Caterina was a lovely waitress!

A lovely meal here served by Caterina. Food was great and service was lovely, nothing was too much for her!

We come here to celebrate all the birthdays and occasions in our family. We almost always get served by Caterina, who is amazing. She is very polite and efficient. Not once have we had a bad meal here, the food is always brilliant.

Every time I checked how much longer it was going to be it said either 10 or 11 minutes . The order actually took close to 2 hours which is completely unacceptable. When it arrived it was cold .

I chose Pizza Express over other restaurants due to the delivery time of 30-50 minutes. I ordered at 18:19 and it arrived at 20:10 almost 2 hours after I ordered. Everything then had to go straight into the oven as it was cold.

The toppings were all to one side and there was a single piece on the other. Worst were the halloumi bites, they looked like something that had been scraped out of the bottom of one of their fryers at the end of the evening. Massively overpriced and you would be far better off with the cheapest pizza from your nearest supermarket

A much larger selection on the menu than I have ever seen before with Pizza Express, great value for money and portions good size. Service was outstanding from Adam, can’t recommend enough.

A lovely chilled Sunday dining experience at the Witney Pizza Express. As always the food was very tasty and our children really enjoyed the activity booklet they get to keep them busy while waiting for their food. We were served by Katerina who was super attentive, kind and efficient thank you so much for your lovely service. We'll be back!

A completely unsatisfactory and unwelcoming experience at the Witney Branch. Our family visit was met by the so called Deputy manager on 28/07/24 @ 4pm who told us that due to not having a booking she would only cater for us for the time being if we left within 1 hour because she wanted to clear the table for the next booking. The restaurant was CLEARLY only 20% full and there were many empty tables to seat a family of 5. We found this to be extreme and never have we ever felt unwelcomed by any restaurant staff before. I can only say this particular manager was racist towards us and the other staff took note of her behaviour and tried to apologise. In the end to express our disappointment to the unpleasant manager we stayed for our meal and decided to chew our meal as slowly as we possibly could 😂and by this time we were heading way above her racist 1 hour marker!!!! It became apparent and evidential to us that there was no further booking for this particular table. Pizza Express Witney train your staff fully especially about racism! This so called manager needs to be investigated. 👎🏽

I don’t know how many times I have asked for no tomato and no onion, to still get it added every time. A simple instruction.

Extremely rude manager who even had the audacity to argue with my wife about her food being cold!! No knives / forks or plates were given for our starters of main course. Another place we’ll be avoiding in Witney! The manager needs serious people skills training! Disgusting behaviour.

Not a bad pizza blanca, would prefer garlic butter or pesto as a base instead of bechamel, love pizza but allergic to tomato.

The pizzas were delicious and delivery great but the macaroni cheese was really disappointing. It had a strange taste, like the smell of an oven and neither me or my partner could eat it.

A very disappointing visit one Thursday late afternoon/early evening recently. Our table was booked for 17.30 and we didn't leave until 19.45 due to the very slow service. It was on the verge of disastrous with three five year olds in tow. Food was average and quite pricey all things considered.

My 13 year old daughter has been desperate to order through your app. After months of asking I agreed as a Christmas treat. The food was due to be delivered at 7.15pm. My daughter has Type 1 Diabetes. She injected her insulin 15 minutes prior to delivery. All good. But the delivery time kept getting pushed back. It arrived at 8.30pm. By then her blood sugars had gone dangerously low which then needed treating. I know that delivery schedules can change but an hour and a quarter late seems extreme

Great food and plenty to keep two young children in our party happy. Special thanks to our server Adam and the restaurant manager who made sure our evening went perfectly at a very busy time of year.

Most impressed this evening. Party of 6 and Adam looked after us so well. But saying that I must mention the whole team who were so attentive. The Manager has a great grip on things here and I can see hospitality experience through and through. Even when busy and with fire alarms going off everything was so well handled. A customer had set fire to a menu with a candle! What a fun night. Adam really deserves a special commendation.

I'm a Chinese. Because my child likes to eat pizza in this restaurant, we eat pizza in this brand more than three times a week. However, we came to the city two weeks ago and ate here three times, but we were discriminated against by the waiters in the restaurant and refused to let me eat today.

