Pizza Hut Delivery in Southend-on-Sea

Our order said it had had arrived at 6:25. We only just received it at 6:55 all of our sides are cold such a waste of money

Pizzas were not fully cooked and the "tomato" sauce was acidic and overpowering - could not taste anything else. Paid for extra cheese and this wasn't added. This was a delivery. Complete waste of money. Tried calling to complain but there was no answer.

The food was cold but on time. No cheese on garlic bread which we had to pay extra for. Only 2 super tiny pots of sauce.

Waited over an hour and a half for a delivery that had said it was going to be 20-30 minutes. What a joke. The pizza finally arrived and was sadly tasteless and soggy. Had to put our own cheese and seasonings on and put in the airfryer. Avoid this place.

I had ordered x2 pizza's tonight but when we opened one of them up it looked as if it was thrown over and looked very sloppy, worse pizza I have ever had, we were hungry hence we never phoned but my son had the other half and was complaining that his side being cheese only tasted as if it had onion in and wasn't very nice at all, not being funny or anything Pizza is expensive

ordered to wrong house, then finally got to my house after speaking on the phone and then forgot item once delivered, so then had to wait for the driver to come back and deliver my last item😕

Pre-ordered food via the Pizza Hut app for collection, it was ready at the estimated time and collecting it was simple and hassle free. There's a button in the store you can press and a staff member comes to the counter and grabs your order for you to take away. Food was good quality and hot - would recommend.

the onion rings was missing amd the food was cold, I rung the store to be told nothing they could do. for the money I payed they should be more help full this is twice this has happened. won't be ordering again

I called up the shop to see where about my delivery was and a man named Jonathan answered the phone. He was extremely rude and wouldn't tell me the progress of my order and was in general a terrible customer service. He also claimed to be a manger which I refused to believe as the way he spoke to me was incredibly unprofessional and if him being a manger is the case then I believe that role should be taken from him after these actions

Not a welcoming place, food is not great and neither is the service. Upon arrival just left standing there with no interaction even though staff were aware of my arrival. Arrived after the app said the food was ready and still had to wait 15 mins. Shall waste my hard earned cash elsewhere in the future. Food was adequate, and what you would expect from such a place.

Had to try one of the Melts and had expectations of a deep pan pizza, sadly its a small wrap with the sauce on the side :(

The delivery driver couldn't find my house, he was very sorry about it. I waited ages for food, because they took so long finding my house they had to go back to the restaurant to make me new food so it wasn't cold. And unfortunately when I got my food it really didn't taste okay, I barely ate any. Really disappointed

Ordered pizza and garlic tear and share the pizzas are smaller than they used to be the tear and share now doesn't have garlic crumb it's just pizza dough and cheese and to top it all off it was cold phoned to complain they then sent another order and said 25 minutes waited over an hour for the 2nd pizza will never order from there again

Food was good, but gave me the wrong drink

My order was sent to the wrong address and when I rang to complain about how long it was taking i was told they'd redo it, it would be 15-20 minutes, 40 minutes later I still hadn't received it so I rang again as my 6 year old was meant to be getting ready for bed not dinner! They said it was just leaving. When it did eventually arrive I had a pizza I hadn't asked for and my drink was missing, safe to say I'll be using dominoes from now on

Didn’t have half of the things for our order. Staff were very polite but our order had been forgotten.

We placed the order 2hrs30 mins for a set time. When called Pizza Hut they said it never reminded them. They was very sorry about it and said they would give us some free stuff. Was told 30mins and it will be here. 39mins later it come with free coke and extra wedges and chicken. Was not sure about using just eat as in the past with other places the food was cold however The food was hot and tasty lovely was not cold and was well cooked

Felt like desserts for movie night so ordered the cookie dough was on the hard side and didn’t get no ice cream which states it comes with. No note from the restaurant or heads up from the delivery driver either called the restaurant and was told they couldn’t do much as they have been out of ice cream for a while but how can you have cookie dough with out ice cream. Word of advice update your just eat menu if your out of ice cream. I should have just ordered boxmeals bubble waffle desserts.

I have used the Southchurch branch many times before but today I was based at one of the beach huts on Southend seafront so a venue with no actual address. I could give postcode of a very nearby cafe and the wonderful Southchurch branch took that and agreed to take my order. Around an hour later, I received phone call from delivery driver advising he was at the nearby cafe's post code and I was able to go and meet him. This finished our evening off perfectly with 2 lovely pizzas. Thank you Pizza Hut Southchurch, that was terrific customer service 👍👍👍

Pizza was not as good as normal. Poor quality pizza base. Such a shame as always order from this pizza hut.

