Prompt delivery-on time, pizzas and burgers very tasty. The burgers not done to death, lovely soft bun. Would definitely recommend

Used to be really nice here & I would never go anywhere else even if I was with friends and they’d order from somewhere else I’d still go here but lately it’s been disgusting. The garlic bread. Don’t get me wrong I understand the concept of garlic bread, I understand garlic will be on it I love garlic. But not to the point where you open the box and look at your food and looks like someone’s been sick all over. I’ve left notes on order before and has been ignored I’ve called and it’s been ignored chips are always soggy stale and reheated. It’s absolutely un edible. Waste of money

Used to be good service with great pizzas now it takes over 1hr 30 just to get a delivery and food is just about warm.

Delivery driver was blamed for late delivery was told he'd been and couldn't find my address an hour and half later he turned up and said I know your address I've been before the restaurant was clearly to blame for late delivery not the driver since moving from top of avenue this takeaway is not worth ordering from foods awful and they lie over phone and blame it on driver. Absolute useless takeaway

The food is awfully bland, skimpy on portion sizes and too expensive. For the price you'd expect more food but you barely get any I could get kebab cheaper at the corner shop and it'd have flavour and not be skimpy and tastier too. Not the pizza hot I once knew, the saddest part is knowing you serve food more flavourless than the frozen version at a awful price. Owner needs to read the reviews and improve otherwise I can't see it sticking past 2025 Middleton needs cheap accessibility not expensive.

Where to start well we love a few streets away yet delivery is £1.50 ridiculous the food was vile might have well of drank a bottle of grease putting the food in my mouth was like just eating grease vile food guy on phone didn’t even speak properly like he couldn’t be bothered to be there vile take away will 100% will never order from here again no wonder they moved from top of ave glad we are getting a dolminos a proper pizza place

Very expensive since the relocation portions got a lot smaller. Was told 8pm collection was still on the ticket machine not even started. Kebab meat is really dry. I'll stick to caesers in future

I Always buy take aways at pizza hot. Friendly staff,quick deliveries, great value & lovely food. Been a customer for years & never been disapointed

I’m not one to wright reviews but this one is needed I got some onion bhajis to then find the onion skin mixed in with it but fair enough it is made of onion at the end of the day but I then found plastic in a different one I was not impressed

Getting spammed by this company having been nowhere near the place. In fact I live a couple of hours away and had to look them up because I had no idea who they were or why I was getting sent spam messages on my phone. So, as a review, the food would be stone cold, having sweated it in a box for hours. It would be soggy and nasty. The service, would be awful as they would not be able to deliver it hot. The atmosphere would be spoilt by their crying when they realised the company they are paying to promote their business is in fact crippling it when people like me take exception to the unwanted unsolicited spam. Perhaps they should use more effort spamming locals and less time wasting their efforts on people who would never in a life time visit them as they are not on my life plan/ bucket list of essential -places to visit. The unsubscribe link in their spam fails to work, so the only way to encourage them to not be such a nuisance is to post an honest review of what they are doing and how the food would be nasty if they actually had a driver willing to drive hours for a pittance.

Last time I ordered a thin salami pizza, the pizza base was like Jacobs crackers, the cheese was like eating rubber foam & the taste....... what taste? I once enjoyed the food from here. How the mighty has fallen.

Great food and lovely friendly service every time

Ordered at 18:00 on their app and they said it was on its way at 19:00, still nothing by 19:30 so rang them to ask where it was and was told 10 minutes as it’s on its way. Then rang again at 20:10 and was told that there was a problem as there was a mix up with the other branch. If there has been a mix up, just be honest rather than saying it’s on its way. The food is actually quite nice but not nice enough for nearly a 2 hour wait.

First order. Pizza delivered burnt base and cold. Burger ok at best. Chips cold and hard £17 in the bin. Thanks pizza hot......i mean pizza cold

We use this place alot. We are pizza snobs really but we've tried them all middleton and these guys are the best. Food always fresh hot and tasty. Best pizza around here by far. Sauce is tasty and tangy, the cheese is quality and the chips and meat are always fresh. Can't fault it and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Recommend 100%

UPDATE. Do not order food from here! I paid £10.50 for a house special kebab and there was not enough food to feed a small child. We ordered a garlic bread with tomato and it was so dry it was not eaten. The dips are a joke £1 per dip and the pots are barely half full. Called up and management after realising it was a complaint suddenly couldn’t speak much English, yet at first spoke fine. Do not order from here there’s lots of better take aways in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS TAKE AWAY. Save your money you will be disappointed

Has this place changed hands?? It had the well built in reputation of being the best pizza bar none... But now the standards have slipped dramatically. The pizzas look and taste like they are from Iceland.....no more for me

25 years and still serving great and varied menu for food. Been using since it opened and have always been happy with the food and service,nice surroundings and well mannered staff.

Terrible, do your self a favour and order elsewhere. Ordered food and was giving a 40 min waiting time. 1 hour later i phoned and was met with "driver has left, wont be long" 1/2 hour after still no food. Phoned again to be met with a rude attitude and had phone put down on me

false advertisement on their leaflet that came through my door, it states that a 50p charge for delivery under a 3 mile radius. my home is less than 1.5 miles and i was charged £1 delivery. also an added 40p service charge to my bill. why are you putting service charges on orders for delivery? we are supposed to have a choice to pay service charge in a restaurant

Lousy food, lied to 3 times all different turned up cold rubbery pizza, chips like cooked this morning. Turned up 25 mins after being delivered???

