Awful, impolite, not costumer service skill,clueless still wait for my refund for an item I paid but didn't have

Ordered twice their delivery is and service is the worst i have ever experienced will never order from there again!!!!!!!!

Ordered a 2 Pizza meal deal at 7.20pm and it is now 9.50pm an no sign of it. Have been calling them since 9pm and nobody seems to want to pick up the phone. No other way to contact them to see the status of my £30+ order. Very frustrating. Based on this experience, avoid at all costs!!

Ordered pizza at 7:30pm, waited and waited and at 8:50pm the store rung and said their delivery car had broken down but my pizza was now out for delivery and would be with me in 7-8mins. It’s now 9:44pm no sign of pizza and I can’t get hold of store. I just want to cancel my order and go to bed but I’m worried they might arrive and ring the doorbell and wake the family. Absolutely shocking.

Our daughters birthdays, we spent 30 mins trying to phone for delivery, gave up & decided to drive to pick up. They took our order & refused cash, which as far as I am aware, is legal tender in this country ! List our business totally, we went up the road to Papa Johns, we will never use Puzza Hut again, shocking service & disgusting that they will not accept cash, even more disgusting is the point that they are using covid as an excuse, to make their lives easier, very lazy business attitude - on what level is that right ?

Shocking service exceptionally rude manager Eve. Her additive and customer service so rude Pizza Hut really need to do customer service training with her. Will never use again

Ordered pizza for my daughters 2nd birthday, it was due to be delivered at 4pm and it didn't. I called the store and spoke with Eve the Store Manager who was extremely rude to me, told me she doesn't know where the pizza is or where the driver is. She was very unhelpful and spoke to me in a disgusting manner which is shocking for such a well known chain. The pizza was finally delivered, 45 mins later! It was cold. The driver was really apologetic and advised that he only started work at 4pm and it was only him. Not happy with their service at all. Pizza Hut needs to review that store and give them some customer service training! Never ordering from Pizza Hut again. Disappointed to the max!

Today I placed an order & was told by the driver I couldn’t order a pizza and remove the pineapple & was told to pass the message on from store to me ! The pizza was cold and over 45 minutes later then the time I was told ! I was also told by the store it’s Friday I should expect this service. Absolutely disgusted and was informed the poor girl was told off for removing the pineapple from my pizza but I couldn’t add ham to a plan pizza. They can’t decide the meal choice. Very disappointed as i haven’t had a problem before

We ordered a cookie with our 3 pizzas and rung the phone number twice as it wasn’t delivered! Still not arrived! Very disappointed

I dont know if its company policy or they take it on them selfs to be rude cang be bothered to do their job in fact I think the only time they're happy in their job is when they send out the most awfull cold food do they through it about the floor before it can go out for delivery then leave toppings off and things off the order then when you ring up you get some brain cell that's rude dont want to really talk to you and just wind you up over the phone mind you they sound as thick as anything so peraphs the job is to differcult for them

90 mins for a delivery that started 35-45mins. Cold on arrival. Tasted awful. Do not use this place. They have zero clue what they are doing. Absolute disgrace.

I ordered a pizza couple months ago and they messed up the topping to ingredients I cannot eat. Was promised a free pizza next time to make up for it. When I called up to redeem it they had no record of me but acknowledged the free pizza and said it would be with me in 30mins. An hour later I’m still hungry and thinking il just order a kebab! I’m sure they have good intentions but unable to deliver the pizza I ordered when I requested it ... so what’s the point!
