Given wrong food didn't realise until we walked back to civic centre

order said delivered , didnt receive it or anything

Very late and the food was cold

DO NOT get the philly cheese burger unless you want to have bowel issues for the next few hours.

Order not delivered, no one answering the phone. Not good service at all. Please issue a refund, I am not happy.

Visited here today 25/09/24 Food came & the burger wasn’t even cooked properly with water dripping out then also we went to peel the monopoly stamps they were none! When to the manager at the till and asked where they were was told they would look at the Cameras and were only away for no more than a split second and wasn’t interested there forward. Staff are EXTREMELY RUDE, Arrogant, Dirty, Snotty, Abrupt etc not the first time either. It’s safe to say I will not be attending this place again.🤬😡 Just to add I would not even give this place a 0 star if it was even possible for anything

Unhappy with my drink. No ice warm diet coke flat not worth sending. The fact hot drinks or milkshakes weren’t available was disappointing in the start. To receive the most unrefreshing warm drink with no fizz is disgusting. Would make more sense to make the fizzy drinks unavailable than deliver in- drinkable waste. Rather be told than receive nasty waste fit for no human consumption

I thought that a Large Big Mac Meal came with large fries. I've been charged £5.97 just for a Big Mac. No fries at all. Side salad was £0.00. Large Chocolate Milkshake £2.52.

Food come FLAT COLD driver went to wrong side of street then took ages finding my address! Brought my food in his hand not in a warmer bag? Not impressed!!

Please start putting the necessary condiments in with the orders!! No syrup for pancakes, no milk or sugar for the tea.

Shocking service. Delivery time just kept getting pushed back. We watched the delivery driver go round the houses for 40 mins in what should have been a 10 min delivery. Food was stone cold when it arrived. McFlurry melted. Inedible soggy food. Will never order again.

Absolute joke not sent my daughters meal or the ice creams this is why I hate ordering online. Absolutely useless how hard is it to read off a screen and check a bag.

No food arrived with my order and this isn’t the first time. Received drinks and sauces but nothing else, absolutely unacceptable. I have 2 children waiting for food for there to be none when it arrived!

10 min late not an issue, however Food very cold, distance to takeaway only mins by car. Food totally inedible.

Thought Butt Lane McDonalds was bad... this is on a par. No ice in the drinks. Fries undercooked and no salt. Big Macs hardly even assembled.

muffins really small with patties sliding, all cheese stuck to paper, drinks spilt in bag when delivered, one drink totally empty..... very disappointed

My sauces were chucked into the mcflurry i had, contamination has occured and it looked disguating.

Tonight I bought a late tea. Paid for a double Big Mac and the normal Big Mac. Opened the boxes I got two normal Big Macs? Fries were cold too.

food was nice and it was warm but the postman didn't like the apple so he ate the cat instead then the apple started to cry so the dog ate it instead then I went up to the moon to get some cheese because I ran out and i had to fight the aliens to finally eat my breakfast.

After submitting a report to yourselves about the appalling way my food turned up items missing food cold a real sham. And I’m still awaiting to hear if I’m to be refunded from yourselves yet. One unhappy customer @ nearly £20!!

delivery was late food was not accepted as bag was wet as coke had spilt. was told by driver that there was a problem with recieving coke asked why the bag was wet through was told he didn't know. I contacted MC Donald's and they advised me that he was given the coke with my meal and that he should have gone back and they would have given him a fresh meal and drink. I was advised to contact you for a refund as the meal was cold when it came and there was no drink.

Syrup missing from pancakes no cutlery??

Ordered 9 chicken selects with garlic mayo and received 9 chicken nuggets with rich tomato dip. Little care and attention needed.

Time got pushed further away. Food turned up cold as I suspect the driver was doing multiple deliveries

The side salad was flat dry, look like it had been in the fridge for week, it was not fresh, Did not get dip with happy meal. Requested extra tartare sauce in fish burger, it has a pea size amount of sauce, very disappointed.

Delivery time kept changing. Then recieved order and all I got was dry pancakes (with no syrup) and a Tropicana that I did not order. Missing syrup, breakfast wrap and a hot chocolate. Paid £14 to get 3 dry pancakes out of my order.

This McDonald's branch seem to have issues with reading instructions. I asked for no salt in the chips and no ice in the drink but my requests were not fulfilled. This has happened many times. I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered and paid for a dip to accompany the 5 cheese bites. I didn't receive the dip or 5 cheese bites. I am therefore owed money

Whoever was on salting the fries duty tonight could do with laying off the salt a little, way too salty tonight, I thought my little lad was going over the top when he spat his fries out until i tried one myself 🙈😂 I'm glad my kids only wanted the nuggets anyway, but yeah way too much salt tonight, like 4x more than normal, heart attack pending 🤣

This order was never received I called the restaurant after an hour and a half to be told they are closed but yet this page says it was delivered 2 hours after.
