Pizza Hut in Torfaen

Ordered online. Waited well over an hour. No updates on the system just stating the time expected, that was well past. Call made our ordered had been waiting but issues with delivery drivers. Would have been at least half hour longer so we opted to collect… lots of others in the same situation as us there no real apologies given. Manager then stated that our food was cold so would need to be remade which because of all the orders in the same situation would take a long time. Was not able to get a refund there advised to contact head office for our refund. Manager stated that we could possibly get some money off our next order but I will never order from there again after this experience.can’t rate the food as we never actually received it!

Pizza wasn't even cut, taste like it came straight from a microwave, wish I ordered Dominoes DONT RECCOMMEND!!

Awful. Order your food 3 hours I advance. There's one poor guy working his socks off for multiple orders which understandably he can't keep up with. I advice you to use this if you want your food 2 hours later than planned

The order took over two hours to arrive. When calling up to find out where the lost pizza was, the staff member said it was just going in the oven and would be with us in ten minutes. But in reality it took more than another hour from then. When trying to call back after this, staff ignored and hung up the phone instead of answering. In the meantime I charged back the transaction and cooked instead. Avoid!

Order pizza at 8-47 ,it is now 10-47 still no pizza, disgusting service, staff aint got a clue , shameful experience now the ordeal of getting a refund

Delivery took ages to come, when it finally came it was the wrong order - spoke to a girl on the phone who was lovely and solved the problem by getting the correct order sent back up yet even when it came the second time it was still missing items. Never had problems with Pizza Hut before and it’s always been a go to considering the great deals they have but this time was disappointing.

Ordered a pizza for delivery via Just Eat selected standard crust! Order arrived covered in a dusting of garlic and herb powdered stuff. Telephoned to say I had ordered a standard crust, guy offered a replacement. Then received a phone call from a very rude person called Carl who states he’s the only Manager of Pizza Hut. Saying that I ordered it with garlic stuff, kept shouting me down and said tough I won’t be replacing your order. Take it up with Just Eat. Disgusting customer service by this so called Manager, it’s no wonder it has such bad reviews on here. p.s. Please see my receipt which doesn’t state at all GARLIC AND HERB SPRINKLE. . I could be allergic to it for all you know!

Ordered a dessert in Sunday night. Expensive for a small portion. Once delivered they forgot the ice cream. Not a great service unfortunately and a bit expensive.

I got 2 £5 deals for a 2 medium Pizza and 2 sides and a bottle of Pepsi it came to £13.90 didn’t receive the pizzas I phoned them up And I didn’t receive the pizzas and they saying that I didn’t order any so they telling me that two sides and a Pepsi came to £13.90 in the meal deal DONT ORDER FORM HERE!!! Wouldn’t give it no stars

Ordered food from here for a change at 7.50 told food would arrive at 8.25 left it until 8.50 to be told their system had crashed so food would be an extra half an hour, rang again at 9.25 as still no food to be told that our food was just leaving the shop which was a lie as we rang back again at 21.45 to be told we were lied to be the previous person we’d spoken to and that it was only now being bagged up and being sent out and now arrived at 21.53Absolutely disgusting will not be ordering food from here again, be sticking to dominos from now on

Great pizza as usual fresh and hot. staff member serving was welcoming and professional until he was in rear of shop talking to college he wad talking about there delivery driver.... Every other word was foul cursing the driver in clear ear shot of my wife.

Don't know what happened to this place, orderes are never on time / items missing. order from Domino's.

Pizza Hut Cwmbran are usually very late - but tonight the order didn't even turn up.Ordered at 6:30pm ready for 8:45pm - phone was ignored entirely.At about 9:30pm I checked Pizza Hut Delivery again and it stated the Hut was actually closed - payment taken no order.Stick with Dominos or Pizza Dough - this hut, although makes lovely pizzas, needs to close due to their lack of customer service.

Awful place took 2 1/2 hours for pizza to be delivered 😡 wouldn’t answer phone in store. Pizza was hot and nice when arrived

Awful food pizza tasted stale Anne like cardboard. Mac and cheesy bites where under cooked, potato wedges cheap horrible frozen food. Wouldn't recommend experience and terrible.

Placed an order on line at 18:55 and now 21:20 still on food. We have contacted the shop three time's and have been told lie after lie what customer service is this food arrived at 21:35 the order was correct and missing the free bottle of pop that was promised don't hold out much hope of getting the ten pound voucher that was promised neither. The customer service at this place is rubbish what can I say the shop should be shut. If I could have I wouldn't have even put one dot this place and staff are a joke

Ordered at 7pm online, expected delivery 7.35. Phoned at 8pm told order would at least another half hr offered a extra bottle of pop. Phoned again at 8.50 told order was out for delivery & would be with us any minute. Phoned again at 9.20 told delivery had just left!. Cold/card board/tasteless pizzas arrived at 9.30. No free bottle. Lied to by staff on phone, awful food, terrible service. We will never order from here again and I advise anyone reading this to avoid pizza hut cwmbran at all costs.

Ordered for me and my son and was not disappointed. It was hot and had plenty of toppings unlike other places I've ordered from. Was within the 45 mins and driver was polite. No complaints.

