Pizza Hut Delivery in Tameside

How could a pizza hut not take card payment? I just advise to look for another one. Poor service

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, arrived completely different to what I ordered, phoned up to explain, the person who answered the phone was quite rude, second pizza arrived 45 mins later after all my family had eaten, wrong again and stone cold, like cardboard, phoned up again, response very rude. Not the cheapest of pizza places, you would at leat expect an apology. Overall experience SHOCKING! Will not be ordering AGAIN!!!! Next time will order locally.

Absolutely shocking. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Ordered from 'Wing Street' on uber eats. Had no idea it was pizza hut. Ordered 2 lots of wings, 1 bbq and 1 peri peri, supposedly 7 in a portion, roasted wings covered in sauce. Instead i recieved 5 fried wings with barley a drizzle off bbq sauce and 7 OILY, precooked and very old wings with no peri peri at all. I could tell they were old because they stunk. Called the driver as couldn't find a number for Wing street'. He informed me its a pizza hut. So i called them and the guy was no help at all. Thankfully uber eats refunded me. AVOID

Driver with reg plate MVO6 YHF likes to touch women inappropriately and attack customers for the layout of properties instead of apologising for being late and can't read the difference between 0 and the letter D. Would not recommend.

Zero stars if I could. I ordered from here for the 1st time. It took well over an hour to come. Even thou it claimed 20 to 30 min online. Then we ended up with food poisoning. I filled out the online form and was fobbed off. Utter disgusting.

Shady shop & staff. Doesn’t even seem reputable, honestly it wasn’t a ‘Pizza Hut’ named store you’d think it was for laundering or something! Its also ridiculously expensive. Food is fatty and greasy and not worth it at all. Dominos is over the road if u wanna pay prices for pizza at least go domino’s it’s cheaper lol

Cheeky SOD! Driver was very RUDE! I Had told the driver to tell their staff to answer their calls, we have been calling several times as the order was very very very late! Way over 80 minutes!!! No updates were given and to top it off the driver had the audacity to tell me in a loud manner that "you should be thankful that I delivered" The driver also tried to mug us off with taking a side! If i could give 0 stars I would! I would never order from Pizza Hut Denton! WARNING AVOID THIS PLACE! IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEN I RECOMMEND YOU DO! MAKE THIS NOT EVEN AN OPTION!

Guy put the phone down on me in midle of the order. Ridiculous!!!! They dont even listed or try to understand what im trying to say!!!

The food took 1 hr 50 minutes to deliver despite being given an estimate of 25-30 minutes when ordering. Ordered at 21:09 I rang the store chasing at 22:14 and was told that the food had already been dispatched and would be with me within minutes. The drive from my house to this store is 9 minutes. 22:30 - called but no answer 22:31 - called but no answer 22:33 - called and spoke to staff member who confirmed my order had been dispatched 17 minutes previous and was delayed due to a police road closure. Alternate routes to my home address on Google maps confirmed it to be a 10 minute journey. - still no sign of food 22:51 - food finally arrives. 1hr 48minutes after ordering. 1 hr 13 minutes later than estimated. Pizza is like warm, cheese is solid, chicken is cold and had to be reheated. Ice cream is defrosted and inedible. Absolutely no apology from the store, just excuses which are clearly lies. This is the first time I have used pizza hut in almost a year as usually go to domino's but thought I'd give you a try. Paid extra for what is supposed to be a premium food which turned out to be late, cold, defrosted with clear lies from staff members advising delivery within minutes but doesn't arrive until 40 minutes later.

Pedido a las 21: 09 Llamé a la tienda persiguiendo a las 22:14 y me dijeron que la comida ya había sido enviada y que estaría conmigo en unos minutos. El viaje desde mi casa a esta tienda es de 9 minutos. 22:30 - llamado pero no contesta 22: 31 - llamado pero no contesta 22: 33 - llamé y hablé con un miembro del personal que confirmó que mi orden había sido enviada 17 minutos antes y se retrasó debido a un cierre policial de la carretera. Las rutas alternativas a la dirección de mi casa en los mapas de Google confirmaron que es un viaje de 10 minutos. - todavía no hay señales de comida 22: 51 - la comida finalmente llega. 1 hora y 48 minutos después de realizar el pedido. 1 hora 13 minutos más tarde de lo estimado. La pizza está caliente, el queso es sólido, el pollo está frío y tuvo que recalentarse. El helado está descongelado y no es comestible. Absolutamente ninguna disculpa de la tienda, solo excusas que claramente son mentiras. Esta es la primera vez que uso Pizza Hut en casi un año, como suele ir a Domino's, pero pensé en probarlo. Pagamos extra por lo que se supone que es un alimento premium que resultó ser tarde, frío, descongelado con claras mentiras de los miembros del personal que aconsejaban la entrega en minutos, pero que no llega hasta 40 minutos después.

