Best gluten free pizza I've had

Would have given 5 stars if not for the following - Having to order and pay via QR code is easy enough for us younger tech savvy folk but how do elderly or less tech minded folk manage? Tables were a little sticky and the ice cream station needed a clean and wipe down. Besides that the food was tasty and staff friendly, especially Larraine and the young lady serving alongside her.

Chelsea served us, she was very helpful and polite.

My husband and my son went there today for lunch, food was ok, but the waitress was brilliant. Her name is Chelsea and she was polite and professional and was very nice to my son.

Fantastic customer service. Larraine went above and beyond for us and everybody in the restaurant, she's a real credit to the company. Noticed all the little things and resolved them before anyone needed to ask, such as sorting the blinds for the sun in people's eyes. She also made our daughters day with how she spoke to her and spend time with us. 10/10 highly recommend.

Really, really poor. All the hot food turned up cold and the ice cream arrived in a liquid form.

It's a hit and miss visit. Most of the time service is good.

Great value for food for the buffet, especially on a weekday. Service from all staff was impeccable, especially Larraine who went above and beyond to ensure that there was food suitable for us.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday.Loren couldn’t do enough for us. Always coming around to check if we needed anything. Served with a smile. Definitely recommend

The selection of vegetarian pizza could have had more selections. Atmosphere was calm and staff friendly. Don’t like doing everything on the phone though including payment, the traditional waitress taking the order is better. Too much work for the customer than just saying to someone what you desire.

Not been to this Pizza Hut before as not from around the area and was up for the day shopping. The kids asked to go, we had Chelsea who was fantastic from start to finish, especially with the children interacting with them all Food was as expected and came out quick, The service from Chelsea made the experience all the better :)

Really enjoyed our meal here , great service had a lovely waitress called larraine. She seated us quickly and ensured we had everything we needed for our child too eg high chair and colouring sheet. The food was really nice and hot will be back again soon.

Had a lovely time with my partner, we enjoyed the buffet and cookie dough was nostalgic, Larraine answered all our questions and really took care of us today. Thank you!

We were served by Keegan who was exceptionally polite and courteous. When we arrived, the website didn't work for us to upload our order so Keegan offered to do it the old way with a pen and paper. He was very polite when we asked for our order and additional condiments etc.

Came to J9 Pizza Hut for the first time with the children. Larraine was great server and the kids really enjoyed it.

Very friendly staff especially Chelsea who was an amazing and so helpful the food was lovely. But very disappointed with the manager named JAKE who did not want to help us in any way and was very arrogant and was just bothered about going and sitting on his phone instead of helping us with our order just got told order online or wait for a staff very rude for a manager roll and he needs to find a job what’s not with customers cause he don’t know how to treat them

We was served by a young lady called loren she was extremely polite and helpful and always ensured our experience was at its best She’s a very friendly and approachable member of staff who will always go above and beyond This is the second time we have been served by this lady and she was lovely The food was amazing their was lots to choose from and as a family we really enjoyed the buffet and of course the ice cream

Larraine was very helpful and polite. Only negative thing to say is they didn't point out the promotion code that kids out for free.

Topping on pepperoni pizza needed more cheese. Overall the food and service was very good. We didn’t book, but they accommodated our group of 14 people. The place was busy as it was half term.

No point ordering what you want, they just send you what they feel like sending you

We hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in a ages, we were all pleased with picking here for our catch up dinner, we were served by Keegan, who greeted us with a smile and also helped us with placing the order too via the QR code, Thank you for making our dinner with Pizza Hut experience special Sue ;)

Lovely service, clean attentive and very polite

Walked in and was great by Keegan who was very helpful and pleasant. Having to order through the QR code is a little annoying as there no interaction with and servers which I think makes the experience a bit dull as we could have just ordered a takeaway but keegan can over interacted with us and made the experience worth it. Food was great the atmosphere in the restaurant was just a bit dead, no one was in there so there was no music or anything.

Good atmosphere, hot pizza and good selection regularly refilled on the buffet. Sonia and Jake specifically helpful and friendly - checking if needed anything.

The manager was helpful and very patient when I was pre paying on line and she gave us a voucher where kids ate free saving £16... Lorraine the waitress was lovely and checking on us to see if we were OK etc. We will be coming again

Given the time of night, we were delighted at the attention we received and the cleanliness of the everything. The salad bar was well stocked, and that really delighted us.

WiFi is horrific which is ridiculous since you’re expected to order online. The staff like Chelsea were lovely but food is plastic as hell and the buffet was filthy.

Oh dear lord what has happened to Pizza Hut?! Appalling service, even though we were instructed to use the app to order our food. As if ordering through an app in a restaurant wasn’t traumatic enough the staff on duty all clearly didn’t want to be there. The manager had his trousers halfway down his backside and the younger assistant walked in with tatty trainers caked in mud which seemed to be acceptable to the other staff on duty. The food is dramatically overpriced for what we had, it’s fair to say we won’t be going back again. we could’ve had a cheaper and nicer meal from Asda.

Came in today for the buffet. Food was so nice but the service from chelsea was the best ive ever received.

Visited yesterday, myself and my family had a lovely evening. Food was amazing, no complaints there. We had a lovely young lady by the name of Chelsea who assisted us during our visit. She was extremely respectful and always asked if there was anymore she could do for us. Very grateful for Chelsea making our evening so enjoyable and even making sure our children were enjoying there evening.
