Pizza Hut Delivery in Oldham

paid extra for toppings on both pizzas no topping on either , but can't get refund on toppings as its asking for pictures we ate the pizza while still warm to do refund after shouldn't really have to mess about with how much it cost and it clearly says on order and receipt will use again but just messing about if things aren't right

there were missing items from one of the meal deal the mixed salad and pepsi was not delivered

Beautiful pizza, super fast delivery, but you failed to deliver my ice cream, I never complained because you may have sent another driver out with it and it was too far, thank you for an excellent pizza

No cheese in crust of pizza,delivery driver dropped a box of chips in my garden and picked them up and threw them on the grass verge outside,no replacement offered,nachos freezing and the other portion of chips was cold total waste of money

Ordered a pizza tonight, its showing as delivered but did not even arrived. I have been waiting for over an hour before checking the app to see its down as delivered! Now to late to order anything else.

The delivery driver was so lovely! Dessert arrived early and tasted so good.

I ordered mid-afternoon and asked for a 17;20 delivery. When after a 25 minute's wait I contacted them & they texted back to tell me my order would be delivered at 17:55. The order arrived 17:56, however, there was no apology or reason given.

** Do yourself a favour and go across the road to pizza Go Go. ** Worst driest, flavourless, crispy, rubbery Pizza I've ever had! Worker taking orders does not listen at all. Told them 4 times NO HAM HO HAM HO HAM NO HAM... guess what? Yep got Ham 😡 Waste of money waste of time.

The pizza looked and tasted absolutely nothing like the ones you get served in the restaurant, it looked very sad and very poorly made, very disappointing to say the least and I'll never be ordering from here again.

Pizza order arrived on time and was still hot

The food was delicious, the company phoned me and let me know an item was out of stock and offered an alternative replacement. Which i find amazing, because you don’t get many companies who call ahead and let you know. Thank you for such a brilliant service.

I wanted to express how incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional she was throughout my time at the store. In an age where exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, Rebecca stood out as a true asset to your team. Rebecca couldn't have been more accommodating. Her polite and helpful demeanor made my visit extremely pleasant, and her professionalism was second to none. People are often quick to complain when things don't go right, but it's just as important to highlight when things go exceptionally well. Rebecca's excellent service is a shining example of what great customer service should be. I would highly recommend considering her for a promotion or a raise, as she is undoubtedly an invaluable member of your staff. If your company has an employee reward system or an Employee of the Month program, I believe Rebecca would be a perfect candidate for such recognition. Her dedication and customer-centric approach deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated.

Ordered 2 pizzas ,I asked for barbecue sauce on both bases, couldn't even taste it ,and the barbecue meat feast was definitely lacking on all toppings and overcooked, very very disappointed, I feel ripped off i wont be going here again, Ps can i just say I bought the same 2 pizzas the week before at pizza hut delivery at Wavertree in Liverpool and they were amazing, heavy with toppings and barbecue sauce was delicious and plentiful, as pizza guy should be. What is going on at the one in oldham,saving money maybe??

Staff are extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. The staff are constantly busy on their phones and see people as an inconvenience. The woman in charge was very rude and dismissive of me today, she was more interested in her phone than helping me! She doesn’t care about customers nor the company, shame on you! Never order from this Pizza Hut again, you’re better off ordering from the one in Elk Mill, where staff always go out of their way to help you.

George the driver was lovely took his time to ask how I was which is not heard of now days really. the food was still hot and the drinks cold the pizza was perfect 👌 my kids love pizza but are incredibly picky and they left one slice for me. I will definitely order again and recommend you try it yourselves. thanks guys

I had my correct pizza and garlic cheese bread from Pizza Hut but I was missing a Pepsi drink! I had another order before this from dominos and they were rude to me when I called and I wasn’t happy with it because I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was completely a different pizza so I’m just not happy with tonight’s orders. But Pizza Hut did a better job but I’m missing my Pepsi drink which I would like a refund for. Thanks

Ordered was changed from collection to delivery, good assistance on the phone to change order. It took a little bit longer than normal to be delivered. Great food as always although food was lukewarm, not as hot as normal and need to be warmed up.

Ordered through Uber Eats had no problem with delivery. The food itself however, very subpar. Both pizzas were very bland and tasteless, as were the sides. They also made one of the Pizzas wrong (and got both the sauce and drink wrong, but that's to be expected if you're ordering food to be fair). In pizza hut restaurants the food is normally very good, a solid 8/10, but I'd have to rate this order 3/10. I'm not sure if this specific location is only for delivery but there is certainly a difference in quality between this and the restaurants. This is a respected chain, quality should be the same in every location. Very disappointed

Been going to Pizza Hut for a while so I know what I’m expecting however want to dedicate this review to the delivery driver Afraz. Ordered food on Friday and was patient with me as I took my time to open the door and was still greeted with the biggest smile! Unlike other delivery drivers, Afraz in general is a really down to earth lad. Hope to see you soon pal!

Website stated delivery was ready for collection, arrived at shop to collect to be told pizza was still in oven and would be a few minutes, waited 10 minutes then had to ask again about my order. They then went in the back and brought out my pizza which was cold.

Absolutely disgusting service took my 2kids to enjoy 'pizza hut'....waited in the takeout area because they didn't have a waiting area so I waited 10mins and they can see I'm clearly waiting but they didn't come up to me to say oh have you placed order for collection no nothing they watched but didn't say nothing but when a white couple walked in they were seen straight away 😂 just because I'm a Asian person they didn't see to me or ask me if I'm waiting for a order?... and this was my first time visiting Pizza Hut aswell but I actually prefer Nandos they see to you straight away but pizzhut absolutely rad it's wouldn't advice Asians to go in just saying....

To be honest it's doesn't looks like it from pizza Hut my children will cook better. Delivery was late , tried to write email it keep asking address from pizza I put in many ways and doesn't allow to emails so no chance to get back. Has spend money on this but absolutely not happy 😒 and yes, it taste same as looks really bad.