I live two minutes by car from restaurant yet it arrived cold and the very expensive ice cream full of ice frm past defrosting and refreezing. Never again.

Rude and unhelpful Manager. Ordered online , said 20 min wait 40 mins later , still waiting. then wouldn't take my voucher that clearly states 'Pizza Hut'. Awful experience.

Placed order at 6pm to be delivered for 7.30pm rang at 8pm as no sign of pizza, was told it was in the oven and as a good will was given 2 cheese sides.... 9pm and still no sign off a pizza that was in the oven a hour ago which should have been here by 7.30 anyway

I ordered a Large Vegetarian Supreme Pizza with thick Crust. It came within the 25 to 35 mins of Ordering, I opened it shortly within it being delivered to find it Luke Warm. The Pizza itself had lots of Veg with a good portion of cheese on it. A very good pizza if only it was of an acceptable temperature when I received it. I phoned up to complain about this and was dealt with in a very friendly and helpful manner with a satisfying discount off another order. Top Marks from me Pizza Hut as I feel Like a valued Customer. I will definitely Order again. Thank You

I have ordered online such a unexpected experience from the pizza hut from MR ossama from allahabad outlet . They delivered me late and not giving discount ..he was showing me the Boucher which is present in the restra . U r not stand on ur policy. Domino's Pizza delivery are very much better than you.i am hungry and waiting for ur delivery but he refused to give. This is so horrible experience .....plz teach them how to deal with costumer.. such a unexpected. Experience .he was showing me the pic this is how u give service

My second visit: very very pleased with service, value and the product on both visits. (WAY out-performed Dominos (Abergavenny) which I visited recently, and will not be visiting again)

Ordered online 18.14 given 30 minutes delivery time, it's now 19.35 and still no flipping pizza. Called shop - excuses excuses excuses Highly NOT recommended

The last few times that I've ordered from here it's always late and always cold. Tonight after waiting over an hour and a half they said the delivery was out and would be another ten mins. Cancelled order because it would be cold yet again. Was great here in the beginning but management is clearly horrendous here now.

Haven't used this Pizza Hut before and won't be using it again. Ordered online which was easy enough- cheaper than other local big name pizza places near us.

Ordered an online Pizza on the 4th August from this shower and finally had to ring them after nearly an hour to to be told that my food was ready but they had no drivers and that it was my fault because I used the online ordering system which wrongly tells you half an hour delivery even though it shouldn't. The person on the end of the telephone then informed me that it wasn't his problem because he had no delivery drivers, when I pointed out that technically it was as he works for Pizza Hut he said that it wasn't the case and again, not my problem. I then cancelled the order which I had already paid for by card transaction and he said nothing he could do about that and someone would contact me the next day, nothing heard again of course so I used the online complaint service to instantly receive an automated response that it could take three days to get a response. I have just spoken to a person today at complaints as again I heard nothing and no refund only to be told that the case had been closed so no pizza, no refund, and guess what when I asked how this could happen it wasn't really his problem as the system wouldn't let him see why. If I am lucky I may get my money refunded next week apparently and that is that, so when I never use Pizza Hut ever again, guess what "THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM"

There's always good deal on here, meaning you can eat for less. Food always arrives quickly, is hot, and tasty!

If you want to be wow'ed by a pizza, it's not really Pizza Hut pizza that will do it. There's a large option of things to choose from, and it's great that there's mozzarella bites for the crust and it's consistent of any other branch of Pizza Hut (including ones in America), but Papa John's have finally infiltrated the Cwmbran market and it's won over, as it had in America. The sausage, the pepperoni, all the toppings are average, and the crust is average with no extra dipping sauce and such. It's just nothing noteworthy about Pizza Hut in comparison to Papa Johns, but if you're a die-hard Pizza Hut fan, then stick to the classic.

Very easy to order online, delivery staff are very polite & pleasant.Food is hot and yummy every time. No complaints from my seven year old either.Will continue to use.

I love, pizza and I love Pizza Hut, it's bases are by far the finest. However the last two home deliveries I have received were overcooked. Clearly there's a new pizza war in Cwmbran so I'll try the others before I come back to Pizza Hut.

Ok, It's Pizza Hut. Not a restaurant - just a takeaway/delivery service. Lovely pizza's - normally. A very consistent chain - normally. Usually order online and collect as they don't deliver to Pontypool. Unfortunately this branch seems very poor at timing and incompetent at filling orders. Having discovered our last two orders were incomplete on arriving home, decided to check this one before leaving. This time everything was there - but the pizzas weren't what were ordered - very disappointing. Will definitely use them again due to the quality of the pizza (when they get it right) but to say there is scope for improvement in service quality and timeliness is an understatement!

Food was ordered online and paid for. Only part of the order arrived, One of the pizza's was supposed to have been a veggie one and a pepperoni was sent instead, no good for a vegetarian. The other food was also quite cold. Although a replacement was promised despite them running out of mushrooms, so would not be correct any way. Nothing at all arrived as a replacement. phone call nothing, I had to complain to head office to try and get a refund which will be over a week to process.