Rude manager, humiliates employees and treats customers with contempt, apparently not happy with life and humiliates people around her, unpleasant environment because employees work unhappily and under pressure, I do not recommend it because of the management's service. However, the food was wonderful and the polenta was incredible. 12/11/24

Order never arrived. I called the restaurant after 2 hours and they advised I pick it up myself as they could not get hold of a just eat driver.

I booked my daughter's 11th birthday dinner for her and 9 other 10/11 year olds. I received quick responses to my email queries from Alex the manager and she and her team made sure the table was set up with the balloons and confetti we organised. She was also great at suggesting little touches that might make it more special. On the evening the girls were made to feel very special by all the staff and despite being a large (and unwieldy!) party we were always treated like welcome guests.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING , i ordered a share box of doughballs , called the restaurant and they said i was meant to get 16 but i only got 8 , they said it’s nothing their end and i need to contact just eat

if your a person of colour DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA EXPRESS, very rude manager ( gabby ) got ignored and waited almost 20mins with staff walking straight passed with no acknowledgement at all, if your a person of colour they will not serve you

At first the delivery time kept getting delayed but then randomly it shortened. it arrived within 50 minutes of submitting the order and had no issues with the driver. He was very chipper and polite. The pizza being a Romana was thin so it wasn't the warmest but still delicious. the chicken wings were really disappointing, they weren't baked like they are in store and instead of being brown ams crispy, they were pale and slimy. I would order again but not have the wings!

Visited the restaurant at midday on a weekday (03.09.24.). The restaurant was not busy- there was maximum four or five occupied tables however we were turned away because they were too short staffed… I would have been happy for a longer wait on food/ service but the waitress didn’t bother to ask this and also did not let us know when a table might be available later. Terrible service.

THE APP SAID COIRIER WAS AT THE RESTAURANT. AFTER AN HOUR, I PHONED THE RESTAURANT. THERE WAS NO COURIER. I HAD TO DRIVE 5MILES TO GO AND GET IT MYSELF. I WANT A FULL REFUND NOW.

I ordered my food with an 30-50 minute wait. My food arrived two hours after I placed the order. It was lukewarm at best. Once reheated, the food was tasty but very poor from just eat. There was no way to speak live with anyone from just eat.

The pizza dough was the freshest I'd ever had anywhere (and I've eaten a lot of pizzas!) - the service was spot on: even got told about getting the app to get free dough balls. Service was quick, all our food was scrummy, and we even got a Kids Eat Free which meant my two children's meals got deducted from the bill which we weren't even aware of so happy days!

Popped in for dinner tonight an ordered 2 adult pasta dishes one which was carbonara an the other was pesto chicken an a kids pasta dish, the different between the 2 mains was mad, the carbonara was the same size as the kids one, so will be ordering something different next time

Our family of 6 had a wonderful experience at this Pizza Express. We often visit different Pizza express restaurants so we knew what to expect but this restaurant was especially child friendly. There was an arts and crafts table for the children to play at while they waited for their food. There was a baby mobile above the nappy changing and there were balloons for the children to play with. The staff were also exceptionally kind and friendly towards the children. One of our girls was so excited when we ordered ice cream that she watched them prepare the ice creams and then ‘helped’ the waitress carry the tray to our table (it was very quiet on a Sunday evening) A big thank you to Kayleigh and her team.

I do t mind the pizza being late but when the pizza Did arrive, it was missing half of its toppings. I always have this same pizza from pizza Express. Only half the toppings were on it. No mushrooms, very little cheese. Etc. really disappointed especially at the price of £20 for a pizza.

Had a lovely impromptu dinner here on Thursday night. Our server was lovely and attentive. The food was delicious and too much for us to finish we took home the leftovers! The section at the front of the restaurant is really lovely and had a good atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

We didnt book and it was surprisingly busy, but they still managed to squeeze us in for a meal. The food was amazing as was the service. Anamika and Gabi, the manager, were lovely and very helpful even though it was a very full restaurant. Both the front and back seemed full.

Came in for a late night meal on Monday, the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the staff where excellent, the food and drinks very fast and delicious, would definitely recommend.

Shocking, over an hour and a half for delivery... Lukewarm at best, basically cold. Terrible
