Pizza Hut in Nuneaton and Bedworth

The pizza was delivered hot and fresh,just Asif it came straight out of the oven.Despite the busy hours,the driver RIJO maintained a positive attitude and showed great professionalism. It is clear that the values customer satisfaction which made the experience even better

Food is amazing and delivered promptly. However what is the point in asking for delivery notes if they are point blank ignored every single time!!?? Two orders in a row now I have asked politely for them to call before arrival so we can meet them in the front garden to avoid waking up our sleeping baby! And twice they've ignored it and woke him up! Twice now we have then spent 30 mins plus trying to get him back to sleep meaning our food has then gone cold! Not impressed!

If I could give this place zero I would. I had an issue with an order where I paid for something I didn't receive and they said they would give me a free pizza next time I called. I tried to call to get my free pizza and they have said someone has already claimed my free pizza in person at the time I had covid, they even checked with the manager who has also said the same. So no free pizza and no money back. Won't be using this store again.

We ordered 3 pizzas and chicken strips and never received the chicken Strips. I tried to phone the restaurant but was kept waiting for ages. No one answered!

Excellent Pizzas and very good service by Ms Manpreet. I live in Nuneaton locally very close to Pizza hut and try and visit them atleast once week.

Food is always piping hot and fresh, staff go above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect! My favourite pizza place in nuneaton.

As always Excellent food and great value Pizzas -any size £10 so obviously it would be rude not to order Large Pan!! oven fresh & still hot thank you to quick & efficient delivery driver

I have been using Pizza Hut Nuneaton for a while now and I have always been happy with my food and service. The prices are fair too.

Lovely pizza, top quality ingredients and the girl on the counter was really nice and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

Just had a pizza hut delivery and was sceptical after hearing bad things but it was DELICIOUS! Really nice pizzas cooked to perfection- tear and share garlic bread was really nice and doughy! Would defs use again!

Delivery late. No courtesy call or nothing to let us know it would be late. Pizza finally arrived and it was bland, oily, and barely cooked. Not sure if it even had cheese on it. Poor effort pizza hut.

Absolutely love the garlic tear and share. Very friendly anytime I've spoke to a staff here. Usually Pizza is very nice too.

Watched staff use the cheese for both veg and none veg pizza. Not washing hands after making pizza. Touch meat and make none veg pizza afterwards.. will let all veg mates know.

Visited late last night and was unsure as to order as had a bad experience some time ago here, however it is now under a new manager and he was absolutely lovely man, my food was above my expectation and was without doubt the best pizza I’ve had for ages. I’ll definitely go again very soon! I explained my previous experience to the manager and he upgraded my pizza which was really appreciated I will be recommending this place to others

Couldnt have been more helpful, lovely pizzas ,super cheery and nothing too much trouble. Excellent service.

Our order arrived after 1 hour 20 minutes after being given an estimated time of 45-55 minutes. After 1 hour I called to check if the delivery was on it’s way to which I received a blunt and somewhat rude answer of ‘its on its way’ and nothing else. After this, and presumably due to this, the tracker stopped working completely, stating ‘enjoy your meal’ which we had not received! When it finally did arrive, both pizzas were burnt.

4th or 5th time I ordered food from here. Food always arrived hot and delivered in less than 30 min after placing an order. Quality of food is great. Good pizza and deals but needs more variety of ice creams and desserts. The new Buffalo pizza is now a favorite. Thank you

Like many other reviews here I ordered a pizza and was told it would be with me within 90 mins I didn't come after about 90minutes and when rang would To ask what was happening just kept on getting lame excuses. Over 4 hours hadn’t come. had to just cancel. Please do not use this place they are a waste of time and money. Probably the worst run Pizza Hut in the U.K. Ps the reviews giving 5 stars look fake. Probably the manager panicking

Ordered a meal deal on my birthday from Nuneaton branch to cut an extremely long story short it eventually came 2 hours 45 minutes later after numerous phone calls and being lied to by the branch , was that cold the cheese had solidified on both the pizza and nachos totally inedible so went in the bin, contacted customer services and after 14 days I’m still waiting for a resolution, the branch offered me a repeat order free (but why would I risk it again) then the customer service offered me a £10 voucher off my next order (again why would I risk it) please do not order from Pizza Hut Nuneaton you are most likely to be very dissatisfied and £35 out of pocket

We had order a delivery today and we got everythink before time great service staff stay away from our door and wait till we coollect are order in this pandemic time nice to see workers who still care about the service Great job Lady in blonde.Have a great Day.

