Vaani was incredibly polite and helpful when I asked about the menu and pricing. My kids felt really comfortable in the shop while we were waiting. The other staff members were also really nice.

Used to be really good. Must have very recently taken over by a group of Indian men, as the usual people I see weren't there at all. Gone downhill since. I was going to order online for pick up but saw it was pay online only. So I went to the shop and showed them what I was going to order, guy at the till couldnt understand, so I physically told him the order and he still didn't understand, I asked for a large pizza with extra cheese and extra chicken. He got his boss to come out to serve me instead, 30 minutes later they finally made my pizza. When I received it it was stone cold in the middle. I waited in the waiting area the whole time so they clearly made my pizza and left it on the side. Also, there was hardly any cheese on it and hardly any chicken. I could see the pizza base in areas all over the pizza. It didn't even look like there was cheese on it at all! I paid extra for extra cheese and chicken so was literally scammed. Give the shop back to the old owners. You are absolutely useless.

Had a few poor experiences before with the food quality, but the customer service is always excellent. Never met a rude employee, was served by a gentleman called Vani today and he was most polite :-)

Shocking service waited half an hour in store for a collection order to receive a pizza like this, was then giving an email to complete a survey online for a free pizza and was told this doesn’t exist, absoltly shocking customer service when contacting also. Burnt to a crisp

Fancied pizza late last night and ordered. Placed order on the app and soon received a called from Shania. She informed us that they only had 1 pan crust left. She offered the other crusts they had to offer and said sorry. When arriving she apologised once again and is just a fantastic person!! She’s so lovely and definitely knows what she is doing. She was multitasking sorting out closing of the store as it was late. As well as great customer service apologising once again about the pan pizza. I left there with a massive smile and very eager to each my pizza. Pizza was very hot and made perfectly. Definitely one of the best pizzas from Pizza Hut I’ve had in a long time Thank you again Shania x

We ordered Pizza and completely received different order, as it is just delivery but was quite disappointed to see Pizza at home which was a total mixed up order!!! Upon calling them, staff apologized and asked us to raised refund to customers service team online and when raising things online they are just offering a £5 e-voucher. Totally shocked!!! Paid nearly £28 and offering just a Fiver!!!! Very bad procedure to raise refund, staff at Pitsea already saw their mistake and admitted while on other hand we customers have to explain all over again online where they are not bothered to check with the branch staff!! Ideally, branch should help staff whilst it's their mistake, whole process is just tiring email going back and forth !!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Food hasnt arrived even though it says its been delivered. Even called the restaurant. What is hapening, fuming!!!!

I was lied to numerous times about the status of my order. I ordered at 19:33 and did not receive my food until 21:40. I was told at 20:15 that it will there in 10 minutes as they was waiting for the garlic bread, then I was told again at 21:05 that they was waiting for a driver. Then I was told at 21:20 that I was waiting for everything to come out of the oven and the driver had been there for 40 mins. This is an utter disgrace and I was lied to on the phone numerous times by staff.

I'm so frustrated with the service here. I ordered a delivery that included the white chocolate cookie dough and received the milk chocolate cookie dough. I called to ask about a resolution and was told they were out of stock of the white chocolate cookie dough, and instead of contacting me, they just replaced it. They offered a refund if I brought the item back to the store, which I declined as I paid for delivery and didn't want to drive to the store to rectify their choice to serve an incorrect item. They then offered to give me this item for free the next time I ordered, which I was happy with. However, when getting in touch to order and request this item, I was informed that the person who took my complaint never wrote down my details in the book, so I am unable to get a replacement. The staff I spoke to when attempting to request my replacement item were very polite, but unfortunately, they were unable to offer any solutions to the first employee's multiple missteps during my original purchase.

So I ordered a some pizzas online and thought I’d clicked on the deal for 50% off pizza and ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 sides , well when the driver arrived he only delivered 1 pizza and 2 sides , confused I checked the receipt and called Pitsea Pizza Hut where o spoke to the manager Russel …… all I can say is what great customer service this guy had , he listened , and did all he could to try and rectify my issue , I can honestly say that this manger is a credit to Pizza Hut …… he is the reason I will continue to order from Pizza Hut , thank you Russel you are the deffiniton of a good manger

So yet again pizza hut make us ill with under cooked dough and refusing to refund us. We have only started ordering from them again after last time with the poor customer service from last time.

3 hours waiting, freezing cold didn't answer phone I will never order again

We ordered our food at 19.27hrs with an eta of 20.00 to 20.10 hrs. I called to chase delivery up at 20.30 hrs and was told by a female (Chloe the manager ) that food was out for delivery and was due anytime then. At 20.40 I called the store yet again and a male said it was out for delivery with deliveroo ! I was angry because I said I never ordered through deliveroo and his attitude was just as if he couldn’t care less. I said this wasn’t good enough as I hadn’t ordered through deliveroo!!! I asked to speak to the Manager and I heard him call the manager Chloe to come to the phone because in his words that I heard him say to her “ this guy wants to talk to you as he’s not happy blah blah blah “ …. Upon Chloe the manager coming to the phone , immediately I told her I had heard the guy saying blah blah blah about me in the background and her answer to me was because the guy said I was getting “shirty” … I explained to her the reason I wasn’t happy is because I’d ordered the food over an hour before and still not arrived. Her attitude as a manager was absolutely disgusting and she said that they had farmed it out to deliveroo to deliver to me but upon asking her if she had the drivers number she said she had no way of contacting him. On top of this upon saying to her that I was reporting the store and her to Pizza Hut , and that I knew her name she lied that that wasn’t her name and that she refused to give me it, BUT I know it was Chloe because I’d heard her assistant addressing her as Chloe. I put the phone down on her after telling her I was going big time to customer services, then the food arrived , PIZZAS were cold and chicken sides were cold and NO DIPS arrived as ordered. Food was cold as it had been out so long for delivery so I want a refund of this order due to all the above that I’ve mentioned. Her attitude and her assistant attitude were disgraceful , I await response from PIZZA HUT and in the meantime I will be putting a review on Google and social media .

Rung up to order; I spoke to Russell, amd what an absolute legend he is. Explained that my missus is fussy and don’t like green peppers on the pizza even tho they sell them mixed colours, he went that extra step to remove for me, pleasure dealing with him, lovely bloke 👊🏻

Order a supreme pizza with extra pepperoni, triple cheese, and chilli, Got the cheese and chilli, but limited amount of pepperoni and all the additional ingredients that comes with a supreme. So I basically got a pepperoni pizza with limited pepperoni. So paid for additional toppings, but got numerous toppings removed???? Obviously can’t read the order phoned Staff unhelpful.
