Pizza Hut in Sandwell

Delivery was quick but despite food being in a delivery bag it was cold

Service crap the Internet ordering was useless and the staff was so unhelpful and useless, I log on to their WiFi to place an order and filled in the detail,s but to a very big surprise it was trying to charge me £60 befor I even placed an order i walked out and informed the manager who was also a total idiot and did not understand why this had happened, half the food you asked for was out of stock

all my boxes wasn’t sealed when the delivery guy arrived the lids was flapping in the wind, food cold, with my meal deal i ordered 2 portions of chicken wing premium sides which i payed extra £3 in 1 box there was 5 wings and the other box 6

We went for lunch yesterday, 1st issue this branch doesn't accept cash, simply ridiculous! We ordered our food, but had a few questions, but only 2 ladies, rushing around, eventually the lady came over, but she didn't know how to accept our voucher, waited 10mins, the other lady came to help, she couldn't so went and done the transaction on the till, then we waited 10 mins for empty glasses for unlimited drinks, question fir management why are there only 2 ladies at busy lunchtime? This restaurant has gone done in my opinion, will not be returning, unpleasant experience!

Great team. Really nice team and welcoming.

Food was good however they started taking the plates away whilst some of us were still eating, dropped a used napkin off one of those plates onto my plate (while I was still eating!) Took ages to take the remaining plates away and bring desert. Wouldn't return.

Went for family Birthday last week ut was fantastic experience Loren, Served my family she deserves a payrise she looked after us and kids all throughout the visit.

Me and my family went to Pizza Hut and the staff were atrocious and very unhelpful, they weren’t refilling the buffet, the salad food looked like it had been sat out for days! Not once while we were there did they ask how the food was or clear our table so our children never actually got the desserts we actually paid for!

I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and received a margarita pizza instead. This is terrible I would understand if it was multiple different orders.

Two of us attended the Wednesbury store in Walsall on 06/02/25, we initially had issues with uniDAYS but Larraine our server was more than happy to accommodate and make sure that this was sorted for us! A little goes along way in customer service and you made our day, thank you!

Uts a good place to eat. We went on a quiet day which was good as we did get good seating. Food was nice. Those vegetarian pizzas. Kids enjoyed bottomless ice cream and drinks

We were served by Fab and she was a pleasure. She helped us when we made a hiccup with our order with no problems, she was pleasant and approachable. 10/10 for Fab!

Absolutely wonderful..Fab was wonderful..friendly and very very helpful...everything was lovely..Fab even came over to sort a wobbly table...will be back.

were regulars here during the week and come because staff are very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay.We have the buffet and no complaints about the variety .The salad bar is always stocked up.And we wouldn’t go if it wasn’t any good.

Lorraine is the best server ever, give her a pay rise or promotion right now!!! Food was good, but Lorraine’s friendly service was even better. Staff are 10/10 here. Food was goood too

Larraine was so friendly and helpful. Great food. Very welcoming. Drinks machine was broke but was really accommidating and gave people bottles of pop on there table. Nothing was to much.

First time going to a Pizza Hut. We all really enjoyed it. Only 2 niggles . One is having to order on the app, hated that and the other is no olives at the salad bar. Lauren was really helpful and service was great. We will return

A closer eye needs to be on the salad bar & the topping up of. Towards end of meal deal buffet the pizza is cold.

Had visited the restaurant with my family members on my recent trip to the UK from India. Have been to many outlets throughout B'ham and W'ton Areas in last couple of years but found this one amazing in all the respects. Huge shout out for Sonata, Ellie and Fab for their thankfully exceptional service

Went this evening to celebrate my mom's birthday. Had a lovely time staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Chelsea one of the ladies there raking care of us was especially hands on helped with whatever we needed. Definitely recommend a visit.

It was great, great customer service from Loren! I love the cheesecake dessert! Definitely going back for more😁! The pizzahut signage needs to be fix as 2 sides of the signs were off. Other than that it was a great time that my family and I had! Cheers to the New Year!🎉🥳

Chelsea was really friendly, and especially lovely with my little girl. Taking one star off for the food as we came for the lunchtime buffet and I think the kitchen team could have been quicker at bringing out fresh pizzas as at times there was a que. Apart from that the experience was great! :)

as we were leaving a child was touching the salad bar with their hands and there was a staff member near by who didn’t change that salad part after that which made us feel a little disgusted as we had been to the salad bar so wondered how many others may have touched it with hands and it not been changed. cookie dough is overpriced for the portion size you get. however, will say staff members are very lovely and welcoming and the pizzas were delicious.

Chelsea was very attentive and assisted when needed. The chilli cheese bites weren't great overdone and tasteless but everything else was okay.

The driver wouldnt give me my food and i was arguing with him for 10 minutes said i needed a code he called my phone and i even showed him my order confirmation

Had a wonderful family meal at Pizza Hut, Wednesbury last night for my granddaughters 5th birthday. The food was lovely and we didn't have to wait too long. The salad bar and bottomless ice cream were also fantastic. Great service. Chelsea was a wonderful server. She was friendly, helpful and overall a fantastic member of the Pizza Hut team! Booking was easy online, as was ordering food.

Nothing special. Quite disappointed tbh. Would have thought pizza hut pizzas would have more quality. It looked like something a kid put together.

This restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and hot. The food kept coming out and the pizza flavours changed regularly. The staff were polite and approachable and on hand without hovering around. The toilets were clean and smelt beautiful.

The food was great and Fab provided amazing customer service constantly checking on us to make sure we were ok. She’s very friendly and gave us a great service.

Arrived as a party of two for the buffet. Given a table and told I had to order via the QR code, I asked the waiter if I could order with him instead, he said “no, that’s how it’s done “. So I did that, the pizza has half of the toppings that you’d expect from a pizza ordered, I was there for around 45 minutes and I only saw one lady working and around 4/5 staff stood gossiping by the toll in the kitchen completely ignoring the table & customers. I felt so bad seeing this one member of staff doing completely everything, I asked for her name and complemented her. Well done Lorraine! At least one member of staff bothers with everything!

food is cold & pizza has fell to one side in the box. rip off £17 for a cold messed up pizza and garlic bread

pizza was only warm, fries arrived covered in paprika - no mention of this on the menus so these weren't eaten ( other products would have been ordered if this was stated ).dissapointed & won't be ordering again

The lady (Fab) that served us was incredible. Made us feel welcomed, and showed genuine care. Gave the kids special colouring pictures, which made them so happy. Best gluten free pizza I've had

Would have given 5 stars if not for the following - Having to order and pay via QR code is easy enough for us younger tech savvy folk but how do elderly or less tech minded folk manage? Tables were a little sticky and the ice cream station needed a clean and wipe down. Besides that the food was tasty and staff friendly, especially Larraine and the young lady serving alongside her.

Chelsea was lovely, very polite and gave fantastic service. Couldn’t be more helpful if she tried, thank you Chelsea :)

can't moan with delivery .But I will state it came cold i only live down the road so for it to be like that is a joke really.

Fantastic customer service. Larraine went above and beyond for us and everybody in the restaurant, she's a real credit to the company. Noticed all the little things and resolved them before anyone needed to ask, such as sorting the blinds for the sun in people's eyes. She also made our daughters day with how she spoke to her and spend time with us. 10/10 highly recommend.
