Pizza Hut Delivery in Stockport

Its is cold and the wrong drink was delivered. A waste of money

I get delivery from this pizza hut often, as its one of the only gluten free places around. But I am so sick of getting the notification that my food has been delivered and being sat here for 10 minutes after that notification, still waiting for it to be delivered. This happens every time I order without fail.

Pizza was good and the staff was very friendly.

I have never been very keen on Pizza Hut but after watching documentary Stolen Dough online I won’t be coming back. Absolutely disgusting what you guys did to Cheese filling crust inventor -Anthony.

Ordered at 10.40pm (places closes at 11pm). Ordered online for delivery which was confirmed immediately and money was taken with a delivery window of 11.08pm to 11.18pm. By 11.50pm nothing had arrived. I drove there to see if anyone was still there but it was completely closed up. I can only assume that either the staff ignored the order or closed early. I work shifts so it's not always possible to order earlier but as the order was made within the opening hours and payment was also taken I would have at least expected to have the order cancelled and money returned. I've now got to chase pizzahut via email (they've moved to online customer service only apparently) to get my money back. The orders very rarely arrive within the arrival window which I can normally overlook but I can't ignore the fact that they've mostly likely shut up shop early and have left me out of pocket for an order I'm never going to receive. If you can order from a different pizza hut I would strongly suggest you do as the stockport one has once again proved to be useless.

Disappointed. Ordered Texas bbq pizza barely any chicken or bacon on it.

Do not order from here, just had a pizza delivered and the box bent in half and the pizza fell onto my floor and they wont replace or refund because the driver put it in my hand, just paid £25 to spend half an hour cleaning my floor and still be starving.

Absolutely the worst Pizza ever. Not a true Pizza Hut, just a cheap franchise. NEVER AGAIN

Driver rung me 3 times saying he was outside but this untrue as my carer was waiting at the gate. Driver eventually appeared walking down the street. Needless to say food was cold

Great food and delivery was on time

Food had to be re heated, was not kept warm during delivery. At least just eat the delivery drivers put the goods in a insulated bag to to keep the heat. plus minor burnt crust

I ordered it in person, and it was fine. Very expensive for what it is but that’s Pizza Hut for you, and I don’t regret it. I ordered the Beyond Italian style sausage supreme (vegan) with wedges

1 hour 50 delivery time (no pre warning of this). Food not fresh. Must have been sat there a long time. Nobody even answered the phone. I just have called 50 times!

Best pizza hut I have eaten from, they had good hygiene and the food tasted great

Ordered via deliveroo…..pizza sizes have massively decreased, prices increased and to top off the experience pizzas were cold….not impressed!!

So this was the 2nd order after the wrong pizza being delivered. They brought not only the right pizza but an extra one and ice cream to apologises..fantastic service!

I ordered a pepperoni FEAST 13”, the pepperoni I received barely constituted a snack and also received thin crust. Very disappointed as I usually order from Denton with no problems.

Driver went to wrong address even though details were clear & specified in notes too. Pizza only warm & box all bent. Not convinced I got the ‘loaded’ version ordered as didn’t appear to have extra toppings. Unlikely to order from here again.

Awkward place to find so was contacted by phone to confirm & they were very close . All as expected & enjoyed by everyone

We order from here alot never had any problems the foods lovely fresh and hot spot on drivers are always friendly.

The dough tasted stale, and bowled be tasted through the filling. It was pretty inedible and had to dispose of. This was my first time ordering from yourselves which has not been a particularly good experience.

They forgot the Nachos from my order time before that missing cookie dough other than that pizzas are lovely.

Food was lovely, pizza was perfectly cooked was hot on arrival nothing missing definitely will be ordering again

Delivery driver gave our order to someone else without even contacting us that the delivery had arrived , did resend the order but again went to wrong place and we had to ring the driver (who was very unhelpful) to get our order. Good food terrible delivery service.

Brilliant service - they did everything possible to get pizzas ready for a kids birthday party at short notice and really went the extra mile. The pizzas were great too. Thank you !

No food has arrived, ordered 2pm for 5pm delivery, now 5.45pm and still no food, no reply on tel number after ringing continually for 15 mins, no text to advise why late, but text received 5.10pm to say order was in its way. No way to contact anyone!!! Will never use again, give me my money back!!!

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. Specifically put in the notes I didn’t want too much sauce, as it arrived there was so much sauce I had to throw the pizza in the bin. Do not use this horrendous excuse for a Pizza Hut.

Excellent service as always I ordered the wrong pizza by mistake only realised when they arrived phoned shop to order another and they sent one out free as it was for my sons birthday they also sent a big tub of ice cream NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS GUYS MUCH APPRECIATED

Really good Pizzas, we normally go to Dominos but thought we'd try pizza hut for change, and we weren't disappointed. The guys in the store were really friendly, and on top of the takeout deal we got, they threw in a free tub of ice cream for my son. It makes a difference when the people in the stores make an effort and go out of their way to be friendly.

Ordered a medium size pizza classic but its overcooked and very thin. This branch is a hit and miss. What a shame

Only good thing was being able to order for a specified time. Pizza wasn't hot on arrival and was crazy greasy. Ice cream was missed from the order as was hot sauce. A call to the store saw them send some ice cream out (I hadn't noticed the sauce at this point but wrote it off as too much hassle). 45 minutes, ice cream arrives and it's the wrong flavour. Will not be using again and judging from the number of 1 star reviews, I'm not alone in my experience...

