Didn’t bring the chips with the meal

Driver gave us the wrong order. He’d left so couldn’t ask him to sort. Had to then drive to the place I’d ordered it from - closed as in supermarket - called the number I found on line employee came out after the girl I spoke to put the phone down on. Waited 10 mins and a guy brought me the wrong order again. Even after he’d taken a photo of my phone with the original order on. Waited another 5 mins. Got to the car and the order was still missing 2 items - absolutely the worst service ever

Shocking again I shouldn’t have to warm up my food

Literally always forget something from our order.

ordered a double quarter pounder and only got a single. delivery time was extended 3 times

5th time without receipts… I always have to check my order number in display for 3 seconds or I lost it. No coca-cola, staff is not cool when I asked dips for 30£ order… 1 star feedback

Can't get an order right to save their lives

Wrong drink sent after paying extra to upgrade to a milkshake and the drink that was sent a- hot chocolate was half filled and cold. Egg and cheese McMuffin- egg shell in the muffin and the egg wasn’t cooked properly so was very sloppy-thrown away

again it arrived cold and items missing ie tomato dip and sweet chilli dip it's every time from McDonald's at pudsey asda

forgot fruit shoots straws and other bits

This is a smaller than normal unit and at the entrance to a huge supermarket so it gets busy at times. When it is busy, there's very little space to wait. Waiting times are never that quick and when busy the food has been cold. There is only a single toilet which isn't very nice and quite often closed though there are toilets downstairs in the supermarket. A few of us meet there on Monday evenings and my biggest beef is that 99% of the time over the last year there have been no milkshakes on offer. It feels like they switch them off just so they don't have to clean them late on. They also close the vast majority of the seating area around 8.30pm and anyone sat near there is made to feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. In summary, this place is 'ok' at best but with some care could be so much more.

It's not the delivery man's fault but McDonald's. The food is cold and it took an hour.

Ordered a regular milkshake and came half full.

Don't even go there.Cold food, unhelpful staff. Delivery drivers use the disabled parking area for their own use. Very arrogant, disrespectful and says everything about the place.Management inside worse than useless on this issue.

Only delivered two out of the six meals ordered.

Waited a long time as it kept changing. Then when it arrived all cold and milkshakes weren’t great.

One of the workers called Yaz came up to us and kept asking us to do a customer survey which we did and she made us pick the ' highly satisfactory' for everything even when it wasn't highly satisfactory. She made us put down her name on the survey even when she had nothing to do with serving us our server was a man with a beard.

Food 30 mins late, arrived flat cold! No dips , fizzy drinks flat!

asked for no cheese on quarter pound burger came with ketchup only when I asked 4 extra onions.

Useless delivery service ask for ketchup turns up without again, suppose I could go collect but what's point of getting delivery and paying the fees if your not Gona get the service you pay for, try ringing and it answered but no one talks unhappy guys if I were a gap buster it wouldnt be good

The food was a disgrace inedible clap cold thrown about in transit 2nd time 2nd order this week informed by the driver that the food was left on a shelf he asked for it to be remade as cold & was totally ignored by the restaurant manager total waste of money both days & still nothing done about it

Waited just over an hour for the food and the delivery time kept going up. when it eventually got here each of the food was cold except 1 box of nuggets and the fries. No straws.

They forgot two shakes and a muffin

Ordered the double sausage egg McMuffin with an extra Pattie for the cat and yes you guessed it it turned up with 2 patties and not 3 as I had paid for. So I wonder how many times they rip off customers like this. I have a photo providing what I ordered and a photo showing how incompetent the whole staff actually are. As the saying goes pay peanuts you get monkeys.

App said before I ordered it would be 15-25 minutes. Arrived freezing cold after an hour. However order was correct and the delivery guy was nice to my cat.

You’d think the drinks would be the easiest part of an uber eats order to get right, alas no. The flattest coke I’ve ever tried to drink, I dread to think how long it had been sat on the side

Not delivered. They have delivered it to the WRONG address.

Terrible, terrible service and food. Chips were cold, not even slightly warm and there was only half a portion. Tried to get the attention of the guy who brought it to our table but no response. Kept trying to get the staff's attention but nothing. As for the burger, it was warmish but all the toppings were in the middle of the burger which was nothing like the display. How expensive is it getting there too? Hardly fast food with a 12 minute wait either.

Forgot my drink. I didn’t order that much. Don’t understand how that can be forgotten.

Asked for a banana milkshake. Got vanilla 😒 All the food was cold. I mean like actually colder than room temperature. Some parts of one of the burgers felt like it wasn’t even cooked. No idea why they had me waiting so long in an empty restaurant for undercooked food. Im also wondering who got the rest of my chips 😅 Put me off McDonald’s in general for a while. Guess that’s one good thing.

The delivery driver got here, and dropped my fanta all over my garden steps, then proceeded to try pick it up and give it back to me as I was openening the door, he then said he'd got back to the restaurant to get a new one and that it would take 7 to 8 minuets, we phoned the resteraunt back and they said they haven't had anyone come back. and he still hasn't contacted or phoned

Food was ok but a bit cold when it arrived. Ordered large fries which ended up a medium portion. Also no ice in drink either. Not the best really

I ordered at 13:38 it arrived at 15:11 my fizzy drinks were flat warm haft empty. Food cold and wet. 1 hour and 40 minutes is unacceptable for any McDonald’s delivery that initially quoted 30/35 minutes

The food was cold when it arrived I had to put it in microwave to warm up spent my last bit of cash to enjoy food was not happy.

The Big Mac burger had a bitter taste. I think it was from one of the ingredients.

50 minute delivery slot for a McDonald’s you pay £6 to get delivered and then arrives freezing cold

Never had any problems here. Dining area is a bit chaotic and laid out in an unwelcoming manner and it can be hard to find somewhere to sit at times but the food and service are up to standard.

mccrispy chicken burger burnt black dry cold also the burger bun black burnt in inside slathered in cold bbq sauce i have crohns mouth ulcers and in pain from the hard burnt food underneath the salad and sauce worst mcdonald’s experience nationally

Paid for 40 nuggets and only got 35, I've heard of been 1 nugget short in the past but why one of the boxes only had 16 and the other had 19 is beyond me
