Have not had pizza since my order from weston Rd meir Stoke on trent delivery sercice, the garlic bread was uncooked and the pizza still raw in the middle, my order was £30 and I threw it all in the bin, put me off takeaways

Collected my order that contained hot desserts but the manager failed to provide the accompanying ice cream. After we had our pizza, we noticed this error. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who was unapologetic and refused to either replace the hot dessert (as it had gone cold by now) or refund. I drive back to the store and spoke to (Kev?) who immediately started to replace the items. Out of nowhere, the manager intervened and said that “he is not to get a replacement” - after this, I challenged the manager who advised me that since the desert was hot at the point of sale, the transaction is complete and therefore no replacement would be issued. I simply did not agree and argued that the ice cream is part of the dessert and therefore forms part of the order. The manager did not replace the items and instead ignored me and walked away and refused to speak to me on the matter. After ONE HOUR of waiting in-store and repeated requests to speak to the manager - the area manager had to be called in and after a few minutes of explaining - I had my replacement dessert and was on my way. It was clear that the manager, Nathan Buckley was having a bad night - he decided to take it out on his customers and unfortunately for him, I didn’t stand for it. This manager needs serious retraining in customer service and I would strongly advice Pizza Hut reconsider their appointment in this store. Big thanks to the staff who seemed apologetic towards the managers attitude and I feel sorry for them that they have to work with someone like Nathan. Just to add - the manager was not wearing any PPE in regards to the Covid-19 health crisis.

Ordered on behalf of my mother who had spent the day (and the past few) working nonstop during this pandemic for the NHS, due to dietary requirements ordered an ‘11 inch medium’ with gluten free base pizza as this is the largest size they do this. Unfortunately when it arrived it was no bigger than my hand. (It’s only a medium, I know what we’re we expecting, bear in mind it was £17 though) We called asking for an explanation as to how this had happened but were greeted with a very unhelpful Manager, Nathan who proceeded to then gloat about the fact we could’ve ordered direct and saved 50% off. Tiny pizza forgiven, during the current climate I’m honestly appalled that it was seen appropriate to gloat and even tease us about the fact we could’ve got this for significantly cheaper. Honestly this is just disappointing and I think Pizza Hut need to seriously consider how employees represent their core values as a company - especially at a time like this.

Order before last came hour and half late, fair enough road works in progress but aware of this situation week before still not helped with delays with deliveries. Last order used the £10 voucher for missed target delivery and received saggy and damp pizza. Not willing try luck again, thanks

Just paid £24.99 for a 12 piece boneless meal and when I got home to the family I had been given 8 pieces of chicken. Blonde girl with glasses gave me a funny look when she handed me the food. Now I know why. At least she's sorted her food for when she has a break. How she chokes on it. Gave one star because that's the minimum the review will accept.

Asked my fella call in on way home as live in the sticks, asked him get toasted with cheese chicken tikka lettuce red onion tomato jalapeños and mayo, got stale roll with 5 pieces of tikka 2 tomato 3 jalapeños and a little red onion (put mayo on at home!) what a joke either their penny pinching or just def!! Won’t be going subway in future! What a rip off!!!