My meal was stone cold and there was no beef on it really disappointed

The delivery driver couldn't find the hotel so the pizza was cool when received. It was surprising as it was a well known local chain Hotel !9

Rung last night to order a Pizza. 476-4000 Normally do it via online. However we wanted to ask a specific question. The guy who answered the phone couldn't understand basic English, was rude and then decided to put the phone down. Only after telling me it was my phone that was the problem and that I should change it!! Was only trying to give him my bluming postcode. Seeing as it's a on the A6 and I live in Stockport. You would like to think they would understand SK.... I rung back 5 times for him to cut me off. Not really sure what kind of Employees Pizza Hut Employ. But I will NEVER be using them again. They have lost my business for both Takeaways and Restaurant. They really want to look at Employing some more staff that can speak&understand English better!

I cannot progress frim this page without giving the restaurant a rating. Which is ridiculous as I had a take away delivery so your restaurant ratings will be skewed

Driver was apparently sat round the corner from hotel in a taxi rank, no contact whilst I waited 45 minutes outside the front of hotel, rang them and apparently they never come to the reception ??? I said so if I ordered from home you would wait in the next street ?? I think not

The food was cold when it arrived and was over 25 mins late.

Side order of nachos missing so they had to return with it. Pizza barely warm and the base was hard. The nachos came separately, again hardly warm. Awful food and service. No apology from the courier

The last 3 orders made have been either wrong or just terrible pizzas. Avoid ordering from this place and get better service and quality from somewhere else.

Well order went through OK on the app waiting the time It said then rang the restaurant direct from the app the store said there was no order for me there so was goin to reorder from somewhere else when the food arrived just before payment but was 20 mins late

Called at 21:30 and asked to see where my order was, 10 minutes later and still no sign.

Raz who took my order was the absolute best, the order arrived early what a great team & needless to say the pizzas were Devine!!!!! Order no 35

Been here twice. Staff were very good, food was good too.

Terrible. Placed order, waited 45mins, didn't arrive, had to drive to shop as they would not answer phone. Arrived at shop, phone ringing off hook, no appologt and told the pizzas where on the way. Still waiting for £55 worth of pizza, now an hour late. Abysmal.

Pre ordered food came 30 minutes early it’s lucky we were even at home when it arrived , pizza was cold and swimming in grease, garlic bread was the same looked disgusting with hardly any taste and the dips that were paid for weren’t included, not at all the standard that you would expect from Pizza Hut especially at the prices they charge! My advice to anyone looking to order from here don’t find somewhere else and save yourself the money

Pizza was missing the onions I'd paid extra for and the toppings didn't go all the way to the crust.

Delivery was 30 minutes late had to make phone call to store. This was a Thursday at 7:30. We ordered in store and paid for delivery, explaining address was different to find , we are only 5 minutes from store. Driver eventually called and was rude , had to go onto next street and direct him to me. Then order was missing dips , which we paid for , garlic bread was slices not a pizza base (unusual). Not great

Delicious, fast efficient service

The food came quick but the pizza was a little burnt and the cookie dough was all burnt underneath so we wasn’t able to eat it. Shame really. I tried to ring the restaurant a couple of times but there was no answer

Accepted the order and confirmed on the app. Then the app said it was being delivered, recurved a text to say it was nearly there and now I’ve been asked to review the order. That didn’t come, the restaurant rang 40 mins after accepting the order to say they couldn’t do it. The JustEat app/system is useless.

ordered cheese pizza it was not cooked properly the base (thin) the cheese didn't taste good, nasty grainy cheese rang up said send another one which they did but exactly the same as the first one. never again will I order from here.

Great pizzas I come every now and then

Pizzas come cold In squashed boxes. Ordered cookies and ice cream ( no ice cream so waste of time). Order come 20 minutes late too shocking service cooked better myself.

Place my delivery order at 7.50 and pizza arrived cold at 9.40 but was told delivery would be at 8.30 phoned up twice manager didnt no what he was doing and couldn't trace the driver.driver was rude and after my partner phoned after 8 calls they decided to let us keep the cold pizza for free which I had to reheat in the oven.disgusting customer service and wont be ordering again.😡

Food should have been delivered at 7pm chased up with the restaurant and still turned up an hour late. Food wasnt warm and not enjoyable at all. Will not be using again

Very good food with a reasonable price.

Mediocre pizza at exorbitant prices. They had a 50% off deal on the night I ordered which made the price easier to bear, but even with the offer, two 11" pizzas came to nearly £20, which still felt like daylight robbery. Pizza's were nothing special to say the least. One positive: extremely quick delivery, arrived hot and very pleasant delivery guy. Other than that, really wouldn't bother again.

The driver tried to make come out of my flat when the whole of point ordering a home delivery is the food comes to your door

Late delivery. No answer from restaurant when called to find out where the food was. Food was cold and poor quality.

Food was good but cold. Maybe would try a different none next time. Being early was not a plus!

My food arrived 90 minutes early and despite the speedy delivery was barely lukewarm. The garlic bread was devoid of flavour and the macaroni cheese was gloopy. The cheese triangles had an upleasant flavour (possibly coriander?) which overpowered everything. They tasted of anything but cheese.

Food was late, turned up warmish. Disappointing from a brand that can and should do better
