Pizza Hut Delivery in Bridgend

Having been a loyal customer for a few years and never had a wrong order, but tonight I did, £24.99 fir a medium pizza and 2 dips, will never use Pizza Hut again!!

Loved the food and my collection was right on time. Would definitely recommend getting the triple cheese blend on deep pan crust! A large pizza was enough for two adults

I rang asking can I order for collection . The 20th of may 2024 at 23.30 pm. They listen and hang up?. Not a sorry we don't do that . Or sorry we are closed. Or yes what would you like. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

I adding my own because I've read a lot of negative ones. I personally experienced the amazing customer service and timely delivery while I was here last week. I spoke with them and inquired about the negative evaluations; I came to know that the new management is in charge of this establishment. Raise a toast to them.

I have ordered regularly from this pizza hut for a while. However tonight trying to place an order for a large party, I was unable to do so as they would not take an order by phone, and they no longer accept cash. The staff member on the phone was also extremely rude. I will no longer be returning to this pizza hut. You've not only lost out on a massive sale this evening but a customer who has been loyal for years

made us wait 25 minutes before taking an order, and then told us that they can’t actually take our order and to leave. didn’t even look busy. it takes a couple minutes at most to take an order and they couldn’t even do that.

Shockingly bad service. Waited 20 minutes to be served, only to be told to come back later. Went to Domino's instead and got served straight away. Absolutely abysmal.

No one on the front desk. Food is mostly nice but on occasions it’s cold or tastes old.

A good case of a model of unprofessional behaviour. Only one person's attitude could change the image of a shop so badly. Considering the last 3 comments, this is not just my observation.

Every time me and my boyfriend order from here we always have an issue if it wasn't run by idiot maybe people would receive their orders on time and their orders in general.. tonight we ordered and had nothing as a result!! Appalling staffing and management. try to ring and you get no where wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Didn’t receive all of my food and when I went to the store to get the food that was missing. After waiting 20 minutes to speak to the manager I asked for the missing food and the food remade as it was cold when it was arrived I was told I could only have the food that was missing and I would need to contact head office for a refund. After him telling us we could only have the missing food for five minutes, he threatened to phone the police ‘if we didn’t get out of his store’ and when we told him it was the worse customer service we’d received he shouted back that we were the worst customers he’d ever had! Do not go there unless you want cold and missing food and a terrible attitude when they are the ones who didn’t deliver the full order

Updated review thought I would try it out as new management ordered at 19:15 2 hours later still no pizza phoned up and when someone finally answered they just said it would be with me as soon as possible what a joke this place is will never order from there ever again would give less stars but google doesn’t let you

Ordered a lot of food to feed 6 adults & 7 children to be delivered from a Pizza Hut 12mins away. The order arrived 1hr 45mins late and we didn’t get our food till after 10pm, kids were starving! When I tried calling staff were rude, unhelpful, couldn’t tell us where our order was and hung up on us. When food arrived it was cold. Would never order from here again - absolutely terrible place!!

I have repeatedly tried to order from Pizza hut via Deliveroo, in fact my wife and I have tried to order 4 times now and each time the store status changes to closed or our order is rejected. To Pizza Hut Brackla in Bridgend, if you aren't open or you don't want to sell Pizza to Deliveroo customers then remove yourself from Deliveroo and stop wasting customers time. I will also be making a complaint to Deliveroo about your stores conduct as having 4 orders canceled by your pointless store without any explanation is p*** poor customer service !

Ordered, at 2pm, went there at 4.00pm, as there was no sign of delivery, lo and behold, they are closed. This is fraud, will be complaining to my credit card to get refund, as their complaints email doesn't allow you to.

Would have give 0 stars if I could. After 2 hours wait order hasn't been received,and the hut won't answer the phone to get my refund.....

Without doubt the worst takeaway experience I have ever had. Placed order at 18:15 with tracker saying due to be delivered between 19:40 - 19:50. By 20:15 still no sign of food and restaurant not picking up the phone so visited store myself. Absolutely 0 sign of my food and a queue of people from who also placed orders via the website who haven’t received them. Orders then being made from scratch and we were told they’ll take around 5 minutes (they took at least 15). After finally getting my food close to 3 hours after initial order, it turns out they’ve given me the wrong food but at this point I can’t be bothered to go back up. The place needs shutting down, it is abysmally ran and the management of it is embarrassing.

Took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and the pizza was over cooked and hard as if it was under the heat lamps for a long period of time. I made a complaint only to receive an apology but no voucher or refund offered so a waste of time and money. Very disappointing!

Worst pizza going. Absolutely tasteless, took 1 bite and wished i'd ordered dominos or gone to asda. Placed order and was told delivery would be 40 to 50 minutes, then after 30 minutes it updated to 60 to 70 minutes. Poor quality and slow delivery. Never again.

