Pizza Hut in Greenwich

This store always saves me in a pinch, good price, food is decent for takeaway pizza (I always go veggie supreme and deep pan base). Staff are not rude to me and efficient. It seems like most of the bad reviews are from poor delivery and from a ways back…or they were expecting gourmet wood fired pizza lol.

£4.99 for a pizza and a side - not many places left in London where you can get lunch for that cheap. The staff are super friendly here and the pizzas really tasty. What more can you ask for?

Also quick service and efficient. Pizza is decent as well for fast food (I go veggie pizza on pan base). Happy with the service so far - I live local I would go back.

Do yourself a favour and choose another pizza place! Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of Charlton branch manager Mubassar Rehman - unprofessional, rude, absolutely incompetent and just plain stupid. After order never arrived and money was already taken, all he did is tell me I'm lying, delivery guy arrived but it was me who did not open the doors! When asked for refund or proofs, Mubassar told me to speak to customer services or another manager and that I am lying about the delivery! I am shocked how Puzza Hut is treating its paying customers! I am surprised that a person like Mubassar Rehman has a job in the first place since he clearly cannot and does not know how to work with people and has never heard of words like being client orientated or simply being polite. Shocked and disgusted!!! Not a single penny is going out of my pocket for anything from Pizza Hut! SHAME ON YOU!

Utterly horrendous service, the pizza is disgusting. Over cooked and it's like eating a frisbee. It turned up late, it was cold and tasted just horrific. I called and the guy I spoke to was rude and although he said he would send another there is no way I would eat that disgusting tripe ever again. I hope they read these reviews and I will be telling as many people I can not to buy pizza from this branch.

Took them almost 2 hours to deliver completely cold, not baked properly pizza and did not deliver the drink I paid for! Will never order from Pizza Hut again! Useless!

Was OK until I found hair in my food was found in my potato wedges. Was unable to eat rest of my food after that. Pure nastiness I will never order from here again

Ordered 2 pizzas, received one after waiting 1.5 hours! When I asked the driver what he was going to do about it, he said, it's not my problem, I'm going home.... Really?!? When I called the branch, they wouldn't send replacement pizzas OR issue a refund? They said I had to ask customer service for a refund? REALLY??? So now I've paid for food I haven't delivered and they won't fix it? Clowns. I hope this place gets shut down. FYI: The single pizza and wedges I did receive were cold. PLEASE DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Order was extremely late (90 mins instead of 30 mins as promised), staff were rude and sarcastic when I rang after 60 mins to enquire about delivery, no apology offered, Pizza Hut HQ also useless when I contacted them to complain about service.

Well, pizza wasn't cooked properly and the long strand of hair in the pizza was the icing on the cake!

This place doesn't even deserve a review, unfortunately the staff lack any organisational skills and do not tend to their customers. The service was absolutely awful. When asked if we are okay with waiting an extra 25 minutes for our food we were not compensated. I then asked for a desert as a gesture of good will which the manager was more then willing to do. However we are still waiting for our desert 20 minutes later ... What a shame in such a prime location. Overall - don't bother. You'll be here for over 2 hours and not because your enjoying the ambiance!

This place is an absolute joke, the manager is incredibly rude whilst knowing nothing about the products he is incapable of selling & the food disgusting. There are much cheaper & better quality pizza to be brought locally

Ordered 2 large pizzas takeway in the Charleton takeaway store and they made me pay the full price, meantime they have a deal going for a huge discount, feeling utterly ripped off. Will I go back again, I think not!

following my order I had to wait for 1 hour until I phoned a member of staff who was extremely impolite and rude. She said the pizza would be delivered within 15 minuets. I then had to wait another 30 minutes and phone once again as there was still no pizza, when she was once again very rude and said it was on its way, with no apologise for the inconvenience . Our pizza then arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes after we had ordered. when I sat down to eat it, it was like the pizza had just been puled out of the freezer, the wedges were not cooked, the chicken was gooey and the garlic bread was stretchy . now on I will stick to dominoes which I haven't had a problem with .