If I could give them 0 out of 5 I would. Absolutely abysmal service from both the store and then Pizza Hut customer service. We’ve used this store a couple of times before to varying levels of quality. Neither of which were high. Obviously, with the current situation some slow service is to be expected but this time it was something else! I placed an order at 6.45pm on a Friday. It’s not until placing the order that you are given any indication of delivery time. I received an email just after confirming the order and stating a delivery time of 85-95 minutes which was bordering on excessive but as I said above, given the current national crisis, we decided to stick with it. After 2 hours there was no sign of the order. At 3 hours we decided to cancel it. We made more than 50 attempts at calling the store which alternated between user busy or when it did ring, nobody answered. We eventually gave up. The following morning I woke to a missed call from 11.20pm which I have a suspicion may have been their delivery driver. Nearly 5 hours after placing the order! I called the store around mid-day to get a refund and was told by whoever it was that they couldn’t help me and the manager was going to call any customers that didn’t receive their order later in the day. Later in the day came but no call so I rang again and asked to speak to a/the manager. I was handed over to a foreign guy who didn’t give his name but said he was the manager, and he was the rudest, most obnoxious moron you could imagine. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t help me and that I needed to contact Pizza Hut customer service as any refund needed to be arranged by them. They hadn’t received the order, despite me receiving an email to confirm the order and then another to say my order was in the kitchen, so this was a total lie. The order not arriving wasn’t his fault as he wasn’t working last night! He ‘didn’t have 2 hours to spend talking to me on the phone’ and ‘they are very busy again and I was stopping him from doing his job’. No offer of an apology from him and it was only when I flared up slightly at him over the way he was speaking to me and his disgusting attitude that he apologised, insincerely. To be honest if he’d have just offered to do something for us that night instead I’d have probably gone for that but no, he has absolutely no concept of customer service or even good manners for that matter. So then began the laborious task of trying to get a refund from Pizza Hut who are only taking emails at present. After numerous exchanges (and eventually a threat of escalating the complaint) with different staff members and being repeatedly asked to supply the same information over and over again via email and Twitter messenger, I have finally received my refund. 2 weeks after placing the order. No sincere apology or any kind of gesture made by them at all. Just awful customer service in every respect. In short, don’t ever use this store. They don’t deserve your custom and Pizza Hut themselves don’t deserve your business. Harsh as it may sound, this place needs shutting down. Stick with Domino’s. The food is much better and the service second to none.

What a shambles. Food took over 2 hours to arrive and when this arrived this was stone cold, crushed pizza boxes and the incorrect pizza and drink that was ordered. Tried calling numerous times with no avail and only left me in a place to put in an official complaint as the store clearly don’t care about their service.Stick to Domino’s you’ll get a much better service and the correct order.

I went to this store during New Year morning, and the Lady over there was so proficient she served me Meat Feast, believe me, I never had such wonderful and tasty Pizza in my Life. Along with they have their special desert; Cookie Dough which is actually yummy to have after !

Storm Keira took my pizzas out my hands as I left the store, the fab guys replaced the lot free of charge!!They had ran out of the particular base I wanted so upgraded all the pizzas to large for me4 large pizzas £24.99Totally fresh and they couldn’t be more helpful

Ordered a pizza at 19.35hrs. After 2 phone calls & endless excuses about how busy they were blah blah finally arrived COLD.. at 21:23 hrs!!! Totally unacceptable & will be lodging a formal complaint with customer services & demanding a refund as per their time guarantee policy!!! Avoid this place... they don’t deserve the custom.

They are not deserving a single star, I did order thin base large size pizza last night 08/10/2019 and a Lady(Shift Manager) on phone don't know the English properly, I did repeat my order and card number 4 times and after 45 minutes they did deliver a wrong pizza. When I rang back and told her to get their pizza back then she said she has not any driver to pick up pizza from my home. When I ask for refund she said I have to call customer cares. I did ask her for her manager, she said she is manager and when I did ask for area manager number and she did not give it me. So rubbish service and has not proper skills to understand customers.

Tried the store when it opened. Some good offers available. Food was late and cold. That’s nothing like the restaurant. Would go again, if you paid me.

Made the mistake of using the pizza Hut Web site to order food to collect. Choose a deal £20 for two large classics and one classic side. Surprised when I went to collect that I could buy the exactly the same food for less than £18 if I hadn't used the Web site. Complained to manager who said "don't use Web site call the shop for the best deals" complained to pizza Hut direct who would you believe it said the same! Appears it OK for pizza Hut to have multiple prices and rip off their customers.. Ex customers. Dominoes here I come.

Staff where very happy to make a half and half pizza. It was made and cooked from scratch. The take away is very clean, and right next door to the local Sainsburys store. Amble parking. Food was very good.