Be careful how much you're paying when you're ordering from here. I ordered exactly the same order on a Saturday a few weeks ago and ordered the same on a Tuesday and got charged about £9 more Saturday. I felt a bit sorry for the delivery guy when I told him I would've given him a tip if it wasn't for your colleagues at the weekend charging me £9 more than today. Liberty for me and the driver.

Refused order as it took so long to get here. The pizza were went from south church to shoeburyness by a guy on a push bike. The pizza were cold and upside down.

Bad quality pizza especially for the price. I've had better pizzas from a kebab shop which are less than half the price. Cookie dough is good though.

Ham was crunchy too well done on the Hawaiian. Delivery driver didn't say a word or smile despite my cheery thank you and smile.

I paid for a take away. It said that the take away turned up but I haven't got anything, and I haven't got a refund yet. I understand that this is not the restaurants fault, however the just eat drivers should know where they're going. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am very unhappy.

Terrible service from restaurant, delivery advised as 1905-1925, it arrived at 19.50 after a phone call and text to restaurant. Nachos were cold, pizza barely lukewarm. Simply not good enough. Delivery girl was pleasant and friendly.

Very yummy pizza!! Honestly Pizza hut your re my go to pizza, you never get it wrong! It is such a lovely treat when I want a takeaway! Won't go anywhere else. Used to be a 4* rating but quality and service has driven off a cliff recently.. undercooked, barely warm, damaged boxes and 30-40 min late when ordered in advance. Wont be using them again

WAITED OVER 2 HOURS FOR OUR DELIVERY THEN WENT TO COLLECT AND WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINS, THE 2 POOR MEMBERS OF STAFF AND NO DELIVERY DRIVERS AVAILABLE!! STOP ACCEPTING ORDERS IF YOU CANT FULFIL THEM, THE WORST PIZZA IT WAS BURNT TOO

Delivery, depends what time you order on how quick you get your food but a good service.

Pizza come away from the base and some slice's did not have any toppings on it also could have done with more pizza sauce on the base as it was dry.

Avoid this place like it has Covid. Orders are almost always late. Orders are almost always cold. Orders are almost always missing things. When you call to ask for what you've paid for, you speak to someone who has no idea what's going on, how to talk to a customer or how to use a phone. If you have another option for pizzas, use it.

Was reluctant to use just eat again after numerous mistakes from wrong order to missing items even no food turning up at all. Gave it a shot again as we were stuck. Glad we did thanks pizza hut for restoring our faith on deliveries.

pizza hut are usually great but the Kfc gravy pizza is dry its like eating pizza with no suace, no shame to the wonderfull people working at pizza hut but this collaboration was a mistake, mac and cheese good as always

Ordered a pizza last night at 6:15 pm and it didn't arrive until 8 pm, which is unacceptable. If you cant fulfill an order on time, it is unfair to take an order in the first place for the people who are waiting for their food.

They dropped my pizza on the floor then got uber to deliver it. Pizza was trashed. Meal cost £25. They weren't interested in helping or replacing it and it was my last bit of money. Manager totally unhelpful. AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCUM

Delivered to wrong address, despite being a customer of about 9/10 years delivery wise.

We ordered 9 Pizzas today from Abdul, Southchurch Road, Southend. I telephoned them through over the phone and payment was taken. We are Keyworkers and are so grateful for his fantastic manner, thanking us for all we are doing in this unprecedented time and for being so helpful. Fantastic service Abdul, we thank you very much and appreciate all you are doing too staying open, making and delivering fantastic Pizzas for us keyworkers we couldn’t do it without amazing Pizzas!!!!! Waited 1h 30 mins for my pizza, 0.7miles they had to drive. That is after chasing it twice.

Appalling customer service; not as bad if you order over the phone, but still not great. If you go in store, you're left just standing there for long periods of time and nobody bothers to take your order even if they see you. I have personally observed other customers come in and wait around and even try to call-out to make an order only to be blatantly ignored. The pizza is sometimes OK, other times sloppy, all-in-all, not great.

Ordered online at 6.30pm, website said 35-45 minutes and it finally turned up at 7.50pm, so clearly not a great start. When it did turn up we had our wedgies missing and one of our chicken strip portions ended up as spicy instead of plain. Gave Pizza Hut a call and didn’t really get much of an apology. They sent the right items / missing items round within 10 minutes which was great but when we opened them it was all cold. We did not enjoy our food at all. All in all very poor service and quality. Shame as they used to be brilliant but now have gone down hill big time !

Nachos was burnt with very little cheese topping. Disappointed!

I stood at the counter while a few members of staff came in & out ,& ignored me...I got served eventually...waited ages to received a pizza that was basically undercooked, dough was soggy on the bottom & toppings just fell off.
