24th December I ordered a delivery for myself and was ill several hours after through the night and up to afternoon Xmas day. According to the email I received today their food was the right temperature. Absolute rubbish. Is that why it looked anaemic & the previous order was practically burnt?! Your food was the only thing different I ate that day so no,it wasn't something else that caused me to vomit & have diorrhea. It was your cold undercooked food. More or less called me a liar. I do not recommend this place at all & won't be ordering here again. I've had pizza from smaller less well known establishments than this,never any problems. Regardless of how many other orders you had that day,mine was disgusting & was the food that caused my illness. Revolting 👎🏻 No stars.

I wasn't keen on there customer service there wasn't even much customers when I came in. But staff was acting like they are very busy. I only came in for a desert. I asked for spoon from a member off staff as i got a cookie dough. She said she would get me one i was sat for a while waiting. She took a while to get me a spoon my ice cream was getting melted so I had no choice but to ask another member of staff which seemed to get me one. By the time I finished my desert the other member of staff came with a spoon. But its like I had already finished my desert. So its like if i hadn't asked the other member off staff i would have still be waiting. I have also noticed that there prices have gone way to high!!! There cookie dough didn't taste as nice as it use to before so I wasn't keen on it.

Excellent customer service from Holly in the cafe this morning. She totally exceeded my expectations and it was clear how was she the same with other customers. Even something as simple as being honest about the strength of the teabags. So many cafes will only give you one tea bag but I was told that if the tea was too weak then take another teabag.

M62 Motorway Westbound, Junction 24/25 Welcome Break, Hartshead Moor HD6 4JX EnglandMyself and my partner used the drive thru on west bound and ordered an oat milk flat white and an oat milk vanilla latte. When we arrived at the window the barista double checked our order and I repeated 2 oat milk flat whites one with vanilla, they seemed to understand that. The first flat white came out correct with oat milk, however the second drink was made with whole milk. Having an intolerance to dairy I was then unable to drink my drink which i paid at least £4 for. None of the baristas checked if the oat milk was a preference or an allergy. Not impressed with the service and will not be returning to waste my money again.

Cedar Court Hotel, Ainley TopDinner during a weekday. Booked table for four. When we went there it was about six and we were seated in the pokey part of the restaurant...dark and we cannot see the menu as it was that dark. Food ...nothing to write about. Fish and chips...and others ordered the burgers with chicken. Usual fare for restaurants. More choices in the town centre...

352 Ovenden RoadAbsolutely disgusting and well over priced!!! donner meat tasted microwaved chicken tasted off and chips had black bits all over them!!! Think an oil change is needed. Only thing that was nice was the salad the whole lot got binned!!!