Very friendly team, very quick service even though they were really busy. Pizza was nice, smallest is still quite a decent size. A bit too much cheese for my liking but I am sure they would put a bit less if I ask them next time. Will definitely order again from here.

Nyc hot chicken wings tasty 👅 fries

Ordered a tandoori chicken kebab a quarter pound bolognese burger and a portion of onion rings. The tandoori chicken was so salty my partner couldn't finish it. The fries with the burger were cooked to death, how you can over cook frozen chips beats me. The onion rings had to be sent back and and re - delivered as they were burnt to a crisp, even the box they were in had a hole melted into it. Used to brilliant here, but i think well be going to mamma's in future.

I've eaten from almost every take away in Leeds and this one goes down as the worst!! I couldn't even eat the food, pizza and kebab I got and threw in the bin, it was cheap and I know why, wide berth people!!!

After ordering online and GIVING INSTRUCTIONS SPECIFICALLY ASKING THEM NOT TO CUT THE PITTA AND KEEP IT SEPARATE FROM THE MEAT I THEN rang pizza hot to confirm that the PITTA BREAD would be separated from the MEAT. After waiting 25 minutes late the food came it was cold and the pitta bread was under the meat... also the pitta bread had a square cut out of the middle. Rang again and was told another bread would be sent in 5 mins... 20 mins later again... food stone cold and not fresh.

We drove from woodlsford up to Middleton to get our tea from pizza hot has we have done many times before because we have found it to be the best but tonight's meal was far from the best the ham and pineapple pizza was really cold the chips were luck warm and soggy the kebab meat was cold and very greasy I think it is time for us to have a change we will not be using them again.

Rediculas these are I ordered food at 8.3 pm it turns up at 22.30 and then the driver was in his car and driving off defore I had even got to the door not the first time this has happened it's the 4th deliver says 50mins get there after 2 hours don't expect it to be hot either not happy at all

Placed an order for delivery as soon as they opened. I live about 2 minutes drive away. Rang after an hour to see where it was and was told it was on its way. Finally arrived half an hour after that so although it was tasty it was cold. I don't mind waiting but would expect it to arrive piping hot. Please just be truthful and explain you are busy, running late etc.

The quality of their food is great specially their stone baked pizza, I love their garlic and hot sauce I never found them in any other shops.

Questionable delivery times on some occasions and they have got the order wrong once or twice but the food is always amazing from here. I would recommend without a second thought!

well i ordered a pizza with an extra cheese and paid for it as an extra ingredient but i didnt get much cheese on my pizza They sem to save money on their cheese despite you paying for it as an extra ingredient

Ordered for the first time in a long time from Pizza Hot Middleton Leeds 10 last night. We had pizza, kebab meat with chilli sauce and salad with 2 portions of chips. Pizza and kebab meat "chilli sauce like old school" was very nice but the 2 portions of chips which were tasty but were not worth £1.40 each due to the small plastic containers being only half full. You must have heard the saying "cheap as chips" ?? Well these chips are not cheap for there portion size...!! I just hope "if we ever order again" we will get a full container of the most expensive chips we have ever come across...!!!

This was at one point the best takeaway in Middleton without a doubt order a take away every Friday this place has gone down hill the kebab meat is frozen and warmed up soggy and horrible ordered a chicken pizza the chicken was not fresh at all it was so rubbery I felt sick ordered some wedges they was burnt I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS TAKE AWAY AGAIN so disappointed

I'd only suggest ordering from this joke of a restaurant if you wantwto wait three hours for your food as they like to forget to send half of your order then send the wrong thing when they get back with the rest of it slow and useless maybe if the owner wasn't consentrating on his next batch ofosteroids then your order may actually come correct first time round and you wouldnt have to take three phone calls and delivery's

Very very rude staff!!!! We often order from here but will never ever order again. After ordering one thing and recieving something completely different, the man who took my order came back on the phone and started shouting at me telling me how what i have is what i ordered when it clearly wasn’t. They were not willing to do anything about my wrong order and were so RUDE it was unbelievable. Would no reccomend to anyone!!!!

I like pizza from here, not as good as they use to be though.

It use to be one of the best places in this area for pizza.Thin and tasty bit of italian pizza taste but this is already second time when the chips are not done in the middle and the pizza full with cheese and thick but so thick that the bread is not done in the middle and just same like all the others takeaway no taste.You give me a garlic pizza free...thank you but I do prefer to don't get anything for free and to be happy with my order.This is not a complaint is just a constructive feedback if you want to take it in consideration.. .

The pizzas here are by far better than anywhere in Middleton I think. Great offers on food pizzas, chicken, burgers, kebabs whatever you fancy. Plus they take card payments which is a bonus

Lovely lady on other end of phone I have loadz to say but keep it short rang back after a hr and 10mins driver turned up 1hr 36mins later never will I use them again they have now gone on my Facebook and to family if u have kids never order as the kids will be asleep by the Time they turn up WHAT A JOKE

Ordered food form the place tho week in a row and got the order wrong each time within the two weeks. Brought something completely different to what was ordered. They said that they will send out one free of charge but when on answering the door they make you pay for the "free" product. Never get anything from there unless you want a wrong order bringing to your house

Food gone down hill latley but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They get orders wrong and do nothing about it. Really wouldn't recommend to anyone not even my worse enemy.....

Just got home only ordered mixed meat garlic bread and chips garlic bread was way under cooked still white on edges might as well have had garlic butter on bread all chicken in mixed meat burnt donner meat over cooked and rubbery the best think I got was a bottle of coke poor effort just because it was late lazy cooks

Kebabs are quite decent, pizza presentation is not a strong point but it's tasty and not that greasy price is reflected... i would eat here again
