after a week of long nights at work. Better dough then dominos as well, fluffy and light.

Gone downhill since the last time I was here, you don't even get shaky chilli flakes any more. Air conditioning on full blast in November, you'll need a good drink after you leave. Pizzas are okay but what's wrong with waitress service, why is it cashless why do I have to order through a weird app when the waitress is standing next to me. It's odd, like some futuristic dystopian nightmare. Definitely not your traditional Italian experience.

This was the first time for me to visit the Pizza Hut. It came as a bit of a shock! The food was good as to the service. It was just too much choice and too large a portions resulting in the bill being likewise. I should have checked out the menu more thourghly.

I would rather buy an Aldi pizza Next Time the quality of Pizza Hut is the worst pizza I have had in years, the Topping was no insistent base was like cardboard, the Stuffing was tasteless down right the worst thing I have ever had, I ordered Pizza Hut because the lady time in got some it was nice but NOT anymore

We arrive an hour before the end of the buffet hours on a Tuesday, the pizzas were definitely old, yet I understood as apart from us there was only 3 other customers total in the building and 2 of them walked in just before us (hence why its getting a 4) soon the man was making fresh pizza and it perked up. The food was tasty and the staff team were very friendly. Would visit again.

Far too expensive now for bloody pizza and coke. The food wasnt great, however the staff couldnt have been better. They certainly earn their money, and all with a smile. I don't however, appreciate the private carpark and having to remember to put your reg number in a machine inside the restaurant or get a big fine. Won't be back until it goes.

Visited with family during the holidays and expected a bit more. The pizzas seemed okay and the kids enjoyed it

The pizza hardly had any cheese on it. The thinnest stuff crust I’ve ever had and wasn’t even warm! Very disappointing. Should have got one from the supermarket. It would have been thicker, have more toppings and hot.

Been twice recently after days out at Yarmouth. Both times have been very last minute and no booking. They managed to seat all 10 of us very quickly. Food was great with very little wait. Will visit again when next in the area.

Pizza hut is not the same anymore. Food was overpriced and not even nice. No service, you have to order on the app but then they expect you to pay a service charge. Would not return.

Extortionate price for what you get £104 for 5 9 inch pizzas and 5 soft drinks. The app neeeds a degree in astro physics to operate especially if you are using vouchers. I won't be back.

We really enjoyed our meal here, Pizza Huts are closing down everywhere and it's nice to find one that's doing really well and still has that great atmosphere we remember. Both my wife and I are ex employees of huts long since closed down, so it was nice to enjoy this experience together. Only problem we have is with the order by app. We managed ok and although service was still good, it took away the personal experience to dining. Both my wife and I worked front of house as it was known then and you had to work hard to be good at it, we miss that. Still a good meal though.

we ordered the honey chicken and it had leaked all over everything. All the pizza boxes where covered in it and everything was sticky. Also forgot our bottle of drink. We spent nearly £60. We will not order again.

Everything just the ordering process was a tad long winded and it was effort but understand it makes it easier so the host/server doesn't get it wrong but good service and clean and tidy restaurant

Everything was very good never had any problems there staff are always welcoming ,polite and very helpful the restaurant is always clean staff take your finished plates proactively very good experience every time I go

The staff are incredible and go above and beyond! They were accommodating to our whole family. We have allergies (dairy), a child with an eating disorder (ARFID) and a visual child who needs to physically see food items before deciding. I also saw them probing the salad bar and entering the details into their tablet which; when working in the food industry yourself; is fantastic to see!

Found the member of staff Bethany H quite rude! I called her over and said we would like to order, she said we can use the QR code! She then started taking our order, said I wanted to an individual to share, to be told we can’t do that! Can’t share the salad bowl and cannot get one drink to share, which ok isn’t soo much an issue but can tell from her face she wasn’t enthused. Ordered halloumi fries which didn’t taste anythinig like halloumi Won’t be visiting that branch again.

Great service and tasty food, shame you can't get vegan pizza on the buffet. The vegan Biscoff cheesecake is the best dessert ever!

Best part of 50 quid for 2 pretty average little pizzas and soft drinks that I had to order myself on the web and mostly fetch myself! Never again!

We went there for lunch and we had unlimited salad with drinks and meals. It was a great experience. We really enjoyed it.

I paid like 24 for a pizza the size of my hand with I counted 6 slices of pepperoni and a pinch of sweet corn. Safe to say I feel like my money was taken and laughed at me. The pizza was also squashed on 1 side

The vegan cheese was not vegan, I’m dairy intolerant and suffered for it. Not to mention it was very sparse.

Dreadful - Cashless and forced to use the App if you want best deals. Staff cant even take your order if you want to use some of the deals on offer, you have to order in the App, which is complicated and difficult to use on a little phone. I will never go back to a restaurant that doesn’t accept cash. Why should a bank make profit from me eating out?

Food was great although a little expensive £80 for 5 people and we shared alot, so wasn't 1 pizza each and only 2 had salad bowl and 2 ice cream factories, bit given a 5 because it was cooked to perfection. You had to pay up front for your meal and use an app and the prices on the menu in front of you was different to the app (you paid more). The host was quiet and didn't really want to be there and made it awkward to ask questions about the menu. At the beginning she was on her own, but eventually more staff came in and they seemed to be happier to be there and came across as more helpful.

The food was good apart from the garlic bread which was under cooked and soggy. The app ordering takes away from the whole service. There is no customer service and no interactivity.

£26.50 for a pizza, when the exact same pizza is £10 at my local Pizza Hut.

Our family enjoys pizza hut, infact it's my sons favourite place to eat, as he is on the spectrum he finds dining out can be overwhelming, but he really enjoys the atmosphere in pizza hut. He even made me get up and have a little dance with him. (Not something he usually does.) All the staff are kind and attentive. The food is great, the wait time is minimal (another factor we appreciate, as waiting can be a challenge for him) Overall it remains one of or most favourite restaurants.

A warm welcome by waitress Tracey, quickly seated and explaind new ordering which was good because I haven't been in a while. But also gave an option to ordering if we weren't comfortable with app.

It was awful, old, dated, un welcoming , no service to mention , food not up to much pizza was like cardboard ice cream was crystallising not pleasant sald bar was a bit of a concern all open , and you have to pay before you eat a set price £19. Per person, it is a total rip-off because you have a small selection of pizza items, just a horrible experience .
