Pizza Hut in Hertsmere

Just wanted to send an email to 'head office' to praise a lovely lady working in Coventry Ansty pizza hut. Very frustrating not to be able to email without having details of receipt - which I didn't get anyway. Why is it so hard to give praise when it is genuinely deserved without such a palaver.

they don't do half and half pizzas, staff doesn't understand when you ask them things either sadly:(

The service was quick and delicious. On arrival, i went outside my building to collect the pizza and i got locked out. He very kindly called a friend for me and i was able to get back in. I felt very responsible and sorry i kept him back but he said he hasn't got any pizza and is happy to help! Amazing service. Thank you Kunj

Delicious pizzas, delivered amazingly quickly. Your best bet is to order online. You can't go wrong!

-The pizza arrived 55 minutes after it had ordered. - The pizza was luke warm - one of the pizzas was stuck to the bottom of the box - both pizzas were soggy - the garlic bread was cold, not even warm - actually cold! - both pizzas were tasteless, all you could taste was bread and soggy bread at that. The only positive was the Delivery driver was very friendly. We ate 3 slices of two large pizzas - disgusting

Went for buffet lunch with a colleague, pizzas were coming out got so got them fresh. Salad looked fresh enough. So overall a good lunch for £7.50!

We were on holiday and we ordered quite a few things on a deal, we went to pick it up and we were 10mins early, they looked at us in shock (even though we didn't mind waiting) they gave us our order and when we got back to the hotel we realised they missed the garlic bread but we'd walked all the way back to the hotel at this point. The staff seemed rude and I wouldn't go back. I do love Pizza Hut though and would recommend the pizza hut food.

Only part of ordered delivered, called them up and was told they'd bring the rest of it. Their closing time came and went, nothing. Called their head office number, complaint was logged, said we'd get a refund. Three weeks later, nothing. So no food, no refund, neither the Borehamwood branch or their head office care. Disgusted that a company this size would take money and not provide goods. Shame on you.

Ordered 3 pizzas today, ok we used 50% voucher but the pizzas were over done and the toppings well what toppings. Some didn't even have a bit of meat on them. Wont order again would actually prefer shop bought.

Ordered a delivery only to be called over an hour later to be told the ovens are broken. No apology or offer of discounts for future orders. Will not be ringing them again - lots of other choice in Borehamwood.

I have never had anything i like from here. the service is not very good and always takes ages to come. even collecting is not satisfactory. The taste is bland on any pizza but if your looking for something cheap with a hangover it hits the spot.

We were on holiday in the area and called in for a take away Pizza - excellent quality and very friendly staff. The pizza and cheese garlic bread was so tasty. Would call in again and recommend.

A pizza hut é deliciosa em qualquer lugar do mundo e aqui não poderia ser diferente. A pizza chegou rápido e quentinha.

The telephone order was quick and the person searched for an offer to reduce the bill. It was delivered quickly and was hot and delicious.

i use this shop once a week for a home delivery ,,,, they always deliver on time .,, always hot and fresh ..... i shall be ordering tonight ...
