DeenZ grill in Stockport

Bad pizza. Used shop bought pizza base. Pizza base was over cooked meaning bread base was worst than burnt toast. I won't be ordering again. Customers beware.

Loverly had to wait 15 minutes even thou i phoned my order through but it was really nice

Amazing kebab from here Everytime. On this occasion I got the chicken and lamb Adana mix but much prefer it when it’s just chicken. Best chicken kebab around 👍🏻👍🏻 edit - get the chilli mayo sauce and the salad on the side

Spoke to a young girl who was nice enough. But the food came horrible!! Came Cold - I only live around the corner. The food was basically walking off the plate, Had to cook the donor longer on the grill, which is disappointing, even then it was just edible. Sides cold and sent no salad and the wrong drinks. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Excellent food but very poor customer service, we had to phone over 1 hour after ordering to see what was happening with our order, we was told they was really busy and it would be another half hour, 20 mins later we was called and told our order wouldn't be able to be completed within the next hour so we could change the order or cancel it, sat here with 3 under 6yr old children for nearly 2 hours waiting for evening meal after 11 hours at work, absolute shambles tbh

Been here a few times now and they get everything we ask for bang on, I think they got the order wrong once but soon as we spoke to the lady it was promptly sorted and straight out to us, that's all you can ask for polite customer service and good food for fussy eaters.

Ordered via just eat as from visits years ago they only took cash and no delivery option. Food turned up on time . The naan was basically a thick wrap. Chilli sauce was the tangy ketchup puree, chips crispy, donner meat was in small strips and long strips, well priced .

Food was amazing very tasty and hot I was a little out of the way but they delivered very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered food at 8pm through just eat I get a text to say food would be delivered at 850pm I ring the shop at 925pm to ask where the food is driver turns up at 940pm I turn him away waited one hour and forty five minutes for food disgusting

Tried ordering for the first time after having a menu delivered, waited over 2 hours, kept being told its on its way, made our own tea in the end after 9pm, do yourselves a favour, don't bother...

Waiting an hour and half, called asking if the order is ready. It will be another half an hour we are busy . Unfortunately i won't be using just eats or this take away again.

The staff are rude the food made me poorly from here I would really avoid at all costs first review I have ever left but you should be warned

Absolutely love this place, friendly, local and always tastes amazing. Fed 8 people for £58. Took about 45 from ordering to collecting but was well worth it. Ordered on the app for 10% off too.

The food was amazing, however when i walked in i was greeted by a rude young boy who seemed to be on the phone to his girlfriend and i heard him saying explicit things to her over the phone!

The young lad, with brown hair, who served me here was very ignorant and rude. Didn't listen to what i was ordering and was constantly on his phone while talking.

I am absolutely disgusted! The chap with brown hair who was behind the counter (cant be older than 18) was a disgcrace. None stop shouting and swearing, made my 4 year old daughter cry due to how loud he was. Will never be returning here again unless this young man is sacked.

The young lady who took our order was fabulous, accommadating and couldn't help enough but was let down by someone shouting at her when we queried our order. Husband's donner wasn't cooked through and had unpleasant aftertaste. She offered to replace the chillies side order as the wrong ones were sent but got shouted at when she offered to send the correct ones. Don't treat staff badly and concentrate on delivering what the customer ordered. Five stars for the young lady, 2 at a stretch for whoever did the shouting at her.

Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast too. Can’t go wrong with this place.and very easy to find AppStore DeenZ grill

Honestly the best food I've had in a long time. Nice staff. Food great. I went on Saturday for a takeout. Was a bit busy in the shop could see how run of their feet they were . They gave me a warning it may take a bit longer than usuall... but was worth the wait and wasn't actually that long. 15 minutes for a tasty burger and chips and 10"garlic cheesy bread. Lovey food non greedy will be going back

Ordered 2 burgers and chips the guy that served me could only speak pigeon english but still wanted to have a conversation with his colleagues and a mate stood next to me in there own language i paid the price that was on the menue but only received one burger and chips so only half the order didnt realise untill i got home phoned them to be told its to late to complain. 5 mins later and we a closed now. AVOID this place

Ordered 6 bbq chicken wings,received spicy ones instead,they were cold and with awful taste,staff had attitude,horrible experience wont go back there EVER

orded a hotdog no cheese and they bought it with cheese they said they'd change it in 5 mins i only live round corner that was at 1823 and wasn't back till quarter to 7 the delivery driver forgot to hand us are cans of pop and left them on the dustbin the food was hot but 30 mins to deliver 2 mins away and 15 mins to change it and asking us would we accept the hot dogs with cheese despite me being lactose intolrent I'm afraid you got the death review of 1 star by stockportliftperson

Meat and salad very fresh! Chose naan bread and it was a wrap...a stale one at that. Tried to roll it and it cracked all over. Not evenly presented....salad on one side....meat on the other 🤦‍♀️. Chose medium sauce....it was a mix of ketchup and bbq...I dislike both. No spice at all....asked for jalapenos....they were sweet. Totally disappointed. Not been there for years....tonight I remembered why 🤷‍♀️

Service was good, young lad behind the counter was polite and well Mannered however the food is not that good. It was hot and I got what I asked for but the buffalo sauce was more like extra hot chilli sauce, the meat was dry and had little flavour and the garlic bread was greasy. I may try it again however it won't be anytime soon.

Has Since changed hands in 2020 has gone down hill much lower quality and poor service will not be using again. Food used to be always good have been going many years, despite a change in name the owners have been their around 25 years and clearly have regulars staff are friendly and welcoming

great food and staff were great and even put some donner on my chicken kebab for me 100 percent satisfied 👍👍👍 would deffinatly get food from there again

9 staff and cant get a simple meal deal right off there menu refunded full amount so given an extra star...shame as food is usually good...

We had been regular customers at Deenz since 1996. Never a problem with the order and always arrived when stated. This is the second time in the last month I’ve ordered and part of the order is missing. I will not be ordering from here again, I can only presume it’s since the business has changed hands.

Had mixed grill box good selection of food and well cooked and delivered on time would recommend

Grilled chicken burger is full of flavour and it's very tender. Also good pizza selection aswell

Ordered via the app which was super easy, payed via PayPal which is really convenient and food was great. Service was perfect, ordered for the earliest time slot available, but we were cheeky and asked if they could deliver sooner if not too much bother. 20min later they were knocking at the door.

Usually i have enjoyed all my meals from DeenZ but today's was horrible,cold shriveled chips,chewy burger,and cold pizza,threw most of it away hopefully it was just a bad day at the office.

Chips and burger are wonderful nicely cooked and hot and all salad was fresh just a little bit on the expensive side

Have been looking forward to trying this place for a while not had much feedback but thought I'd give it a go..ordered a pizza was fresh but slightly burnt on the bottom & am pretty sure it was cheddar cheese on it..not nice at all..chips were like cardboard & inedible .. extremely disappointed & won't be ordering again! This was a delivery.

We had a kebab and chips, they were okay, not too greasy or dry. Only downside is that they dont take cards , so cash only.

I have ordered from here and collected and the pizzas are amazing. I like a thin crust and it is fabulous and tasty! I also ordered a kebab it was gorgeous! Would have like it packed a bit more but that is only because I was sharing it. To be honest 1st experience was great and the owner was lovely and welcoming. 2nd experience was top notch. They care about their customers and standard of service was 100% spot on. I will be ordering this evening.

Really good kebab house and very popular with the locals. Ideally placed to nip to after a night in the town, whether it be a kebab filled with chili's or a large pizza you will be very happy. Good fast delivery also available.
