Seen 🍕 for £9.99 any 4 toppings il av some of that spot on food and friendly staff

Took 1.5 hours just to get stone cold food with paid for dips missing, all when I only live 0.8 miles away. Never ordering from here again.

Pizzas are horrible. Had to complain for a replacement due to the cheese and tomato pizza missing loads of cheese and being dry as hell. Had to wait for a call back from manager before they decided to make replacement. They agreed to replace it and retrieve the old one. Only ate half of the replacement and binned it. Extremely greasy. I'll stick to a local or Dominos.

Ordered a couple of pizzas for collection. Unfortunately, they'd got one of the pizzas completely wrong and I had to drive back to get it replaced. Initially, the employee looked at the order and said I had ordered the wrong pizza but when I showed him the order and the ingredients of the pizza from their own website he muttered they must have changed the ingredients (apparently chicken supreme had bacon now - what a load of tosh). Then the guy said to wait for the manager who eventually turned up after 5 mins with a non-interested sorry and only then they bothered to make a new pizza for us. I was told I had to wait another 15 mins because there had been a big order in front of mine. All my other food was now cold at home. Poor service and last time I'd go there. They've messed up my order twice now, won't be giving them a third try. Never had such issue with a bog standard pizza from any other outlet.

Very well done on this order. The pizza was delightful and while there can be some dodgy deliveries at times, this hut is fairly consistent for quality, delivery and customer service.

I am very disappointed with my recent order. The pizzas arrived cold. One of them was undercooked, and the other was excessively greasy. Additionally, the delivery person was rude.

Lovely food, so much to choose from. Will definitely order from here again. Quick delivery too. Pizzas are always 10/10

Ordered 2 sharing pizzas. When arrived both pizzas were over cooked with burnt bits everywhere. They both looked like they'd been thrown into the box, no care was given when preparing them either as toppings were all over & just clumped together in the middle so you were basically just eating tomato base on the edges, wasn't nice at all! Overall it looked like it was cooked higher but shorter time just to get it done. Absolutely shocking, will definitely not order again! Doesn't deserve 1 star!

I don't know why I thought this was a restaurant when it clearly states delivery... I have a voucher/gift card which wasn't accepted here. You ring the bell when you get in for attention from staff as they may be at the back.. The bell doesn't work well (could have been me), finally got it to work, and was attended to by a nice, friendly young man.. would I visit again, yes... Great location, too..

I frequently visit here, and every time I get asked to leave a review. Usually the service is bang on, never any issues nor waiting etc. Tonight's service unfortunately has left me thinking is it worth me bothering wasting my money again? The food ended up being cold, despite me having to wait for it to be finished off being made/cooked etc. The service was slow, and the food was poor. I try to use big chains for takeaways to avoid wasting my money on the smaller takeaways with less standards etc. It looks like I'll be returning to Domino's next door for my next takeaway.

This was not to the standard of Pizza Hut We were expecting the pizza to be the same as we have had in Other Pizza Hut and the cheese wasn’t really nice and also the powered base was not very nice Poor experience which won’t be repeated
