Very rude attitude no service with a smile atmosphere in shop is like some one just died. Also seen rats at back of shop when I was looking over ready to order this made me leave the shop and not order

The burgers arebetter than before

Nearly 90 minutes from order to delivery! Poor! Not even a busy night, had to call to check in before I go to bed! Food was ok, though corn on the cob was tasteless and bbq beans, well…. It was mostly sauce and no beans and no bbq flavour. Poor!!!

Had to call the shop because one order was wrong, they sent the burger back out which was nice and asked for wrong burger back in exchange! Gave it to them and guess they have lots of people trying to get free food. The fried chicken wasn’t great this time either and I don’t think k we will be going back because the greasy feel after eating that’s left in your mouth is awful.

2 and half hours no delivery and refusing refund

I want a refund food didn’t come

Ordered my food, waited 20 mins, went home and gave me the wrong order, ended up paying £15 for some chips. Called them back and blamed it all on me, awful customer service

The delivery was so early the order was showing as not even prepared yet let alone out for delivery. The chicken pieces werent even cooked all the way through, slimy and pink near the bone and swimming in so much grease the box disintegrated.

The staff at Allen's Fried Chicken was friendly and welcoming; however, I didn't really enjoy the meal. The chicken I had was soggy and excessively oily, leading me to rate it a 4 out of 10.

Order from here often. They serve good chicken but burgers are better at YFC. They need to update their menu as prices are NOT the same.

Delivery driver was very rude and bad language, I need to speak to someone about this... Very angry.

Ordered food before it closed seen on there app it been delivered called the shop to find out where the issue was to be told the delivery driver had been shouting tried ringing my number and left it outside calls or even at my door wrong house sent a picture with the food at the door step (wrong house) then to be told by the delivery driver to go and get it not walking at 1am in the morning into peoples gardens to go and grab food that will be cold and paid 18.55 for it so told them it’s there doing and want money dropping off or a new order 50 minutes has gone past since this phone call no sign of delivery driver money or fresh food bad for service only ever seems to be problems with this place when regular delivery driver isn’t on need new delivery drivers or cover ones for when main one is off will be calling into the shop tomorrow if it’s resolved within the next 30 minutes

don't send him again he was rude and claimed I made him wait 10 minutes when I recieved my food a minute after he called....Next time if there is one can you inform your delivery drivers that they deliver it to my door I'm done with walking down stairs when I pay for delivery

Ordered late, but excellent as always and on time

Actually a takeaway that reads notes and provides what I ask for. Food was great tasting and big sized portions. Definitely better than kfc and will go here again. Reasonably priced too

The chicken was pink it was definitely not cooked properly gave it to the cats Berber order form this place it’s so bad. Best though long was the chicken gravy

Chips were difficult to chew, cold and stale. Coleslaw was kind of edible. However, can't fault the wings as they slid off the bone.

Where’s the Gravy? Allan’s is good Chicken place better than KFC but they seem to always miss something from your order. Staff need to buck up!

Really gone down hill taste like food been dragged along floor and put into the box, always missing items and less options to.l chose from than other chicken places . First time trying Allen’s, chicken is cooked well but very salty. Chips are unseasoned but gravy is absolutely perfect. It was very late but the driver was very polite. Not worth the cost for me will stick to SFC

Straight to your door no messing and very clean

No salad or mayo or burger was so dry but I’m not gonna ring up for salad and mayo just so your aware for next time I order every other day

Food took 1hr and 20mins to get here and was soggy and cold, the delivery driver was also rude. UPDATE: Ordered again due to thinking this was a one off, however the owner delivered my food and was very rude to me and lecturing me on why I shouldn't give a restaurant a negative review. Not only that but my 2nd order was also missing a portion of chips which was supposed to come with the burger I ordered. Will not be ordering from here again.

Burger was a great size, good price too. Wings are some of the best I've had locally but the gravy lacked flavour. Recommended.

Food took so long to arrive. Lack of flavour in gravy and chicken. Chicken was soggy not crispy, probably due to the long delivery wait and food sat in packaging going soggy. Everything was cold. Food has been nice when previously ordered but this was very disappointing, probably wouldn’t order again.

Impressed, chicken places are ten a penny and usually not great but this was tasty and fairly priced. Couldn't get it down my neck fast enough tbh.

When the food here is good, it's good. But most times it's usually ruined by how long the delivery takes. When the food finally arrives it's soggy and cold. Buy from here if you want the gamble.

Do not order from here absolutely discgusting it’s arrived with a massive hair in the chips which ended up in my partners mouth and one even bigger in my burger called up and they didn’t even care ! The guy who answered the phone sounded half asleep

Normally the burgers are spot on from here. Batter tasted different and the chicken was bone dry. So much so the mayo didn't help and it got binned. Shame really because this place is usually spot on