Pizza never arrived and 11 hours later it still says it’s in the oven and wont give us our money back. Also saying pizzas have been stolen and trying to say mine has too but it’s still in the oven so how could it be stolen. Money was also taken out of our bank account

Ordered food nearly 2 hours ago, no time provided at point of ordering, thought surely a pizza would be no longer than an hour to prep and deliver, but how wrong were we, ridiculous, called and given no apology, were told driver left 5 minutes ago, 5 mins has long passed and still waiting, so disappointed

Guy came to the conter and told me that they are closed at 10.30. But it was only 10 20. I asked for his name but he refused and told me to get out Domino's here I come as don't need that hassle

We have pizza at least once a week and the last 3 times i have ordered delivery from here have been terrible. Each time my order was an hour late one occasion it was over an hour and fifteen mins late. Then the last time took the biscuit, it was raining that evening so i thought that I'll treat my family to a pizza, not only was it an hour late causing me to have to cook something else for my children due to them being tired and hungry, but the delivery person choose to put the delivery on straight onto a wet floor, i understand people are being overly cautious due to this covid but they could have put the delivery on top of the delivery bag and stepped away waited 30 seconds for me to pick it up and then collected the bag but no... they put it on the wet floor and was at the other end of my drive by the time i opened my door leaving it get nice and wet! I was going to phone and complain but my wife talked me out of it due to the fact that this is the third time they have been late and no apologies even when I previously called to ask where my delivery was. So they have now lost a customer who will never recommend them to anyone and will sway people away from there when ordering a pizza

Ordered at 17:38. No food came for two hours. Run the restaurant who gave me a code for another pizza. The website did not recognise the code. Rung again. Was told that I must use code over phone. So I did and re ordered. Still no food. They have my money and at nearly three hours hove nothing. Really shabby. Be warned. They using non Pizza Hut delivery staff. !!!

you get a lot for what you pay for, the food is always cooked well for the time. if getting on just eat: very good delivery the 50% deal for over £30 is very good! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

We decided on pizza hut as a birthday treat for my 5 year old. A bit disappointed with the quality of food, it all seemed really dry. This has happened on a couple of occasions at this specific branch which is a shame. We will be sticking with the culverhouse one from now on.

Have to write a review today. On not receiving our garlic bread with order I rang the shop and was told it will be re cooked and sent back. Which they did with a really kind gesture so definitely 👍🏻 From us

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jordan who I spoke to regarding my allergy concerns. Being coeliac, it can be very difficult but he went through the allergens and assured that the BBQ chicken wings was coleiac safe (as stated online too). Even gave me an updated allergy sheet with my delivery. Food was hot and I couldn't have been more happy. Will return

Ordered food online to be collected from store. Went to collect, told it had gone out for delivery! The driver was contacted to come back, but they made our order again from scratch. Poorly organised

I read all reviews and many stated poor delivery and timing from this store. So I decided to order early. They informed me of the best deal and my food would be delivered in about 45-60 minutes. But 30 minutes later my food arrived, piping hot and great quality. I will order again some time.

Absolutely shocking, ordered a delivery to my partner and colleagues at princess of Wales hospital only for the restaurant to cancel my order as they didn't fancy delivering it. It's ok yummies never had an issue delivering it and a discount too. Shame on you pizza hut.

Probably the worst service about. Never answer the phone, orders are never on time, staff are unhelpful. Quick enough to take your money but not quick to help you when you have a query.

Ordered pizza at 19:07. After an email was received to say it way in the oven, was still waiting for it an hour later. Tried to call the shop and phone kept ringing and ringing. No answer from shop. Children were disappointed, as was I. Won’t be ordering from here again

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service. Placed order online which said would be ready in 20mins, turned up half hour later to a long line of disgruntled and unhappy customers. Finally got to my turn to be told would be another 30 mins. When I requested a refund and to cancel order they were rude and dismissive. No apology for the delay, no manners from the staff. Recommend you go elsewhere!!

Haven't had pizza hut in ages, now I remember why, shows up 45 minutes late, food was cold and the beef sizzler is not how I would describe it. Beef practically non existent. Thank goodness there is a domino's local too...they know how to get good food to your door while it's hot.

Every week I order from here an item from my delivery is forgotten or wrong EVERY TIME I ORDER! Got told I had to wait an additional 30 mins for the pizza to arrive on top of the 1 hour waiting time and refunds can only be issued therough the customer service phone number. Utterly useless store.

Me and my partner ordered a large Texas BBQ pizza, cheese triangles and some other sides but I am disappointed to say the pizza was absolutely disgusting! Not only did it taste off and fishy, but we waited way too long.

Waited 40 minutes for cold and raw pizza then called for a replacement pizza but waited an hour and it didnt deliver to the house poor and the manager was no help what so ever saying thr driver was stuck in traffic even though i live 15 minutes down the road

I've used this service a multitude of times. Ive only ever had few minor complaints with them... Pizza crushed, base undercooked.. All rectified efficiently. I was Absolutely thrilled with my recent order. I had such a bargain. And I ordered a tub of Ben and Jerry's that was on a promotion, they rang me to tell me that the one I had selected was out of stock. They gave me options of a replacement, INCLUDING non promotional Ben and Jerry's without further charge to myself. And the woman who rang me was so patient with me when I asked her to read the descriptions of the other flavours for me, she did so without missing a beat. Just straight away, yeah I'll go get them now, one second. Super helpful and polite. Couldn't ask for more really. One note for them if they see this! PLEASE BRING BACK BACON AS AN OPTION ON THE MAC AND CHEESE! 😍 Thank you.

Quality food with excellent service

Called in and ordered a pizza for 40 minutes later, went to get it at the exact time and it was ready. Great you might think but got it home 2 mins later and it was lukewarm and looked and tasted like it was cooked 35 minutes earlier. Very poor, back to Asda Bridgend as they clearly have the best pizza around.

Small place but the staff are friendly. Never had an issue here and the food is of usual Pizza Hut quality.
