By the time the pizza arrived (an hour after the order was put in), it was ice cold! Absolutely shocking!

I had a delightful experience at Pizza Express tonight, where I booked a table for three at 7:30. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout. We ordered two courses each, including starters, mains with a side, a bottle of wine, and a cocktail. The service from Luke and Faiq was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant itself was warm and cosy, and it was great to see it busy with customers. A thoroughly enjoyable visit, thank you!

Excellent service from Thomas when visited 19 January 2025. Thomas was very knowledgeable about gluten free drinks and food, which was very reassuring for our Coeliac guests.

Ordered at 17:17 and it is predicted to arrive at 21:00 and has been marked as delivered when it has certainly not even delivered.

Pizzas was far smaller than the ones you get in store. Forgot to add Parmesan on top as per my request. Delivery driver was great.

The winter weather was absolutely horrendous so the manager of the restaurant called personally to inform us of a delay, twice. Lovely gesture. Food arrived a wee bit late but no issue at all as this was to be expected due to the snow. The food was great, kids meal, and pasta for me, all really good. Will definitely return and not just because of the amazing customer care but because the food was excellent also. Can’t fault the place at all. Thanks.

Great service, Tom was really helpful explaining all the coeliac options available to us. The pizzas were amazing, hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend and come back. The service was great from start to finish.

I received my order after 2 hours and 30 minutes pizzas been reheating as they were dry on arrival and cold

I didn’t receive my food again

Very yummy and affordable food. With good service. We dined in without a booking with a small wait, to allow them to clear tables. The food didn’t take long to come out as we just had pizzas. Nice cold drinks and the atmosphere was good. The busy shopping centre didn’t take away from the experience, if not added to it as it was nice to see the place filled up.

It took 1.5hrs to arrived. I could’ve bought a better looking pizza from Iceland and it would’ve still been warmer! Meal was cold when it arrived and went in the bin. Waste of £24 for a pizza

It’s not the pizza that I ordered, but it was tasty. Had I been vegetarian, I wouldn’t have been pleased.

Food was okay but delivery guy was rude

They didn't find the house, which was close, clear house number. I had to go find them. My phone rang once but it cut off. The food wasn't bad for temperature, quite cool. The delivery people did not understand me. Burnt outside undercooked underneat

The guy delivering our food had a real attitude problem. he started complaining when he just arrived at the door saying he's being here for 10 minutes waiting for me.

Often go courtesy of tesco clubcard which makes pizza express a very reasonable price. Always good service and reliable quality, nduja calzone is genuinely great. A favorite of the wee one, dough balls and pizza can't be beat.

Pizza was stone cold, when I put a request for a refund Just Eat gave just £7 refund, this food was so bad it went in the bin

Food was cold when it arrived and was delivered to the wrong address so I had to walk to meet the driver at another flat on a different street.

The food was very fresh and delicious. Our waiter was very good and made the whole experience so much better however not all members of staff are friendly and ready to help. Atmosphere was quiet but we needed that. Overall great experience!

Lovely pizza express. Much better than the Union square version. Great service..not busy and not plunked in front of the public watching shoppers go past. A much better atmosphere and service and this has been proved on several occasions. We went at 5pm on a thurs and it was quiet, but can easily be packed at times.

Excellent service and food. Came on a quiet weekdays lunchtime with a pal to take advantage of the Unidays discount on food. This is such a good deal for us students, who still love to dine (on a budget). The waitress (who I believe is also the manager) even showed us how to download the app to earn rewards, and get free doughballs! The aforementioned server went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Some of the best service I've had in ABZ. The pizza and sides were delightful. The only slight thing would be the lack of draught lager. But the bottled alternatives were adequate.

delivery person arrived and pulled the pizza out of the bag from a vertical position, so it was pretty much ruined and mixed with crumpled cardboard and was also freezing cold as the guy was on a bicycle must be claiming he has a car for delivering orders like this, just a complete idiot who ruined a £30 takeout meal 🤬

Late (30 - 45 mins delivery time turned into 1 hr 24 mins), cold & tasteless.

Took a little over 45 mins after ordering to get our pizzas. It was quite a quiet time too. It was just the two of us and our 2 year old.

The best pizza express experience I’ve ever had. Tom Junior was the best waiter I’ve ever interacted with at a pizza express, extremely kind, helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back when I’m Aberdeen.

Always a good option to cover all the vegans, veggies and meat eaters. Yummy pizza, great service and a nice relaxed vibe.