Poor reviews for a reason. Poor service poor food. Good deals to entice people but you're better spending more at dominos or papa John's or even a normal kebab shop type takeaway can give better pizzas than these. Pizza hut reputation destroyed due to poor franchises like this one. Website is por as well doesn't even give you estimatee delivery time until you have actually ordered....not that this place even knows they have an estimated delivery time

Normally I don't mind where I eat my pizza from I'm pretty easy when it comes to pizza flavour but the one thing I ask is not to have it burned and not only was mine burned but my girlfriends was as well. Both were ruined not only because they were clearly forgotten in the oven but also the fact I have an intolerance to garlic so I ordered my classic crust without garlic and yet as you can see from the pictures both had garlic all over them, then theres also the fact that my girlfriend ordered double bacon on her pizza and she got double ham (which she hates the taste of). This was supposed to be one last treat before money got tight due to the Corona crisis but instead you've ruined our meal, our night and any belief we have for pizza hut to ever make a decent pizza again.

First time ordering, pizza was dry, nachos were really nice. Didn't send the dips I ordered, when I told him he asked 'what do you want me to do?', an apology would be nice. Wont be ordering again.

Worst customer service and delivery. Phoned several times with no answer then when I did get through to ask where order was and met with a response of its a long way to your address, which it's not it's around 10 to 15 minutes. Nearly took 2 hours to arrive. On a Thursday too. Dread to think what it's like on a weekend.

Disgrace. Arrived 40 minutes after given time slot. Most of the pizza toppings where stuck to the box and pizza and sides where both cold. I think pizza hut really need to up there game with these local delivery shops as they are ruining the pizza hut reputation in general

Shocking service. Still waiting for my food and it’s been over an hour. I phoned to ask how long it would be only to be screamed at and told there’s only 2 drivers and they’re busy and everyone keeps phoning to ask where their food is. I will not be ordering from here again!

Absolutely disgusting i wont even give it 1 star not happy at all I asked for my delivery to be 6 30 pm as my partner would not be back until then and they turned up at 6 10 pm normally I wouldn't mind it coming early but I specifically asked in the comments for it to not turn up early also when I started to eat it was freezing cold the only thing that was hot was the chicken wings I will not be ordering from here again it did used to be my favorite pizza place but not any more

Good offers sadly the delivery has become actually shocking. We live round the corner and got a pizza delivered. Was told the delivery was going to be 30 mins. Which is understandable. Nearly an hour later not received anything. Called the shop and told them about the pizza not being delivered. Was told shouldnt go off the estimated time of delivery which is a joke as that what u normally would do. And was also told they had two drivers on. They use to be good but now lost my custom.

I’m a ten minute drive away got to told 25-35 minutes to arrive added the 10 minutes on for myself to give them the benefit of the doubt - 45 minutes. An hour later still not arrived. For the price service should be way better

Was sent a voucher via email from pizza hut and they refused to take it. Ordered any way and after 2 hrs it didn't arrive. When I called the shop they didn't seem to care at all. Never ordering from here again.

Waited 1 hour 50mins for my order I tried to ring 4/5 times to see where it was I finally got through to a man who said the delivery driver said I wouldn’t open the door!! Very bad service, won’t be eating from here again! Joke..

Order 2 for 1 and had to pay full price, to get a refund I called the shop, after waiting for the manager, he came on the line and said I have to ring customer service myself, he also let me know there was no salad and could I change my side to nachos. Which I agreed to I loked at my order to find that I had two meat pizzas on my receipt I cancelled a Caroliner as I do not eat meat and ordered veg I called the driver back to explain the delivery driver did not want to discuss it just said that was my order and that was my name and address. Very poor service

Pizza was lovely and hot. The 20 quid deal is fab. However I do not appreciate the delivery driver knocking on my door then trying the handle to see if my door is open, I am really not very impressed especially when I have a baby in the house

Pizza is always great but they cant slice it, wedges are usually undercooked, garlic bread is normally akin to cardboard and they never provide the sauces you ask for

Hi just placed an order on the phone .I wanted the 20.00 deal which I have a voucher for that expires on the 13/11/17 the guy on the other end of the phone said sorry that deal has expired .how can it when it clearly states 13/11/17 he said they can change it at any time no I don't think so it's false advertising. I would like some answers please . This has happened twice now not a happy bunny .
