McDonald's in Leeds

One of the workers called Yaz came up to us and kept asking us to do a customer survey which we did and she made us pick the ' highly satisfactory' for everything even when it wasn't highly satisfactory. She made us put down her name on the survey even when she had nothing to do with serving us our server was a man with a beard.

Useless delivery service ask for ketchup turns up without again, suppose I could go collect but what's point of getting delivery and paying the fees if your not Gona get the service you pay for, try ringing and it answered but no one talks unhappy guys if I were a gap buster it wouldnt be good

all the food was completely cold

the food was called and I didnt receive a double cheese burger or free chicken nuggets that said was free with order I'm very unhappy

SHOCKING! sent me somebody else's food, yet I paid alot more for my order!!! impossible to get incontact with anyone.

Ordered the double sausage egg McMuffin with an extra Pattie for the cat and yes you guessed it it turned up with 2 patties and not 3 as I had paid for. So I wonder how many times they rip off customers like this. I have a photo providing what I ordered and a photo showing how incompetent the whole staff actually are. As the saying goes pay peanuts you get monkeys.

Food arrived on time & was cooked ok. Didn’t get any of the dips that were on the order though

App said before I ordered it would be 15-25 minutes. Arrived freezing cold after an hour. However order was correct and the delivery guy was nice to my cat.

You’d think the drinks would be the easiest part of an uber eats order to get right, alas no. The flattest coke I’ve ever tried to drink, I dread to think how long it had been sat on the side

Terrible, terrible service and food. Chips were cold, not even slightly warm and there was only half a portion. Tried to get the attention of the guy who brought it to our table but no response. Kept trying to get the staff's attention but nothing. As for the burger, it was warmish but all the toppings were in the middle of the burger which was nothing like the display. How expensive is it getting there too? Hardly fast food with a 12 minute wait either.

Forgot my drink. I didn’t order that much. Don’t understand how that can be forgotten.

Asked for a banana milkshake. Got vanilla 😒 All the food was cold. I mean like actually colder than room temperature. Some parts of one of the burgers felt like it wasn’t even cooked. No idea why they had me waiting so long in an empty restaurant for undercooked food. Im also wondering who got the rest of my chips 😅 Put me off McDonald’s in general for a while. Guess that’s one good thing.

The delivery driver got here, and dropped my fanta all over my garden steps, then proceeded to try pick it up and give it back to me as I was openening the door, he then said he'd got back to the restaurant to get a new one and that it would take 7 to 8 minuets, we phoned the resteraunt back and they said they haven't had anyone come back. and he still hasn't contacted or phoned

I ordered at 13:38 it arrived at 15:11 my fizzy drinks were flat warm haft empty. Food cold and wet. 1 hour and 40 minutes is unacceptable for any McDonald’s delivery that initially quoted 30/35 minutes

The food was cold when it arrived I had to put it in microwave to warm up spent my last bit of cash to enjoy food was not happy.

The Big Mac burger had a bitter taste. I think it was from one of the ingredients.

Never had any problems here. Dining area is a bit chaotic and laid out in an unwelcoming manner and it can be hard to find somewhere to sit at times but the food and service are up to standard.

mccrispy chicken burger burnt black dry cold also the burger bun black burnt in inside slathered in cold bbq sauce i have crohns mouth ulcers and in pain from the hard burnt food underneath the salad and sauce worst mcdonald’s experience nationally

My sharebox of cheese sides are missing.chips are flat cold that they taste frozen still and the bag that my drinks were in has just split and my drinks have all spilt all over the floor. I'm not happy at all.

Ordered a meal and it was completely wrong. The lad who said he was the manager said there was nothing he could do and kept referring me back to Just Eat. To be clear, Just Eat don't deal with dishing out the order. Absolutely shocking service.

The food wasnt in brown mcds bags they had exploded in the just eat bag he said was steam , dropped my chips on floor so had to be put in bin , all drinks exploded straws and serviettes soaking wet

Everything is absolutely stone cold, like its been sat around for ages. Chips are either limp and soggy or so overcooked/old they are dried out. Not great at all.

we ordered at 13.19. the delivery kept changing and getting later and later. rang the restaurant to be told they were struggling for drivers. At 15.26 the status changed to say deliverd at 15.50 !!! order never received.

Absolutely stinking service at this McDonald’s. Whoever they have got making burgers needs sacking. Ordered a double Big Mac and two of the patties were out of the burger box in the delivery bag….. how is this even possible? Seriously give your heads a shake you’re not rocket scientists.