At one time this was a great pizza restaurant, great food, fast service but now sadly they seem to prioritise deliveries over restaurant customers. Waited 40mins for 2 pizzas despite alerting our waitress that we were in a rush that night and there were only a handful of other customers in the restaurant. No longer Pizza "Express" - totally agree with another reviewer who said it should be renamed Pizza Slow. At least the pizzas are still lovely so I would go back only if I had plenty time to spare.

Be careful ordering online! This restaurant cancelled my online order with no explanation, leaving my partner and I with nothing to eat late on a Sunday evening. What really put me off was that I called the following day to discuss it and was given a very blunt refusal to do anything at all to make things right -"it's outside our control", "we haven't done anything wrong". Honestly, if you're in the hospitality industry you might want to try doing something to keep people happy when things go wrong. Not saying it was anyone's fault, but I'm less than best impressed.

Awful service, contacted restaurant and they have apologies with just eat awful service. 95 mins from collecting pizza to delivering it.

Food was delicious - really enjoyed it. I have a small appetite so having the choice to pick a few starters was ideal for me.

Lovely meal, very professional and efficient waiter Evan. We were quickly served and no issues with the food.

Not only was the order cold & late I have had this argument before. The person who delivers the order is provided with special carriers to put the food in,and am absolutely hacked off when they turn up with your order out of the bags because I have no idea how long it’s been out of the carrier because they are rushing to deliver as much as they can. I have had this problem not only with Just Eat so I have already told 4 places we order from if the food is not in the carrier bag to keep the food

Item missing from order. Should have had a portion of gluten free dough balls but they weren’t there. Bit of a delay but not too bad.

30-50 minutes expected delivery. From point of ordering it took 2 hours. Food was cold (room temperature). Ordered extra chicken but this wasn’t added. Hardly any cheese on pizza.

One of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had! (Vegan Pollo ad Astra). Decent amount of cheese & toppings and delivered hot. Choc cake tasty but for the size/price could do with a custard or ice cream side.

We booked for 4.30 with 5 children, and its now after 6.30 and there's no pizza still. They prioritise take away and treat sit in customers like dirt. Maybe we'll still be waiting in another hour.....

We were were waiting more than an 40 mins even though we had bookings and had five hungry children. We were simply apauled . Other people came and went while we patiteitly waited for food . Delivery 🚚🚚 orders seem to be more important, join us and boy cott this chane , before you're next . Pizza express should be called pizza slow .

Food was barely warm when it arrived but still tasted good.

We paid for extra cheese and extra toppings but pizzas is almost completely empty. Pay so much for pizza and no toppings.

The staff there are AMAZING!!! so humble and kind and just WOW!!! What fantasic service. Thomas are waiter made our experience there so great, it was late in the evening and I had three hungry children, my child with austism was in sensory overload and things stressful but he was so compassionate and so great towards our family and me as a parent it turned what was just a quick bite to eat a whole relaxing happy dinning experience. their were so exceptionial ( for a pizza express) . I would truely recommend this restuarant. The Manager Leigh was so friendly helpful and kind and dispite it being a very late walk in she was welcoming and warm heartened towards my children and me. The food was great and Rebbecca ( another waitress) there helping us was also a star! Like Thomas. We really did hit the jackpot on this night dinning there with staff so helpful and happy. Would highly recommend. It wasn't the normal " pizza express" service they went above and beond and we had a lovely meal *****

After a long day sightseeing we were grateful to see an.old friend. Having been to many Pizza Expresses we were confident of a good meal. This restaurant did not disappoint. In fact we had one of the best pizzas we have ever had! The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely meal.

Never got delivered and no one tried to make contact

Was a lovely restaurant and the waiter with the blonde long hair and ponytail was excellent very welcoming and accommodating, but the staff need to be retrained on gluten free products, my son had the gf dough balls apparently but the staff weren't 100% sure they were gf and my son was back and fourth to the toilet most of the night afterwards. I dunno what has happened but need to be more vigilant on what they are serving thankfully atm my son only has an intolerance and not a full blown allergy otherwise could be a different review am writing

Shared American Classic pizza with my daughter. We thought it was the best pizza we have had in Aberdeen. Highly recommend it! The service was also very good and staff are friendly.

Cyclist must’ve had the pizzas on their side as all the toppings were lying in the box and not on the pizza.

Delivery guy got lost trying to find my flat. Also I never got the portion of dough balls along with my order.
